유도탄의 유도명령 추종을 위한 혼합제어기 설계 : 공력 및 추력벡터제어 (Mixed Control of Agile Missile with Aerodynamic Fin and Thrust Vectoring Control)

  • This paper is concerned with a control allocation strategy using the dynamic inversion and the pseudo inverse control which generates the nominal control input trajectories. In addition, an autopilot design method is proposed by using time-varying control technique which is time-varying version of the pole placement of linear time-invariant system for an agile missile with aerodynamic fin and thrust vectoring control. The control allocation proposed in this paper is capable of extracting the maximum performance by combining each control effector, aerodynamic fin and thrust vectoring control. The adopted time-varying control technique for the autopilot design enhances the robustness of the tracking performance for a reference command. The main results are validated through the nonlinear simulations with aerodynamic data.

  • This paper is concerned with a control allocation strategy using the dynamic inversion which generates the nominal control input trajectories, and autopilot design using the time-varying control technique which is time-varying version of pole placement of linear time-invariant system for an agile missile with aerodynamic fin and thrust vectoring control. Dynamic inversion can decide the amount of the deflection of each control effector, aerodynamic fin and thrust vectoring control, to extract the maximum performance by combining the action of them. Time-varying control technique for autopilot design enhance the robustness of the tracking performance for a reference command. Nonlinear simulations demonstrates the dynamic inversion provides the effective nominal control input trajectories to achieve the angle of attack command, and time-varying control technique exhibits good robustness for a wide range of angle of attack.

  • The transient responses of a linear system having undesired disturbances are dominantly governed by the system's left eigenstructure(eigenvalues/left eigenvectors). In control system design problem of altering the transient response of the system, both the controllability and the disturbance suppressibility, should be considered simultaneously to obtain a robust, effective controller. The controllability of the system may be degraded if the left eigenstructure is chosen to suppress the disturbance, or vice versa. In this paper, first, proposed are a modal disturbance suppressibility measure and an improved version of the modal controllability measure suggested by Hamdan and Nayfeh. Second, a simple and general left eigenstructure assignment scheme, considering both the proposed modal disturbance suppressibility measure and the improved version of modal controllability measure, is suggested. When the previous works are applied to assign the left eigenvectors may differ from the desired ones. But the proposed left eigenstructure assignment scheme makes it possible to achieve the desired colsed-loop eigenvalues exactly, provided the desired left eigenvectors reside in the achievable subspace. In case the desired left eigenvectors do not reside in the achievable subspace, the closed-loop eigenvalues are achieved exactly and the left eigenvectors are assigned to the best possible set of eigenvectors in the least square sense. Finally, a numerical example is included to confirm and demonstrate the usefulness of our propositions and to illustrate the proposed design scheme.

Quality of Life of Male Spouse Caregivers for Breast Cancer Patients in China

  • Background: The aim of this study was to describe the characteristics of male spouse caregivers of breast cancer patients in China, assess their quality of life (QOL), and investigate the influencing factors. Materials and Methods: A total of 243 breast cancer patient-spouse caregiver dyads were recruited from four hospitals in Shanxi and Anhui province of China. A cross-sectional design was applied to collect data and the Chinese version of the Medical Outcomes Study 36-item Short Form (SF-36) was used to measure caregivers' QOL, and the Chinese version of M.D. Anderson Symptom Inventory (MDASI-C) was applied to measure patient symptom severity and interference. Pearson's correlation was used to examine the correlations between caregiver burden and QOL. The multiple regression analysis was used to determine the most predictive factors influencing QOL. Results: The scores of all SF-36 scales were above 50.0, which were much lower than that of general mainland Chinese males. Mental QOL was significantly worse than physical QOL. Spouses demographic characteristics, caregiving-related variables and patient symptoms were related to spouse QOL. Caregiver burden has a negative relationship with QOL. Conclusions: A decrease in life events and patient symptoms, as well as increase in spouse sleeping time and family income, ought to improve QOL.

  • In this paper, a new hybrid position control algorithm for the direct drive arm is proposed. The proposed control is composed of discrete feedforward component and continuous feedback component. The discrete component is the nominal torque which approximately compensates the strong nonlinear coupling torques between the links, while the continuous control is a modified version of sliding mode control which is known to have a robust property to the disturbances of system. For the proposed control law, we give sufficient condition which guarantees the bounded tracking error in spite of the modeling errors, and the efficiency of the proposed algorithm is demonstrated by the numerical simulation of a three link manipulator position control with payloads and parameter errors.

노인의 치매행동 관련 홀니스 프로그램 개발과 완충효과 검증 (The Development of Wholeness Program for Effects Dementia-Buffering Testing of the Demented Elderly)

  • 이 연구는 치매행동 관련 홀니스 프로그램 적용 및 완충효과 검증 단계로 서울시에 위치한 M1과 M2 노인복지관에 개설되어 있는 주간보호시설 참여 노인 총 40명을 대상자로 선정하였다. 선정된 대상자들의 사전조사를 실시한 후 무작위로 M1노인복지관 노인 20명을 실험군으로, M2노인복지관 노인 20명을 통제군으로 배치하였다. 치매행동 관련 홀니스 프로그램 활동은 2016년 3월 14일부터 2016년 5월 30일까지 12주간, 주 2회, 60분간 수행하였다. 측정도구는 MMSE-K와 K-MBI, GDS-K를 사용하였다. 치매행동 관련 홀니스 프로그램에 참여하는 동안 치매행동 참여 전과 참여 후 총 2회를 측정하였으며 SPSS-PC(version 21.0) 통계프로그램을 이용하여 첫째, 실험군과 통제군의 동질성여부를 파악하기 위하여 독립표본 t-검증, 둘째, MMSE-K와 K-MBI, GDS-K에 대한 효과를 알아보기 위하여 사전검사와 사후검사 간 대응표본 t-검증, 셋째, 사전·사후 간 변화량을 확인하기 위하여 ANOVA를 실시하였다. 연구결과 노인의 치매행동 관련 홀니스 프로그램은 인지능력의 변화(MMSE-K), 신체능력의 변화(K-MBI), 우울수준의 변화(GDS-K)에 모두 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 실시간 데이타베이스 시스템에서 높은 우선 순위를 갖는 트랜잭션(High Priority Transaction; HPT)의 선행 처리를 보장하기 위해 2PL-HP(Two Phase Locking with High Priority) 방법이 사용된다. 이 방법은 충돌 발생 시 낮은 우선 순위를 갖는 트랜잭션(Low Priority Transaction; LPT)을 철회 또는 대기시킴으로써 충돌을 해결한다. 그러나 HPT가 마감시간을 지키지 못해서 시스템에서 제거되는 경우에는 LPT의 불필요한 철회 및 대기가 발생된다. 최근에 이러한 문제를 해결하고자 대체버전을 이용한 동시성 제어 알고리즘이 제안되었다. 그러나 이 알고리즘은 항상 대체 버전을 생성해야하며, 또한 복잡한 대체 버전을 관리하기 위한 기법이 추가적으로 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 불필요한 자원의 낭비를 막고 LPT의 불필요한 철회 및 대기를 제거할 수 있는 효율적인 동시성제어 알고리즘을 제안한다. 그리고 성능평가를 통해 제안하는 동시성제어 알고리즘이 기존의 대체버전을 이용한 동시성제어 알고리즘에 비해 성능이 우수함을 보인다.

고급 분산 제어시스템을 위한 신경 회로망 제어 알고리즘의 개발 (Development of neural network algorithm for an advanced distributed control system)

  • We develop a neural network control algorithm for the ACS (Advanced Control System). The ACS is an extended version of the DCS (Distributed Control System) to which functions of fault detection and diagnosis and advanced control algorithms are added such as neural networks, fuzzy logics, and so on. In spite of its usefulness proven by computer simulations, the neural network control algorithm, as far as we know, has no tool which makes it applicable to process control. It is necessary that the neural network controller should be turned into the function code for its application to the ACS. So we develop a general method to implement the neural network control systems for the ACS. By simulations using the simulator for the boiler of 'Seoul fire power plant unit 4', the methodology proposed in this paper is validated to have the applicability to process control.

비행제어법칙 설계 및 해석 절차에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Control Law Design and Analysis Process)

  • An advanced method of Relaxed Static Stability (RSS) is utilized for improving the aerodynamic performance of modem version supersonic jet fighter aircraft. The flight control system utilizes RSS criteria in both longitudinal and lateral-directional axes to achieve performance enhancements and improve stability. Standard CLDA (Control Law Design and Analysis) process is provided that reduce the development period of the flight control system. In addition, if this process is employed in developing flight control laws, it reduces the trial and error development and verification of control laws. This paper details the design process of developing a flight control law for the RSS aircraft, utilizing military specifications, linear and nonlinea, analysis using XMATH and ATLAS(Aircraft, Tim Linear and Simulation), handling quality tests using the HQS (Handling Quality Simulator), and real flight test results to verify aircraft dynamic flight responses.
