인터넷과 모바일 서비스는 요즘 들어 많이 사용되고 있는 서비스로써, 휴대폰을 이용한 모바일 서비스와 기존의 인터넷을 합쳐서 기존의 Web을 이용한 Internet 서비스 제공에서 벗이나 Web 뿐만 아니라 휴대폰, PDA, Phone(ARS) 등을 이용한 Multi Internet 서비스를 제공한다. 모바일과 인터넷에 제공할 정보를 하나의 데이터베이스에 통합하여 각각의 스크립 언어(Internet : ASP-Active Server Pages, Mobile : WML-Wireless Markup Language)를 이용하여 서비스를 제공하는 방식을 구현했다. 그래서 인터넷과 모바일 등 여러 가지 방법을 통해 필요한 정보를 검색 할 수 있게 됨으로서 사용자들은 자신이 원하는 방법을 이용하여 언제든지 장소에 구애받지 않고 원하는 자료를 검색할 수 있다.

As cell phone and PDA have been in common use recently, there is a growing tendency to utilize the mobile terminals for M-Commerce. The information security and the receipt of e-trade are very important to support reliable digital transactions in wireless environment as in wired environment. Even though some work such as WML digital signature and WPKI has been studied for M-Commerce, there are several problems on the aspects of the functional limitation of the mobile terminals and the unsecure data transformation of WAP gateway. In this study we have designed and implemented a prototype system of issuing and verifying the electronic receipt that guarantees authentication, data integrity and non-repudiation for secure mobile e-commerce. Moreover, we have enhanced the system performance by letting the trusted independent server verify and manage the electronic receipt.

Due to the rapid growth of Internet, modern software applications must support many web-based functionalities than traditional software applications. These web-based functional supports increase the complexity of software architecture and the cost of software development. Therefore, the development of an efficient environment that web characteristics are well reflected is the most important. In this thesis, we have presented an efficient environment for development of web applications. For the presented environment, after considering the web characteristics, we defined a Process for web applications and modeling environment. The Presented environment has three main functions : $\circled1$ it Provides a modeling environment for design of web-based applications, $\circled2$ it has a modeling language called WML(web-application modeling language), $\circled3$ it automatically extracts web pages from diagrams. As a result, using the three main functions of the presented environment, we can easily design, develop, and maintain the web applications.

Web-Mail Services are implemented with SMTP and POP3 in these days. These web mail services provide not only the basic sending and receiving functions but also additional functions for user. However, the sent and received data are stored in the web mail server. So general web mail users can't process their mail data if they have not access ID for the web mail server. In this paper, we design and implement WMIS (Web Mail Integration System) using XML. In the proposed system, mail data and user's environments in the old web mail system are transformed into XML documents and inserted into database. In order to store XML data into database, we use dynamic document processing method and analyze XML file by record unit. When the users change their mail accounts, they easily can establish the web environments and their mail data. Because the transformed XML document is converted into WML easily, the WMIS can reduce development cost, labors and time.

Objective : This study aimed to investigate the changes and significance of microRNA155 levels in serum of patients with cerebral small vessel disease (CSVD). Methods : Thirty patients with CSVD who met the inclusion criteria were selected and divided into eight patients with lacunar infarction (LI) group and 22 patients with multiple lacunar infarction (MLI) combined with white matter lesions (WML) group according to the results of head magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Thirty samples from healthy volunteers without abnormalities after head MRI examination were selected as the control group. The levels of serum microRNA155 in each group were determined by real-time polymerase chain reaction, and the correlation between microRNA155 in the serum of patients with CSVD and the increase of imaging lesions was analyzed by Spearman correlation analysis. Results : Compared with the control group, the serum microRNA155 level in the LI group, MLI combined with WML group increased, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05); serum microRNA155 level was positively correlated with the increase of imaging lesions (p<0.05). Conclusion : The change of serum microRNA155 level in patients with CSVD may be one of its self-protection mechanisms, and the intensity of this self-protection mechanism is positively correlated with the number of CSVD lesions.

The number of cellular phone users has exceeded over twenty million recently. Some researches show that people in the twenties to thirtieth usually regard the cellular as an instrument for not only call but also Internet. It means the cellular is being highlighted as a mediator for transmitting information. Therfore it'll play an essential role soon as a gateway for unifying wire and wireless services if we can browse Internet sites, for example our own homepage or commercial site, with the cellular. This paper explain WAP topology which enable the mobile terminal to access to the Web and show a method of designing and realizing WML document on the Web.

무선인터넷의 활성화와 더불어 무선 전자상거래에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 무선 전자상거래를 하기 위해 기반 기술인 보안/인증 및 지불/결제 솔루션이 필요하며 이러한 기술은 기존 유선인터넷에서 사용하고 있는 방식을 그대로 사용하기에는 어려움이 따른다. 본 연구에서는 무선인터넷을 이용한 전자상거래에 안전하고 편리한 지불/결제를 위해 무선 전자지갑(Mobile Wallet) 모듈의 설계와 이동전화 단말기에 전자지갑 모듈을 구현함으로써 안전하고 편리한 지불/결제 솔루션을 제공하였다. 전자지갑의 기능으로 사용자정보, 결제정보, 배송지정보, 인증서정보 등을 사용자가 설정/변경/추가할 수 있어야 하며 이러한 전자지갑 정보를 안전하게 관리할 수 있는 Offline 전자지갑 모듈에 대한 설계가 필요하다. 또한 무선인터넷을 이용한 전자상거래에서 이러한 전자지갑 정보를 접근하여 전자서명과 암호화를 통해 안전하고 편리하게 지불/결제하기 위한 WML Script함수의 설계가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 Offline/Online 전자지갑의 기능에 대한 설계 및 구현을 수행하였다.

현재 무선 이동 장비인 핸드폰이나 PDA 등을 이용한 무선 인터넷의 사용이 급증하고 있다. 이러한 장비들을 이용한 전자 상거래를 신속하게 지원하기 위해서는 WAP 응용의 생산성 향상이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서 소개하는 WAPSiteGen은 데이터베이스부터 구축해야 하는 WAP 응용과 기존 데이터베이스를 사용하는 WAP 응용의 신속한 작성을 위해 필요한 EJB 컴포넌트들과 무선 응용의 사용자 인터페이스로 사용되는 WML 데크들과 함께 이데크를 구성하는 카드를 통해 이뤄질 질의를 처리하는 JSP 웹 컴포넌트들을 자동 생성하여 WAP 응용의 생산성향상을 지원하는 도구이다. WAPSiteGen은 EJB와 JSP 등의 컴포넌트 기술을 도입함으로써 3-계층 구조를 갖는 WAP 응용의 확장성, 재사용성, 이식성 등을 지원한다. 또한, 비슷한 기능을 지원하는 타상용 도구들과 달리 WAPSiteGen이 생성하는 응용은 질의의 대상인 개체와 연관된 모든 개체들의 집합을 한 단위로 검색 할 수 있어 연관된 정보들을 신속하게 제공할 수 있다.

무선통신 단말기의 발전과 함께 이를 활용할 수 있는 방법론에 대한 논의도 활발해지고 있으며, 이중 가장 주목받고 있는 것이 이동 통신 단말기를 이용한 무선인터넷 서비스이다. 이러한 서비스의 기반이 되는 것이 무선 인터넷 프로토콜인 WAP(Wireless Application Protocol)이다. 현재의 셀룰러망을 이용한 통신은 비교적 낮은 전송률을 가지고 있어, 대용량의 데이터들을 포함하는 WWW 문서 및 대량의 무선 마크업 언어(WML: Wireless Markup Language) 문서를 전송하기에는 너무 느린 단점을 가지고 있다. 이에 대한 대안으로 본 논문에서는 WAP 포럼 내에서 제정한 프로토콜에 변환기능을 추가한 Gateway를 설계 및 구현하였다.

기존 유선인터넷의 발전에 힘입어 무선인터넷의 필요성이 대두되고 있으나, 기존의 유선인터넷의 콘텐츠에 비하면 무선인터넷의 제약과 개발자의 부족으로 인해 무선 인터넷 컨텐츠가 부족한게 현실이다. 이에 본 논문의 연구 방향은 기존의 유선 콘텐츠를 WML로 변환시킴으로써 기존 컨텐츠의 다양함을 유지하는 것이다. 또한 기존의 JPG, GIF포멧의 이미지들을 무선인터넷에 적합한 이미지로 변환하여 기존 콘텐츠의 효율적인 변환을 할 수 있도록 본 논문에서 설계하였다.
