IP 카메라란 영상을 네트워크를 통하여 전송하는 카메라로 웹 서버, 네트워크 인터페이스 장치 및 CCD(Charge Coupled Device) 모듈을 모두 내장하고 있어 영상을 네트워크를 통하여 실시간으로 전송이 가능하며 네트워크가 구축된 곳 어디서든 카메라의 IP 또는 웹 주소를 통해서 24시간 현장의 영상을 모니터링하고 기록한다. 현재 IP 카메라는 기술의 발전과 함께 날로 진화하여 기존의 아날로그 카메라시장을 점차 대체해가고 있으며, 아직은 초기 단계지만 우수한 확장성과 아날로그 카메라의 노이즈 문제를 극복하기 위해 철도차량에서도 점차 그 영역을 넓혀갈 것으로 기대된다. 하지만 IP 카메라의 상용화를 위해서는 여러 해결되지 않은 문제점들이 내제되어 있어 본 논문에서는 철도차량의 IP 카메라 시스템 구성에 대해 알아보고 철도차량용 IP 카메라 시스템의 개발 및 설계에 도움이 되고자 한다.

본 연구는 웹 이용자들이 검색엔진을 어떻게 선택하여. 어떠한 기능들을 활용하며, 검색결과는 어떻게 평가하는지 그리고 어떤 어려움을 겪고 있는지를 밝혀 보고자 하였다. 28명의 대학의 교수와 대학원생으로 구성된 이용자들을 대상으로 한 인터뷰결과를 분석한다. 연구 결과에 따르면, 본 연구의 참가자들은 검색결과에 대한 평가보다는 특정한 기능이나 익숙함에 근거하여 엔진을 선택하였다. 이들은 통합검색에 대해서는 의견이 양분되어 있었으며, 연산자의 사용이 결과에 미치는 영향이 거의 없다고 보고 있었다. 검색엔진에 대한 평가를 내릴 때에도 검색결과의 정확성외에 결과를 보여주는 인터페이스 디자인에도 상당한 관심을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

컴퓨터 및 초고속 정보통신망의 발전에 따라 사회는 지식 정보화 사회로 거듭나고 있고 이러한 상황에 서 국가의 경쟁력 확보를 위해 창의적이고. 논리적인 사고력을 갖춘 인재양성이 필수적이다. 이와 같은 목표를 달성하기 위해서는 정보통신 기술을 활용하여 다양한 학습방식을 도입한 열린 교육환경을 구축하고, 정보 통신망을 통한 언제, 어디서, 누구나 새로운 지식과 기술을 습득할 수 있는 평생학습 체계의 구축이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 가상교육 시스템의 사례 및 구성요소를 고찰하고, 학생 모드, 교수 모드, 관리자 모드에서 필요한 요구사항에 맞게 가상교육 시스템을 설계하였다. 시스템의 아키텍처 및 XML 3-tier 모델의 연구와 설계한 시스템에 적합한 개발 프로그램의 검토, 그리고 데이터베이스를 설계하였다. 또한, n을 기반으로 하여 웹을 통한 서비스를 제공함으로 학생, 교수 및 관리자로 하여금 원활한 가상교육이 이루어질 수 있도록 시스템의 성능 및 장애요인을 평가하여 이를 해결하였다.

In this paper, we design and implement practical application service using VoiceXML. And we suggest new solutions of problems can be occurred when implementing a new systems using VoiceXML, based on the fact. Up to now, speech related services were developed using API (Application Program Interface) and programming languages, which methods depend on system architectures. It thus appears that reuse of contents and resource was very difficult. To solve these problems, nowadays, companies develop their applications using VoiceXML. Advantages of using VoiceXML when developing services are as follows. First, we can use web developing technologies and technologies for transmitting web contents. And, we can save labors for low level programming like C language or Assembler language. And we can save labors for managing resources, too. As the result of these advantages, we can reduce developing hours of applications services and we can solve problem of compatibility between systems. But, there's poor grip of actual problems can be occurred when implementing their own services using VoiceXML. To overcome these problems, we implemented interactive stock trading system using VoiceXML and concentrated our effort to find out problems when using VoiceXML. And then, we proposed solutions to these problems and analyzed strong points and weak points of suggested system.

일반적인 WBI가 제공하는 공간 속에서 하이퍼미디어 기술을 도입하여 학습자가 학습에 대한 선택의 자유를 가지며, 또한 자기 나름대로 학습의 평가하는 개별화 교수-학습 환경을 제공한다. RC2 시스템은 기본적으로 클라이언트-서버 모델이며, LCPG 모델을 기반으로 하는 학습진행 및 학습평가 알고리즘을 제공하고 학습자 개개인의 특성에 맞는 동적인 재학습 메커니즘을 제시한다. 또한 웹을 통한 코스웨어 저작자인 교사에게 편리한 인터페이스를 제공하기 위한 학습 에디터를 지원한다.

웹 서비스를 포함한 다양한 서비스를 제공하는 대학, 회사의 전산소는 비용 관계상 결함포용(Fault-Tolerant) 시스템이 아닌 단일 서버, 단일 네트워크 장비로 구성되어 있다. 이렇듯 이중화로 구성되어 있지 않은 시스템의 경우 웜 바이러스 등과 같은 다양한 이유로 장애가 발생할 수 있으므로 이러한 장애를 능동적으로 감지할 수 있는 기술이 필요하다. 본 논문은 다양한 서비스에 대해 장애가 발생한 시스템을 감시하는 시스템을 설계하고 구현하며 관리자의 편의성을 위해 웹 기반 시스템으로 구현하는 기술을 소개한다. 이러한 시스템을 사용하여 시스템 관리자는 사용자의 장애 신고에 의지하지 않고 장애가 발생한 서비스를 이메일, SMS 등을 통해 보고 받아 즉각적인 장애 조치를 취할 수 있다.

본 연구에서는 모바일 검색의 주 이용자 계층인 대학생들을 대상으로 이들의 모바일 검색 행태를 조사하고, 설문조사와 실험을 통하여 검색 포털들의 모바일 검색 서비스에 대한 평가를 수행하고자 한다. 즉, 실제 이용자들이 실제 질의를 이용하여 모바일 검색을 수행한 후, 검색 포털들의 모바일 검색 서비스를 다양한 기준에 근거하여 평가하고, 모바일 검색 서비스에 대한 개선 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 조사 결과, 검색 포털의 모바일 검색에서 개선이 가장 시급한 분야는 컨텐츠로 나타났으며, 이어서 인터페이스, 접근성, 모바일 검색 기능 등의 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 포털들의 모바일 검색 서비스의 개선에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

국내의 대다수 공공도서관은 지역사회의 다양한 이용계층에게 웹서비스를 제공하기 위하여 홈페이지를 구축 운영하고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 차세대 지식기반사회를 주도해야 할 지역대표도서관의 아동서비스용 웹사이트는 부실하고 아동의 정보접근 및 이용행태를 충분히 반영하지 못하며, 그 요체인 콘텐트도 매우 취약하다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 광역시도의 대표도서관을 대상으로 아동서비스를 위한 웹사이트의 구축현황, 인터페이스와 디자인, 검색서비스, 콘텐트를 분석하고 대안을 제시하였다.

City Train Technology that is large and complex system and consists of mechanical, electronic, electric, materials, computer, communication, civil/track etc. is very important area of railway industry, national fundamental industry. The standardization of city train system as a public transportation method and foundation of national economy is very important in order to do effective operation and to get fundamental technology, and the information system of the standards is required to operate the city train system effectively. By building data base of city train system design knowledge using computer-aided system engineering tool-Cradle, the system development issues and the design solutions are used by all engaged persons, and are managed by modeling and documentation. And this system will support architecture design consistently and effectively by applying this system to formalize early development process, to system requirements and configuration management, to system interface analysis and management and to system behavior analysis etc.. This study is for construction of data base of system design knowledge through making data base of many kinds of standards using CASE tool based on System Engineering Process, and introduces a model to support concurrent engineering for all engineers involved in system development allowing access to standard DB through Web from anywhere and at anytime.
