스파시설에 관한 기초 연구 (A Basic Study on the Spa Facility)

  • Wellbeing is a new trend to modern people and Spa facilities are an appropriate space to them seeking a wellbeing life. Spa facilities will be increased in demand as a value of a public welfare and wellbeing life and the study of them is required. Therefore this study was to analysed domestic and foreign spa programs and characteristic spaces. When synthesizing many spa programs they were divided into three parts: hydrotherapy as a healing therapy using water, touch therapy as a type of massage using a manual and subsidiary equipment and mind therapy to heal spirit. Space of spa facilities were divided into three parts: the supporting part, the relaxing and mediating parts and the room for therapy. The supporting parts included a front desk, a consulting room, lockers, bath room and acceptance rooms etc and they were arranged in entrance space generally. The rooms for therapy were composed with a room for hydrotherapy using water, rooms for touch therapy and rooms for mind therapy refreshing a spirit and they were established contiguously being used efficiently. The mediating parts provided spaces for relaxation and waiting place between therapies and they were established in independent space generally but they are paid attention at good spaces forming the community of visitors and giving a characteristic images for the spa. Spa has been divided into several types in accordance with age of visitors for example children, young people, middle aged people and aged people. It has equipped with complex functions from welfare to medical. Therefore it is thought that many studies of each facilities become accomplished to propose suitable interior design.

효율적인 OLED FAB 경유 반송 개선 알고리즘 (An Efficient Algorithm for Improving Detour in OLED FAB)

  • OLED Display fabrication system is one of the most complicated discrete processing systems in the world. As the glass size grows from $550{\times}650mm$ to $1,500{\times}1,850mm$ in recent years, the efficiency of Automated Material Handling System (AMHS) has become very important and OLED glass manufacturers are trying to improve the overall efficiency of AMHS. Aiming to meet the demand for high efficiency of transportation, various kind of approaches have been applied for improving dispatching rules and facility layout, while simultaneously considering the system parameters such as glass cassettes due date, waiting time, and stocker buffer status. However, these works did not suggest the operational policy and conditions of distribution systems, especially for handling unnecessary material flows such as detour. Based on this motivation, in this paper, we proposed an efficient algorithm for improving detour transportation in OLED FAB. Specifically, we considered an OLED FAB simplifying OLED production environment in a Korean company, where four stockers are constructed for the delivery of Lot in a bay and linked to processing equipments. We developed a simulation model using Automod and performed a numerical experiment using real operational data to test the performance of three operation policies under considerations. We showed that a competitive policy for assigning alternative stocker in case of detour was superior to the current dedicated policy using a specified stocker and other considered policies.

Poisson 수요과정을 갖는 두 품목 콘윕시스템의 성능평가 (Performance Evaluation of a Two-Product CONWIP System with Poisson Demand Processes)

  • In this study we consider a flow line CONWIP system in which two types of product are produced. The processing times of each product type at each station follow an independent exponential distribution and the demands for the finished products of each type arrive according to a Poisson process. The demands that are not satisfied instantaneously are either backordered or lost according to the number of unsatisfied demands that exist at their arrival instants. For this system we develop an approximation method to obtain the performance measures such as steady state probabilities of the number of parts of each product type at each station, mean waiting times of backordered demands and the proportion of backordered demands. For the analysis of the proposed CONWIP system, we model the CONWIP system as a two class closed queueing network with a synchronization station and analyze the closed queueing network using a product-form approximation method for multiple classes developed by Baynat and Dallery. In the approximation method, each subsystem is analyzed using a matrix geometric method. Comparisons with simulation show that the approximation method provides fairly good results for all performance measures.

  • 외판원 순회문제(Traveling Salesman Problem)는 세일즈맨이 한 도시(node)를 출발하여 모든 도시를 한 번씩 방문한 후 다시 출발점으로 되돌아오는 최적 경로를 반환한다. 이 기법은 도시의 수가 늘어날수록 연산횟수가 기하급수적으로 늘어나는 단점으로 인해 실생활에서 여러 노드(node)를 방문해야 하는 놀이동산이나 택배에 적용하기에는 탐색 성능에 한계가 있다. 또한, 최적 경로 탐색은 각 노드 사이의 거리를 1차원 속성으로 사용하기 때문에 이동시간, 관심도, 대기시간 등의 다차원속성을 고려하는 사용자의 요구를 만족하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 단점을 해결하기 위하여 Top-n 스카이라인 질의(Skyline query)를 이용한 다차원 외판원 순회문제(TS-MDT, Top-n Skyline-Multi Dimensional TSP) 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안기법은 스카이라인의 지배원칙에 따라 다중 속성의 노드들을 제거함으로써 연산횟수의 감소를 통한 신속한 연산과 최적 경로를 반환한다. 실험에서는 1차원 속성의 데이터를 사용한 기존의 동적 계획법과 다차원속성을 처리하는 제안기법의 연산시간을 비교한 결과, 같은 데이터 개수일 때 다차원속성을 처리하는 제안기법이 더 빠른 것으로 나타났다.

A Comparative Study on the Passenger's Time Saving Effects of Urban Express Railway Service

  • The goal of the transportation policy of Seoul is to increase the ridership of the subway system by constructing the public transportation network, the subway system. To accomplish this goal, the city of Seoul has been constructing the Metropolitan Subway System. Currently, seven subway lines which connect major areas in Seoul are operating. However, the ridership of subway system was not increased as much as we expected, even though more subway lines have been implemented. It seems that although the length of the subway line was extended, the current way of the subway operation that trains stop at every station cannot satisfy the passenger's need. Thus, we should try to increase the demand by providing quicker services and diversifying the subway operations; changing the point of view is required. This paper introduces the distinctive features of the express subway system and the model for analysing the effects of that system. This paper also presents the results for the feasibility study of the express subway system on the 5th Subway Line and Kyong-Eue Railway Line. Based on the results of the case studies, We can conclude as : First, the express system reduces a total travel time by about $13\%$; in particular, the Kyong-Eue Line is more effective than the subway Line ${\sharp}5$. Second, the shorter headway of express trains increases the time saving effects on subway system although it requests more waiting time to low-speed train passengers. When the service frequency is increased from 5 to 7.5 times/hour, total saved time ratio is about $10\%$ in the Subway Line ${\sharp}5$ and about $18\%$ in the Kyong-Eue Line.

태양광 발전을 이용한 전기자동차 배터리 충전 및 공급시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study on Battery Charging and Supply System of Electric Vehicle Using Photovoltaic Generation)

  • Recently the Paris Climate Change Accord has been officially put into effect, making global efforts to implement Greenhouse Gas (GHG) reductions, and also International environmental regulations in the automotive sector will be further strengthened. The electric vehicle, which minimizes the particulate matter generated by existing internal combustion engine automobiles, is evaluated as a representative eco-friendly automobile. However, charging the battery of an electric vehicle is not fully environment-friendly if it is fueled by electricity that is being generated by fossil fuels as an energy source. The energy generated by the photovoltaic power generation system, which is an infinite clean energy, can be used to charge an electric vehicle's battery. Currently, shortage of charging facilities, time of charging, and high battery prices are the problem of activating the supply of electric vehicles. This study is to build a conjunction between the EVBSS (Electric Vehicle Battery Supply System) and ESS (Energy Storage System), which can quickly supply the photovoltaic charged battery to the required demand. If the charged battery in the Battery Swapping Station (BSS) is swapped swiftly, it will dramatically shorten the waiting time for charging the battery. As a result, if the battery is rented when it is needed, electric vehicles can be sold without the cost of a battery, which accounts for a large portion of the total cost, then the supply of electric vehicles are expected to expand. Furthermore, it will be an important alternative to maneuver climate change by minimizing GHG emissions from internal combustion engine vehicles.

서비스 청사진 기법을 이용한 병원 내 직물 관리 프로세스 개선방안 (Improving Textile Management Process in the Hospital Using Service Blueprint Analysis)

  • 환의를 포함한 병원 직물은 입원하는 환자가 반드시 접하게 되는 재고 물품으로 매일 일정량 이상의 공급과 소모가 지속적으로 이루어진다. 하지만 직물을 공급 및 이용하는 과정이 비효율적으로 운영되어 그 개선에 대한 요구도는 높으나 상대적 관심도는 낮은 실정이다. 병원 내 직물 소비, 제공 과정에 대한 프로세스 청사진 기법을 적용하여 분석한 결과 간호사의 직물에 대한 업무 부담, 환자의 만족도 저하, 감염의 위험성 등의 문제가 발생할 수 있는 취약점이 확인되었다. 임상실무자 설문, 델파이 기법을 통한 자료 분석을 기반으로 서비스 청사진 기법을 통하여 자동화된 프로세스 개선안을 개발하였다. 직물 소비 제공 프로세스의 개선안을 도입하였을 때 기대효과는 자동화 서비스를 이용한 환자들의 평균적 대기시간의 감소, 간호사의 직물 관련 행정적 업무 부담 감소, 체계적인 직물 수량관리를 통한 프로세스 효율성 상승, 직물 보관소 내 접촉 주체 제한에 따른 감염 관리 효율성 상승을 기대할 수 있다.

베트남 A 병원의 의료서비스 품질이 추천의도에 미치는 영향 : 고객 만족도 매개효과를 중심으로 (Effect of Healthcare Quality on Recommended Intention in Vietnam A Hospital : Focusing on Customer Satisfaction Mediated Effects)

  • This study aims to analyze the quality and satisfaction of healthcare perceived by patients using hospitals and to provide basic data necessary for expanding and settling Vietnamese healthcare services by analyzing the impact on recommendation intentions. The research method selected one hospital in Vietnam and collected data from patients using the hospital and used a total of 286 effective samples as data for hypothesis verification. The research model and hypothesis verification were analyzed with the statistical data from SPSS and AMOS. The findings show that, first, tangibility, accessibility, and reliability all have a positive effect on the quality of healthcare. Second, it has been shown that only accessibility among the quality of healthcare has a positive effect on recommendation intentions. Third, customer satisfaction has been shown to have a positive effect on recommendation intentions. Fourth, when looking at the mediating effect, reliability among the quality of healthcare was shown as a full-mediated effect, but accessibility was shown to have a partial mediating effect and tangibility to have no mediating effect. Contact management is important because customer satisfaction is highly regarded when customers feel positive emotions at the interface from the provision of convenience facilities that support medical services to the reduction of waiting time for patients, employees kindness, treatment, medication, and inspection. It is also confirmed that the demand for convenient and rapid use of hospitals is increasing in Vietnam. In addition, if customer satisfaction is increased through friendly medical staff's response, the intention of recommendation will be even greater.

계통유연자원을 활용한 분산에너지 계통접속 한계용량 증대 기술 (Distributed Energy System Connection Limit Capacity Increase Technology Using System Flexible Resources)

  • Due to changes in the distribution system and increased demand for renewable energy, interest in technology to increase the limit capacity of distributed energy grid connection using grid flexible resources is also increasing. Recently, the distribution system system is changing due to the increase in distributed power from renewable energy, and as a result, problems with the limited capacity of the distribution system, such as waiting for renewable energy to connect and increased overload, are occurring. According to the power generation facility status report provided by the Korea Power Exchange, of the total power generation capacity of 134,020 MW as of 2021, power generation capacity through new and renewable energy facilities is 24,855 MW, accounting for approximately 19%, and among them, power generation through solar power accounts for a total portion of the total. It was analyzed that the proportion of solar power generation facilities was high, accounting for 75%. In the future, the proportion of new and renewable energy power generation facilities is expected to increase, and accordingly, an efficient operation plan for the distribution system is needed. Advanced country-type NWAs that can integrate the operation and management of load characteristics for each line of the distribution system, power distribution, regional characteristics, and economic feasibility of distributed power in order to improve distribution network use efficiency without expanding distribution facilities due to the expansion of renewable energy. An integrated operating system is needed. In this study, in order to improve the efficiency of distribution network use without expanding distribution facilities due to the expansion of renewable energy, we developed a method that can integrate the operation and management of load characteristics for each line of the distribution system, power distribution, regional characteristics, and economic feasibility of distributed power. We want to develop an integrated operation system for NWAs similar to that of advanced countries.

KTX 물금역 정차 확정이 양산시 철도 이용자에게 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Effect of the KTX Mulgeum Station Stop on Railroad Users in Yangsan City)

  • 본 연구는 금번 일반철도가 정차하는 물금역이 KTX 정차역으로 확정됨에 따라 변화된 KTDB와 사회경제 지표를 반영하여 달라지는 교통 환경과 경제성 효과를 예측하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 자료를 분석하기 위해 전국 및 양산시를 중심으로 관련 통계자료를 참고한 사회경제 지표 및 교통시설 운영의 일반현황을 조사하였다. 또한 국토개발 및 교통망 구축에 관련된 국가 상위계획인 철도시설 건설계획 및 열차 운영계획에 대해서도 조사하고 참고하였다. 현재 양산시 물금역에 정차하는 일반철도는 ITX(4회/일)와 무궁화호(29회/1일) 뿐이어서 양산지역 열차승객은 고속철도를 이용할 수 없는 실정이다. 특히 양산지역 철도 이용객들은 KTX를 이용하기 위해서는 울산역까지 40분과 구포역까지 30분을 이동해야 하는 교통 불편을 가지고 있어 KTX 물금역 정차 필요성이 지속적으로 제기되어 왔다. 이번에 KTX 물금역 정차가 확정됨에 따라 장래 변화되는 철도교통 수요를 분석한 결과, 물금역 승하차는 2025년 기준 1,674인/일인 것으로 예측되었다. 또한, 물금역 정차로 인해 울산역과 구포역에서 전환되는 열차승객 수요는 2025년 기준 승차 승객은 594인/일, 하차 승객은 562인/일으로 예측되었다. 향후 양산 시민이 KTX 물금역을 이용할 경우, 물금역 접근 시간은 22분~65분까지 단축이 가능하다. 또한 철도 간(일반철도→고속철도) 환승의 불편함이 해소될 뿐만 아니라 환승 대기시간은 최대 40분까지 시간절감의 효과가 있는 것으로 예측되었다. 따라서 KTX 물금역 정차로 인한 경제성 효과는 일반철도 운영비 미고려 시 B/C는 1.823로 나타났고, 일반철도 운영비 고려 시 B/C는 2.127로 분석되었다. 결론적으로, KTX를 이용하여 수도권을 방문할 경우, 울산역이나 구포역을 이용하지 않고 물금역을 이용하면 2시간 43분이 소요되어 통행시간 단축 및 경제성 평가에서 효과가 매우 클 것으로 분석되었으며, 향후 양산시는 고속철도 이용의 오지란 불명예에서 벗어나 수도권까지의 접근성과 이동성을 보다 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대되어진다.
