It is needed to evaluate information systems actively which has already developed to improve future performance of the organization and foster the activation of information system. The introduction or development of information system also can bring about a organizational success. To measure exactly the organizational performance of information systems, it is needed to develop a new valuation model for a specific information system from a objective pint of view, as well as to equip a standard methodology using BSC measurement. The information system valuation from a objective point of view is of importance as the basic information for the decision to obtain information system. This paper takes aim at investigating a new information system valuation model and developing a information system valuation system using case-based reasoning for predicting currency value of information system in each organization. A new information system valuation system is developed as a web-enabling base. Using this, users are able to estimate the value of specific information system on a real time efficiently.

The proposed system measures business performance by considering both VA(Value-Added), which represents stakeholder's point of view and EVA(Economic Value-Added), which represents shareholder's point of view. To do so, we suggest a business performance scheme which utilizes VA per Capita (Value- Added/Workers) and EVA to Invested Capital(Economic Value-Added /Invested Capital). For effective measurement of business performance, we consider simultaneously not only quantitative financial factors such as VA, EVA and cash flow but also qualitative value drivers such as defect ratio, inventory level, customer satisfaction, enterprise culture and so on. However, we don't consider the qualitative factors due to the limited data. To demonstrate the performance of the system, we conducted a case study using financial data of Korean automobile industry over 16 years from 1981 to 1996, which is taken from database of KISFAS (Korea Investors Services Financial Analysis System).

We developed the composite long rod insulator for railway, and the developed insulators were applied to commercial lines, KNR through a series of preparations such as establishment of specification, diverse tests and evaluation of reliability, and improvement of manufacturing system, etc. This paper presents some considerations for mass Production of the composite insulators in view of steady quality especially. 1 believe that our tries, though it is incomplete in view of low cost, is effective in good performance of the insulators in service and these in-service experience is enough to be a basis of more progress in field of insulation technique.

This paper presents the evaluation of an angular spectrum-based method used to calculate scattering pattern of a three-dimensional object modelled as a collection composed of vertical sectional two-dimensional images. This is done via comparing a proposed method with two existing methods, i.e., a Fresnel hologram method and a ray-tracing method, in terms of computatioal complexities and reconstructed results. Maathematical derivations for each methods are reviewed and implementing procedures are described in detail, along with the amount of computaions required from the implementation point of view, rather than from the mathematical point of view. We show simulation results in which the Fresnel holoram method dose not exhibit promising results although it requires the least computation. Moreover, it is also shown that the proposed method, even with much less computational requirement than the ray-tracing method, produces good performances asmuch as the ray-tracing method does.

FPGA를 사용하여 실시간 응용 가능한 다시점 3차원 비디오 프로세서를 설계 및 구현하였다. 본 연구에서 설계된 3차원 비디오 프로세서는 최대 16시점으로부터의 2차원 비디오 신호를 입력받아 공간분할방식의 3차원 비디오 신호로 변환해주는 역할을 한다. 3차원 카메라 시스템의 다양한 구조에 대응이 가능하며, 또한 다양한 해상도의 3차원 디스플레이 장치에 대응이 가능하도록 설계하였다. 5개의 FPGA를 사용한 검증보드를 제작하여 3차원 비디오 프로세서의 기능을 검증하였다.

Minimum support and confidence have been used as criteria for generating association rules in all association rule mining algorithms. These criteria have their natural appeals, such as simplicity; few researchers have suspected the quality of generated rules. In this paper, we examine the rules from a more rigorous point of view by conducting statistical tests. Specifically, we use contingency tables and chi-square test to analyze the data. Experimental results show that one third of the association rules derived based on the support and confidence criteria are not significant, that is, the antecedent and consequent of the rules are not correlated. It indicates that minimum support and minimum confidence do not provide adequate discovery of meaningful associations. The chi-square test can be considered as an enhancement or an alternative solution.

소프트웨어의 품질을 바라보는 관점이 다양한 특성으로 나타날 수 있으나, 소프트웨어의 내부적인 면에는 관심이 없는 엔드유저 입장에서는 소프트웨어의 사용자 인터페이스(User Interface)가 소프트웨어의 품질을 표현하는 전부일 수도 있다. 그러나 사용자 인터페이스에 기반을 둔 상세화된 평가기준은 다소 미흡한 실정이므로 소프트웨어의 사용자 인터페이스는 사용성 품질 특성의 주요 대상이라 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어의 품질평가에 관련된 국제표준의 품질특성들과 사용자 인터페이스를 구성하는 요소들과의 관련성을 명확히 분석하여 소프트웨어의 사용자 인터페이스로부터 측정할 수 있는 품질특성 요소들을 추출하고 평가하는 방법에 대한 체계를 구축하였다.

By decreasing in CPU price and development of computer assembling technology, personal computer fake a good chance to accelerate its supply. Recently, as being introduced new computing technology so called multi media, teaming assist system which is based on single media such as studying book, cassette tape, video tape, or something else is rapidly being replaced by new assist education system based on multi media in which it is operated by the personal computer. In the computer assist education system, there is an evaluation module which appraise learner's study level into the next study strategy. At the view of this point, this part is very important. In this part, there are some factors like Importance, complexity, or difficulty which commonly include fuzzy factors in our surrounding. But until now, we are still out of the level to handle the evaluation module adequately among the some studies. In this study, we would like to suggest a new module that evaluate learning achievement of ICAI which have a variety of fuzzy environment. We combine Independent fuzzy environment like importance, complexity, difficulty into making total evaluation of learner's achievement. By the result, with expressing by linguistic form, this study can provide the theoretical basis in which we will be able to carry out sentence toward evaluation among elementary school.

1960년대 산업화 이후 기계화가 가속되어 산업발달에 많은 기여를 하였으나 고소음 작업장에서 발생하는 소음피해에 대한 대책은 거의 없는 실정이다. 특히 공장 및 작업장에서 발생하는 기계소음은 반복적으로 되풀이되어 충격적이며, 강한 소음으로 대부분의 현장 작업자들은 높은 불쾌감과 청력장애의 위험을 부담하고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 이 연구는 고소음 작업장에서 발생하는 작업기계 소음을 평가하기 위한 적정 평가어휘를 추출하고자 했으며, 이렇게 추출된 어휘는 작업 기계소음을 평가하기 위한 음향심리 실험 및 기계소음 규제기준 설정을 위한 유용한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

The foodservice industry is changing more and more from on-site foodservice management to contract foodservice management. However there are differences according to the level of management and operation of contract foodservice management company (CFMC). The necessity of certification on CFMC is increasing to enable fair discrimination of CFMC among most clients that want to contract with CFMC. This study was performed to identify the foodservice operation evaluation model's criteria items for certifying CFMC. The analysis research methods included literature review, content analysis, individual interview, Delphi technique, and brain storming. First, the following infrastructure items were prepared in the contractor's viewpoint: procurement, transparency of operation, menu development and operation system, nutrition service system, professional employee education, sanitation andsafety management system, customer satisfaction system, facility system, management information system (MIS), business and economics. Second, the evaluation criteria required by the contractor on the client's view point was similar to school foodservice, hospitalfoodservice, and business andindustry foodservice except extraordinary items of field. Third, evaluation criteria and detail categories and items were identified such as financial focus, customer focus, process focus, human focus, and renewal and development by grafting on intellectual capital evaluation methodology for CFMC.
