This study analyzed various machine learning models that predict employment outcomes after vocational training using pre-assessment data of disabled vocational trainees. The study selected and utilized the most appropriate machine learning models based on a data set containing various personal characteristics, including trainees' gender, age, and type of disability. Through this analysis, the goal is to improve the employment rate and job satisfaction of disabled trainees using only pre-assessment data. As a result, it presents a universal approach that can be applied not only to people with disabilities, but also to vocational trainees from a variety of backgrounds. This is expected to make an important contribution to the development and implementation of tailored vocational training programs, ultimately helping to achieve better employment outcomes and job satisfaction.

In modern society, people will obtain the necessary goods and find meaning of himself and his community through jobs. The meaning of job for people with disabilities is identical with people's with non-disabilities and people with disabilities will live as a member of society through jobs. Because people with hearing impairment have a problem about job such as the short longevity and high turnover, vocational aptitude test which evaluates psychological characteristics, aptitudes and interests is necessary for them. In this paper, we design and evaluate the picture vocational interest inventory supporting the Internet as a vocational aptitude test for people with hearing impairment. We use the picture vocational interest inventory of Korean Employment Development Institute as a implementation target. The previous tests for people with hearing impairment have a problem which an examinee, an examiner and a sign language interpreter are involved in the test at the same space and time. Therefore, our picture vocational interest inventory has no limitation of time and space because it processes on the Internet.

Due to developments in information technology and ensuing changes in the concept of time and space, the significance of national boundaries has been weakened, bringing to attention the heightened competition among nations. In order to respond to these transformations, the Korean government is increasing its efforts to raise the authenticity of the National Technology Qualification System(NTQS) by closely linking NTQS testing method and procedure to practical knowledge and skills in the industry field. This initiative is based on the recognition that the human resources development is a crucial factor in determining a nation's competitiveness. This study aimed, first of all, to diagnose the problems directly and indirectly affecting the testing method in the current NTQS. And then, differentiated solutions according to grade and improvements in the testing infrastructure were suggested. The ultimate purpose was to provide a blueprint for enhancing national competitiveness through increased authenticity and efficiency of the NTQS. Research methods applied during this study include: the collection and review of qualification-related literature; a series of conferences with leading experts; interviews with vocational educators and researchers from qualification-related institutes; a survey of national qualification holders from a variety of professions and industries; and participatory observation at qualification exam centers. This study seeks to identify the reform of vocational education plans so as to bring about a seamless transition from school to work. It puts forward a number of suggestions based upon an analysis of vocational education policies in Korean and U.S. schools, concerning the government's role, partnerships between education and industry, the educational system, curriculum and work-based learning. First, not only government initiatives but also close partnerships between education and industry are essential to help vocational education in school the transition to employment. Education and industry should work closely together to standardize certificate related skills and to have these skills reflected in the curriculum. Also the government should strive to provide guidelines for work-based learning and formulate standards for supervision and evaluation. Second, to facilitate the school to work transition, comprehensive schools should be promoted so that students have access to a greater ranger of vocational education. At the same time, an assessment system that certifies a mastering of the basic skills of those who undergo the education should be introduced, and it should be related to earn these certificates. Third, standardized vocational skills should be included in the curriculum so that students can acquire skills that are useful for industry. All the students in vocational and general high schools should have access both to general education, the foundation for lifelong learning and for employ ability, and to basic occupational skills which empower students in dealing with rapid changes of technology. Also a range of specialized vocational curricula should be offered so that students can opt for more specialized occupations; and they can select careers appropriate to their capability. Fourth, so that all students to have the opportunity to take part in work-based education, which is closely related to employment, various work-based learning programs should be offered to meet the needs of students and their educational conditions. Companies should for their part train students thoroughly in accordance with the standards of work-based education. In addition, supervisors should be stationed both in schools and companies in order to administer the students' work-based learning.
Purpose: This study was conducted to determine risk of developing of breast cancer among Turkish women. Materials and Methods: Using a descriptive and cross-sectional approach, data were collected from 231 women. Breast cancer risk was calculated using the National Cancer Institute's on-line verson of called as the Breast Cancer Risk Assessment Tool or the Gail Risk Assesment Tool. Results: The average age of women was $45.0{\pm}8.06$ years. It was revealed that 6.1% of participants reported having first degree relatives who had had breast cancer, with only four women having more than one first-degree relative affected (1.7%). The mean five-year breast cancer risk for all women was $0.88{\pm}0.91%$, and 7.4% of women had a five-year breast cancer risk >1.66% in this study. Mean lifetime breast cancer risk up to age 90 years was $9.3{\pm}5.2%$. Conclusions: The breast cancer risk assessment tool can help in the clinical management of patient seeking advice concerning screening and prevention. Healthcare providers in Turkey can use this approach to estimate an individual's probability of developing breast cancer.
It is well known that one of essential features of psychiatric disability is vocational impairment. Since the year of 2000 when psychiatric disability was declared as one of disability categories in Korea, vocational rehabilitation programs have been actively administered. At this point, it is compelling that vocational evaluation serves as a means of screening out the most promising candidates, identifying their vocational deficits and strengths, designing the individualized vocational interventions, and evaluating vocational outcomes. Still, vocational evaluation for people with psychiatric disabilities has been more problematic than for any other group with disabilities. The authors argued that vocational evaluation for people with psychiatric disabilities should be based on a certain vocational rehabilitation model to address those problems. It is because there exists an indispensible relationship between the vocational rehabilitation model and vocational evaluation. In other words, the main purposes, measurement time points, and focus of vocational evaluation may depend on which of vocational rehabilitation models to make a choice of. In addition, the vocational rehab model(i.e., vocational readiness model or graduation model) underlying traditional vocational evaluation does not seem to work for people with psychiatric disabilities. Authors argued that accelerating model fits for psychiathric characteristics which are often unpredictable and turbulent. As a preliminary step of developing vocational functioning instrument incorporating the demand characteristics of the accelerating model, post-hoc analyses were done on data from a vocational functioning measure and the results were critically examined from viewpoints of accelerating model. For these purposes, discussions were made about a) general functioning of vocational evaluation, (b) relation between vocational rehabilitation model and vocational evaluation, (c) the reasons why the accelerating model is more appropriate to the characterstics of psychiatric clients than the graduation model, (d) post-hoc analytic results reviewed from viewpoints of accelerating model-based vocational evaluation This study is significant in that it attempted model-based, model-specific vocational evaluation as a preliminary step for developing vocational functioning assessment instruments ill future.
