참' 지식혁명을 위한 공공도서관 '혁명'의 당위성 (Pubic Library Revolution for the 'Real' Knowledge Revolution)

  • What is the concept ad reality of so-called 'Knowledge Revolution'\ulcorner Wat is the philosophy ad logic of the people who advocate the necessity and urgency of knowledge Revolution in Korean society\ulcorner Are their arguments rational an desirable for the healthy development of Korean society\ulcorner This article deals with such issues from the socio-cultural point of view. The author argues that the 'real' purpose of knowledge Revolution should be on the recovery of socio-cultural competitive edge rather than the temporary improvement of this economic competence, and that public library revolution should be a prerequisite for the success of Knowledge Revolution. Also suggested are the macro and micro strategies and methods for the realization of the public library revolution.

유기물 첨가에 따른 다공성 실리카 세라믹스의 제조 및 특성(I) (Synthesis and Characteristics of Porous Silica Ceramics with Organic Additives(I))

  • Porous silica ceramics were prepared using DCCA(Drying Control Chemical Additives) Such as uncharged polymer(Polyethylene glycol) and protein (Lipase) under H2O/Low-grade TEOS=10 C2H5OH/Low-grade TEOS=1 HC1/Low=grade TEOS=0.01 After Plain which doesn't added DCCA and samples of 11 sorts which varied molecular weight of PEG(Mw=600, 1000, 2000) quantity of Lipase and concentration of wat-er were synthesized gellation time and thermal analysis were investigated. After heat-treated at 600, cry-stal structures analyses of SiO2 polymer and characteristics of pores were investigated. Gellation time was retarded about 2-6 times as compared with plain resulting in addition of DCCA and crystal structures ex-hibited amorphous state. Moreover as increase of water a short gellation time was obtained. The samples added PEG showed increase of specific surface areas up to 20-40% and had micropores while those of Lipase were decreased about 90% and showed broad pore size distribution.

  • The purpose of this study wat to check CS service and to seek directions of development of CS service in apartment house by investigating the status of CS service and residents' satisfaction of CS service. This study indicates brand apartments provide a variety of CS service for the residents living in the apartment houses. In terms of perceptions and satisfaction of CS service, the study has found that there is growing recognition and needs of CS service and it is necessary to reinforce A/S service in aspect of CS service.

먹는물에서 구리기준 설정 타당성 (Valid Assessment for Copper Standard Establishment in Drinking Water)

  • As the NOAFL of copper based on liver toxicity in the human body is set and the TDI of copper is lower, it is necessary to strengthen the drinking water standard of copper according to toxic effects and the TDI of copper in humans. It is difficult to calculate the accurate drinking water standard because of the part of uncertainty for chronic effects of acute human with Wilson's disease and baby in the current studies. In order to improve the drinking water standard of copper considering of liver toxicity, it is desired to set the drinking water standard with concerning of the revising tendency in the foreign countries such as US, EC and WHO.

퍼지-트랩장치와 변형된 간접 결합기를 부착한 기체크로마토그래피/질량 선택성 검출기를 이용한 물중의 휘발성 유기화합물의 분석 (The Analysis of Volatile Organic Compounds in Water by Using the Purge-and-Trap and the Gas Chromatography/Mass Selective Detector with Modified Indirect Coupling)

  • A Purge & Trap Concentrator was used to analyze various volatile organic compounds(VOCs) in wat-er. The object of this study was to observe the purge efficiency of 40 VOCs in water according to the change of parameters (purge time drypurge time sample temperature) and to determine the optimum condition for VOCs using the purge & Trap concentrator interfaced with a narrow capillary connected to a gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. The optimum condition of purge and trap is as follows: purge time at 11min drypurge time at 5min sample temperature at 6$0^{\circ}C$ at constant purge flow (40mol/min) constant desorption flow(20ml/min) desorption temperature(2$25^{\circ}C$) and desorption time (1min) At this analytical condition the detection limits of VOCs was in the range of 0.1~0.5$\mu$g/ml and the purge efficiency of each compound was over 70%.

통시적 분석에 의한 통도사의 공간구성 수법에 관한 연구 (A Study on Way of Spatial Composition of Tongdo Temple by Diachronic Analysis)

  • This study aim to clarify the way of spatial composition of Tongdo Temple by diachronic analysis. The way of spatial composition was clarified through the analysis of built in architectural system in three periods. The result are as follows; 1. Spatial composition of Tongdo temple was changed in three period that it were establishment period, 1300s, and 1700s by the transition of meaning structure occurring the transition of spatial composition. 2. It was found out that the wat of spatial composition was three through the diachronic analysis the transition of spatial composition in Tongdo temple. 3. Juxtaposition as a way of spatial composition found out through the diachronic analysis is equivalent articulation of three sections; an upper, a middle, and a lower section and polyaxis or polycore in the each sections. Fusion is heterogenetic minglement mingling different kind of buildings and conjugation conjugating different kind of decorations. And accumulation of layer is mutilayer laying different time of layer and multi aspect aligning different kind of aspects since the temple's establishment.

Numerical Algorithm for Power Transformer Protection

  • The most widely used primary protection for the internal fault detection of the power transformer is current ratio differential relaying (CRDR) with harmonic restraint. However, the second harmonic component could be decreased by magnetizing inrush when there have been changes to the material of the iron core or its design methodology. The higher the capacitance of the high voltage status and underground distribution, the more the differential current includes the second harmonic during the occurrence of an internal fault. Therefore, the conventional second harmonic restraint CRDR must be modified. This paper proposes a numerical algorithm for enhanced power transformer protection. This algorithm enables a clear distinction regarding internal faults as well as magnetizing inrush and steady state. It does this by analyzing the RMS fluctuation of terminal voltage, instantaneous value of the differential current, RMS changes, harmonic component analysis of differential current, and analysis of flux-differential slope characteristics. Based on the results of testing with WatATP99 simulation data, the proposed algorithm demonstrated more rapid and reliable performance.

Therefore, the conventional second harmonic-restrained RDR needs modification. This paper describes an advanced numerical algorithm that utilizes terminal voltage, differential current harmonics, harmonic ratio, and flux-differential current slope. Based on the results of testing with WatATP99 simulation data, the proposed algorithm was proven to be faster and more reliable.

  • This study is focused on looking into the essence and application in the modem history of 'Martial Art Culture' that is a representative cultural code in the East Asia. Doubting and reconstructing the paradigm of the past and present, Postmodernism in the 21st century has defined marital arts as a new cultural phenomenon. This study begins by doubting whether the essence of martial arts was a cultural conduct to train both bodies and spirits. Practically used as a fighting skill since the primitive age, martial arts has fallen into sports or cultural behaviors due to the invention of the state-of-the-art modern weapons. However modern people misunderstand that martial arts of East Asia is originated a kind of cultural behaviors. It implies there is a fundamental mistake in the wat Western civilization evaluates the orientalism. This study analyzes this mistake through access method based on realities of modern history. This trial will contribute to expanding the thinking range, inquiring into varied cultural phenomena including martial arts which are misunderstood in modern history.

하절기 켄터키블루그래스 관리를 위한 식물생장조절제 Trinexapac-ethyl의 활용 (Trinexapac-ethyl Treatment for Kentucky Bluegrass of Golf Course during Summer)

  • 본 연구는 식물생장조절제 trinexapac-ethyl을 켄터키블루그래스에 처리한 후 잔디의 생육특성을 조사하여, 하절기 잔디 관리 정보를 제공하고자 수행되었다. Trinexapacethyl의 처리 후 잔디의 시각적 품질, 잔디밀도, 클로로필 함량이 높아졌고, 특히 켄터키블루그래스 생육이 불량한 하절기에는 유의적인 차이를 보였다. 잔디 밀도는 대조구에 비해 평균 4개($10\;cm^2$) 높았으며, 6~7월에는 5개 이상 높았다. 클로로필 함량과 시각적 품질에서도 봄, 가을 보다는 하절기에 대조구보다 높은 품질을 유지하며, 특히 장마철과 고온기에는 하엽이 적게 발생되어, trinexapac-ethyl에 의한 하고 스트레스 경감 효과가 있을 것으로 생각되었다. 하지만, 식물생장조절제 처리 후에도 뿌리 길이의 신장에는 큰 차이가 없었다. 한편, trinexapac-ethyl 0.025 ml/$m^2$ 처리 후 켄터키 블루그래스의 예고는 처리 2주후 38%까지 억제되다가, 3주부터는 큰 차이를 보이지 않았으며, 식물생장조절제의 효과가 떨어진 4주째에도 잔디가 급격하게 웃자라는 현상은 보이지 않았다. 놀랍게도 생장조정제는 7월에 단 한 차례도 처리되지 않았으나, 7월의 잔디상태는 무처리에 비해 훨씬 안정적으로 유지되었다. 결과적으로, 켄터키 블루그래스 잔디밭에서 여름철 잔디 생육을 높이기 위해서는 봄부터 꾸준히 사용하는 것이 중요하며, 생장조정제를 0.02~0.03 ml/$m^2$의 농도로 살포하면, 약 2주 동안, 예지횟수를 최소 30%는 줄일 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. 부가적으로, 하절기 잔디 품질이 높아지면서 자연스럽게 관리자는 시비나 농약 살포 횟수를 줄일 수 있으므로 환경적으로도 많은 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.
