The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of pilates exercises on the body composition and satisfaction level of female college students, and, to do so, pilates classes were provided for female college students for 8 weeks. Their level of satisfaction was surveyed and their body composition before and after participating in the classes was also measured. Out of a total of 40 subjects, those who did not diligently participate in the pilates classes were excluded, and the data of 22 subjects who continued to participate in the classes were analyzed only. The components of body composition measured before and after the 8-week pilates exercise program showed that body fat percentage and abdominal fat percentage were reduced, while lean body mass increased. The level of satisfaction of the group of those who performed pilates exercises for 8 weeks showed positive effects. It will be necessary to develop various systematic and science-based pilates exercise programs that are customized for different age groups in order to reduce the level of the components of body composition associated with obesity.

This study was carried out to identify the influence of continuous physical therapy on long-stay elderly patients. This study classified 92 patients who had been hospitalized for one year into experimental group who continued to perform physical therapy and control group who did not conduct physical therapy and these two groups were classified into 0.5 point-questionable group, 1 point-mild dementia group, and 2 point-moderate dementia group based on the Clinical Dementia Rating Scale(CDR) when they were hospitalized in order to analyze the changes at the early stage of hospitalization and after one year has passed. As a result, it was appeared that both in CDR 0.5-point subgroup of questionable group and in CDR 1-point subgroup of mild dementia group, CDR was statistically significantly reduced in the experimental group whose physical therapy was continuously performed than in the control group whose physical therapy was not performed(p<.05) and that there was no significant difference in changes in the CDR between experimental group and control group in CDR 2-point group, which is a moderate dementia group.

The article considers some issues of criminal law protection of information relations. With the emergence of new types of threats to Ukraine's national security in the field of protection and defense of the state border, the issues of development and strengthening of information protection become especially important. Proper compliance with information legislation also depends on the established responsibility for its violation, which rests on certain provisions of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. It is stated that these norms are placed in different sections and do not have a proper systematization. The article singles out the subjects of information relations in the border area, which are subject to criminal law protection: persons who are not bound by stable relations with the SBGS (who cross the state border of Ukraine, etc.); persons who are members of the SBGS (servicemen and employees); SBGS as a public authority (official and secret information, information about the activities of the agency, its officials, etc.).

Ethical sensitivity is a basic competency required for nursing students to work as professionals who will care patients in the clinical field after graduation. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve the knowledge on ethical sensitivity in undergraduate education. This study aimed to identify the demographic characteristics that influence ethical sensitivity among nursing students. This study was a secondary analysis that referred to a previous work measuring ethical sensitivity in nursing students. The participants were 128 nursing students, who had experienced clinical practicums. Among the participants, those who were third-year (t=2.345, 95% CI=[1.24, 14.64], p=0.021), female (t=2.635, 95% CI=[3.65, 25.69], p=0.009) and were satisfaction with major (t=-2.389, 95% CI=[-16.54, -1.50], p=0.019) consistently reported significantly higher mean scores on ethical sensitivity. The explanatory power of the model was 13.3%. Gender (Exp (B)=0.875, 95% CI=[0.804, 0.952], p=0.002) and year at universtiy were the strongest predictors of ethical sensitivity (Exp (B)=0.921, 95% CI=[0.873, 0.971], p=0.002). Based on the results, an appropriate ethics education that considers the following issues should be provided for undergraduate nursing students: both genders' perspectives, seniors' further development, and students experiencing low satisfaction with their major. Future nursing education should consider these individual demographic characteristics to develop nursing students' ethical sensitivity that will further affect their ethical behavior and ultimately improve the quality of nursing.

Recently, many policies and fairs have been made in relation to start-ups. In addition, various start-up education for prospective start-ups is being conducted in various ways. Therefore, these days, the number of prospective start-ups who receive such information and start-up education is increasing. Nevertheless, more and more start-ups are still unsuccessful and close their businesses within months or years. In particular, start-ups who continue to maintain their start-ups also see the unfortunate reality of start-ups that find other jobs in various support systems and related policies and relationships that they cannot quit even if they want to. In this study, based on previous studies, factors for satisfaction with entrepreneurship education will be set and a questionnaire will be conducted for prospective entrepreneurs who have completed education at a startup education center in Seoul. The survey results are intended to verify their reliability and validity through empirical analysis. The SPSS statistical package will be used for analysis, and a total of 200 copies of the questionnaire will be distributed and collected. In this study, it was confirmed that the higher the satisfaction with entrepreneurship education, the better the successful entrepreneurship. In addition, I think that further developing various policies or detailed curriculums for entrepreneurship education will be of great help to prospective entrepreneurs taking entrepreneurship education.

Market segmentation is the act of dividing a market into distinct groups of buyers who might require separate products and/or marketing mixes. For the selection of target markets which is the first stage for the development of international market, international market segmentation should be preceded and objective criteria(variables) for the markets segmentation are necessory. Criteria of international market segmentation for passenger car are constituted with consumer characteristics, characteristics of consumer response, manufacturer characteristics and environment. Criteria of consumer characteristics include geographic variables(nation), G.N.P per capita and so on, criteria of characteristics of consumer response contain the number of possessed car, the number of registered car, the number of imported car and the number of possessed car per 1,000 persons.
This study explores how strategic alliance activities are evolving and the factors that impact on the formation and development of airline alliances. Findings show the initiation of regional and more liberalized bilateral, or open skies, agreements have removed some of the impediments to structural changes in international aviation. Airlines in more liberal markets enter into greater numbers and more integrative forms of alliances. Also, airlines, on average, achieve better results of operation if the market is more liberal. Essentially, there is a positive relationship between the developments of alliances and the liberalization of air transport markets. It has been questioned that the US bilateral open skies agreements provide its carriers more access to the global market and countries that do not enter into such agreements with the US risk a loss of traffic. Consequently, open skies agreements may enable carriers who have the freedom to exercise market power to be dominant in the markets. This suggests that regulatory coordination and liberalization of international aviation reinforce each other and should therefore be pursued simultaneously.

Following this, the exclusion of the seller's duty to deliver the goods required by the contract is described. Finally, this paper ends up giving contracting parties legal and practical advice.
