Fe계 합금 분말 소결품(SMF9060)의 마모 특성 연구 (A Study on Tribological Characteristics of Powder Sintered Fe-base Alloy (SMF9060))

  • SMF9060 material is a Fe-based powder sintered alloy that is used for several automobile components such as Synchronize Hub, oil pump and transmission. These components are required excellent wear resistance and durability. In this study, we have performed a dry wear test at the ambient air and Ar gas conditions in the room temperature, and a lubricant wear test at the room temperature and engine oil temperature of $100^{\circ}C$. The amount of wear volume and coefficient friction are measured by a Profilometer and a Ball on disk type wear tester. The wear volume in Ar gas condition was a little higher than that in the ambient air condition. However the wear volume in the lubricant wear condition was much lower than in the dry wear condition. XRD analysis of the debris in Ar gas condition showed that the oxide film was not formed.

골프웨어브랜드의 이미지 지각 분석 - 닥스와 수페리어 골프웨어를 중심으로 - (A study on the Image Perception of Golf Wear Brand - Focusing on the Daks and Superior Golf wear -)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the clothing image of the Daks and Superior golf wear, and to compare the perceiver's image perception with clothing image in fashion industry, and to find out the differences of image perception between the buying groups and non-buying groups of the Daks and Superior golf wear, for developing the possibility and strategy of the golf wear market for the apparel marketers and manufacturers. In this study, the data obtained from 193 respondents were analyzed by the descriptive statistics, average analysis. The results from the data were as follows : The questionnaire of the image evaluation rated on 7 point Likert-type scales in the 17 features were evaluated by perceivers. The clothing images by 103 respondents(Daks group) were not in accord with the clothing images expressed on homepage of the Daks golf wear. In the other hands, the clothing images by the 90 respondents(Superior group) were in accord with the clothing images expressed on homepage of the golf wear. There were significant differences in evaluating the clothing images between the buying groups and non-buying groups of the Daks and Superior golf wear. The buying groups of the Daks and Superior golf wear perceived the clothing image of the Daks and Superior golf wear more dynamic, positive than the non-buying groups.

아웃도어웨어 차별화에 대한 인식, 평가 및 차별화 속성 (Consumer Perceptions, Evaluations and Attributes of Outdoor Wear Differentiation)

  • This study examined consumer perceptions towards outdoor wear differentiation and product attributes for outdoor wear differentiation to develop an outdoor wear differentiation strategy. It also investigated how consumer's evaluated product attributes according to consumer's demographic characteristics. Data were acquired from a survey of 454 adult respondents aged over 20 that was analyzed with descriptives, frequency, t-test, one-way ANOVA, factor analysis, and reliability. The results were as follows. First, it showed that consumers did not have a positive or a negative perception toward outdoor wear differentiation, and they thought outdoor wear should be differentiated. Those married and older tended to think that outdoor wear should be differentiated more than that for those single and younger. Consumer evaluations were significantly different on the necessity of outdoor wear differentiation according to age and total income. Second, consumers assessed that color, pattern and textiles had similar characteristics among outdoor wear brands; in addition, brand recognition and brand image had very different characteristics. Third, product attributes for outdoor wear differentiation were service and store, product quality, brand and popularity, and product designs with mean values of product quality, product design, service and store, and brand and popularity, respectively. Fourth, consumers were significantly different in the importance assessment of product attributes for differentiation according to gender, marital status and age.

가압소결법으로 제조된 알루미나 단섬유 보강 청동기지 복합재의 마모특성 (Wear Properties of the Alumina Short Fiber Reinforced Tin-Bronze Matrix Composites manufactured by Hot Pressing)

  • The wear properties of the alumina short fiber reinforced tin-bronze matrix composites manufactured by hot pressing was studied at the room temperature and $350^{\circ}C.$ The wear loss of various specimens having different constituent and different density was examined by a pin-on-disc type wear testing machine. The results were discussed by the observation of the worn surface morphology and the analysis of the composition on the worn surfaces. Since the reinforced effect of the alumina fiber on the wear resistance was dependent on the strength of alloy matrix, the pressureless sintered composites having a lower matrix strength showed a marked increase in wear resistance by the fiber reinforcement. As the wear condition became severe, the fiber reinforcement was more effective. The delamination on the wear surface was observed in the pressureless sintered specimens having pores which are related to the initiation and the propagation of cracks. However, the wear mechanism acting on a big failure area was not found on the wear surfaces of the hot pressed specimens having a few pores.

  • The wear characteristic of Zircaloy-4 tube, which is used for a cladding of light water reactor fuel rod, is investigated experimentally. The experiment is conducted with contacting the crossed tube specimens in air as well as in water at room temperature with various combination of contact normal force and sliding distance of reciprocating motion. The contour and the volume of each wear are examined to study the effect of contact condition and environment on wear. As a result, it is found that the wear volume in the water environment is larger than that in the air for all the contact (i.e., force and sliding distance) conditions. However, the wear depth is greater in air than in water if the contact normal force and the sliding distance are larger. These are explained by the ease of detachment of wear particles from the contact surface. On the other hand, workrate model is applied with the contact shear force range measured by our wear tester. Investigated is the correlation between the workrate and the wear volume increase rate of the present experiment. The parabolic curve is found to fit well for the present wear data.

  • 본 연구에서는 공구현미경을 이용하여 간판하게 공구수명을 구할 수 있는 방법을 제시하기 위한 전 단계로서 공구의 마멸거동에 대하여 연구하였다. 공구의 마멸은 매우 복잡한 현상이며 대부분의 경우 주로 마멸의 누증이 공구를 파손에 이르 게 한다. 마멸의 형태중 마멸(abrasion wear)과 점착에 의하여 발생되는 측면마멸이 가공물의 표면조도, 정밀도 및 절삭동력에 미치는 영향과 측정상의 경의 때문에 공구 수명을 지배하는 주마멸인자로 취급되고 있다. 따라서 절삭시간에 대한 공구의 측면 마멸 거동을 분석하여 초경공구의 측면마멸유선의 직선모델을 구하고, 측면마멸유선의 일반모델을 확립하였다.

중.노년층 남성복.여성복 브랜드이미지의 특성 비교 (Comparison of Brand Images Between Men′s and Women′s Wear Brands Targeting Middle Aged People or Older People)

  • The purpose of the study was to investigate and make comparison of brand images of men's wear brands and women's wear brands targeting middle-aged people or older people. Thus, the study could be an exploratory study to search apparel niche-market for middle-aged or older consumers. The questionnaire consisted of questions on 28 brand image. The subjects were to evaluate their brand images and rate on 5 point Likert-type scales of 28 adjectives. Most of the subjects were designers or merchandisers who worked for men'wear brands or women's wear brands. The SPSS/WIN Program was used to calculate frequency, t-test, and cluster analysis. The results from the study were as follow : 1) The common images which men's wear brands and women's wear brands strongly pursued were prestigious, luxurious. 2) Each 37 men's wear brands and 36 women's wear brands were clustered into one groups by brand images. The common images included in first clusters of men's wear and woman's wear brands consisted of prestigious. luxurious, formal, comfort, and conservative. This market needs to be more segmented by differentiated brand images.

애슬레저웨어 관련 연구동향 분석 - 국내 학술지 게재 논문을 중심으로 - (Analysis of Research Trends on Athleisure Wear - Focused on Research Published in Korean Journals -)

  • As sales of athleisure wear are expected to continue to increase, this study researched and analyzed trends to develop athleisure wear with improved design and functionality. In order to present basic data for designing a research methodology suitable to trends, this study conducted a literature survey related to athleisure wear published in domestic academic journals. The results are as follows. Papers related to athleisure wear have been consistently published since 2016, when athleisure wear began to emerge in Korea. The research methodology itself has not yet been reflected in a variety of ways, and it has only been published at a general level, so there is a need to expand the research methodology. In particular, the lack of material-related research in athleisure wear, where functional materials play the most important role, can also be cited as a problem. Research in the field of clothing composition for movement suitability and functional design is also limited to leggings and should be expanded to various athleisure wear items. However, due to the characteristic of athleisure wear, research papers are published not only in academic journals in the field of clothing, but also in academic journals in the fields of convergence, science, and sports. It is expected that active research on athleisure wear will continue in the future through a multifaceted and convergent approach.

회귀분석을 이용한 모터싸이클 브레이크 디스크의 마멸량 예측 (Wear Loss Presumption of Motorcycle Disk Brake Using Regression Analysis)

  • The friction test using disk-on-pad type was carried out and regression analysis with friction parameters was applied fur wear loss presumption of motorcycle break disk. The wear loss has an effect on the frictional factor such as applied load, sliding speed, and number of ventilated disk hole. However, it is difficult to know the mutual relation of these factors on wear loss of motorcycle break disk. From this study, the result was shown that the regression analysis equation containing 4 elements were constructed and this equation had a trust of 95% in wear loss presumption of motorcycle break disk. It is possible to apply for another automobile parts.
