In order to establish a digital-based use environment for the provision of new information services suitable for the 5G era, it is necessary to discuss the direction of service provision by the National Library of Children and Young Adults in the 5G era. Based on utilization services in other fields, library services in the 5G era, including the development and provision of employee education and training services, ultra-high-definition and 360-degree realistic contents and education on library use, provision of multi-dimensional realistic media streaming broadcasting services, provision of telepresence education programs, activation of virtual communities, implementation of hologram performance halls/exhibit centers, and provision of unmanned book delivery services, environment monitoring, safety monitoring, and customized services, were proposed. In addition, based on 5G service, 5G technology, and library application direction, advancing into a producing and supporting base for ultra-realistic and immersive contents in the 5G era, strengthening online and mobile services in the non-contact era, and establishing a smart library environment were proposed as the service provision direction for the National Library of Children and Young Adults in the 5G era.
Just as globalization has many aspects and has developed in various, sometimes contradictory ways with both positive and negative impacts, so too would the reverse process of deglobalization have wide-ranging effects for individuals, communities, and nations. Some parts of globalization began to fray during the coronavirus pandemic (e.g. failing supply chains and disarray in the global shipping industry). Deglobalization would bring about much more significant changes in focusing on local production and consumption, eschewing non-essential flights and international tourism, and replacing personal experience with virtual presence. These impacts would be particularly severe for Vietnam, since its government has placed intensive connectivity with global production at the center of its model for the rapid development on which much of its legitimacy rests and it has joined as many international, multilateral organizations, and protocols as it has been able to do. Through critical analysis of secondary data from a wide range of sources, this paper examines the motivations that people, institutions, and governments might have to pursue deglobalization and then seeks evidence for whether the changes that would bring have started to affect Vietnam. While it is difficult to be too certain about this while the pandemic continues, it is evident that pressures are building in the global north to reconfigure supply chains for greater security, to reduce carbon emissions through regulating long-distance exchanges, and to withdraw from personal contacts. It is argued that a focus on digitalization in economy and society will help to mitigate the negative effects of deglobalization on Vietnam, at least in the medium-term.
Cyworld has created a new social phenomenon that relationship between people and communities could be built by committing to digital writing. It has altered the way of people's writing attitudes from self-confessed to self-describing and self-broadcasting ways in which one regards oneself as the center of the cyber world. The purpose of this paper is to identify the shift in one's writing attitudes and how he/she develops technologies of the self in the Cyworld space. Quantitative and qualitative methods support the result; The analysis of 100 Cyworld users' mini-homepages show how the visual images in Cyworld affects their way of digital writing and the analysis of the change of writing habit due to sharing data how virtual 'family' that has been created by Cyworld. I categorize the characteristics of digital writing into three; 1)Visualization of technologies of the self 2)Networked technologies of the self 3)Sharing secretes. The aim of writing in Cyworld is not to keep the secrete but to share and, eventually, texts are circulated in the networked society where one is participated(Cyworld family). Therefore, the usage of images plays a significant role in Cyworld communities because the opened secretes are usually prepared to be presented on the basis of trustworthy toward other members.
As the use of ICT became a part of daily social life, online community has emerged as a new type of social organization. Online community is a virtual space which enables many people to participate and contribute together to collective knowledge. Anonymity in online communities can encourage active social participation by people with various social constraints, however, anonymity can also lead to serious social pathology. As a result, it is necessary to study on what is fundamentally influencing human behavior and how people's behavior is controlled in anonymous online community. This study focuses on human identity and investigate the factors affecting human behavior control in anonymous online environment by examining various aspects of identity in online discussion community. This study empirically verifies the causal relationship between factors, including social & technical anonymities, various identity dimensions, intrinsic motivation to participate in the community, group norm conformity, and quality of discussion. It also analyzes the difference between groups by the level of anonymity, gender, age, community usage period, and discussion topic. Based on the findings, this research provides theoretical and practical implications for online community management strategies and a better culture on Internet discussion.
With the growth of Web 2.0, lots of services allow yours to post their personal information and useful knowledges on networked information spaces such as blogs and online communities etc. As the services are generalized, recent researches related to social network have gained momentum. However, most social network services do not support machine-processable semantic knowledge, so that the information cannot be shared and reused between different domains. Moreover, as explicit definitions of relationships between individual social entities do not be described, it is difficult to analyze social network for inferring unknown semantic relationships. To overcome these limitations, in this paper, we propose a social network analysis system with personal photographic data up-loaded by virtual community users. By using ontology, an informative connectivity between a face entity extracted from photo data and a person entity which already have social relationships was defined clearly and semantic social links were inferred with domain rules. Then the inferred links were provided to yours as a visualized graph. Based on the graph, more efficient social network analysis was achieved in online community.
As COVID-19 has been converted to an endemic with social distancing lifted, people are getting used to new cultures and lifestyles that are different from before. While the world is now adapting to rapidly changing trends, Christian education is facing a crisis without being able to respond to these changes. Therefore, a new Christian education method is now required. The purpose of this study is to suggest a new Christian education method that allows Christians to properly lead a new era as an alternative to Christian education that is experiencing such a crisis. The study also presents the metaverse Christian education platform, which is a detailed and practical method of Christian education, by incorporating the platform and metaverse that are under the spotlight in the post-Corona era into Christian education. Here, the christian educational platform refers to the system, space, and various materials that can make Christian education efficient and smooth. The metaverse Christian education platform consists of 4 stages according to the size of the platform to activate supply and demand within the platform. Stage 1 is a home education platform, Stage 2 is a community education platform, Stage 3 is a regional union education platform, and Stage 4 is an educational mission platform. The last Stage 4, the educational mission platform utilized the metaverse, which is drastically expanding in the present era, as a method of educational mission. It is meaningful that the educational mission has been embodied by providing small churches and the next generation in underdeveloped countries with educational contents, educational materials, online mentors, virtual communities, and real-time educational broadcasts within the educational platform, using virtual spaces in the metaverse.

Petroglyphs is an essential part of the worldwide cultural heritage since it plays a key role for the comprehension of prehistoric communities previous to writing. nowadays 3D data are a critical component to permanently record the form of important cultural heritage so that they might be passed down to future generations. Recent 3D scanning technologies allow the generation of very realistic 3D model that can be used for multimedia museum exhibitions to attract the users into the 3D world. In this paper, we develop the 3D petroglyph VR contents based on a novel gesture recognition method. The proposed gesture recognition method can recognizes the movements of the user using 3D depth sensor by comparing with the pre-defined movements. Also this paper presents new approaches for 3D petroglyphs data recording using 3D scanning technology as accurate and non-destructive tools.

Proxy Mobile IPv6 (PMIPv6) has received considerable attention between telecommunications and the Internet communities and does not require active participation of the Mobile Node (MN) by way of network-based mobility management. The PMIPv6 domain is studying establishment in progress to support extensively a number of MN by using a low handover latency. In this research, we are propose a novel 3S scheme for building Scalable and Secure and Seamless PMIPv6 domains. In the proposed scheme, all of Mobility Access Gateway (MAG) are acting as the Local Mobility Anchor (LMA) and composing a virtual ring with another MAG. General hashing is used in the efficient distribution-mapping between each MN and the MN's LMA of all MAGs. And, MAG and MN are authenticated using the symmetric key. Through mathematical analysis, we verifies the safety, scalability, and seamless service for 3S. Also, we're propose a handover procedure of 3S and show better than the existing schemes in terms of handover latency.
G-learning, based on online game, virtual reality activities and communities, is considered as a fresh, differentiated idea at learning which drives learners' interest and attention. The paper is to analyzed effectiveness of G-learning at the mathematics classes in elementary school. Fourth, fifth and sixth grade students in Seoul are selected as an experimental groups and their achievement scores are measured. An SNS(Social Network Service) is an online service that supports an effective way to share information over virtual communities. Recently, as SNSs such as Twitter, Facebook, and Me2day are getting bigger, the purposes of using popular SNSs are expanded to broadcastings, politics, marketings and so on. In this paper, we propose an API to integrate and manage open APIs for various SNSs, presenting a library as an implementation of the proposed API. Also, utilizing the developed library, a smartphone application is provided which supports integrated management of popular SNSs and personal schedules. Using the library, developers can reduce costs when they need to implement specific functions for managing various SNSs. With the developed application, we can read and write to/from the related SNSs on same screen, automatically reminding our schedule and sharing the schedule with friends over the SNSs.
