It is very necessary to find how to develop international government procurement by analyzing functions and roles of information providing circumstance and existing total international government procurement information system. In addition, it would require to draw up a way of improving current international government procurement information system based on the problems of existing system. In this study, we analyze the current status of Korean international government procurement information system and give an idea of mutual cooperating with DGMARKET, a good example of international government procurement information system. As a practical method, cooperating with DGMARKET by building each countries' gateway will be very helpful in cost saving and providing information. It will also complement the limitation of Korean system's one way service. But supplying only international government procurement information is insufficient in realization of e-trade in international goverment procurement market. To settle these problems, treating international government procurement as a same field of trade and giving political support and incentive to company which hopes to participate international goverment procurement are absolutely needed.

A study is for the approach that we could reduce the logistics costs through uprising the efficiency, complying to the demand in time, stock management based on the general production plan in the point of SCM. We will take following steps to get the goal. First, we will overview the physical distribution expenses annually. Second, will find the main cause of optimal load loss by improper container and lack of delivery flexibility to the demand. Third, the goal will be inferred through the fast information share based on organic relationship, the establishment of general production plan, the improvement of stock management plan. By way of this process, it can be accomplished expense reduction as well as flexible establishment of the reduction of worker's load.

Railway takes an important role of transporting massive passenger and freight. Accidents which occur related to trains have a risk of serious loss of lives, so those accidents need to be controlled urgently Therefore moving picture transmission system is required which transmits exact information of moving picture of accident status to CTC and also communication line is also required with it. By using WTB line as a wayside transmission line, railway telephones, fax and train service information are provided to local offices. As transmission line improving project, optical cabling work is being processed by phases. Therefore optical fiber line is more effective way for a communicating way between stations than coaxial transmission line. This Paper considers connecting method when optical fibers is used for moving picture data transmission of train accidents and its problems.

This paper presents a methodology of improving a conventional numerical model in power systems using GAs and a new GAs-based model which can directly solve the real-valued optimum in the optimization procedure. The power flow which is well known to the power engineer is solved using the proposed GAs as an alternative way of the traditional optimization method. In applying GAs to the power flow, both the notions on a way of the genetic representations and a realization of the genetic operators are fully discussed to evaluate the GA's effectiveness.

기 제작된 지하시설물도의 정확도를 분석한 결과 오류 유형을 도형정보의 위치오류와 속성정보의 오류 두 가지로 구분 지을 수 있었으며, 도형정보의 위치오류는 지하시설물의 탐사와 위치측량과정에서, 속성정보의 오류는 자료의 입력과정에서 주로 발생하고 있었다. 본 연구에서는 실험을 통하여 탐사정확도와 위치측량정확도를 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하였고, 공정개선을 통한 속성오류의 감소방안을 제시하였다.

The paper considers MIMO two-way scheme to optimize the end to end capacity in local wireless mesh network. The basic idea is to perform data transmission via intermediate cooperative nodes and cooperative relay therefore higher throughput can be achieved. Each node is equipped with multiple antennas, and has two time slots one for transmission (Tx) and the other is reception (Rx), which are arranged alternatively in the network. In the conventional SISO network, it takes at least four time slots to accomplish the function of two-way relay. Moreover, cooperative technique is used in order to enhance multiplexing of forward and backward streams.

Assessment can be defined as any method used to understand the current knowledge that a student possesses. Assessment may influence decisions about grades, placement, instructional needs, and curriculum. Therefore, the purpose of assessment is to identify how the students think and know, to diagnose the difficulties they face, and to reflect the result of assessment on teaching. But the traditional multiple-choice test failed to evaluate and teach higher-level thinking and problem-solving skills. In this context, performance assessment is being required as an alternative assessment to get better understanding about what the students can do as well as what they know. This article points out some weaknesses of traditional assessments, and comments on the theoretical background and necessity of performance assessment. And it presents more specific information about performance assessment and some examples. It is certain that performance assessment is student-centered and future-oriented. But performance assessment can't be the surest and best way of evaluating the students' abilities. We are just on the way of another experimental stage for improving teaching methodology. More supplementary analyses and further improvements are needed.

인공지능, 기계학습 및 데이터마이닝 기법들을 침입탐지 시스템에 적용하는 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나 많은 연구가 공격패턴의 분류를 위한 분류기(classifier)의 학습 알고리즘 성능 개선에 목적을 두고 있다. 그리고 이러한 학습 알고리즘은 대부분 일괄처리(batch) 방식으로 동작하여 실시간 침입탐지 시스템의 적용에는 적합하지 못하다. 본 논문에서는 실시간 침입탐지 시스템을 위한 점증적 특징 추출 기법과 분류가 가능한 실시간 침입탐지 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 방법을 KDD CUP 99 자료에 적용한 결과 실시간 기법임에도 불구하고 일괄처리 방식과 비슷한 결과를 나타내었다.
