The Joseon Dynasty lasted for 618 years, from 1392 to 1910, and is regarded as one of the development periods of Korea in various areas, including politics, culture, economy, and society. During this period, the government undertook various measures to try to change the state of the economy and generally transform people's living standards. These were some of the strategies founded on Confucianism, which focused on the right way to govern and manage the economy to attain prosperity for the society. The present study explores government development strategies for improving the economy in Joseon Dynasty period using comprehensive literature analysis via Kci, Scopus, Web of Science databases. Indeed, agricultural transformations during the Joseon dynasty clearly show that knowledge and innovation were critical for encouraging agricultural growth. Therefore, today's South Korean government can implement technological advancement and research to improve its agricultural value chain and food security. Many farmers lack knowledge about improved methods of practicing agriculture or have inadequate capital to invest in research and development; these issues can be dealt with by the relevant government agencies putting in place necessary policies and creating awareness through educational programs and articles.

The focus of this development program is to input multimedia materials into learning according to the trend of recent social changes and to maximize the learning effect for improving problem-solving by offering familiar teaching materials. The expecting effects of this study are as follows: 1. This program helps students acquire mathematical concepts and principles about circular equation through concrete examples using a variety of media - text, voice, sound, and animation and so on - , makes it possible individual learning which was difficult for students to expect at the existing multitude class as progressing learning each unit on the screen and the perfect learning by offering FEED BACK 2. This program varied the difficulty of learning contents to learn according to learning abilities of learners by using animation and making the most of merits of computer and was able to improve learning effect by studying in a mutual way with managing learning procedure nonsuccessively. 3. Class using CAI program about developed circular equation unit has a positive effect on improving problem-solving by becoming from teacher centered class to student centered one. 4. This program makes students understand the contents of auxiliary learning in multimedia computer more efficiently, and cultivate abilities to adopt in accordance with changes in the future society by forming familiar computer mind.

본 연구에서는 종래 건설 프로세스 상의 한계점을 분석한 후, 그 개선방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 개선방안은 설계도서의 철저한 사전검토를 통한 협력 업체의 공정계획 조기참여 방안이다. 이를 통해서 커뮤니케이션이 활성화되어 사전의견조정의 극대화를 확보할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 데크플레이트 설치 프로세스와 덕트 설치 프로세스를 대상으로 사례연구를 수행하였다. 사례연구 결과, 협력업체의 조기투입과 설계도서 사전 검토를 통하여 체계적으로 건설 프로세스를 개선할 수 있었고, 구성원들의 사전의견조정을 통하여 건설생산 효율성을 제고할 수 있었다.

그 동안 우리나라의 영어 교육은 듣기와 말하기 같은 실용적 언어 기능보다는 쓰기와 읽기 같은 수동적인 언어기능 위주로 교육이 진행 되어왔다. 이러한 교육 방법은 학생들이 영어 교육을 받은 기간이 비교적 긴 기간에 비추어 볼 때에 상당히 비효율적인 언어구사 능력을 갖추게 하였다. 이 연구의 목적은 영어 듣기 지도에 관한 효율적인 방안을 연구하여 학생들로 하여금 영어를 정확히 들을 수 있는 능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 방법을 연구하고자 한다.

The purpose of the present study is to explore an effective way of teaching English vocabulary which is geared toward improving students' English communicative competence. This study focuses on English verbs, which may be followed by patterns according to subcategorization. Learning verbs must include learning about patterns as well as meaning in order to improve the ability to use verbs receptively and productively, or communicative competence. On the basis of the language progression proposed by Willis (2003), a teaching strategy which helps learners learn English verb patterns effectively and systematically was proposed. The effect of the teaching strategy was investigated. The subjects of the experimental group who learned English verb patterns intentionally through the teaching strategy proposed by this study significantly improved themselves in the ability to use them receptively and productively. This result shows that the teaching strategy including improvisation, recognition, rehearsal, system building, exploration and consolidation is helpful to improving communicative competence.

In this Paper, there have been brief review about the important consideration in laboratory planning and designing the dielectric testing facilities for heavy electric apparatus up to 800kV-class in the high voltage testing fields. To improve and reinforce the existing dielectric test facilities in the way of econo-mical and optimal condition, wide investigation and an analysis for a solution, especially overshoot compensation method. have been suggested. With the brief description about those matters in constructing and improving the test facilities, the specification of each facility has been shown in the paper.

This study investigated the extend to which the facilities satisfactorily accommodate people with different disabilities and their specific needs for improving the facilities. Systematic interviews were conducted with 90 disabled people using the non-propertionate stratified cluster random sampling method. Frequency analysis, Chi-square tests, Duncan tests, and analysis of variance(ANOVA) were employed for data analysis. The findings indicated that the respondents' assessment of accommodations and needs for improving accommodations differed by the type of disabilities. People with physical disabilities were the least satisfied with stairs, followed by seating in stadiums and/or theaters. For people with visual disabilities, the lack of guidance and information facilities was the most difficult problem. People with hearing disabilities often pointed out difficulties in using public telephones. meanwhile, people with physical disabilities asked for easy access to assistive devices and improved mobility-related circumstances. yet people with visual disabilities expected to improve way-finding relevant issues, such as detectable warnings on walking surfaces and guidance and information facilities, whereas people with hearing disabilities desired to develop hearing-aid equipments, such as TDD and assistive listening systems.

This study was performed to develop the basic framework of multicultural art education programs for female foreign immigrants married to Korean males. First, these programs aim to lessen their cultural variance in acculturizing in Korea, and thereafter enhance their emotional stability and improve their creative ability to integrate cultural diversity into family life. The primary objective of this study was to offer a suitable education program and evaluation criteria for the program; the research has been done through person-to person interviews with 53 subjects using a series of questionnaires composed of 8 five-point Likert-Scaled items. As for the process of the interview, the subjects were asked about their satisfaction with each program item twice in order to comparetheir impressions before and after program participation. The satisfaction scores were analyzed using frequency distribution. In addition, the program effects were also evaluated by coordinators and developers from their subjective comments through periodical evaluation meetings. From the results, it is observed that art education programs are beneficial for improving female immigrants' emotionaland cultural integration. In addition, experts determined that the programs were helpful for improving their human relationship and acculturization in Korea. Finally, it is concluded that multicultural education programs are a primary fundamental infra-structural way of integrating diverse cultures and improving communication exchanges, and therefore, improve family stability among the multicultural families in Korea.

It is necessary to have measurement and analysis activity for managing software project. At least, every project measures time and cost in order to figure it out whether it will finish within its deadline. CMMI has Measurement and Analysis process in Maturity Level 2. In Measurement and Analysis process, Indicators for decision making in project management are defined and analysis procedure of the measurements to get the indicators are specified. Also, the way of collecting the data and storing them is also planned. Establishing efficient and effective measurement and analysis process in the organization by improving existing process is very important for project success. In this paper, we provide a method for analyzing the measurement and analysis process and improving it based on IDEAL model. It will support the organizations which are trying to adopt CMMI to establish measurement and analysis process.

The changes of social climate in respecting differences and needs of each diverse groups and human equality have caused the disabled to persue quality of life, through enabling their lives more independent. The purpose of this research was to find out adequacy of the residence and living behavior of the hearing impaired. Though this reach it was expected to find out environment features which have become obstacle in maintain their life independent in normal way and the way of improving their environment. Small group workshop with three hearing impaired persons was implemented. Living behavior and physical environmental characteristic of dormitory and interaction between them were identified. The need of non auditorial communication for the hearing impaired found far beyond required guidelines of the disabled Act. Design professionals need more profound knowledge with and ethical and humanistic attitude to find and satisfy the need of disabled.
