Using video synthesis to depict flowing water is useful in virtual reality, computer games, digital movies and scientific computing. This paper presents a novel algorithm for synthesizing dynamic water scenes through a sample video based on a dynamic texture model. In the paper, we treat the video sample as a 2-D texture image. In order to obtain textons, we analyze the video sample automatically based on dynamic texture model. Then, we utilize a linear dynamic system (LDS) to describe the characteristics of each texton. Using these textons, we synthesize a new video for dynamic flowing water which is prolonged and non-fuzzy in vision. Compared with other classical methods, our method was tested to demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency with several video samples.

In this paper, we introduce a new web-based PR video making service system. Many video editing tools have required tough editing skill or scenario planning stage for a just simple PR video making. Some users may prefer a simple and fast way than sophisticated and complex functionality. To solve this problem, it is important to provide easy user interface and intelligent classification and recommendation scheme. Therefore, we propose a new template classification and recommendation scheme using a topic modeling method. The proposed scheme has the big advantage of being able to handle the unstructured meta data as well as structured one.

The data models which express all types of video information physically and logically. and the definition of spatiotemporal relationship of video data objects In This paper, we classifies meta-model for efficient management on spatiotemporal relationship between two objects in video image data, suggests meta-models based on Rambaugh's OMT technique, and expanded user model to apply the adaptive model, established from hyper-media or web agent to VOD. The proposed meta-model uses data's special physical feature: the effects of camera's and editing effects of shot, and 17 spatial relations on Allen's 13 temporal relations, topology and direction to include logical presentation of spatiotemporal relation for possible spatiotemporal reference and having unspecified applied mediocrity.

In this paper, We have studied for guaranteeing the clear display of MPEG-2 video sequence when conduct splicing of MPEG-2 system streams. we focus on the PES domain splicing considering video sequence. And we wish to make a base on the TS or PS domain splicing considering video sequence. For that, first, we compared and analyzed problems that is raised when different two PES streams are spliced and effects that affect the video sequence. And based on this analysis, we have searched for methods that resolve the cause of problems that can be happened in the display of video sequence directly in PES domain.

Recently, Digital video is one of the important information media delivered on the Internet and playing an increasingly important role in multimedia. This paper proposes a Video Browsing Service(VBS) that provides both the video content retrieval and the video browsing by the real-time user interface on Web, For the scene segmentation and key frame extraction of video sequence, we proposes an efficient scene change detection method that combines the RGB color histogram with the $x^2$(Chi Square) histogram. Resulting key frames are linked by both physical and logical indexing, This system involves the video editing and retrieval function of a VCR's, Three elements that are the date, the field and the subject are used for video browsing. A Video Browsing Service is implemented with MySQL, PHP and JMF under Apache Web Server.

In order to construct a Video Database, shot change detection should be made first. But, because these processes are not automated perfectly, we need a lot of time and efforts now. And, there are many shot change detection algorithms, which can't always insure the perfect result because of the editing effects such as cut, wipe, and dissolves used in film production. Therefore, in order to receive the exact shot change, It needs the verification and correction by manual processing at any cost. Spatiotemporal slice is a simple image condensing method for the content changes of video. The editing effects are expressed on the Spatiotemporal slice in the visually noticed form of vertical line, diagonal line, curved line and gradual color changes, etc. Accordingly the parts doubted as a shot change can be easily detected by the change of the Spatiotemporal slice without replaying the video. The system proposed in this study makes it possible to delete the false detected key frames, and create the undetected key frames on the Spatiotemporal slice.

Fingernail-related content on YouTube is gaining popularity. This study aimed to present a new direction for nail content marketing and video production by identifying the current status of nail-related content on YouTube and factors affecting views. As for the research method, the study used the YouTube website, and the elements under analysis were classified into YouTuber characteristics (verbal characteristics, age group, gender, professional status, and celebrity status) and content characteristics (nail field, editing elements, and content). The results showed that standard language and terminology were generally used, and the proportion of YouTubers in their 30s was high. All nail-related content creators on YouTube were women, and they were found to be experts who worked as nail artists and nail content creators. As for the content characteristics, the proportion of art videos was high, and the video length was found mostly to be between 10 and 20 minutes. The editing elements included images, videos, and subtitles, and sound effects and background music were used frequently. Finally, it was found that the proportion of videos providing nail tips and know-how, product information, and procedures was high. This study identified factors that influence the number of views for nail videos. As a result, the study was able to present video production ideas for newcomers starting a nail-content YouTube channel, and this will be helpful in the development of nail content.
