Sustainable Stepwise Promotion of South-North Korean e-MP (남북한 전자상거래의 지속가능한 단계별 추진방안)

  • The trade volume between South and North Korea has reached 1 billion dollars in year 2005. This means the economic motives may prevail over the political concerns between two regimes from now on. At the same time, the direct telecommunication lines installed to promote the IT collaboration. Based on these monumental issues, the research focuses on the workable mechanism of the South-North Korean e-Market Place(e-MP) collaboration project. The research analyzes on the capabilities as well as willingness of the South and North Korea for the e-MP, and concludes with four stepwise approach to promote the South and North Korean e-MP. The first step initiates the web marketing integration, and then the second step provides the legal environments. The third step promotes the on-/off- trade-automation via infrastructure collaboration, and the final step expands and deepens the flexibility as well as openness of the e-MP.

  • Motion Graphic developed in the visual fields such as film and TV is widely used from the fields of arts such as applied paintings to interactive media such as web sites. In particular, Motion Graphic is actively used in the film's promotion websites with the form of a mixture between characteristics of visual media and characteristics of websites. In this study, we analyze the characteristics of film's promotion websites, investigate previous studies for Motion Graphic analysis. And present a model for the analysis of websites including visual elements, media elements and motion elements as main elements. We select some of promotion websites for films among 2013 domestic hot films, carry out a case analysis, and present the direction of development on the base of the results.

  • The generalization of Internet use has been spreaded all over the world and impacted company to introduce intranet and extranet for their operation which dealt with electronic commerce. For these reason, endeavor of implementation of web site system is promotioned and enhanced the possibility of adaptation range for the view of company. Dramatic competition which company faced with the use of internet and request from all over the world made company brought company to various and different type of level. It is necessary to develop website system with experty knowledge to satisfy customer needs. To deal with this situation, works from the level of government should proposed to spread whole country business which propelled through kyungnam mechanic industry information promotion center. With strategic proposal concerning district characteristics to adapt electronic commerce successfully, information promotion should performed. Support of government is needed continuously to realize infra of ASP composed of 4,877 mechanic industry company. It might be possible to deal with international rapid change with cooperation of company and government related department.

  • 한국정보통신진흥협회는 각종 조사통계를 바탕으로 지난 91년부터 정보통신관련 통계 및 문헌정보 DB를 구축하여, 94년부터 온라인정보검색시스템인 CCPA-LINK를 통해 정보통신산업 DB를 서비스하고 있다. 95년부터는 신뢰성 있는 자료를 보다 많은 이용자에게 편리하게 제공하고자 인터넷을 통해 Web서비스를 시작했다. CCPA-LINK Web 서비스를 통한 한국정보통신진흥협회의 정보통신산업 DB활용이 정보통신업계 기초자료 제공의 창구역할을 할 것으로 기대되고 있다. 특히 한국정보통신진흥협회는 통계청이 지정한 정보통신산업의 통계기관으로서 산업의 각종 통계를 실태조사를 통해 작성, 제공하는 만큼 CCPA-LINK의 서비스 DB 내용이 양과 질적으로 더욱 충실해지고 있어 활용자에게 보다 풍부한 데이타를 제공하게 된다. CCPA-LINK Web 서비스는 일반에게 공개되고 있어 누구나 접속할 수 있다.

Novel Speech Web Architecture Based on Information Selection Agent

  • In this paper, we propose a prototype of the SpeechWeb application using the information selection agent. We describe its design and implementation method and illustrated the processing results with the aid of some screenshots. Proposed SpeechWeb application presents the associated contents to the user by the aid of dynamic voice-anchors. These contents are presented using the apriori algorithm, which is one of data mining techniques. The application is better than the existing user-initiative structure from the viewpoint of making the user's interesting induction. Moreover, we believe that our proposed application is effective in information retrieval through wired and wireless telephone networks.

  • This global case study pursues diversification and intensification for an application system of the national wind atlas which has been developed to support national strategy building and promotion of wind energy dissemination. We chose nine counties' national wind atlas and compared their map area, extraction height, temporal and spatial resolutions, download services, etc. to derive a best practice for the Korea wind atlas application system. Therefore, the web service content is designed to offer high-resolution height information of which covers wind turbine rotor sweeping area and time-series dataset which can be downloaded for further analysis by users. It is anticipated that the system and web service would contribute greatly to wind energy policy making, business and research sectors.

  • The aim of this study is to suggest the effective protocol to manage the obese children using the data based on PAPS(Physical Activity Promotion System). In the school, there are a lot of efforts for the management of increasing obese children through the data obtained from PAPS which is conducted annually includes the assessment of obesity. But the follow-up of obese children was not effective due to the workload of teachers and the lack of available manpower. For more active and systematic management, the combination of a smart device transfer in the existing ways for facilitating access to the information is more effective. The information of obese children such as fitness, health, and obesity automatically will be sent in web-PAPS, And when personalized exercise prescription, proper nutrition education for obesity are shared with their parent, it will be more effective in weight management.

Development of a Web-based Sexual Health Program for Women Undergoing Treatment for Gynecologic Cancer and Their Partners (부인암 여성과 배우자를 위한 웹 기반 성 건강 프로그램 개발)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a web-based sexual health program for women undergoing treatment for gynecologic cancer and their partners, and to evaluate the validity of the developed program. Methods: A web-based sexual health program was developed and evaluated: analysis (needs assessment on 23 patients and content analysis through literature review and web search), design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Results: The web-based sexual health program for women undergoing treatment for gynecologic cancer and their partners was structured with sexual life, sexual response cycle, change of sexual function, sexual dysfunction related to treatment, and useful method for sexual dysfunction. This program included a video to improve for understanding and a bulletin board to promote bi-directional interactions between program users and providers. Experts and users rated this program in terms of efficacy, convenience, design, relevance, and usefulness. This program contents were found appropriate and satisfactory to both experts and users. Conclusion: This web-based sexual health program for women undergoing treatment for gynecologic cancer and their partners would contribute to sexual health promotion for gynecologic cancer women and their partners.
