SIP(Session Initiation Protocol)는 인터넷상에서 멀티미디어 세션을 시작하고 컨트롤하기 위한 응용계층 프로토콜이다. SIP 서비스를 사용하기 위해 클라이언트는 서버로부터 우선 사용자 인증을 받아야 한다. 일반적으로 인증이란 통신 상대방이 제공하는 네트워크 서비스에 접근하기 위해 자신의 신원을 검증받는 과정을 말한다. 2005년, Yang 등은 SIP 응용을 목적으로 Diffie-Hellman 프로토콜에 기반한 키 교환 및 인증 방식을 제안하였다. 그러나 Yang 등이 제안한 방식은 상당한 양의 계산을 필요로 하기 때문에 계산능력이 떨어지는 클라이언트나 서버로 구성된 네트워크 환경에서 사용하기에는 부적합하다는 단점을 가지고 있다. 이에 Huang과 Wei는 최근 Yang 등이 제안한 방식을 개선하여 효율성을 증대시킨 새로운 키 교환 및 인증 방식을 제안하고 이의 안전성을 주장하였다. 하지만 본 논문에서는 Huang-Wei가 제안한 키 교환 및 인증 방식이 사전공격과 전방향 비밀성에 취약함을 보인다.

Background and aim: Panax ginseng, a key herbal medicine of replenishing Qi and tonifying Spleen, is widely used in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases in East Asia. In this study, we aim to investigate the potential effects and mechanisms of polysaccharides from P. ginseng (PGP) on intestinal mucosal restitution which is one of the crucial repair modalities during the recovery of mucosal injury controlled by the Ca²⁺ signaling. Methods: Rat model of intestinal mucosal injury was induced by indomethacin. The fractional cell migration was carried out by immunohistochemistry staining with BrdU. The morphological observations on intestinal mucosal injury were also performed. Intestinal epithelial cell (IEC-6) migration in vitro was conducted by scratch method. Western-blot was adopted to determine the expressions of PLC-𝛾1, Rac1, TRPC1, RhoA and Cav-1. Immunoprecipitation was used to evaluate the levels of Rac1/PLC-𝛾1, RhoA/TRPC1 and Cav-1/TRPC1. Results: The results showed that PGP effectively reduced the assessment of intestinal mucosal injury, reversed the inhibition of epithelial cell migration induced by Indomethacin, and increased the level of Ca²⁺ in intestinal mucosa in vivo. Moreover, PGP dramatically promoted IEC-6 cell migration, the expression of Ca²⁺ regulators (PLC-𝛾1, Rac1, TRPC1, Cav-1 and RhoA) as well as protein complexes (Rac1/PLC-𝛾1, Cav-1/TRPC1 and RhoA/TRPC1) in vitro. Conclusion: PGP increases the Ca²⁺ content in intestinal mucosa partly through controlling the regulators of Ca²⁺ mobilization, subsequently promotes intestinal epithelial cell migration, and then prevents intestinal mucosal injury induced by indomethacin.

Luoyang Qielanji(洛陽伽藍記) is a document that describes Buddhist Temples in Luoyang, the capital of Northern Wei Dynasty. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the construction backgrounds, architectural elements and layout characteristics of Luoyang Temples in Northern Wei Dynasty. The results are as follows: The construction backgrounds of Luoyang Temples can be categorized into two types: the established-temple (創建型) and the converted-temple(捨宅爲寺型). The layout systems of Luoyang Temples can also be categorized into two main types: The front Pagoda-rear Buddhist Hall layout(前塔後殿), The front Buddhist Hall-rear Lecture Hall layout(前殿後堂). In Luoyang Temples, the pagoda was still an important element of the layout.

Leptocimbex formosanus group of Leptocimbex Semenov 1896, Cimbicidae is defined and the relationships and characteristics are provided. Two new species of this group are described from Hunan and Yunnan Provinces in China: Leptocimbex shinoharai Yan & Wei sp. nov. and L. naitoi Yan & Wei sp. nov. Redescriptions of the three known species of L. formosanus group (L. formosanus Enslin 1911, L. dendrobii Rohwer 1915 and L. nigropropodea Wei & Deng 2002) and a key to all known species of this group are provided.

The Macrophya regia group is reviewed and five species are recognized from China, among them two new species, M. acutiserrula Li, Liu & Wei sp. nov. and M. frontalis Li, Liu & Zhu sp. nov., and three known species, M. regia Forsius 1930, M. maculoclypeatina Wei et al. 2003, and M. xiaoi Wei et al. 2003. A key to the Chinese species of the Macrophya regia group are provided.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to discourse upon that the construction of Sasang Constitutional Medicine has a significant property of Oriental Medicine by explaining the disparity of the viscera and bowels of four constitutions through the special quality of ying-qi and wei-qi circulating in human body on the basis of the channel-qi theory of ${\ulcorner}Huangdi$ $Neijing{\lrcorner}$ Conclusion: 1. Primordial-qi is the congenital essence inherited from the parents and pectoral-qi, ying-qi and wei-qi is the acquired essence derived from the food and air that human eat and breathe. 2. Ying-qi and wei-qi circulates in the meridian system by the strength and pushing of pectoral-qi under the influence of primordial-qi 3. Ying-qi, by the pushing function of pectoral-qi, determines large lung-small liver and small lung-large liver according to the innate quantity of qi and blood. 4. Wei-qi, by the pushing function of pectoral-qi, determines large spleen-small kidney and small spleen-large kidney according to the innate quantity of qi and blood. 5. The heart in the theory of the meridian system's fetus-nourishing and Sasang Constitutional Medicine is involved in the formation of viscera and bowels as governing human body and seven emotions. 6. It is considered that Taiyang person and Taiyin person have the constitution influenced by ying-qi. 7. It is considered that Shaoyang person and Shaoyin person have the constitution influenced by wei-qi. The inquiry into several literatures on the basis of the channel-qi theory of ${\ulcorner}Huangdi$ $Neijing{\lrcorner}$ leads us to the idea that the construction of Sasang Constitotional Medicine is another well-implied representation of the property of the meridian doctrine in the existing Oriental Medicine. And it is considered that the more continual studies of literatures and Sasang Constitutional Medicine Acupuncture are necessary henceforth.

Background: Chronic myelocytic leukemia is a disease that threatens both adults and children. Great progress has been achieved in treatment but protein-protein interaction networks underlining chronic myelocytic leukemia are less known. Objective: To develop a protein-protein interaction network for chronic myelocytic leukemia based on gene expression and to predict biological pathways underlying molecular complexes in the network. Materials and Methods: Genes involved in chronic myelocytic leukemia were selected from OMIM database. Literature mining was performed by Agilent Literature Search plugin and a protein-protein interaction network of chronic myelocytic leukemia was established by Cytoscape. The molecular complexes in the network were detected by Clusterviz plugin and pathway enrichment of molecular complexes were performed by DAVID online. Results and Discussion: There are seventy-nine chronic myelocytic leukemia genes in the Mendelian Inheritance In Man Database. The protein-protein interaction network of chronic myelocytic leukemia contained 638 nodes, 1830 edges and perhaps 5 molecular complexes. Among them, complex 1 is involved in pathways that are related to cytokine secretion, cytokine-receptor binding, cytokine receptor signaling, while complex 3 is related to biological behavior of tumors which can provide the bioinformatic foundation for further understanding the mechanisms of chronic myelocytic leukemia.

Objective : To study of Literature on the Ying Qi and Wei Qi One of thing that is among basis theory of Oriental medicine is Vital Essence, Vitality, Qi and Blood(精神氣血) justly. Results : Physiological special quality of Ying Qi(營氣) first, flows within Blood Circulation and the temper is mild and second, transform blood and grow up whole body, and follow through Pectoral Qi(宗氣). Wei Qi(衛氣) means running regeneration of material that do guard action of human body as refined nutritious substances transformed in food. Physiological special quality of Wei Qi(衛氣) first, nature is fast, smooth, and sharp. And it flows outside Blood Circulation. Second, go on muscslar gap without following through Pectoral Qi(宗氣). Ying blood(營血) flows within Blood Circulation means living body ingredient which thing reveals by circulation of the blood change phenomenon. Ying Qi(營氣) is Ying(營) in meaning which go on meridians, therefore meridians as wandering living body reaction route mean. This Ying Qi(營氣)'s physiology transform blood and grows up whole body and flows within Blood Circulation. It becomes most important ingredient of composition of blood, Wei Qi(衛氣) transforms and becomes nutrition constantly by running regeneration of material which transform in Jungcho(中焦) and spread by spreading action of upper chest exhaust in lower belly above the blader of apriority, Kidney-yang.
