최근 다양한 조사사업 및 연구용역을 통해 도출된 유관기관별 수질 및 오염원 자료가 방대해지고, 이를 관리하기 위한 인력 및 시간이 요구되고 있다. 그러나 이와 더불어 각 기관별 업무가 중복되고, 인력 및 시간의 부족으로 인한 조사자료의 질의 저하 및 부정확성 문제 등 오염원자료 관리에 있어 해결되어야 문제점들이 제시되고 있는 실정이다. 각 기관별 보유자료에 대한 자체 신뢰도는 매우 취약한 실정이며, 특히 생활계 오염원 자료의 기초가 되는 하수관거접속 인구, 물 사용량 자료와 축산계 오염원 자료의 기초인 인허가 자료 등은 자료간의 편차가 상당한 수준인 것으로 조사되었다. 오염총량관리제도 도입을 위한 자료 검증과정에서 기초자료 체계를 갖추는데 소요되는 기간만큼 계획의 수립이 지연 혹은 중단되는 사례가 최근 몇 년간 반복되고 있는 실정임을 감안할때 각 기관별로 계획수립에 필요한 자료의 수집 및 관리가 이루어져하는 당위성에 비추어볼 때 향후 오염총량관리제의 도입 등을 위하여 오염원 조사 뿐만 아니라 수문, 수질 기초 자료의 수집 및 체계적인 데이터베이스화를 통해 유관기관의 계획수립에 필요한 체계를 구축하고, 유역오염정보화의 근간을 마련하여야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 웹기반의 물관리 연구 네트워크를 구축하여 관련된 이해당사자들의 정보교류의 장으로서, 수행사업에 대한 홍보의 장으로서, 주요연구사항에 대한 학습의 장으로서 활용하게 된다. 체계적인 연구 네트워크 구성 및 유역환경정보 공유시스템의 구축은 물환경 인프라를 확충시키는데 매우 중요한 역할을 담당할 것이다.

In this paper we have developed metadata system in order to utilize and refer to ICT educational resources which stand on the basis of standard international metadata " DC Core Education" by analyzing into the time input resources during each lessons. This metadata system makes addition metadata elements(introduction, development, review) in the flow of a general lesson to many ICT educational resources and high quality educational information in the web. It means elementary school teachers feel easy and convenient by offering systematically interface and unify reference. The system could expect to willing to help effectively lessons with ICT.

We have been setting in The age of Ubiquitous that people are able to connect networks whenever and wherever by developing network. We can take any classes anytime we want even right checking out the result of a test through the internet with the spread of networks. The development of net-works has created WBI(Web Based Instruction) which has covered the limit of conservative education for instance, there are some content differences whenever a teacher teaches for each class, it is hard to take a lesson after having a certain period, the process of the class is changed as time goes by and so on. As the study of WBI is actively being worked in this moment, a various of class models are showing and materializing. In WBI, the exiting Objective Checking Assessment is applicable, some of the Performance Assessment which inspects and judges students' actual performance is Working whereas teachers who actually give them points don't have a embodied Performance Assessment Program. In this paper, I will present a Performance Assessment to use conveniently Performance Assessment Program not just students carrying out Performance Assessment using the internet but also teachers dealing with actual administrative works.

The Ministry of Environment recently analyzed the output data of 10 fine dust measuring stations and, as a result, announced that about 60% had an error that the existing atmospheric measurement concentration was higher. In order to accurately predict fine dust, the wind direction and measurement position must be corrected. In this paper, in order to solve these problems, fuzzy rules are used to solve these problems. In addition, in order to calculate the fine particulate sensation index actually felt by pedestrians on the street, a computer simulation experiment was conducted to calculate the fine particulate sensation index in consideration of weather conditions, temperature conditions, humidity conditions, and wind conditions.

It is needed to transfer the technology actively which has already developed to improve a up-to-date technology and foster the technological innovation. The technology transfer also can bring about a commercial success. To promote the technology transfer, it is needed to develop a new technology valuation model for a specific technology from a objective point of view, as well as to equip an institution such as the technology transfer center. The technology valuation from a objective point of view is of importance as the basic information for the price negotiation between a technology-buyer and a technology-seller. This paper takes aim at investigating a new technology valuation model and developing a technology valuation system for promoting the technology transfer. A new technology valuation system is developed as a web-enabling base. Using this users are able to estimate the value of specific technology on a real time efficiently.

세계는 점점 더 가까워지고 함께 공유하는 문화적 산물이 많아져 가면서 그 나라 고유의 전통문화의 존재의식은 젊은 층으로 내려갈수록 더욱 퇴색되어져가고 있다. 우리가 언제 어디서나 쉽게 듣고 즐기는 음악 또한 예외는 아니다. 쉽게 서양의 음악을 흥얼거리는 사람은 많아도 우리 국악을 흥얼거리며 가깝게 여기는 사람은 그리 많지 않을 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 6차 교육과정 이후 계속 그 중요성이 강조되고 있는 국악을 학생들로 하여금 좀 더 흥미와 관심을 가지고 더 잘 이해할 수 있고 더 가깝게 여길 수 있도록 하기 위해 음성게시판을 활용한 국악교육 사이트를 설계하고자 한다. 이는 초등 현장에서 교사의 수업 보조 자료는 물론 학생 개개인이 시 공간의 제약을 받지 않고 학습할 수 있으며 음성 게시판에 게재된 내용을 통해 교사의 일대일 조언은 물론 다양한 평가의 자료로 활용할 수 있도록 하고자 한다.

인터넷의 발달로 e-Learning에 대한 수요가 증대되고 있다. 그런데 대부분의 e-Learning 시스템은 규모가 너무 커 중소형 규모의 교육환경에 적합하지 못할 뿐만 아니라 정작 교육현장에 적용하기에 불편한 점이 많다. 본 논문에서는 중소형 교육환경에 적용 가능한 LMS(Loaming Management System)를 설계하고 구현한다. 교육현장의 학습자와 관리자의 요구를 철저히 분석하여 데이터베이스 설계 과정에 반영함으로써 실제교육환경에서 필요한 기능을 효율적으로 제공하고 있으며 향후의 새로운 요구와 변경을 효과적으로 지원하기 위하여 확장 가능성도 충분히 고려하였다.

According to the appearance of various virtual websites using multimedia technologies for engineering education, the internet applications in engineering education have drawn much interests. But unidirectional communication, simple text/image based webpages and tedious learning process without motivation etc. have made the lowering of educational efficiency in cyberspace. Thus, to cope with these difficulties this paper presents a web-based educational Flash movies based on ActionScript language for understanding the principles of the computer system architecture. The proposed Flash movies provides the improved learning methods which can enhance the interests of learners. The results of this paper can be widely used to improve the efficiency of cyberlectures in the cyber university. Several sample Flash movies are illustrated to show the validity of the proposed learning method.

The most important point in electronic learning(e-learning) is to gain the learning sympathy by improving interaction among the learners, instructors and operators around instruction contents. But it is necessary for the instructor to have active assistance of an administrator as a supporter and an operator because instructors do not accept all the learner's demands. So, operator's activity is very critical in success of e-learning. In this paper, wamine the theory of constructionism to effectively reflect the characteristic of WWW, and to build up a foundation of the web-based integrated e-learning circumstance. The circumstance is composed of 3 modules of the learner, instructor and the administrator. This aims to coordinate instruction functions in order to improve the effect of learning and to intensify the interaction. This paper presents the design and implementation of an e-learning system which is focused on the administrator's module to effectively support the operator's activity. As a result of this research, the system can be used in building up a variety of e-learning in university, that is, general training course and technical training course.

The development of information system and communication gave us new education model, called remote education. And the remote education, being free from constraint of time and space and using various multimedia resources, has helped and substituted public educations, and has enlarged the area because of a lot of advantages and educational possibility compared to public educations. But it is very insufficient to study on analysis system which can analyze the learner and improve the educational process compared to various contents and education methods. In this study, we realized web-based item pool system which can remove the inefficiency of making duplicated and one-time used questions and which can manage and evaluate learners' achievements more efficiently. This program can give us quality improvement of remote education by raising efficiency of production with various pattern of paper making and item pool type management of items made and by executing high quality analysis with various pattern to the learner.
