창고 모델 실물화재 특성에 대한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Warehouse Mock-up Fire Test)

  • 본 연구에서는 창고 화재 사고의 위험성을 파악하기 위해서 중규모 실물 화재 실험 장비인 룸코너 시험기(Room Corner Tester)를 통해 구축된 단위 구성품의 화재 특성 DB를 바탕으로 화재에 취약할 것으로 판단되는 의류 창고를 실험 모델로 구성하여 실물 화재실험 장비인 라지 스케일 칼로리미터(Large Scale Calorimeter)에서 실물 화재실험을 실시하였다. 창고 모델의($3m{\times}3m{\times}2.4m$) 벽체는 불연등급의 그라스울과 일반 스티로폼 샌드위치 패널로 구성하였다. 실험결과 최대 열방출률은 그라스울 샌드위치 패널 창고모델에서 5MW, 스티로폼 샌드위치 패널 창고모델에서 11MW를 나타내었다.

  • 본 논문은 공간 활용 극대화를 위한 스마트 자동 적재창고를 제안한다. 기존 수직형 적재창고의 트레이 최대 강성 하중이 100kg로 설계되어 공간내에 적재할 수 있는 팔레트가 극히 제한적이라는 문제점을 가진다. 본 논문에서는 최대 수직강성을 300kg으로 설계하여 공간 활용도를 극대화할 수 있는 스마트 적재창고를 설계하고 구현된 결과를 보인다. 구현된 적재창고의 성능평가 결과를 살펴보면, 최대 적재하중은 500.6kg으로 당초 설계 및 요구도를 달성하였으며, 수직강하속도는 0.5m/s, 장치의 작동 소음은 67.1dB, 팔레트의 입출고 시간은 36.92초, 트레이 처짐량은 4mm로 모든 평가항목에서 우수한 성능을 보였다. 또한, 제어부와 조작 패널의 UI를 별도로 설계하는 PLC 방식의 제어방식을 PC 시스템으로 통합하여 다양한 공정관리 시스템과의 연동성과 유지보수성을 증대하였다. 향후 IoT 센서기반의 물류 로봇을 연동하여 완전 자동화된 스마트 적재창고로 발전시키고자 한다.

  • Executive information system (EIS) is a computer-based information system that supports decision makings ana management activities for senior executives. Data warehouse is a database that receives data copies from legacy systems and external data sources. Data warehouse is typically optimized for decision supports and can be an attractive solution for EIS implementation. This paper proposes an architecture for implementing EIS by the use of data warehouse. The architecture consists of ten implementation layers. Interrelationships among these layers are investigated for an effective EIS implementation. An EIS prototype for a real-fife enterprise is implemented to demonstrate the usefulness of the proposed architecture.

  • 본 논문에서는 자동차 부품과 같이 다량 다품종의 부품을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 ubiWarehouse 시스템을 제안한다. 먼저, 5W1H 상황표현으로 사용자 작업상황을 체계적으로 정의하고, 상황인식기를 기능별로 구분하여 관리규칙에 의해 각 모듈을 독립적으로 운영한다. 입출고 부품의 선반 적합도를 계산하여 효율적인 이동경로를 선정하고 자주 동시에 취급되는 관련부품들이 인접할 수 있도록 한다. 이때, 다른 사용자가 현재 방문하고 있거나 바로 방문할 예정인 경우에는 충돌해결을 위해 방문순서를 변경하여 양보한다. 결과적으로, 제안한 시스템은 경쟁을 피하면서도 효율적으로 부품을 입출고할 수 있는 경로를 사용자에게 제공하고, 관련 부품들이 가까운 위치에 모이도록 선반을 배정하여 창고 공간을 효과적으로 활용한다. 또한 입출고 이력을 이용한 사용자별 성향을 파악하여 개인화된 서비스를 제공하고, 실시간적인 입출고 갱신과 경보상황 처리로 재고정보의 정확도를 향상시키는데 기여할 수 있다.

Storage Characteristics of Low Temperature Grain Warehouse using Ambient Cold Air in Winter

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the storage and quality characteristics of brown rice under the low temperature warehouse conditions using ambient cold air in the winter. Methods: This new technique maintains rough rice warehouse temperature below $15^{\circ}C$ without cooling operation until the end of May. Four hundred tons of rough rice were stored in the low temperature grain warehouse, and were aerated from the top to the bottom using ambient cold air in February. The quality of rough rice was evaluated from February through October. Results: The results were as followings. Moisture contents of rough rice in the low temperature storage had decreased less than the ordinary temperature storage. Cracked rate of brown rice in the ordinary temperature storage and low temperature storage increased by 4~10.8% and 1.6~7.2%, respectively. The germination rate of rough rice under the ordinary and the low temperature warehouse decreased by 15.0~25.0% and 1.7~8.0%, respectively. The acid value of brown rice under the ordinary and the low temperature warehouse increased by 3.67~6.72 KOH mg/100g and 3.08~4.08 KOH mg/100g, respectively. Conclusions: The result indicates that low temperature storage using ambient winter air showed better maintaining germination of rice, less change of physiological activities and cracked kernel, and better maintaining of rice quality, comparing the ordinary temperature storage.

사례분석과 현장인터뷰를 통한 적층형 대형창고 소방활동 개선방안 연구 (A Improvement Plan for Fire Fighting Activity of Rack- Type Warehouse Based on Case Study and Field Interview)

  • 연구목적: 본 연구는 국내 적층형 창고건물의 소방대응력 강화를 위한 제도적 개선방안을 제시함을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법:경기도 소재 창고 화재사례 및 설계사례를 분석하고 11명의 현장대응 소방전문가 집단인터뷰를 수행하였다. 연구결과: 초기소화용 이동식 장비마련, 3면 이상 접근성확보, 내부진입창 설치, 옥외소화설비의 적정배치, 현장정보의 이미지처리, 현장지휘관 인센티브 강화 등을 통한 소방활동 개선방안이 필요하다. 결론: 창고의 규모별 구조별 화재특성 및 위험요인을 고려하여 출동단계 및 현장대응단계별로 효율적인 표준작전절차 및 안전기준을 수립 적용되어야 한다.

협회적하약관(ICC)상 운송조항(Transit Clause)의 변천과정에 관한 연구 (The Revision of Transit Clause in the Institute Cargo Clauses)

  • The Joint Cargo Committee of International Underwriting Association of London (IUA) and Lloyd’s Market Association (LMA) have issued the revised version of Institute Cargo Clauses A, B, C, Institute Cargo Clauses (Air) and their accompanying War and Strikes Clauses. The Institute Cargo Clauses ("ICC") were last revised in 1982. Following a two year long consultation process, the latest edition of the ICC clauses became available to the Market on 1st January 2009. The overall result of the amendments to the 1982 ICC has been to create clearer policies that are more favourable to the Assured. Exclusions have also been amended to the advantage of the assured. The Transit Clause has seen a large revision, again more favourable to the Assured. The insurance now attaches within the warehouse or place of storage when the goods are "first moved$\cdots$ for the purpose of the immediate loading into or onto the carrying vehicle or other conveyance for the commencement of transit" whereas previously the insurance would not attach until the goods left the warehouse. Furthermore, the insurance now terminates on completion of unloading from the vessel at (rather than delivery to) the final warehouse or at a warehouse prior to the destination named in the contract of insurance which the Assured or their employees elect to use either for storage or distribution.

  • RFID/USN is important infrastructure of the ubiquitous society. And so, It is various and practical research is attempted. These two base technology have physical characteristic and complement relationship. Like this relationship is applied Following example that is system research which manages warehouse stocks and conditions. First, We adhere RFID Tag at the Pallet of the warehouse and do identification goods. And then, It grasps the environment state information of stocks with sensor module which has Zigbee wireless communication function. From like this process RFID Tag information and jop-control command of sensor node also it is exposed to air. Therefore, We control sensor node in USN/RFID environment through the mobile device. And system design for the security Apply of the process is main purpose of this paper's. We propose the condition and function of the mobile device to the secondary. And We define the relation of the sensor node with RFID to be arranged to a warehouse. Finally, This paper is designed to find a trade-off of the following viewpoints. First, We offer suitable sensor-control information to a actual manager. Second, We offer RFID tag security approach to control the action of the sensor. Third, It increases the survivability of sensor node form.

온라인 쇼핑몰의 브랜드 중심 창고관리 기법에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Brand-based Warehouse Management in Online Clothing Shops)

  • As the sales volume of online shops increases, the job burden in the back-offices of the online shops also increases. Order picking is the most labor-intensive operation among the jobs in a back-office and mid-size pure click online shops are experiencing the time delay and complexity in order picking nowadays while fulfilling their customers' orders. Those warehouses of the mid-size shops are based on manual systems, and as order pickings are repeated, the warehouses get a mess and lots of products in those warehouses are getting missing, which results in severe delay in order picking. To overcome this kind of problem in online clothing shops, we research a methodology to locate warehousing products. When products arrive at a warehouse, they are packed into a box and located on a rack in the warehouse. At this point, the operator should determine the box to be put in and the location on the rack for the box to be put on. This problem could be formulated as an Integer Programming model, but the branch-and bound algorithm to solve the IP model requires enormous computation, and sometimes it is even impossible to get a solution in a proper time. So, we relaxed the problem, developed a set of heuristics as a methodology to get a semi-optimum in an acceptable time, and proved by an experiment that the solutions by our methodology are satisfactory and acceptable by field managers.
