  • 다양한 환경과 급변하는 시장의 적시성 요구사항(time-to-market)을 반영하기 위해서는 재구성 가능한 컴포넌트 기법을 통한 개발이 소프트웨어 공학 측면에서 많이 연구되어 왔다. 하지만 이러한 컴포넌트 기법은 여러 장정에도 불구하고. 성능 저하라는 측면 하나만으로 시스템 잊 플랫폼 구축분야에서 소외당해 온 것이 사실이다 그러나 최근 유비쿼터스 및 내장형 시스템이 대두됨에 따라 이러한 판도에 많은 변화가 예상되고 있다. 이는 현재 활발히 연구.개발되고 있는 유비쿼터스 밀 내장형 시스템 기반의 어플리케이션은 획일화되지 않은 환경 하에 있는 물리적 환경의 특성상 일정한 플랫폼의 형태에서 벗어나 매우 다양한 환경에 융통성 있게 적용되어야 하고. 이에 상위 프로그램에 투명성을 제공할 수 있는 플랫폼이 필요로 하게 되었다 따라서 본 논문에서는 내장형 시스템 밀 유비쿼터스 환경에 적합한 미들웨어 플랫폼을 구성하기 위해. 재구성과 융통성을 제공하기 위한 컴포넌트기반 소프트웨어 개발 방법을 적용한 새로운 자바 가상머신 설계기법을 제안한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 저장공간 이주(storage migration)시에 저장공간의 읽기/쓰기 비율을 고려한 저장공간 복제 모델 선정을 위한 실험 환경을 설계한다. 기존의 저장공간 이주 모델은 가상머신과 저장공간중에 저장공간이 먼저 이주하는 선복제(pre-copy)와 나중에 이주하는 후복제(post-copy)가 있다. 이러한 복제 기법은 VM과 저장공간 이주의 필요성과 그 방법만을 제안하였으며, 성능 향상을 위한 이주 기법 선정 방법은 제시하지 못하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 다양한 스토리지의 읽기/쓰기 비율에 따른 이주 모델 선정 기법을 실험할 수 있는 시뮬레이터 설계 방법을 제시한다.

A Study on the Change of Education System with the Development of Digital Content Industry

  • Due to the development of science and technology and the emergence of new industries, the environmental change of the digital contents industry is rapidly progressing. The scope of technological development in the digital contents industry is affecting not only the entertainment industry but also various industries. Recently, with the development of digital convergence using realistic content, games, video, and VR have provided new opportunities for the growth of the content industry. The researcher determined that a new education system would need to be changed as the digital contents industry developed. For this purpose, an AHP questionnaire was conducted for experts with a high basic understanding of the education platform based on previous studies. We proposed a platform model for human resource development as an education system that meets the demand of digital contents industry. The education system for nurturing talents needed by future society should include elements that can interest the learning of users. The platform should not be approached from a system point of view, but should be developed from the content and user's point of view, considering the platform's original purpose.

  • This paper proposes a low-cost visual analyzer algorithm of human body motion for real-time applications such as human-computer interfacing, virtual reality applications in medicine and telemonitoring of patients. To reduce cost of its use, we design the algorithm to use a single camera. To make the proposed system to be used more conveniently, we avoid from using optical markers. To make the proposed algorithm be convenient for real-time applications, we design it to have a closed-form with high accuracy. To design a closed-form algorithm, we propose an idea that formulates motion of a human body joint as a 2D universal joint model instead of a common 3D spherical joint model, without any kins of approximation. To make the closed-form algorithm has high accuracy, we formulates the estimation process to be an optimization problem. Thus-desined algorithm is applied to each joint of the human body one after another. Through experiments we show that human body motion capturing can be performed in an efficient and robust manner by using our algorithm.

Prediction of Draft Force of Moldboard Plow according to Travel Speed in Cohesive Soil using Discrete Element Method (이산요소법을 활용한 점성토 환경에서의 작업 속도에 따른 몰드보드 플라우 견인력 예측)

  • In the field of agricultural machinery, various on-field tests are conducted to measure design load for optimal design of agricultural equipment. However, field test procedures are costly and time-consuming, and there are many constraints on field soil conditions due to weather, so research on utilizing simulation to overcome these shortcomings is needed. Therefore, this study aimed to model agricultural soils using discrete element method (DEM) software. To simulate draft force, predictions are made according to travel speed and compared to field test results to validate the prediction accuracy. The measured soil properties are used for DEM modeling. In this study, the soil property measurement procedure was designed to measure the physical and mechanical properties. DEM soil model calibration was performed using a virtual vane shear test instead of the repose angle test. The DEM simulation results showed that the prediction accuracy of the draft force was within 4.8% (2.16~6.71%) when compared to the draft force measured by the field test. In addition, it was confirmed that the result was up to 72.51% more accurate than those obtained through theoretical methods for predicting draft force. This study provides useful information for the DEM soil modeling process that considers the working speed from the perspective of agricultural machinery research and it is expected to be utilized in agricultural machinery design research.

Motion-capture-based walking simulation of digital human adapted to laser-scanned 3D as-is environments for accessibility evaluation

  • Owing to our rapidly aging society, accessibility evaluation to enhance the ease and safety of access to indoor and outdoor environments for the elderly and disabled is increasing in importance. Accessibility must be assessed not only from the general standard aspect but also in terms of physical and cognitive friendliness for users of different ages, genders, and abilities. Meanwhile, human behavior simulation has been progressing in the areas of crowd behavior analysis and emergency evacuation planning. However, in human behavior simulation, environment models represent only "as-planned" situations. In addition, a pedestrian model cannot generate the detailed articulated movements of various people of different ages and genders in the simulation. Therefore, the final goal of this research was to develop a virtual accessibility evaluation by combining realistic human behavior simulation using a digital human model (DHM) with "as-is" environment models. To achieve this goal, we developed an algorithm for generating human-like DHM walking motions, adapting its strides, turning angles, and footprints to laser-scanned 3D as-is environments including slopes and stairs. The DHM motion was generated based only on a motion-capture (MoCap) data for flat walking. Our implementation constructed as-is 3D environment models from laser-scanned point clouds of real environments and enabled a DHM to walk autonomously in various environment models. The difference in joint angles between the DHM and MoCap data was evaluated. Demonstrations of our environment modeling and walking simulation in indoor and outdoor environments including corridors, slopes, and stairs are illustrated in this study.

  • E-commerce live broadcast is a new online shopping model that has gradually emerged in China in recent years. In the e-commerce live broadcast, the audience gathered into a buying group by watching and participating in virtual interaction, and obtained stable emotional energy from it. Closely following the concept of emotional energy, with the help of the interaction ritual chain model, the components of e-commerce live broadcast can be clarified. And the paper shows how individuals can form a buying group in social interaction. I will take the interaction behavior in e-commerce live broadcast as the research object and observe the phenomenon based on the theory of interaction ritual, then come up with the interaction ritual chain model of E-commerce live broadcast group.

  • Recently, the government has improvement projects of dangerous road for the site that has very high accident rate due to bad geometric structures of the road. Although, route selecting of the road is a basic and important process, but the process of route selecting must consider the technical, safety and environment factor together. Also, the technology for the 3-dimensional terrain model can be used as an important factor in planning and designing for selecting alternative route projects. In the course of experimenting with the 3-dimensional topography generated by the combination of the digital map and drawing of route, the technology as been developed to offer the multi-dimensional access to the potential construction sites from the nearby main roads. This 3-dimensional digital elevation model has made it possible to make various terrain analysis base on GIS, which provides real-time virtual access to the designated construction sites for development planning and construction projects. Therefore, this study presents a reasonable plan for route selecting from some alternative routes through subjective evaluation and classify the methods linked basic design of road construction.

Application model research on visualizing anti-inflammation effects by using the virtual cell (가상세포를 활용한 항염증 효능 응용모델 연구)

  • Objective : The purpose of this study was to develop the simulator which can analyze the anti-inflammatory effects of herbs based on e-cell, or the virtual cell. Method : We have ensured the medical herbs and its active compounds by investigating the oriental medicine records and NBCI(Biomedicine database). Also we have developed the web-based search system for confirming database related to anti-inflammation. We have researched the cell signal pathway related with inflammatory response control and established the mathematical model of herb interaction on selected signal pathway in e-cell. Finally we have developed the prototype which can confirm the result of this model visibly. Results : We constructed the database of 62 cases of anti-inflammatory active compounds in 61 cases of medical herbs which have been known anti-inflammation effects in the paper, 16 cases of inflammatory factors, 10 cases of signal pathways related with inflammatory response and 6,834 cases of URL(Uniform Resource Locator) of referenced papers. And we embodied the web-based research system, which can research this database. User can search basic and detailed information of medical plants related with anti-inflammatory by using information system. And user can acquire information on an active compounds, a signal pathway and a link URL of related paper. Among investigated ten pathways, we selected NF-${\kappa}B$, which plays important role in activation of immune system, and we searched the mechanisms of actions of proteins which could be components of this pathway. We reduced total network into IKK-$I{\kappa}B$ - NF-${\kappa}B$, and completed mathematic modeling by using ordinary differential equations and response variables of $I{\kappa}B-NF-{\kappa}B$ signaling model network which is suggested by Baltimore Group. We designed OED(Ordinary Differential Equation) for response of IKK, $I{\kappa}B$, $NF-{\kappa}B$ in e-cell's cytoplasm and nucleus, and measured whether an active compound of medicinal plants which is inputted by an user would have a anti-inflammation effects in obedience to change in concentration over time. The proposed model was verified by using experimental results of the papers which are listed on NCBI.

A Study on the Humanities-based Preliminary University Model : Focused on the P University (인문학 기반 예비대학 모델 연구: P 대학 사례를 중심으로)

  • This study aims to design a humanities model for preliminary universities using an online platform to develop and expand humanities thinking of preliminary university students. P University Expert Focus Group Interview and student surveys are conducted, and based on the analysis results, a preliminary university model suitable for the humanities field is proposed. Expert FGI suggested the necessity of human resources education to build an online platform-based preliminary university model and improve humanities capabilities. As a result of the student survey, it was found that a majority of the respondents had high interest in humanities and recognized the need for a humanities preliminary university. This study proposes a humanities-based preliminary university model that enables interactive communication in virtual space using the cross-platform Photo Server. The implication of this study is that it contributes to strengthening the humanities capabilities of preliminary university students by presenting an online platform preliminary university model that can respond to changes in the external environment. Since this study has a limitation in that it does not present examples of preliminary universities, it is necessary to verify the educational effect of platform-based ppreliminary university management in the future.
