Construction documents are recognized as an essential component for making a decision and supporting on construction processes. In construction, the management of project document is a complex process due to different factors such as document types, stakeholder involvement, document flow, and document flow processes. Therefore, inappropriate management of project documents can cause several impacts on construction work processes such as delay or poor quality of work. Several information and communication technologies (ICT) were proposed to overcome problems concerning document management practice in construction projects. However, the adoption of ICT may have some limitation on the compatibility of specific document workflow. Lack of understanding on designing document system may cause many problems during the use and implementation phase. Thus, this paper proposes the framework that integrates Soft System Methodology (SSM) concept and Integrated Definition Modeling Technique (IDEF) for analyzing document management system in construction project. Research methodology is classified as the case study. Five main construction building projects are selected as case studies. The qualitative data related to problems and processes are collected by interviewing construction project participants such as main contractors, owners, consultants, and designers. The findings from case study show the benefits of using SSM and IDEF. The use of SSM can help identify the problems in managing construction document in rich picture view whereas IDEF can illustrate the document flow in construction project in details. In addition, the idea of integrating these two concepts can be used to identify the root causes of process problems at the information level. As the results, this idea can be applied to analyze and design web-based document management system in the future.

오늘날 건설기업은 정보화, 국제화로 인해 국내뿐만 아니라 해외 건설기업들과도 경쟁을 해야 하는 상황이다. 무한경쟁에서 살아남기 위해서 건설산업의 특성을 반영한 타산업과는 다른 체계적인 성과관리가 필요함에도 불구하고, 국내건설기업의 많은 비중을 차지하는 중소건설기업들은 자체적인 성과관리시스템 구축 및 운영이 미비한 실정이다. 이러한 시스템 기반이 미비한 중소건설기업을 위한 시스템 구축에 앞서, 현존하는 건설 성과관리시스템을 분석하여 시스템 구축에 필요한 핵심요소들을 도출하고자 하였다. 이에 영국의 KPI, 미국의 CII BM&M, 칠레의 NBS-Chile Project, 브라질의 SISIND-NET Project 사례들을 분석 하였다. 본 연구에서는 이들 해외사례분석을 통해 도출한 핵심 요소를 바탕으로 효과적인 성과관리 전략인 벤치마킹을 이용한 성과관리시스템의 개념모델을 제안하였다.

As there comes out better and better solutions for delivering multimedia data on the internet, the number of WebCAM sites which transmits pictures of any spot to the user's system is getting increased. WebCAM service over the internet can be compared with the CATV in that it is beyond the spatial constraints. In this project, we construct a WebCAM site Which performs not only the fundamental WebCAM functions of capturing images and of transmitting them periodically but also various kinds of modules carrying out tasks such as image processing, remote control of the camera, processing multiple user requests, making panorama views and so on using Java which is the most popular language for the internet or CGI. The past images are stored in a database implemented for the WebCAM system, so the system can be extended to get over the constraints in time also.

Despite the significant increase of Korean contractors in the international construction market, many SMCCs (Small & Medium Construction Companies) have suffered in the global financial crisis, and some of them have been kicked out of the international market after experiencing huge losses on projects. SMCCs face obstacles in the international market, such as an insufficient ability to gather information and inappropriate management of associated risks, which lead to difficulties in establishing effective business strategies. In other words, making immature decisions without an effective business strategy may cause not only the failure of one project but also the bankruptcy of the SMCC. To overcome this, the research presented herein aims to propose a decision support system for SMCCs, which would screen projects and make a go/no-go decision at the early stages of international projects. The proposed system comprises a double axis: (1) a profit prediction model, which evaluates 10 project properties using an objective methodology based on a historical project performance database and roughly suggests expected profit rate, and (2) a feasibility assessment model, which evaluates 17 project environment factors in a subjective and quantitative methodology based on experience and supervision. Finally, a web-based system is established to enhance the practical usability, which is expected to be a good reference for inexperienced SMCCs to make proper decisions and establish effective business strategies.

Project management and deployment has gone through a long journey from traditional and agile to continuous integration, continuous deployment and continuous monitoring. Software industry benefited with the latest buzzword in the development process, DevOps that not only escalates software productivity but at the same time enhances software quality. But the implementation and assessment of DevOps practices is expository as there are no guidelines to assess and improvise DevOps application in software industries. Hence, there was a need to develop a hybrid model to assist software practitioners in DevOps implementation. The intention behind this paper is to implement the already proposed DevOps hybrid model using suggested tool chains including Jenkins, Selenium, GitLab, Ansible and Nagios automation tools through Jenkins project management environment and plugins. To achieve this implementation objective, a java application is developed with a web-based graphical interface. Further, in this paper, different challenges and benefits of Jenkins implementation shall also be outlined. The paper also presents the effectiveness of DevOps based Model implementation in software organizations. The impact of considering other automation tools and models can also be considered as a part of further research.

이클립스는 소프트웨어 개발을 위한 개방형 통합 환경으로서, 자바 애플리케이션의 개발을 위한 사실상의 표준으로 매우 신속하게 그 자리를 잡아가고 있다. 또한 다양한 플러그인의 설치를 통하여 통합 환경을 위한 새로운 기능이 추가될 수 있어서 매우 확장성이 뛰어나다. WebDAV는 HTTP1.1을 확장한 프로토콜로서 웹상의 다양한 콘텐츠에 대한 비동기적인 협업저작을 지원하는 IETF 표준 프로토콜이다. 본 논문에서는 이클립스에서 소프트웨어 개발을 위한 프로젝트 작업공간으로서 WebDAV 서버가 제공하는 원격작업공간을 프로그래머가 사용할 수 있도록 지원하는 DAVSpace 플러그인의 개발에 대하여 기술한다. DAVSpace는 WebDAV 프로토콜을 사용하여 원격작업공간에 이클립스 프로젝트와 관련된 자원의 관리를 지원한다. DAVSpace의 사용을 통하여 지역작업 공간과 더불어 지정된 원격작업공간상에서 이클립스 프로젝트를 생성할 수 있다. 자원을 저장하기 위한 이벤트가 발생하는 경우 DAVSpace는 그 자원을 두 개의 작업공간에 중복하여 저장한다. 이러한 DAVSpace의 기능에 힘입어 개발자는 자신이 위치하고 있는 장소에 무관하게 개발 프로젝트를 효과적으로 진행할 수 있다.

Computers and internet have the potential to radically development. But, computer is a just tool by itself. This study is control implement in a way that exploits the capacity of network of processors to execute many tasks concurrently in architectural desigv. The collaboration design system constituted integrated CAD (computer-aided design) system at the base of standardization database environment network and world wide web (WWW). Collaboration design management system is composed of Project Management, Part Management, Process Management , and Appraisement system. They can provide frameworks for effective coordination and management of design work in accordance with the Collaboration Design Support System operating rule accommodatingly. architectural data can be collaboration design environment accessible through a web browser and located at a server. whenever their work investigated each others. Throughout process, the database acted as an individual design and it made them available in realtime. And they can have quick overview of the work. That way a continuous evaluation of best design was distinctly and highly. In the future, New architectural design methods are collaboration environment could result in productivity and quality.

Construction management requires decision-making skills. Main approaches to training construction management students are: (1) analyzing sample situations involving decision-making; and (2) teaching logical decision-making procedures. The absence of 'pressure' factors in these approaches has significant impacts on the success of the training. The approaches also lack 'dynamic' effects that help create a spontaneous plan for construction projects where unforeseen changes and interruptions may occur. To minimize the adverse effects of the existing approaches, this paper proposes a framework for developing a web-based training system. The application is delivered as a game involving decision-making on the student's part in response to developments at the job-site, and where one student competes against another in an attempt to simulate a real-world scenario.

본 연구는 웹 기반 중국인물정보원의 현황조사와 분석을 목적으로 중국과 대만 및 일본과 미국의 웹기반 중국인물정보원의 현황을 조사하고, 중국의 CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure) 정보원데이터베이스 중 주제사전 영역의 하나인 '성씨(姓氏)'와 인물전기(人物傳記) 영역과 미국의 CBDB(China Biographical Database Project)의 '중국역대인물전기데이타베이스(중국역대인물전기자료고(中國歷代人物傳記資料庫))'를 비교 분석하였다. 나아가 웹 기반 중국인물정보원의 현황조사와 분석 결과에 따른 문제점을 살피고 효율적인 관리와 활용을 위하여 중국과 한국의 바람직한 방향을 제안하였다.
