Background: Effective management of clinical assessment tools is critical in stroke and brain injury rehabilitation research. Managing rehabilitation outcome measures (ROMs) scores and training therapists in multicenter randomized clinical trials (RCTs) is challenging. Objects: The aim of this study was to develop a web-based platform, the Korean Rehabilitation Outcome Measurement (KoROM), to address these limitations and improve both therapist training and patient involvement in the rehabilitation process. Methods: The development of the KoROM spanned from June 2021 to July 2022, and included literature and web-based searches to identify relevant ROMs and design a user-friendly platform. Feedback from six physical therapy and informatics experts during pilot testing refined the platform. Results: Several clinical assessment tools categorized under the International Classification of Functioning, Disability, and Health (ICF) model are categorized in the KoROM. The therapist version includes patient management, assessment tool information, and data downloads, while the patient version provides a simplified interface for viewing scores and printing summaries. The master version provides full access to user information and clinical assessment scores. Therapists enter clinical assessment scores into the KoROM and learn ROMs through instructional videos and self-checklists as part of the therapist standardization process. Conclusion: The KoROM is a specialized online platform that improves the management of ROMs, facilitates therapist education, and promotes patient involvement in the rehabilitation process. The KoROM can be used not only in multi-site RCTs, but also in community rehabilitation exercise centers.

본 논문에서는 디지털 콘텐츠 학과의 고가 장비들을 효율적으로 관리하기 위해 구축된 지능형 기자재 관리 시스템의 설계 및 구현사례를 제시한다. 시스템 운영을 지원 하기위해 사용자, 장비, 사용기록의 데이터를 기반으로 데이터마이닝을 수행했으며 데이터 마이닝 과정에서 나타난 여러 유용한 규칙들을 제시했다. 분석된 정보를 이용해 사용자 위주의 운영정책과 동적 인터페이스를 제공하기 위한 웹사이트의 개인화 계획을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 아카이브와 웹 2.0의 단순한 결합이 아닌, 이용자를 중심으로 하는 아카이브 관리 운영의 새로운 패러다임으로서의 아카이브 2.0을 연구한다. 기존의 아카이브를 지칭하는 아카이브 1.0과 관리운영, 이용자관계, 아키비스트의 역할이라는 3가지 측면에서 명확히 구분되는 다양한 특징으로 아카이브 2.0의 개념을 논하고, 적용 기술에 따른 기록정보서비스의 유형과 이용자 참여 유형을 다수의 사례를 들어 분석한다. 이를 통해, 아카이브 2.0의 핵심 요소인 이용자중심성과 개방성에 가장 부합하는 서비스 형식이라 할 수 있는 위키 형식의 기록정보서비스로 '유어 아카이브즈(Your Archives)'와 '아워 아카이브즈(Our Archives)'의 사례를 살핀다. 이를 바탕으로, 본 연구는 아카이브 2.0의 편익과 문제점들을 알아보고, 아카이브 2.0 구축을 위한 정책적, 기술적, 조직적 필수 요소들을 논의한다.

본 연구는 해외의 기업 아카이브에 관한 연구 동향을 분석한 후 이를 국내 관련 선행 연구와 비교하여 국내 기업 아카이브 연구의 발전방향을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 Web of Science, Scopus, LISA(ProQuest), LISS(EBSCOhost) 4개의 학술 DB를 활용하여 총 493편의 논문의 서지사항을 수집하였으며, 관련 논문의 발행 현황 및 주요 학술지, 연구 형태 및 연구자 정보 중심의 데이터 분석을 실시하였다. 또한 영문 초록 데이터를 전처리하여 고유 단어를 추출하고 핵심 단어의 빈도를 파악하였다. 다음으로 토픽모델링 분석을 통해 전체 문헌 집단에서 7개 토픽을 추출한 후 각 토픽별 논문의 발행 추이를 분석하고, 해당 토픽의 주제와 대표적인 논문을 살펴보았다. 이들 토픽의 주제명은 각각 '기업 기록의 접근과 활용', '기업 기록의 정보적/증거적 가치', '기업 아카이브의 중요성과 운영 전략', '기업 유산으로서의 기업 기록관리', '디지털 환경에서의 기업 기록관리', '기업 기록의 보존 및 처분', '기업 기록의 역사적 가치'로 부여하였다. 본 연구의 분석 결과와 국내 선행 연구를 바탕으로, 향후 국내 기업 아카이브 관련 연구의 발전과 확대를 위한 시사점을 제언하였다.

업무용 이메일이 증가함에 따라 이메일 기록관리의 필요성은 날로 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 이메일 기록관리 방안 마련에 앞서, 대학의 이메일 기록관리 실태를 조사하고 이메일 기록관리에 대한 구성원들의 인식을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 D대학 그룹웨어 계정을 사용하는 교수, 직원, 그리고 조교를 대상으로 웹기반 서베이와 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 서베이 및 인터뷰를 통해 대학 구성원들의 이메일 생산, 삭제 및 보관, 백업 등의 이메일 기록관리 실태와 이메일 기록관리에 대한 그들의 전반적인 인식을 조사하였다. 서베이에 총 185명이 응답하였고 그들 중 총 12명을 대상으로 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 분석한 결과, 이메일의 공적 사용과 활용은 매우 빈번하였고 삭제, 보관과 비교하여 백업 및 보존 등의 관리 행위 잘 이루어지지 않고 있었다. 또한 이메일은 사적 영역의 것으로 인식되고 있어, 이용자들은 이메일 기록관리의 필요성에는 공감하였으나 기록관리 책임은 여전히 개인에게 있다고 인식하고 있었다. 이 연구의 결과는 대학의 이메일 기록관리를 위한 정책 수립 시 구성원들의 의견으로써 참고할 만한 자료가 될 것이고 이메일 기록관리 인식 제고에 도움이 될 것이다.

A data registry is a physical place to keep characteristics of classes of objects exist in the real world when they are chosen to record as data. It provides a centralized directory to describe the meaning, representation, and identification of data elements and their values. It assists to prevent redundancy and to preserve common understanding about the data described in a metadata set. In this paper, we investigate and classify various components of IBS(Intelligent Building Systems), specially HVAC in Building Automation Systems. We present IBSDR(Intelligent Building Systems Data Registry) model that specifies not only the detailed information on data elements but also the process of documenting data in IBS. It functions as the medium to create the data sharing environment to maintain exact meaning of data for every data elements so that database management designers or related users can create and exchange their DB without major modification. It also serves as a clearinghouse for information about IBS data. So all users can freely retrieve from and register data elements to IBSDR based on ISO/IEC 11179 through World Wide Web.

Since the proportion of elderly citizens is increasing every year, the social interest is increasing for the health and the safety of the elderly. The nursing home is continually being created to care for more elderly people. However, the quality of service is not enough due to the lack of elderly caregivers. Elderly care and management services are being studied to replace the shortage of caregivers. Existing research for the implementation of an automatic care system has a high initial system cost. Furthermore, it lacks the ability to store and manage large amounts of data. In this paper, we propose a system that manages a large amount of data continuously generated through CCTV and provides a streaming service with a high level of quality-of-service (QoS) to users with collected video. Through the proposed system, it is possible to record and manage the behavioral information of the elderly occurring in the nursing home together with the video. In addition, according to the user's request, it has built a service that streams the video and behavioral information according to the date and time in real-time.

With the increasing use of the Internet improved Internet technologies as well as web-based applications, the uses of e-Learning have also increased the effectiveness of e-Learning has become one of the most practically and theoretically important issues in both Educational Engineering and Information Systems. This study suggests a research model, based on an e-Learning success model, the relationship of the e-learner's self-regulated learning strategy and the quality perception of the e-Learning environment. This research model focuses on the learning environment and on the learners' self-efficacy. The former consists of LMS, learning contents and interaction that are provided by e-Learning and the latter refers to the learners' self-regulated learning strategy. In this study, academic performance was measured by student's real record. We will show the validity of the model empirically, and most of the hypotheses suggested in this model were accepted.

본 논문에서는 VoIP(Voice over IP) 표준 프로토콜로 사용되고 있는 SIP 프로토콜의 트래픽을 감시, 분석하는 관리 도구인 SIPMan을 구현하였다. SIPMan은 SIP 패킷을 실시간으로 캡처할 수 있으며 call 에 대한 정보를 분석하고 DB 에 저장하는 기능을 가진다. 관리자 인터페이스는 web-based로 구현하였고 리눅스에서 구현되었다. SIPMan 관리자는 call detail record, SIP 트래픽 정보 등을 모니터링하고 분석할 수 있다.

이 연구는 공공기록물 관리에 관한 법률이 제정된 1999년 이후 전국의 폐교(초·중·고)기록물 이관현황(보존기간, 유형별, 이관장소)을 분석하여 문제점을 파악하고 개선방안을 제안한 연구이다. 17개 시·도 교육청을 대상으로 한 정보공개 청구 결과, 1999년 이후 전국의 폐지학교는 총 1,411개로, 초등학교, 고등학교, 중학교 순으로 집계되었고, 보존기간별로는 1년-10년 기간의 기록물이 30년-영구 기간의 기록물보다 수량이 많았다. 유형별로는 전자기록물, 종이기록물, 행정박물, 시청각기록물 순으로 집계되었고 비전자기록물 대부분은 통합학교로 이관되고 전자기록물은 표준기록관리시스템(RMS)으로 이관되었음을 확인하였다. 지역 교육(지원)청 소속의 기록연구사 총 10명을 대상으로 반구조화된 심층면담을 실시한 결과, 폐교기록물 관리 지침 부재로 인해 체계적인 이관과 관리가 이루어지지 않으며 지역별 기관별 편차가 크다는 점, 웹기록물, 행정박물, 시청각기록물 이관의 어려움이 크고, 물리적 시스템적 이관 장소의 문제가 존재함을 확인하였다. 이상을 종합하여 폐교기록물 관리 지침의 제정, 전담부서 신설 및 인력 배치, 전산시스템 개선을 향후 폐교기록물 이관 및 관리 개선방안으로 제시하였다.
