화장품 쇼핑성향에 따른 구매결정요인 차이 연구 (A Study on Purchase Decision Factors in Cosmetics Shopping)

  • The objective of this study is to provide basic marketing data that is useful for domestic cosmetics companies by investigating purchase decision factors in cosmetics shopping. To this end, a mobile survey was conducted with a total of 300 men and women, aged 20-30, residing in Seoul and the surrounding Gyeonggi province. The collected data was analyzed by using SPSSWIN 21.0. Next, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed. The results outlined consumer's purchase decision factors and suggest retailers should focus on services, such as additional events and samples, convenience of the shop itself, training salespeople to be kind and informative, promotion and services by carefully choosing models and celebrities to advertise and encourage impulse purchases, increasing product quality, improving their reputation in SNS, improve the perceived reliability of the shop by stocking famous brands prominently, advertisement, promotion and being reliably trendy and being reliably trendy. However, product loyalty was not an important factor consumers aged 20-30, these people are using SNS a lot so buy a wide variety of products. In this way, the cosmetics companies should establish marketing strategies in line with consumer habits.

윤리교육이 간호대학생의 전문직 자아개념과 윤리적 딜레마, 윤리적 의사결정 자신감에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Ethics Education on Nursing Students' Professional Self Concept, Ethical Dilemma and Ethical Decision Making Confidence)

  • 본 연구는 CEDA 토론학습을 이용한 윤리교육이 간호대학생의 간호전문직 자아개념, 윤리적 딜레마 및 윤리적 의사결정 자신감에 미치는 효과를 확인하기 위한 원시실험연구이다. 연구 대상자는 K도 C시 소재, 3학년 간호대학생 총 57명이었고, 연구기간은 2019년 3월 4일부터 5월 13일까지였다. CEDA 토론학습을 이용한 윤리교육은 이론교육 3주와 CEDA 토론학습 6주로 총 9주 동안 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN/21.0을 사용하여 일반적 특성에 따른 간호전문직 자아개념, 윤리적 딜레마, 윤리적 의사결정 자신감의 차이는 t-test, one-way ANOVA로 분석하였고, CEDA 토론학습을 이용한 윤리교육에 따른 연구대상자의 간호전문직 자아개념, 윤리적 딜레마, 윤리적 의사결정 자신감의 차이는 Paired t-test로 분석하였다. 연구결과 CEDA 토론학습을 이용한 윤리교육은 간호대학생의 간호전문직 자아개념(t=13.816, p<.001)과 윤리적 딜레마(t=6.205, p<.001) 및 윤리적 의사결정 자신감(t=11.950, p<.001)에 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 간호전문직 자아개념과 윤리적 딜레마 및 윤리적 의사결정 자신감은 순상관관계가 있었으며, 간호전문직 자아개념은 전공 만족도에 따라 차이를 보였다. 그러므로 간호대학생들이 긍정적인 간호전문직 자아개념을 형성하고 윤리적 딜레마 상황에서 자신있게 윤리적 의사결정을 할 수 있도록 윤리교육을 강화시킬 필요가 있다고 판단된다.

간호대학생의 감염관리 인지도, 진로결정자기효능감 및 비판적 사고성향이 감염관리 수행도에 미치는 영향요인 (The Influencing Factor of Awareness of Infection Control, Career Decision Making Self Efficacy and Critical Thinking Disposition on the Performance of Infection Control in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 감염관리 인지도, 진로결정자기효능감 및 비판적 사고성향이 감염관리 수행도에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하고자 시도하였다. 대상자는 D시와 K시에 소재한 4개 대학 간호학과 3, 4학년 404명이었다. 자료는 2018년 11월 5일부터 12월 21일까지 자가보고식 설문조사로 수집되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 17.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 독립집단 t-test, one-way ANOVA, 사후분석은 Duncan's test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, multiple regression analysis로 분석하였다. 감염관리 인지도는 평균 4.75점, 진로결정자기효능감은 평균 3.02점, 비판적 사고성향은 평균 4.73점, 감염관리 수행도는 평균 4.46점이었다. 간호대학생의 감염관리 수행도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 연령, 감염관리 인지도 및 진로결정자기효능감으로 나타났으며, 설명력은 38.6%였다. 따라서 간호 대학생의 감염관리 수행도를 강화하기 위하여 감염관리 인지도와 진로결정자기효능감을 향상하기 위한 교육프로그램개발이 필요하다.

Structural robustness: A revisit

  • The growing need for assuring efficient and sustainable investments in civil engineering structures has determined a renovated interest in the rational design of such structures from designers, clients and authorities. As a result, risk-informed decision-making methodologies are increasingly being used as a direct decision tool or as an upper-level layer from which performance-based approaches are then calibrated against. One of the most important and challenging aspects of today's structural design is to adequately handle the system-level effects, the known unknowns and the unknown unknowns. These aspects revolve around assessing and evaluating relevant damage scenarios, namely those involving unacceptable/intolerable damage levels. Hence, the importance of risk analysis of disproportionate collapse, and along with it of robustness. However, the way robustness has been used in modern design codes varies substantially, from simple provisions of prescriptive rules to complex risk analysis of the disproportionate collapse. As a result, implementing design for robustness is still very much a grey area and more so when it comes to defining means to quantify robustness. This paper revisits the most common robustness frameworks, highlighting their merits and limitations, and identifies one among them which is very promising as a way forward to solve the still open challenges.

  • E-commerce has not only brought about a great change in the way we exchange goods and services but also revolutionized the way we handle business transactions. In addition, it has a significant influence upon the present business structure, and most of firms in service industry as well as manufacturing are considering adopting E-commerce in a serious manner. Most vessels purchase merchandises through a number of shipping agents. As the amount of harbor materials increase, the number of vessels and their navigation frequency also increase. As a result, the amount of procurement for ships has increased. Traditional means such as telephone and fax to handle ever-increasing harbor transaction, however, has proved to be very time-consuming and cost ineffective. Therefore, people are starting to look for more effective ways. In this paper, an internet-based scheme of B2B transaction is proposed to handle procurement problem between shipping agency and shipping company, and between vessel and suppliers as a more effective approach to streamline such problems. We extract problems of shipping agency through task-analysis and present a scheme that performs decision making and procurement as a system agent with brokering structure. Purchaser and supplier are offered material information rapidly and task loads are minimized by the scheme. Also, the system can support decision making of purchasing goods, and information is shared among purchaser, supplier and system through the system interface.

메리 셸리의 『최후의 인간』 -역사 끝에 선 환대 (Mary Shelley's The Last Man: Hospitability at the end of History)

  • The decades after the French Revolution witnessed the prolific production and consumption of apocalyptic literature, tinged with the optimistic vision of political progress and human perfectibility. However, the Romantic writers were cautious to embrace the idea of the end of history, even though it promised an aesthetic space relieved of historical determinants. Mary Shelley's The Last Man joined this line of Romantic literature which skeptically questions the millenarian desires of political apocalypse by representing apocalypse without millenium. Using the theme of apocalypse as a tool to investigate the place of human beings in the universe and to test diverse political reform ideas to their fullest potential, the novel diagnoses the ideas of representative political subject as the most problematic aspect of political structure. The notion of subjecthood presupposes a political decision as to who can be counted as subject and this decision, according to the novel, assumed a subject that is "active, free, conscious and willful sovereign," which Raymond embodies in his exemplary body. Against the sovereignty of Raymond is juxtaposed the subaltern subject such as Sybil. The resistance of Sybil to Apollo, another exemplary subject, is the subtext of the novel, which guides the way out of the grim future of humanity. While the plague exemplifies the universalizing ideal with its principle of sovereignty, Sybil and her descendent Lionel practice the unconditional hospitality so that they can renew the community in a way to embrace singularities of individuals.

한식당 가격정책이 매출에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Korean Restaurant′s Menu Price Policy upon the Sale(The Case of ‘B’ Korean Restaurant of ‘P’ Hotel at Seoul))

  • As mentioned above, Korean restaurant's menu price is to be decided by combining various factors. Korean restaurant is demanded to decide menu price more carefully than other restaurants do, because the number of Korean restaurant is the largest in Korea and Korean food is the most popular among the Korean people. Korean restaurant cannot neglect price competitiveness and is often given complaints from its customers. Because of such management difficulties, the number of Korean restaurant has recently decreased at special class hotels as well as common hotels. Korean restaurant managers are demanded to make efforts to inherit Korean tradition and culture by keeping pride and responsibility. Until now, Korean restaurants are thought to decide the menu prices in short-sighted, non-scientific and haphazard way of thinking. Such price decision factors have established traditions and have been generally accepted to let Korean restaurant managers lose carefulness at the menu price decision. In advanced countries, however, they recognized the importance of the price decision since the 1960's or earlier to research the menu price systematically and scientifically. Before deciding the menu prices, Korean restaurant managers are demanded to investigate various kinds of factors carefully and spend a lot of time to calculate direct costs, that is, one of the most important factors of cost calculations. The managers are demanded to decide the menu prices in reasonable and future-oriented way by keeping not private thinking but correct information and judgment. The sale of each menu has difference, while the menu price increase has been evaluated to be successful from overall point of view. Despite of increased total sale, there was not much difference of net profit because of increased material costs. However, higher level of the customers produced comfortable and cozy atmosphere of the restaurant enough to satisfy customers, and improved service quality much more. Not only customer satisfaction but also improved service quality is thought to play an important role in invitation of future customers.

Unlimited Cooperative Sensing with Energy Detection for Cognitive Radio

  • In this paper, we investigate the fundamental performance limits of the cooperative sensing using energy detection by considering the unlimited number of sensing nodes. Although a lot of cognitive radio research so far proposed various uses of energy detection because of its simplicity, the performance limits of energy detection have not been studied when a large number of sensing nodes exist. First, we show that when the sensing nodes see the independent and identically distributed channel conditions, then as the number of sensing nodes N goes to infinity, the OR rule of hard decision achieves zero of false alarm Pf for any given target probability of detection $\bar{P_d}$ irrespective of the non-zero received primary user signal to noise ratio ${\gamma}$. Second, we show that under the same condition, when the AND rule of hard decision is used, there exists a lower bound of $P_f$. Interestingly, however, for given $\bar{P_d}$, $P_f$ goes to 1 as N goes to infinity. Third, we show that when the soft decision is used, there exists a way of achieving 100% utilization of secondary user, i.e., the sensing time overhead ratio goes to zero so does $P_f$.We verify our analyses by performing extensive simulations of the proposed unlimited cooperative sensing. Finally, we suggest a way of incorporating the unlimited cooperative sensing into a practical cellular system such as long term evolutionadvanced by exploiting the existing frame structure of absolute blank subframe to implement the in-band sensing.

  • 1996년 유통시장 전면개방 이후 본격적인 상승세를 타기 시작한 해외의류브랜드 도입은 IMF관리체제가 들어서면서 일시적인 구조조정을 겪었지만 빠른 속도로 회복되면서 양적.질적 성장을 구가하고 있다. 해외의류브랜드를 선호하는 소비자층이 확대되면서 해외의류브랜드의 종류와 품질이 다양화되었고, 특히 고가의 해외명품브랜드는 경기상황과 관계없이 계속적인 호황을 누리고 있다. 해외의류브랜드는 상품의 특성, 소비자의 욕구, 기업의 마케팅 목표 등을 고려하여 유통경로를 선정하며 유통경로의 유형에 따라 각각 다른 마케팅결정이 이루어진다. 따라서 해외의류브랜드의 성공은 자신 회사의 유통경로가 다른 기업의 유통경로와 어떻게 차별화되어 경쟁우위를 차지할 수 있느냐에 달려있다. 해외의류브랜드를 선호하는 소비자입장에서 보면 유통경로에 따라 차별화된 상품이 공급될 것이고 그 중에서 소비자 개인의 특성에 적합한 상품을 구매하게 될 것이다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 해외의류브랜드의 유통경로에 따라 상품경쟁력 요소들에 대한 소비자 만족도에 차이가 있으며, 유통경로와 인구통계적 특성에 따라 상품경쟁력 요소들이 소비자 구매의사결정에 다르게 영향을 미치는가를 분석하는 것이다.

대학생의 진로의사결정유형에 따른 진로의식성숙 (Career decision-making styles and career maturity amongst Korean undergraduate students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 대학생들의 진로의사결정유형과 진로의식성숙정도를 파악하고, 진로의사결정유형에 따른 진로의식성숙에서의 차이를 알아봄으로써 진로지도에 도움이 될 수 있는 지침개발의 기초자료로 제공하고자 함이다. 본 연구의 대상은 6개 대학에 재학 중인 대학생 223명이다. 대학생들의 진로의사결정유형에서 합리적 의사결정점수가 가장 높았고, 다음으로 직관적 의사결정, 의존적 의사결정 순으로 나타났다. 진로의식성숙에서 스스로 진로를 정하는 진로독립성, 진로관여성은 높은데 비해 직업선택에 대한 긍정적인 태도나 진로타협성은 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 학년에 따른 진로의식 성숙에서는 2, 3학년에 비해 1, 4학년이 진로결정성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 사회경제적 수준에 따른 진로의식 성숙에서도 상류층은 하류층에 비해 진로결정성이 높았으나 진로독립성은 낮았다. 진로의사결정유형에 따른 진로의식성숙에서는 합리적 의사결정유형집단이 의존적 의사결정유형집단에 비해 진로독립성이 높고 직업 선택의 태도가 긍정적이었다. 본 연구는 대학생의 의사결정유형에 따른 진로의식성숙의 차이를 보여 진로지도에서 의사결정유형의 중요성을 인식시켰으며, 더불어 대학교 취업교육현장에서 진로의식성숙을 함양하기 위한 개입 방안을 모색하는데 도움이 될 것이다.
