키오스크 기반 웹 민원처리시스템 구축을 위한 아키텍쳐 모델링 (Architecture Modeling for Kiosk-based Public Services through Web)

  • 현재 지원되고 있는 클라이언트/서버 방식의 민원 서비스의 한계를 극복하여 인터넷으로 민원 서비스를 하기 위해서는 행정 내부망과 인터넷 망의 연계에 따른 보안문제와 공인 인증과 정부 인증 등을 통한 본인 확인 및 스마트 카드를 통한 전자지불 및 현금 등을 통한 지불 기능이 지원 되어야 한다. 특히 이를 키오스크를 통하여 지원하기 위해서는, 인터넷을 통한 민원서비스를 위한 키오스크는 관청 외부 설치를 전제로 하기 때문에, 보안이 보다 중요한 문제로 등장한다. 이러한 제반 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 민원 서비스시스템을 설계함에 있어 실질적인 민원 처리를 담당하는 민원처리 시스템인 시군구 종합행정정보시스템의 프론트 서버로서의 중계서버와 키오스크 제어를 담당하는 웹서버를 두어 중계서버와 웹서버를 연계하고 웹서버와 중계서버 사이에 인증프로세스를 거치게 함으로 민원처리 시스템과 키오스크를 직접 연계함으로 발생되는 보안 문제를 해결할 수 있다. 민원 서비스를 위한 인증 및 전자지불의 기능 지원을 위하여 본인 확인은 지문인식을, 전자지불은 지불 게이트웨이를 전제로 설계한다. 이를 설계함에 있어서 개발의 초기 단계에서 위험을 줄이고 재작업에 따른 비용을 절감할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 높은 품질의 시스템을 효과적으로 개발할 수 있는 키오스크 기반 웹 민원서비스 시스템을 아키텍쳐 수준에서 그 모델을 제시한다.

시맨틱 기술을 활용한 RESTful 웹서비스의 검색 기법 개발 (Development of Search Method using Semantic technologies about RESTful Web Services)

  • 최근 웹 2.0의 등장과 함께 플랫폼으로의 웹이 강조되면서, SOAP 기반의 웹서비스에 비해 RESTful 웹서비스가 크게 증가하고 있다. 하지만 서비스들은 이미 많이 존재하며 빠르게 증가하기 때문에 키워드를 기반으로 사용자가 원하는 서비스를 정확하게 찾는 것은 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 시맨틱을 활용한 RESTful 웹서비스 검색 기법을 개발하였다. 이를 위해 우선 OpenAPI 통합 검색 시스템을 바탕으로 시맨틱을 활용하기 위한 시스템 구조를 구성하고, 시맨틱 검색을 위한 기술 형식을 모델링하였다. 이를 바탕으로 의미 마크업(태깅, 시맨틱 어노테이션)을 수행하여, 추출된 결과인 RDF 문서를 서비스 저장소에 저장하여 이를 바탕으로 검색을 수행한다. 온톨로지를 활용하여 입력받은 키워드를 확장하고, 이를 바탕으로 검색을 수행하여 사용자에게 유사도 기반의 키워드 검색 기법에서의 검색 결과보다 확장 / 정제된 검색 결과를 제공한다.

  • 인터넷이 급속도로 발전하고 일반 텍스트 환경의 인터넷 서비스들의 WWW(World Wide Web)환경으로 바뀌어 가면서 쉬운 사용 환경으로 인한 인터넷 응용 서비스의 사용자들도 급속히 증가하고 있다. 따라서, 사용자들이 인터넷을 이용하면서 상대방에게 메시지를 보낼 수 있는 전자 메일 서비스를 이용하는 경우도 크게 증가하고 있다. 웹 기반 전자우편 시스템은 계정과 서비스를 제공하는 서버와 사용자와의 인퍼페이스 역할을 하는 클라이턴트로 구성되며 웹 브라우저가 클아이언트의 역할을 담당한다. 즉. 일반, 메일서버에 계정을 만들수 없는 일반 사용자들이 웹 환경을 통하여 메일서비스를 제공받을 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 웹을 기반으로 하는 전자 우편 시스템을 설계하였으며, 인터넷 익스플로러(Internet Explorer)를 기반으로 하는 사용자 환경과 리눅스 시스템을 기반으로 기존 전자 우편시스템의 문제점을 해결하고 저렴한 가격으로 큰 기대효과를 만족시켰다. 스팸으로 등록된 메일 처리, 다중 메일 처리들을 통한 효율적인 사용자 편의성을 제공하고, 메일의 폭주와 사용자의 급증으로 인한 시스템 저하 현상을 극복하는 효율적인 메일 서비스 엔진을 구현해서 시스템의 안정성을 제공하는 전자 우편 시스템을 개발한다.

Design of Integrated Management System for Electronic Library Based on SaaS and Web Standard

  • Management systems for electronic library have been developed on the basis of Client/Server or ASP framework in domestic market for a long time. Therefore, both service provider and user suffer from their high cost and effort in management, maintenance, and repairing of software as well as hardware. Recently in addition, mobile devices like smartphone and tablet PC are frequently used as terminal devices to access computers through the Internet or other networks, sophisticatedly customized or personalized interface for n-screen service became more important issue these days. In this paper, we propose a new scheme of integrated management system for electronic library based on SaaS and Web Standard. We design and implement the proposed scheme applying Electronic Cabinet Guidelines for Web Standard and Universal Code System. Hosted application management style and software on demand style service models based on SaaS are basically applied to develop the management system. Moreover, a newly improved concept of duplication check algorithm in a hierarchical evaluation process is presented and a personalized interface based on web standard is applied to implement the system. Algorithms of duplication check for journal, volume/number, and paper are hierarchically presented with their logic flows. Total framework of our development obeys the standard feature of Electronic Cabinet Guidelines offered by Korea government so that we can accomplish standard of application software, quality improvement of total software, and reusability extension. Scope of our development includes core services of library automation system such as acquisition, list-up, loan-and-return, and their related services. We focus on interoperation compatibility between elementary sub-systems throughout complex network and structural features. Reanalyzing and standardizing each part of the system under the concept on the cloud of service, we construct an integrated development environment for generating, test, operation, and maintenance. Finally, performance analyses are performed about resource usability of server, memory amount used, and response time of server etc. As a result of measurements fulfilled over 5 times at different test points and using different data, the average response time is about 62.9 seconds for 100 clients, which takes about 0.629 seconds per client on the average. We can expect this result makes it possible to operate the system in real-time level proof. Resource usability and memory occupation are also good and moderate comparing to the conventional systems. As total verification tests, we present a simple proof to obey Electronic Cabinet Guidelines and a record of TTA authentication test for topics about SaaS maturity, performance, and application program features.

웹 서비스 응용프로그램 개발을 위한 인터페이스 저장소 브라우저 (Interface Repository Browser for Development of Web Service Application)

  • 웹 서비스에서 UDDI는 서비스 제공자(service provider)가 제공할 수 있는 서비스 리스트인 WSDL을 UDDI에 등록, 검색할 수 있도록 기능을 제공한다. 하지만 Java등의 프로그래밍 언어를 이용하여 웹 서비스를 개발하는 개발자는 UDDI에서 제공하는 WSDL 문서만으로는 충분한 도움말을 받지 못한다. 이에 TSPWRB(TSP Web Service Repository Browser)를 개발하여 WSDL의 자바 인터페이스를 검색하고 도움 기능을 제공하며, 외부 UDDI 검색 기능을 제공하여 웹 서비스 개발을 보다 쉽게 개발할 수 있도록 하였다.

  • Many engineering problems often require the large amount of computing resources for iterative simulations of problems treating many parameters and input files. In order to overcome the situation, this paper proposes an e-Science based computational system. The system exploits the Grid computing technology to establish an integrated web service environment which supports distributed high throughput computational simulations and remote executions. The proposed system provides an easy-to-use parametric study service where a computational service includes real time monitoring. To verify usability of the proposed system, two kinds of applications were introduced. The first application is an Aerospace Integrated Research System (e-AIRS). The e-AIRS adapts the proposed computational system to solve CFD problems. The second one is design and optimization of protein 3-dimensional structures.

Development of a Gateway System for Social Network Services

  • In this paper, we propose a method to reduce mobile social network services (SNSs) traffic using a mobile integrated SNS gateway (MISG) to improve network communication performance between the mobile client and SNS servers. The gateway connects the client and SNS servers using the contents adapter and the web service adapter and helps to improve communication performance using its cache engine. An integrated SNS application, the user's client, communicates with the gateway server using integrated SNS protocol. In addition, the gateway can alert the client to new SNS contents because of the broker server implemented by the message queuing telemetry transport protocol. We design and develop the modules of the gateway server and the integrated SNS application. We then measure the performance of MISG in terms of content response time and describe the result of the experiment.

온라인 여행사 사이트 e-서비스품질이 지각된 가치, 만족도, 재구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Intention of Repurchase on e-Service Quality by Online Travel Agency Site)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this research is reflected on the rapid development of online tourism industries. The study was to establish the strategy for Korean tourism enterprises to develop tourist commodities suitable for Chinese tourists and attract them to visit Korea by the empirical analysis of the relation between repurchase intention of tourists and its premise variables (e-service quality, perceived value and satisfaction). Research design, data, and methodology - This research carried out a questionnaire survey on Chinese tourists who visited Korea with experience of using the online travel agency web sites. A total 398 answers were recovered, 41 of them were excluded due to the dishonest answers and 357 of them were finally analyzed. The data was analyzed with IBM SPSS AMOS 22.0. Results - The research results show that in the online travel agency web site e-service quality, convenience, interactivity, information validity, credibility had a positive impacts on perceived value and satisfaction. The perceived value of online travel agency website users has positive impart on satisfaction and repurchase intention. Satisfaction of online travel agency web site users have positive impacts on repurchase intention. But safety has no impact on perceived value while positive impacts on satisfaction was affected. Conclusions - First, in the online travel agency web site e-service quality, safety has no impact on perceived value while it was shown to have positive impacts on satisfaction because the users of online travel agency web sites believe that the protection of personal information, the defense of cracker and the safeguard of payment security are the basic premises of website operation. Although safety does not have impacts on perceived value, users benefits will suffer damage when hacker intrusion and other accidents occur so that online travel agency web sites should not ignore the security concerns. Second, credibility is a major concern for online travel agency web site users. At this time, it is necessary for the web site to establish a system to display both the commodity information and the using experience published on the user's SNS, thus improving the credibility of the website information.

이종 객체로 구성된 분산시스템을 위한 WSDL기반 SOAP Bridge (WSDL-based SOAP Bridge(WBSB) for Distributed System with Heterogeneous Distributed Objects)

  • 분산서비스 객체들의 효율적인 연동을 제공하기 위해 제시된 WSDL기반의 SOAP메시지 방식이 제시되었으나, 이 방식에서 사용하는 SOAP메시지와 객체참조문서(WSDL)는 해당 객체의 개발환경에 의존적이므로 서로 다른 개발환경에서 개발된 객체들의 통합을 위해서는 SOAP 메시지와 객체참조문서(WSDL)의 개발환경 의존성을 해결하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이종 분산객체 환경에서 객체들의 통합을 지원하기 위해 SOAP Bridge, WBSB (WSDL, Based SOAP Bridge)를 제안, 구현하였다. 서비스 요청 메시지를 WSDL 저장소의 WSDL문서를 참조하여 해당 서비스 객체에 적합한 SOAP 메시지로 변경한 후, 이를 서비스 객체에게 전달하는 기능을 WBSB에서 수행함으로써 사용자는 사용하고자 하는 객체의 개발환경을 고려하지 않고도 해당 서비스를 이용할 수 있다.

집단지성의 품질, 그 결정요인, 유용성의 관계: 수용자 관점에서 한국의 위키서비스와 Q&A 서비스의 비교 (Relationships between Collective Intelligence Quality, Its Determinants, and Usefulness: A Comparative Study between Wiki Service and Q&A Service in Perspective of Korean Users)

  • Innovation can come from inside or outside organizations. Recently, organizations have begun turning to external knowledge more often, through various forms of collective intelligence (CI) as collaborative platform to solve complex problems. Several factors facilitate this CI utilization phenomenon. First, with the rapid development of Internet and social media, numerous web applications have become available to millions of the Internet users over the past few decades. Web 2.0 and social media have become innovative web applications that provide an environment for human social interaction and collaboration. Second, the diffusion of simple and easy-to-use technologies that enable users to interact and design web applications without programming skills have led to vast, previously unknown amounts of user-generated content. Finally, the Internet has enabled communities to connect and collaborate, creating a virtual world of CI. In this study, web enabled CI is defined as a composed ability of individuals who are acting as a single cognitive unit to achieve common goals, think reasonably, solve problems, make decisions, carry out complex tasks, and develop creative ideas collectively through participation and collaboration on the web. Although CI plays a critical role in organizational innovation and collaboration, the dubious quality of CI is still problem that is difficult to solve. In general, the quality level of content collected from the crowd is lower than that from professionals. Thus, it is important to identify determinants of CI quality and to analyze the relationship between CI quality and its usefulness. However, there is a lack of empirical study on the quality factors of web-enabled CI. There exist a variety of web enabled CI sites such as Threadless, iStockphoto or InnoCentive, Wikipedia, and Youtube. One of the most successful forms of web-enabled CI is the Wikipedia online encyclopedia, accessible all over the world. Another one example is Naver KnowledgeiN, a typical and popular CI site offering question and answer (Q&A) services. It is necessary to study whether or not different types of CI have a different effect on CI quality and its usefulness. Thus, the purpose of this paper is to answer to following research questions: ${\bullet}$ What determinants are important to CI quality? ${\bullet}$ What is the relationship between CI quality factors and the usefulness of web-enabled CI? ${\bullet}$ Does CI type have a moderating effect on the relationship between CI quality, its determinants, and CI usefulness? Online survey using Google Docs with email and Kakao Talk was conducted for collecting data from Wikipedia and Naver KnowledgeiN users. A totoal of 490 valid responses were collected, where users of Wikipedia were 220 while users of Naver KnowledgeiN were 270. Expertise of contributors, community size, and diversity of contributors were identified as core determinants of perceived CI quality. Perceived CI quality has significantly influenced perceived CI usefulness from a user's perspective. For improving CI quality, it is believed that organizations should ensure proper crowd size, facilitate CI contributors' diversity and attract as many expert contributors as possible. Hypotheses that CI type plays a role of moderator were partially supported. First, the relationship between expertise of contributors and perceived CI quality was different according to CI type. The expertise of contributors played a more important role in CI quality in the case of Q&A services such as Knowledge iN compared to wiki services such as Wikipedia. This implies that Q&A service requires more expertise and experiences in particular areas rather than the case of Wiki service to improve service quality. Second, the relationship between community size and perceived CI quality was different according to CI type. The community size has a greater effect on CI quality in case of Wiki service than that of Q&A service. The number of contributors in Wikipeda is important because Wiki is an encyclopedia service which is edited and revised repeatedly from many contributors while the answer given in Naver Knowledge iN can not be corrected by others. Finally, CI quality has a greater effect on its usefulness in case of Wiki service rather than Q&A service. In this paper, we suggested implications for practitioners and theorists. Organizations offering services based on collective intelligence try to improve expertise of contributeros, to increase the number of contributors, and to facilitate participation of various contributors.
