In modern society, the amount of information has been significantly increased according to the development of IT convergence technology. That leads to develop information obtaining and searching technologies from lots of data. However, they don't seem to have been actually effective for users' health care and promotion not only for limitations of Web-based information and but for lack of personalization. Health information support services have been generally developed in a format of inputting data on bio-information acquired into the computer for the existing network-based transmission. In this paper, a life habits disease system that uses the existing medical data and Framingham risk factor(FRS) performs neural network is proposed. Based on the proposed system, it is possible to provide the fundamental data and guideline to doctors for recognizing the life habits disease diagnosis of patients and that represents increases in the welfare of patients.

Cyber hacking attacks and cyber terrorism are damaging to the lives of the people, and in the end, national security is threatened. Cyber-hacking attacks leaked nuclear power cooling system design drawings, cyber accidents such as hacking of Cheongwadae's homepage and hacking of KBS stations occurred. The Act on Information and Communication Infrastructure Protection, Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection, and the Personal Information Protection Act remove the responsibility for cyber attacks, but it is difficult to prevent attacks by hackers armed with new technologies. This paper studies the development of cyber security experts for cyber security. Build a Knowledge Data Base for cyber security professionals. Web hacking, System hacking, and Network hacking technologies and evaluation. Through researches on the operation and acquisition of cyber security expert certification, we hope to help nurture cyber security experts for national cyber security.

Purpose : This study was conducted to improve cognitive oral healthcare care by analyzing the correlation between oral health behavior and oral health status Korean adolescents. The subjects were 65,528 youths in 798 schools monitored in the Twelfth Korea Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey in 2016. Methods : The general characteristics consisted of 9 items including sex, grade, and academic performance. The academic performance and economic status were restructured into "upper, middle, lower". Subjective health perception and subjective oral health perception were reorganized as "health", "normal", "no health". The sub-areas of oral health behavior include five times of daily brushing during the day yesterday. The number of brushing times was "0", "1-2", "3", "more than 4" After lunch at school, brushing was restructured as "always," "sometimes," "not." The oral health status subscale consisted of 6 items including tooth breakage and toothache at the time of eating. Result : Tooth fracture(43.7 %), pain in mastication(43.7 %), tooth tingling(47.4 %), gum pain and bleeding(45 %), pain in buccal mucosa(43.8 %) and halitosis(46.6 %) were rare in adolescent having healthy oral health status cognitively(P<.001). Nosymptom adolescents without dental sealant showed low tooth fracture(0.64 times), pain in mastication(0.67 times), tooth tingling(0.59 times), gum pain and bleeding(0.84 times), pain in buccal mucosa(0.76 times), and halitosis(0.90 times). Nosymptom adolescents without scaling showed low tooth fracture(0.88 times), pain in mastication(1.03 times), tooth tingling(0.82 times), gum pain and bleeding(0.64 times), pain in buccal mucosa(0.70 times) and halitosis(0.82 times). Conclusion : This study revealed that oral health status is correlated with oral health behavior. Development of educational media and program, and aggressive promotion required to establish oral health Korean adolescent.

This study aimed at inquiring into the effect of the reward program in an online web homepage, which is most widely applied as a sales promotion tool for the foodservice industry, on customer trust, commitment and loyalty. The result is summarized as follows. The effect of the reward characteristics within a reward program on their trust and commitment showed that first, for the reward time, both compensation for delaying time and immediate time has a significantly positive effect on their trust and commitment, suggesting that the reward type as well as the reward time of a reward program is an important factor for improving their trust and commitment. In particular, indirect reward was a significant in raising their commitment or loyalty continuously, and for the reward attribute, economic reward was a significant attribute in building their trust.

Objectives: This study analyzed the relationship between BMI (body mass index), perceived health status, and oral health behaviors of schoolgirls. Methods: This study utilized data from the 13th (2017) Korea Youth Risk Behavior Web-Based Survey. A total of 29,337 schoolgirls were analyzed. Statistical analysis was performed using PASW Statistics 21.0 (SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL, USA). Results: Compared to the obese group, the rate of being recognized as healthy was 1.882 times higher in the normal-weight group and 1.623 times in the underweight group. The rate of using supplementary oral hygiene devices was 1.383 times higher in the underweight group and 1.091 times in the normal-weight group than in the obese group. Compared to the obese group, the experience rate of the sealant was 1.407 times in the underweight group. Compared to the obese group, the scaling experience rate was 1.282 times higher for the underweight group and 1.205 times for the normal-weight group. Conclusions: These results suggest that individual health behaviors are interrelated. There is a need for an integrated approach in the planning and implementation of future health promotion strategies, and it would be useful to design a program that considers health characteristics such as BMI.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to introduce the case of using eCRF system in the Smoking Cessation Program project in Vietnam (2017). And aimed to derive the usefulness of the eCRF system and it potential for future global health business. Method : Introduce the smoking cessation program in vietnam (2017). Smoking Cessation was conducted in three provices of central vietnam Tamphu, Binhtu, Duytrinh) and eCRF was developed on the web environment by building AMP(Apache, PHP, MySQL). Dedicated application have also been developed for user. Result : Using the eCRF, the results of the program of the smoking cessation participants were recorded on the Database server. The implemented system focused on the role of a case recording platform that was simplified in function rather than an electronic version of the case report. It was useful for monitoring. Conclusions : The eCRF system was useful in global health business, and upgrading the system to reflect the feedback derived from the project could potentially be used in other projects. In addition, there are few cases where ICT is used in overseas health promotion projects using Oriental medicine, so further research is needed.

Purpose: The study investigated the effect of adolescent health behavior on the prevalence of current allergic diseases. Methods: The subjects were 57,303 middle and high school youth. Data were analyzed using Rao-Scott χ² test and complex sample logistic regression analysis. Results: While controlling the affect of the general characteristics of the subjects, health behaviors affecting the current prevalence of allergic diseases were smoking, drinking, physical activity, eating habits, drug abuse, and mental health. Smoking behaviors affecting the current prevalence of allergic diseases were lifetime smoking experience, smoking days, liquid e-cigarette lifetime smoking experience, number of liquid electronic cigarette smoking days, e-cigarette lifetime smoking experience, e-cigarette smoking days, amount of smoking, second-hand smoking and drinking behaviors were lifetime drinking, drinking days, the amount of drinking, and severe drinking. Variables such as physical activity exceeding 60 minutes days, intake of energy and sweet drinks, water intake, habitual drug use and mental health behavior such as stress perception, weekday sleep time, subjective sleep satisfaction, depression, suicidal thoughts/ plan/ attempts affect current allergic diseases (p<.001). Conclusion: The results showed that current allergic disease related health behaviors in Korean adolescents. Therefore, considering these factors, it may be helpful to facilitate a health promotion plan for prevention and management of such diseases and to promote evidence-based health practices at school.

The purpose of this study is to scrutinize Internet sites which recently promote and sell Hanbok products online and to compare and analyze the formation and management conditions of those by types. One hundred thirty well-known Internet sites related to Hanbok products were studied on the formation and management conditions. The elements of Hanbok products, sales, promotion, and customer service were also discussed as details. In this study, those Internet sites were divided into six categories; private Hanbok designer sites, famous Hanbok brand sites, Hanbok specialized shopping mall sites, Hanbok rental sites, general and specialized Hanbok sites, and Hanbok information sites. The results of this study are as follows. First, the sites of private Hanbok designers and famous Hanbok brands are un for the purpose of promoting rather than selling its products. Second, the object of operating Hanbok specialized shopping mall sites is to sell its products via the Internet with practical Hanbok and kids Hanbok as the central items. These sites are fairly well organized. They show various items and provide information on descriptions, prices, and sizes of its products and offer customer service for sales. Third, custom-made Hanbok is also available alongside of Hanbok rentals on Hanbok rental sites. There are two kinds of rentals, door-to-door rental and online rental and customers normally rent traditional Hanbok for their needs. Fourth, products are sold in the order of kids Hanbok, practical Hanbok, Hanbok accessories, and traditional Hanbok on the general and specialized Hanbok sites. Finally, Hanbok information sites furnish various information on Hanbok and provide link services through making partnerships with other Hanbok cooperations.

We studied the methods for boosting a user participating service using KOSEN(The Global Network or Korean Scientists and Engineers) OpenLab service. OpenLab is a laboratory database of all the fields of science and technology, and it is different from other services in that basically it makes users register their information volunteerly. User participation service is not easy, so we made several strategies like promotion, event, and connection to other services. In result, we could collect about 4,300 laboratory database. Because user participation is a key concept for the Web 2.0, this study would contribute to the operation of the related services, especially to the services for scientists and engineers.

In this paper we developed a CCM Manager which is a management system to support efficient development, publication and promotion of Clinical Contents Model(CCM)'s outcomes. We derived the functions of manager and user from the analysis of work process from development of CCM to management and publication, designed the database based on CCM architecture, and developed web-based system for each user to easily access and search the contents. CCM Manager supports to share the results between model developers well, distribute and promote the outcomes of model type to general users without manager's manual packaging and publishing it. This paper shows superiority compared with other clinical information model management system in aspects of providing multiple search functions, visual model browsing methods and management functions. The proposed CCM Manager is currently used in process of CCM development, and the analysis of its efficiency with the results will be made in the future.
