This study attempted to analyze language networks based on the theory of art policy in the New Normal era triggered by COVID-19 and domestic and foreign policy trends. For analysis, data containing key words of "Corona" and "Art" were collected from Google News and Web documents from March to September 2020 to extract 227 refined subject words, and the extracted subject words were analyzed as indicators of frequency and centrality of subject words through the Netminor program. In addition, visualization analysis of semantic networks has been attempted for the analysis of relationships between each topic languages. As a result of the semantic network analysis, the most frequent topic was "Corona," and "Culture and Art," "Art," "Performance," "Online" and "Support" were included in the group with the most frequencies. In the centrality analysis, "Corona" was the most popular, followed by "the era," "after," "post," "art," and "cultural arts," with high frequency, "Corona," "art," and "cultural arts" also dominated most centrality. In particular, the top-level key words in the analysis of frequency and centrality of the topic are 'online' and 'support' and 'policy'. This can be seen as indicating that the rapid rise of non-face-to-face and online content and support policies for the artistic communities are needed due to the dailyization of social distance due to COVID-19.

Growing agricultural products in greenhouses controlled by creating suitable climatic conditions and root zone of crop has been an important research and application subject. Appropriate environmental conditions in greenhouse are necessary for optimum plant growth improved crop yields. This study aimed to establish web-based remote monitoring system which monitors crops growth environment and status of crop on a real-time basis by applying to greenhouses IT technology connecting greenhouse equipment such as temperature sensors, soil sensors, crop sensors and camera. The measuring items were air temperature, relative humidity, solar radiation, CO2 concentration, EC and pH of nutrient solution, medium temperature, EC of medium, water content of medium, leaf temperature, sap flow, stem diameter, fruit diameter, etc. The developed greenhouse monitoring system was composed of the network system, the data collecting device with sensors, and cameras. Remote monitoring system was implemented in a server/client environment. Information on greenhouse environment and crops is stored in a database. Items on growth and environment is extracted from stored information, could be compared and analyzed. This paper is about developing an intravenous injection management system that can provide nurses with information related to intravenous injection in real-time to compensate for possible instability factors during intravenous injection. The intravenous injection management system consists of an app-based user S/W and a web-based administrator S/W. User S/W is implemented to provide users with the ability to identify patients who need intravenous injection through smartphones, tablet PCs, and nursing PDAs, recognize information codes given to patients, and enter and share treatment contents and treatment items after intravenous injection. As a result of intravenous injection treatment uploaded through the user app, the manager S/W can check the records of intravenous injection treatment items, perform user management functions, emergency notification registration and management functions, and data upload functions. The implemented system has not yet been tested on the EMR system used in the actual hospital. Therefore, through further research, S/W will be optimized and actual environmental application tests will be conducted through cooperation with hospitals.

In this study, a systematic review was conducted to analyze the method of applying sEMG to evaluate the swallowing function of the elderly at each stage of swallowing, and to help objectively measure the swallowing stage of the older adults in clinical practice. From 2011 to 2021, 7 studies that met the selection criteria were selected using Pubmed, Scopus, and Web of Science (WoS). As a result of this study, the older adults and adults were divided into an experimental group and a control group and the swallowing phase was analyzed using sEMG only for the older adults. sEMG was used to evaluate swallowing in the oral and pharyngeal stages, and the sEMG attachment site was attached to the swallowing muscle involved in each stage. The collected sEMG data were filtered using a bandpass-filter and a notch-filter, and were analyzed using RMS, amplitude, and maximum spontaneous contraction. In this study, it was found that sEMG can be used as a tool to objectively and quantitatively evaluate the swallowing function in stages. Therefore, it is expected that this study will activate various studies that incorporate sEMG to evaluate the swallowing function in stages.
Objective : This study aimed to confirm the research characteristics by analyzing the literature that applied the school readiness programs for children with disabilities. Methods : Studies were collected from the PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, and Research Information Sharing Service databases. The key terms were "School readiness" AND ("Occupational Therapy" OR "Rehabilitation") in English and Korean. Total eight articles were selected through the selection and exclusion criteria. Results : The programs included multi-type training, motor skill training, parent training, and mobile application training. The providers were psychologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech pathologists, community workers, educators, and the psychologists who conducted most of the research. The program factors can be classified into academic function, motor function, social function, parental training, and others. Academic and social functions accounted for the largest proportion of the respondents. The intervention improved multiple skills, literacy, parenting skills, and gross fine motor function. Conclusion : This study aimed to provide basic data for school-based occupational therapy by analyzing school readiness programs for children with disabilities. Recently, interest in and research on school readiness has increased. Occupational therapists should also establish their roles in the field of school-related rehabilitation and provide various school-based occupational therapies.

Traditionally used for networking computers and communications, the Internet has been evolving from the beginning. Internet is the backbone for many things on the web including social media. The concept of social networking which started in the early 1990s has also been growing with the internet. Social Networking Sites (SNSs) sprung and stayed back to an important element of internet usage mainly due to the services or provisions they allow on the web. Twitter and Facebook have become the primary means by which most individuals keep in touch with others and carry on substantive conversations. These sites allow the posting of photos, videos and support audio and video storage on the sites which can be shared amongst users. Although an attractive option, these provisions have also culminated in issues for these sites like posting offensive material. Though not always, users of SNSs have their share in promoting hate by their words or speeches which is difficult to be curtailed after being uploaded in the media. Hence, this article outlines a process for extracting user reviews from the Twitter corpus in order to identify instances of hate speech. Through the use of MPCA (Modified Principal Component Analysis) and ECNN, we are able to identify instances of hate speech in the text (Enhanced Convolutional Neural Network). With the use of NLP, a fully autonomous system for assessing syntax and meaning can be established (NLP). There is a strong emphasis on pre-processing, feature extraction, and classification. Cleansing the text by removing extra spaces, punctuation, and stop words is what normalization is all about. In the process of extracting features, these features that have already been processed are used. During the feature extraction process, the MPCA algorithm is used. It takes a set of related features and pulls out the ones that tell us the most about the dataset we give itThe proposed categorization method is then put forth as a means of detecting instances of hate speech or abusive language. It is argued that ECNN is superior to other methods for identifying hateful content online. It can take in massive amounts of data and quickly return accurate results, especially for larger datasets. As a result, the proposed MPCA+ECNN algorithm improves not only the F-measure values, but also the accuracy, precision, and recall.

The rainfall characteristics such as heavy rains are changing differently from the past, and uncertainties are also greatly increasing due to climate change. In addition, urban development and population concentration are aggravating flood damage. Since the causes of urban inundation are generally complex, it is very important to establish an appropriate flood prevention plan. Thus, the government in Korea is establishing standards for disaster prevention performance for each local government. Since the concept of the disaster prevention performance target was first presented in 2010, the setting standards have changed several times, but the overall technology, methodology, and procedures have been maintained. Therefore, in this study, studies and technologies related to urban disaster prevention performance were reviewed using the scientometric analysis method to review them. This analysis is a method of identifying trends in the field and deriving new knowledge and information based on data such as papers and literature. In this study, papers related to the disaster prevention performance of the Web of Science for the last 30 years from 1990 to 2021 were collected. Citespace, scientometric software, was used to identify authors, research institutes, countries, and research trends, including citation analysis. As a result of the analysis, consideration factors such as the the concept of asset evaluation were identified when making decisions related to urban disaster prevention performance. In the future, it is expected that prevention performance standards and procedures can be upgraded if the keywords are specified and the review of each technology is conducted.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influences of adolescents on self-rated health and happiness, physical activity, and mental health according to time of smartphone use. The researcher used raw data from the Korea youth risk-behavior web-based survey(2017). A total of 64,991 adolescents were enrolled and 54,603 were analyzed in logistic regression analysis. The researcher set gender, self-rated health and happiness, physical activity, and mental health as independent variables and performed logistic regression analysis with smartphone overuse time as dependent variables. As a result, the female had a smartphone overuse of 1.49 to 1.67 times higher than male. Subjectively healthy people were 1.2 to 1.35 times more likely to use smartphones than those who did not(p<.001). People with higher physical activity were higher by 1.17 to 1.18 times than people without physical activity(p<.001). Subjective happiness did not predict smartphone usage(p>.05). People with subjective stress were higher 1.13 to 1.22 times than people without stress, and person with sadness and despair and suicide plan, 1.37 to 1.54 times, 1.17 to 1.24 times than those who did not(p<.001). Depression tended to become more serious as smartphone use increased. These investigation suggest that the self-rated health, physical activity, and mental health excluding self-rated happiness are related to overuse of smartphone.

Located in the sea area between South Korea, North Korea, and China, the Yellow Sea plays an important role from a geopolitical perspective, and recently, as the use of marine space in the Yellow Sea is expanding, its social and economic values have been increasing further. In addition, owing to rapid climate changes, the need for joint response and cooperation between Korea and China is increasing in various fields, including changes in the marine environment and marine ecosystem and generation and movement of air pollutants. Accordingly, in this study, core topics were derived from research papers with the Yellow Sea as a keyword, and research trends to date were explored through author network analysis. As a specific research method, research papers related to the Yellow Sea published between 1984 and 2021 were extracted from the Web of Science database and were classified into four periods to derive core topics using topic modeling, a type of text mining. Furthermore, the influences of major research communities, researchers, and research institutes in the appropriate fields were identified through analyzing the author network, and their implications were presented. The analysis results indicated that the core topics of research papers on the Yellow Sea had changed over time, and differences existed in the influence (centrality) of key researchers. Finally, based on the results of this study, this study aims to identify research trends related to the Yellow Sea, major researchers, and research institutes and contribute to research cooperation between Korea and China regarding the Yellow Sea in the future.
Cyberattack technology is evolving to an unpredictable degree, and it is a situation that can happen 'at any time' rather than 'someday'. Infrastructure that is becoming hyper-connected and global due to cloud computing and the Internet of Things is an environment where cyberattacks can be more damaging than ever, and cyberattacks are still ongoing. Even if damage occurs due to external influences such as cyberattacks or natural disasters, intelligent self-recovery must evolve from a cyber resilience perspective to minimize downtime of cyber assets (OS, WEB, WAS, DB). In this paper, we propose an intelligent self-recovery technology to ensure sustainable cyber resilience when cyber assets fail to function properly due to a cyberattack. The original and updated history of cyber assets is managed in real-time using timeslot design and snapshot backup technology. It is necessary to secure technology that can automatically detect damage situations in conjunction with a commercialized file integrity monitoring program and minimize downtime of cyber assets by analyzing the correlation of backup data to damaged files on an intelligent basis to self-recover to an optimal state. In the future, we plan to research a pilot system that applies the unique functions of self-recovery technology and an operating model that can learn and analyze self-recovery strategies appropriate for cyber assets in damaged states.
