Ensemble Deep Network for Dense Vehicle Detection in Large Image

  • This paper has proposed an algorithm that detecting for dense small vehicle in large image efficiently. It is consisted of two Ensemble Deep-Learning Network algorithms based on Coarse to Fine method. The system can detect vehicle exactly on selected sub image. In the Coarse step, it can make Voting Space using the result of various Deep-Learning Network individually. To select sub-region, it makes Voting Map by to combine each Voting Space. In the Fine step, the sub-region selected in the Coarse step is transferred to final Deep-Learning Network. The sub-region can be defined by using dynamic windows. In this paper, pre-defined mapping table has used to define dynamic windows for perspective road image. Identity judgment of vehicle moving on each sub-region is determined by closest center point of bottom of the detected vehicle's box information. And it is tracked by vehicle's box information on the continuous images. The proposed algorithm has evaluated for performance of detection and cost in real time using day and night images captured by CCTV on the road.

  • The Phone Voting service allows subscribers to propose a voting through a telephone, and enables them to survey public opinion using telephone network. The demand on this service is growing faster and demands will be increased much more. It makes the bust traffic at the Toll SSP system on Intelligent Network because of the temporary bust traffic congestion on the Toll SSP compared to the normal call traffic. This paper will show what the problems and the causes are, and how we can solve them. The solution to these problems is an implementation of the SSP function on the Local Excange for the PV service.

  • The issue of safety insurance in PES(Programmable Electronic Systems) has been provoked because PES is difficult to define failure modes which are appeared in many different ways. But the PES applications extend rapidly in various areas. One of the solutions for PES safety insurance is voting which PES is used by comparing the outputs of several PES. The time synchronization of the PES is necessary for this reliable voting. The voting must be carried out with the outputs from same time inputs. There are several methods for time synchronization of the PES. In this paper, we discussed two modes of the time synchronization which are mutual synchronization of several PES and using UTC(Universal Time Clock).

  • The Global IT revolution is growing rapidly. Government and business have to be ready to meet the increased demand for effective and secure online services. With the E-Government practicing, day-by-day the public demand is also increasing simultaneously. Now this present moment, one of important research part is secure E-Voting for E-Government service, but for this important factor or Government Issue, it needs information privacy for secure information transaction of citizen’s opinions and secure authentication. This paper has analyzed several approaches E-voting protocols, those are implemented with many digital signature mechanism and maintained many types of cryptographic rules, which are main factor for information privacy. In this paper we have discussed them with a view to voter anonymity and protection from manipulations. The paper then developed an algorithm designed to guarantee anonymity of the voter and to avoid the risk of manipulation of votes. In this paper the proposed algorithm is based upon the strict separation of voter’s registration and submission of votes, which means that certain information has to be stored on a secure storage media.

  • As internet commerce grows, many company has begun to use a CF (Collaborative Filtering) as a Recommender System. To achieve an accuracy of CF, we need to obtain sufficient account of voting scores from customers. Moreover, those scores may not be consistent. To overcome this problem, we propose a new recommendation scheme using binary user-item matrix, which represents whether a user purchases a product instead of using the voting scores. Through the experiment regarding this new scheme, a better accuracy is demonstrated.

  • In this paper, we design AVTMRWFSV(All Voting Triple Modular Redundancy With Fail-Safe Voter) System with a fail-safe output voter architecture and analyze RAMS(Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety) as system failure rate. This system is compared with AVTMR system for RAMS(Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety) with Markov modeling, and we can see that the system safety of AVTMRWFSV is more profitable than that of AVTMR. The dependability of AVTMRWFSV system is higher than that of AVTMR. Especially, safety is very profitable. So, this kind of system can be applied to embedded communication system and life critical systems - railway, airplane, ship, nuclear control system and so on.

A New Universally Verifiable and Receipt-free Electronic Voting Scheme Using Only One-way Untappable Channels (일방향 도청 불가능한 채널만을 이용하여 전체검증과 매표방지를 제공하는 새로운 전자선거 기법)

  • Electronic voting schemes must provide universal verifiability and receipt-freeness, as well as basic properties such as privacy, eligibility, to make the election fair and transparent. But it is difficult to provide both universal verifiability and receipt-freeness because they are mutually contradictory in their objective. To date, most electronic voting schemes provide only one of these properties and those few that provide both properties are not practical due to heavy computational load. In this paper, we present an efficient electronic voting scheme that provides both properties. The proposed scheme uses a trusted third party called HR(Honest Randomizer) and requires only one-way untappable channels from HRs to voters. Among the schemes that assume only one-way untappable channel this scheme requires the least amount of computation. Among the schemes that provide both properties, this scheme uses the weakest physical assumption. We also discuss the security of the system and compare our scheme with other related schemes.

  • In order to improve voters' reliability in electronic voting system, voter verifiable receipt technique is being actively researched. Since the receipt should be verifiable not only inside but also outside a polling place, it satisfies the requirements, individual verifiability and receipt-freeness. In the previous researches, there are some problems that special paper and printer is necessary or frequent monitoring is needed to confirm the voting machine's trustworthiness. In this paper, we propose a new receipt issuing scheme. Our scheme does not require any special equipments such as special paper and printer or optical scanner. In addition to that it does not require voters to trust any devices in the polling station and there is no need of frequent observations to the voting machines.

  • IT (Intrusion Tolerant) technology is for guaranteeing the availability of service for certain amount time against the attacks which couldn't be prevented by the currently deployed information security countermeasures. IT (Intrusion Tolerant) technology mainly makes use of the replication of service and system fur enhancing availability, and voting scheme and GMP (Croup Management Protocol) are used for the correctness of service. This paper presents a scheme to analyze dependability of IT (Intrusion Tolerant) technology through probabilistic and simulation method. Using suggested analysis scheme, we can analyze the robustness and make a sensible trade-offs in of IT (Intrusion Tolerant) technology.

  • The robustness and reliability of vision algorithms is the key issue in robotic research and industrial applications. In this paper robust real time visual tracking in complex scene is considered. A common approach to increase robustness of a tracking system is the use of different model (CAD model etc.) known a priori. Also fusion or multiple features facilitates robust detection and tracking of objects in scenes of realistic complexity. Voting-based fusion of cues is adapted. In voting. a very simple or no model is used for fusion. The approach for this algorithm is tested in a 3D Cartesian robot which tracks a toy vehicle moving along 3D rail, and the Kalman filter is used to estimate the motion parameters. namely the system state vector of moving object with unknown dynamics. Experimental results show that fusion of cues and motion estimation in a tracking system has a robust performance.
