This paper analyzes error probability performance adopted the Ray Tracing method efficiently analyzing millimeter wave or optic wave in Inter Vehicle Communication(IVC). Analysis environment analyzed bit error characteristic in 60㎓ band with very powerful to multipath wave, to be large to oxygen absorption and to be good to frequency reuse efficiency. We analyzed bit error characteristic of DS/CDMA system by multi access user in Two-Ray rician channel adopted reflect wave of grand, reflect wave of concrete wall and reflect wave of driving vehicle at side road. Improvement performance is adopted MRC diversity.

The WAVE(Wireless Access in Vehicular Environments) communication system supports wireless communication environments between vehicles. As the utilization of wireless communication has been increased, attack methods have been varied. There is a high risk on packet manipulations conducted by third party. In this paper, we have designed a secure communication protocol between CA and vehicles. Our designed protocol uses a ECIES(Elliptic Curve Integrated Encryption Scheme) for vehicle authentication and AES(Advanced Encryption Standard) algorithm for protecting packet integrity and confidentiality.
In this paper, the 5.9GHz WAVE(Wireless Access in Vehicular Environments) channel modeling is used by the Jakes channel model for the suitability of the fast wireless channel fluctuation. The performance analysed the fading signal constellation and the spectrum in the IEEE 802.11p spectrum mask, the Doppler effect, the modulation scheme. In addition, the vehicular speed, exactly the performance analysis the WAVE communication systems follow the Doppler effect.

This study is an empirical result for building an onboard communication network using metal surface wave communication and is a consideration of its application within the ship. Over the past three years, the applicability and the performance of metal surface wave communication has been confirmed by testing on five small and medium ships. In the tests, IEEE 802.11 protocol of Wi-Fi was used, and the signals were generated in the form of surface waves. Data was sent from AP to AP in the point-to-point form, and the transmission speed was measured at the same time. If necessary, additional repeaters were used to extend the transmission distance. As derived a transmission speed of 5 to 100 Mbps in wireless communication restricted areas of the 5 ships, it is believed that it is possible to reduce the weight of ships and costs by eliminating the communication cables by using surface wave communication as the back-bone network on ships.

This papers described with the analysis for electric Field strength on ground level transmitted from DMB transponder in stratosphere HAPS. It is compare with horizontal propagated ground wave. Resultly we confirm the equal strength a electric field on ground level between hish altitude vertical propagated wave and horizontal ground wave, also, is only 1W compare with terrestrial facility as transmitted output power for the DMB transponder in stratosphere HAPS. It is corresponding to 1Kw as same power value in ground propagated wave. Lastly it is new material wave source and also we concluding remarks as ubiquitous communication networking media.

Vehicular communications have been receiving much attention in intelligent transport systems(ITS) by combining communication technology with automobile industries. In general, vehicular communication can be used for vehicle-to-vehicle(V2V) and vehicle-to-infrastructure( V2I) communication by adopting IEEE802.11p/1609 standard which is commonly known as wireless access in vehicular environment(WAVE). WAVE system transmits signal in 5.835~5.925 GHz frequency band with orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM) signaling. In this paper, after 32 bit processed the channel monitoring in MAC(Media Access Control) layer of WAVE system implemented according to IEEE 802.11p standard, data were received and we evaluated the performance, we built the test bed consisting of OBU(On Board Unit) in the real expressway. We transmitted WSM(WAVE Short Message) and received WSM between OBU wirelessly. And then, we calculated channel occupancy time per one frame and throughput, and evaluated the performance.

Next-generation ITS(Intelligent Transportation System) adopts WAVE(Wireless Access in Vehicular Environment) system which is capable of the bidirectional communication system in vehicular environments. u-Transportation system adopted WAVE communications system to show the optimal performance in terms of various services with regard to vehicle safety and traffic. In this paper, we introduce testbed of ubiquitous-Transportation system and its service. Then, we describe WAVE system for supporting next-generation ITS service. Also, we carried out tests in real road environments in order to verify communication functions of WAVE systems and its performance. We confirmed that our communication systems for supporting services meet the communication performance.

This paper analyzes the performance limit of WAVE system for the platooning service requirements which is referred from the de facto standards. The performance of the packet error rate and mean delay as key parameters in the wireless communication systems should be satisfied to provide safety to the platooning vehicles. The test scenarios are conducted by considering the following vehicle groups: platooning vehicles, vehicles within a hop distance and vehicles within two hop distance( called hidden node vehicles). The models of packet error rate and delay deals with the topology of aforementioned vehicle groups, vehicle speed and communication range. The numerical results are obtained in terms of packet size, packet arrival rate and data transmission rate. Finally, this paper suggests the robust range of packet error rate and delay for the WAVE system to provide the platooning vehicle service.

A Wireless Access for Vehicular Environment (WAVE) system based on Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) is made for vehicle to vehicle wireless communications. The physical layer standard of the WAVE system is very similar to that of the IEEE802.11a wireless local area network (WLAN). Therefore, the performance of the WAVE system is degraded by continual channel variation in the WAVE multipath fading channels after starting initial channel estimation. In this paper, we research the performance improvement of equalization in 64 Quadrature Amplitude Modulation (QAM) transmission in WAVE environment. The proposed algorithms use the training sequence and the midamble sequence which is used for fast channel variation such as WAVE environments. Additionally, various interpolation methods are also used for the channel tracking.
