The Web accessibility compliance rate of public organizations and private enterprises is still low due to the lack of awareness of Web accessibility by website developers and managers in spite of the fact that web accessibility compliance became mandatory in 2008. Web developers and managers think the website visual quality might be compromised or the website requires more development time and budget in order to comply with the web accessibility guidelines. Therefore, this paper has analyzed whether developers with various training in web accessibility or experience on website development have different perception on time, cost and design issues for developing accessible websites. For this purpose, 72 Web developers with hand-on experience working for website development companies in Korea were sent to the questionaries. The results have indicated that the group of developers with many hours of training in web accessibility and rich experience on website development perceives that they can develop accessible website without additional cost and time or compromising design quality. The contributions of this paper are following： (1) proving the widely recognized perception on budget, time, and design for developing accessible website is incorrect and (2) motivating further research on this subject in the future.

If virtual reality is well known through the medias, it seems that a few visual concepts are clearly related to VR. We try to think about it and introduce to a philosophy of VR techniques. So, from techniques and media techno-powers promotional campaigns, we aim to areal technology, it means an objective reflection on the VR techniques. To do so, we study the representations of VR in films. And we conclude that a negative image is the most common representation, related, often, to an Orwellian vision of the future world. In the second part, we study some VR films, and especially some made by famous film directors (Iñárritu, Bigelow). 'Head-turn' and 'Walk-around' films are commented to check their limits. Finally, we consider that for the moment, VR remains only a new space to screen films (into VR platforms connected to the Internet).

In this study, we propose a scheme for providing the consumer of Korea and China with more effective information about the safety of the food to understand easily. Among these countries and consumers, we proposed the graphical displays to help you understand the factors disturbing to think of pesticide residues in common. In the form of a one-dimensional graphical display, whether to provide a safety-related information in the form of conventional foods character, as compared to the graph representation of the larger amounts of information than a two-dimensional character which easily measures the effect of promoting the understanding of the most appropriate information, were reviewed. As a result, in the case of Korea, text and graphs utilizing the standards of pesticide residues than the information provided in a one-dimensional form'Text + Graphics Display'to take advantage of the information provided with the relevant safety standards form the three was found that easy to show. On the other hand, Chinese, between the character and graph form with the advantage that the information providing service type information using the graphic display shown in one dimension could not see the difference between the evaluation and understanding.

Recently, Chinese on-line game population is soaring by development of on-line infrastructure and elevation of the Intern et speed. Also, growth of China economy improved purchasing power. So, international market is desiring China market. Because China on-line game market has High potential energy, no one is opposed to truth that China market's advance gives opportunity of great success. So, this China market's charm advanced many domestic companies to China market. Also, many domestic companies are preparing for China advance. However, we did not understand perfectly circumstance of China market, and advanced impatiently without thorough preparation. So, occasion that the latest domestic companies fail greatly is increasing. Finally, we can know that China market's advance is difficulty. Therefore, we must analyze circumstance of China game market systematically, and do thoroughpreparation and preparatory audit that is enough with wider visual field. So, we must think investment about the future more than that think in a short time profit.

The purpose of this study was to explore the progression levels of science metamodeling knowledge through using questionnaires for 97 students of the gifted in G science academy. As a result of the Rasch model analysis, it was confirmed that the progression levels of the scientific metamodeling knowledge is suitable for the person reliability of 0.71 and the item reliability of 0.96. The progression levels of students' science metamodeling knowledge were classified into 4 stages. First and second levels were considered model to be objective and the third and fourth stages were perceived as subjective. The first level is to view the model as a visual representation of a phenomenon as it is, and the second level is to think that the model corresponds to objective knowledge or theory and is a tool for explanation. The Third level looks at the model as a scientist's exploration tool and fourth level is to think that the model is provisional one and multiple models can coexist in one phenomenon. The progression levels of science metamodeling knowledge of science high school students derived from this study is expected to be used as a reference when constructing a curriculum for science modeling and modeling for gifted students.

I think it is valuable to make Chinese ancient character 'Inscriptions on Bones and Tortoise Carapaces' hieroglyphics popular by combining with the digital. Because Chinese characters are ideograms, it has a huge visual effect. When it is thought over meanings with imaged data by using digital technology, it can be easier to conflate Chinese academia and humanities academia, moreover other academia that uses Chinese characters such as jurisprudence or business administration. I believe not only union of humanities and natural science in the global era can be the best example of the word 'consilience', which I mentioned before, but also people enjoy usability from educations, invention of learning contents or open learning to a cultural field by coming into wide use. Futhermore, it should contribute to changing the image of Chinese characteristics from existing difficult stereotype to positive image.

We are sure that Abakanowicz positively assumes a position of members, which are represented the later modern fabric design. In sprite of his pervasive evaluation, we have doubt about his achievement because the preceding research is insufficient about argumentsuch as dependence on intuitive emotion study, conventional analysis of structure and insufficient inquiry of causa efficiens. We agree that basic structure of is dissipation. Though right and left symmetrical structure is similar, also that structure is different. We can't decide whether structure is unification structure, difference structure or mixture structure . We think that the time of confusing argument of his structure is changing period for disorganization trend. The result of this study confirm the research possibility about space organization with restructure analysis and verification for examining essence structure of sample text . The Thesis are concern that the different between paradigmatic appearances and syntagmatic, which exist . So, we can approach the meaning of system and find dominent point about constructional relationship on the works. The meaning of dominent point is understood about sexless trend or Androgyne, which are appeared Abakanowicz forth work period. The relationship structure which is mixed both issue show that inner issue of work is located the highest position. The paper presents confusing manufacture system, which are suggested man-woman sex and mixed meaning. The other result of this study are, 1. being known as Abakan algorism, Abakanowicz has new drafting idiom from his ancient belief. 2. we need to research the body texture of Abakanowicz with the trend of restructure of body study. 3. we need argue about gender study in relative with poster moderntheology related problem of sexlessness people and perfect sex-people.

Glare phenomenon by sun's altitude and strong sunlight make a much visual handicap. So, cause the eyesight acuity according to distance is different, eyesight of backseat's student drop 1.0 and less in spite of 1.0, a learning effect reduces rather then that of the fore site student for site and Passage sitestudents. Therefore. in school, the conclusion's alteration of school structure, position's alteration and material quality's improvement of blackboard are needed, should be local lighting in blackboard. Therefore, we think that in other in improve the effect of lesson by the student, the student seats are not given by uniform disposition in the order of their height but change by a specified period.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to assess the effectiveness of Extracorporea Shock - Wave Therapy (ESWT) on the pain and improvement of shoulder joint function which is one of the available medical treatment in patients with frozen shoulder. Object and Methods: 26 patients with frozen shoulder, with 26 patients assigned to two groups; a control treatment group (n=12) and a ESWT application group (n=14). In the ESWT application group, the patients received general physical therapy, and then they received ESWT. In the control treatment group, the patients received only general physical therapy. These medical treatments was conducted total 6 time for 3 weeks. To investigate the effectiveness of the treatment after the each group's treatment. Pain was measured by Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) which is divided into 10 ranks and shoulder joint function was measured by CSA(Constant Shoulder Assessment scale). Results: 1. There was a statistical significance of measured by shoulder pain degree in both group but, the result of a ESWT application group shows more significance than that of a control treatment group. 2. There was a statistical significance of measured by CSA in both group but, the result of a ESWT application group shows more significance than that of a control treatment group. Conclusion: We think that treatment with General physical therapy and ESWT together for the patients with frozen shoulder is more effective and more safe method to shoulder joint function improvement and decrease of pain.

Objective : The aim of this study is to assess outcomes during first one year for patients with severe motor weakness caused by lumbar disc herniation that underwent surgical or nonsurgical treatment. Methods : The 46 patients with motor weakness because of lumbar disc herniation who were treated at neurosurgical department and rehabilitation in our hospital from 2006 to 2010, retrospectively. Each group had 26 surgical treatments and 20 conservative treatments. We followed up 1, 3, 6 months and 12 month and monitored a Visual Analogue rating Scale (VAS) of back and leg pain, Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) and degree of motor weakness. We analyzed the differences between surgical and nonsurgical groups using Mann-Whitney U test and repeat measure ANOVA in each follow-up periods. Results : In the recovery of motor weakness, surgical treatment uncovered a rapid functional recovery in the early periods (p=0.003) and no difference between groups at the end of follow-up period was found (p>0.05). In VAS of back and leg, the interaction between time and group was not found (p>0.05) and there was no difference between groups (p>0.05). In ODI, the interaction between time and group was not found (p>0.05) and there was no difference between groups (p>0.05). Conclusion : Surgical treatment for motor weakness caused by herniated intervertebral disc resulted in a rapid recovery in the short-term period, especially 1 month. We think early and proper surgical treatment in a case of motor weakness from disc herniation could be a good way for providing a chance for rapid alleviation.
