The survey results of 352 Vietnamese customers using Fintech services, reliability test and extended post-acceptance model (EPAM) which is based on PAM and ECT models. From the survey, we further found out that perceived security (BSS) has no direct impact on continued intention to use, while perceived security (BSS) has positive impact on confirmation (CON), similarly, perceived usefulness (PU) and user's satisfaction (SES). Knowledge of the Mobile Fintech payment service (KNOW) has a positive impact on perceived security (BSS). Confirmation (CON) has a positive influence on perceived usefulness but in the meanwhile it has created a negative impact on user's satisfaction (SES). From the survey it can also tell that user's attitude (ATT) and enterprise image (IMG) both have a positive impact on continual intention to use Fintech services. From the research results, we also propose some recommendation to enhance the continual intention to use Fintech services in Vietnam.

Fourth, when looking at the mediating effect, reliability among the quality of healthcare was shown as a full-mediated effect, but accessibility was shown to have a partial mediating effect and tangibility to have no mediating effect. Contact management is important because customer satisfaction is highly regarded when customers feel positive emotions at the interface from the provision of convenience facilities that support medical services to the reduction of waiting time for patients, employees kindness, treatment, medication, and inspection. It is also confirmed that the demand for convenient and rapid use of hospitals is increasing in Vietnam. In addition, if customer satisfaction is increased through friendly medical staff's response, the intention of recommendation will be even greater.

  • Large global online shopping malls, such as Amazon, offer services in English or in the language of a country when their products are sold. Since many customers purchase products based on the product reviews, the shopping malls actively utilize the sentimental analysis technique in judging preference of each product using the large amount of review data that the customer has written. And the result of such analysis can be used for the marketing to look the potential shoppers. However, it is difficult to apply this English-based semantic analysis system to different languages used around the world. In this study, more than 500,000 data from Amazon fine food reviews was used for training a deep learning based system. First, sentiment analysis evaluation experiments were carried out with three models of English test data. Secondly, the same data was translated into seven languages (Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, French, German and English) and then the similar experiments were done. The result suggests that although the accuracy of the sentimental analysis was 2.77% lower than the average of the seven countries (91.59%) compared to the English (94.35%), it is believed that the results of the experiment can be used for practical applications.
