임상실습 중 치위생과 학생들이 경험한 언어폭력이 자아존중감 및 진로정체감에 미치는 영향 (The effect of verbal violence experienced by dental hygiene students during clinical practice on their self-esteem and career identity)

  • Background: To confirm verbal violence experience in dental hygiene students and to verify its influence on their self-esteem and career identity. Methods: Data were collected using a structured self-reported questionnaire targeting 180 dental hygiene students at M University. Descriptive statistics, one-way analysis of variance, t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSS WIN 25.0. Results: Older students reported that they experienced verbal violence more frequently during clinical training, especially those who were dissatisfied with clinical training. The students experienced verbal violence more frequently from dental hygienists than from dentists and patients. Dental hygiene students had high self-esteem and career identity. The students who were majorly satisfied with clinical training had higher self-esteem and career identity than those who were dissatisfied. Dental hygiene students had lower self-esteem and career identity when they experience verbal violence more frequently from dentists and dental hygienists during clinical training and clinical practice. Conclusion: An intervention program needs to be developed to prevent verbal violence against dental hygiene students and a strategy to increase their self-esteem and career identity is required.

  • This article explores Kim Hye-soo's film acting from the perspective of performance, which means a socio-cultural action planned and intended for a certain purpose. Through the aspect of screen performance which the identity of the era that the performance study aims for is expressed through acting and reappeared in a system of verbal and non-verbal symbols, it was intended to enhance the academic value of Korean film acting. First, Kim Hye-soo's acting performance transforms by repeating genre acting. The sensuality and sexual attractiveness that evaluates Kim Hye-soo are repeated by the typical vision required by genre films, but the acting performance is not consumed or subordinated as a tool for visual pleasure. Second, Kim Hye-soo's body, face, emotion and audio are engraved with memories of the times, and the sociocultural identity of the performance is expressed through dynamic interaction between actions and reactions. Third, Kim Hye-soo's restored and recreated performance is sensitive to the changes of the times and is still in the process.

간호대학생의 임상실습 중 언어폭력, 성폭력 및 우울, 자아존중감이 진로정체감에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Verbal Abuse, Sexual Violence, Depression, and Self-Esteem on Career Identity in Nursing Students during Clinical Training)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 진로정체감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구 대상자는 C도와 두 곳의 G도 등에 소재하는 종합대학의 간호대학생 177명을 편의표집 하였으며, 자료 수집은 2016년 10월 15일부터 11월 5일까지 이루어졌다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 21.0을 사용하여 t-검정, ANOVA, Pearson's 상관분석 및 다중회귀(multiple regression)분석을 하였다. 간호대학생의 진로정체감은 자아존중감과 유의한 양의 상관관계가, 우울(r=-.529, p<.001))과는 음의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 간호대학생들의 언어폭력은 성폭력(r=.615, p<.001), 우울(r=.540, p<.001)과 유의한 양의 상관관계, 성폭력과 우울(r=.299, p<.001)은 유의한 양의 상관관계, 우울과 자존감(r=-.390, p<.001)은 유의한 음의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 대상자의 진로정체감에 영향을 미치는 변수로는 우울(${\beta}=-.377$, p<.001), 자아존중감(${\beta}=.443$ p<.001), 학년(${\beta}=.178$, p=.001), 소속병원유무(${\beta}=-.140$, p=.008)로 나타났으며 이 변수는 대상자의 진로정체감에 대해 52.2%의 설명력을 나타냈다. 이는 간호대학생들의 진로정체감을 확립하기 위해 우울을 낮추고 자아존중감을 높이는 중재프로그램의 개발이 필요하며, 아울러 우울을 야기할 수 있는 폭력경험을 줄이는 방안으로 실습 전 폭력예방 및 대처프로그램의 참여율을 높이는 것이 필요함을 시사한다.

장애인 취업의사에 영향을 미치는 요인으로서 가족의 긍정적 의사표현, 사회적 관계망 그리고 장애정체감의 역할 (A Study on the determinants of intent to work of people with disabilities: Uncovering the roles of positive expressions from family members, social network, and disability identity)

  • 본 연구는 장애인들의 취업의사에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인으로서 가족의 긍정적 의사표현, 사회적 관계망, 그리고 장애정체감의 경로를 분석하는 데에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2010년 전국가정폭력 실태조사 자료 중 장애인관련 시설을 이용하는 성인장애인 453명을 대상으로 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 구조방정식 모형을 사용하여 주요 변수들의 인과관계를 검증하였다. 연구결과에 의하면, 가족원의 장애인에 대해 긍정적 의사표현의 빈도가 높을수록 장애인의 장애정체감과 취업의사가 증가되었다. 또한 사회적 관계의 빈도가 높을수록 장애인의 장애정체감이 상승되었으나 취업의사에는 직접적으로 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 장애정체감은 취업의사를 결정하는 주요 요인으로서 파악되었다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 장애인의 낮은 취업의사로 인한 사회통합의 문제를 완화하고 예방하기 위한 개입 방안을 제언하였다.

초등학교 저학년 아동의 글씨쓰기와 실행능력과의 상관관계 (The Correlation between Handwriting Skills and Praxis in the Low Grades Students at an Elementary School)

  • Objective : The purpose of this study was to examine the correlation between handwriting skills and praxis. Method : Participants consisted of 50 normal children who were the second-grade students at an A elementary school in Kim-hae. They didn't have a visual dysfunction, an auditory dysfunction, and a disease or an injury in arms and hands. They could follow examiners' directions properly. They were administered the Postural Praxis and the Praxis on Verbal Command of the Sensory Integration and Praxis Tests(SIPT)(Ayres, 2000) and the handwriting skill test which was made with reference to foreign literatures. It was conducted from October 19, 2004 to December 17, 2004. The data were analyzed with non-paired t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficient. Results : 1. Total handwriting score and praxis according to gender of children showed the statistically significant differences(p<0.05). 2. Total handwriting score correlated with praxis(p<0.05) and handwriting speed did not correlate with praxis. 3. Postural Praxis and Praxis on Verbal Command according to handwriting groups showed the statistically significant differences(p<0.05). 4. Among the standards of the handwriting skill test, accuracy of letter form, identity of letter size, spacing between letters and words, placing text on lines, error existence, and letter out of regular square correlated with the Postural Praxis(p<0.05), and accuracy of letter form, identity of letter size, and placing text on lines correlated with the Praxis on Verbal Command(p<0.05). Conclusions : The correlation between handwriting skills and praxis will help occupational therapists to provide fundamental and various treatment programs for children who are referred for the poor handwriting. But more studies in handwriting skills and praxis are necessary to decide which component of handwriting skills is related to praxis.

임상간호사의 성별, 성역할정체감에 따른 병원폭력 경험과 병원폭력에 대한 태도 (Experience of Violence and Hospital Violence Attitude according to Gender and Gender-Role Identity of Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study aims to examine differences in experiences of violence and hospital violence attitude according to gender and gender-role identity of clinical nurses. Methods: The quota sampling method, was used to select the research subjects. They were divided into two groups male and female nurses who worked for three general hospitals or higher level-hospitals in Incheon and Gyeongbuk. The data of 219 subjects was used for final analysis. The IBM SPSS 22.0 was used to analyze the data t-test and ANOVA. Results: According to gender, the hospital violence experience of female nurses was oserved frequently when the verbal violence came from guardians, and when the physical threats came from others. For male nurses, the experiences of hospital violence was obserbed. According to gender, the hospital violence attitude revealed significant differences in female nurses that the negative attitude was higher (t=-4.69, p<.001). According to gender-role identity, the undifferentiated and femininity showed significant differences (F=4.86 p=.003). Conclusion: The differentiated strategies of coping measures and violence preventive education considering the gender and gender-role identity of clinical nurses would help formulate measures for the effective management of hospital violence.

시설보호청소년의 자아정체감 증진을 위한 치료적 노래만들기 사례 (A Case Study of Therapeutic Song Making to Enhance the Self-identity of Adolescents in Residential Treatment Facility)

  • 본 연구는 시설에 거주하는 청소년의 자아정체감 향상을 목적으로 한 노래만들기 활동의 개별 음악치료 사례연구로 연구 대상자는 쉼터에 거주하는 만 16~18세 남자 청소년 3명이다. 노래만들기 프로그램은 각 대상자별 자아정체감을 구성하는 하위요인 중 낮은 영역을 중심으로 선율과 가사 등의 음악적 요소를 활용하여 구성되었다. 프로그램은 주 1회, 각 회기별 60분씩 총 13회기에 걸쳐 진행되었고 자발적으로 참여의사를 밝힌 대상자들에게 시행되었다. 자료분석은 자아정체감 척도에 따른 하위영역별 사전, 사후 검사 결과와 회기별 언어적, 음악적 반응에 따른 변화, 사후 대상자들의 언어적 반응을 분석하는 평가 방법을 사용하였다. 연구 결과 대상자 A를 제외한 대상자 B, 대상자 C는 자아정체감 사전 척도 검사 결과에 비해 사후 결과가 향상하였으며 하위영역 별로 대상자 B는 친밀성이, 대상자 C는 주도성이 가장 많이 향상되었다. 회기별 언어적, 음악적 반응에서 참여 대상자 모두 자아 탐색 과정을 통해 주체성이 향상되었으며 이는 긍정적 자아상 확립에 기여하였다. 또한 사후 언어적 반응에서 대상자 3명 모두 '나'를 주제로 한 창작곡이 자아를 탐색하고 자아정체감을 확립하는 데 실질적으로 도움이 되었다고 표현하였다. 결과적으로 치료적 노래만들기는 시설보호청소년의 자아정체감 확립에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 사료된다.

Human Gender and Motion Analysis with Ellipsoid and Logistic Regression Method

  • This paper is concerned with the effective and efficient identification of the gender and motion of humans. Tracking this nonverbal behavior is useful for providing clues about the interaction of different types of people and their exact motion. This system can also be useful for security in different places or for monitoring patients in hospital and many more applications. Here we describe a novel method of determining identity using machine learning with Microsoft Kinect. This method minimizes the fitting or overlapping error between an ellipsoid based skeleton.

국내 저가 화장품 브랜드에 대한 감성적 경험이 브랜드 관계에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Emotional Experience with Korea's Low-Price Cosmetic Brands on Brand Relationship)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the emotional experience dimension on the brand of the low price cosmetics and to empirically investigate the effect of emotional experience on the relationship between customers and brand. Data were collected for 10 days starting on March $2^{nd}$ 2009. Questionnaires were distributed to 517 female college students who experienced to purchase the products of the low price cosmetic brand and answers were collected. The results of analysis on collected data showed that the emotional experience was classified into sense, spatial environmental emotion, sales promotion emotion, salesperson emotion and visual/verbal identity, and emotional experience on low price cosmetic brand had a positive effect on the relationship between customer and brand. Specifically, it was showed that emotional experience on low price cosmetic brand significantly affected the customer satisfaction, brand trust and brand attachment. In terms of effect of emotional experience on customer satisfaction, the orders in the degree of influence were following: the sense, spatial environmental emotion, sale promotion emotion and salesperson emotions. In terms of effect of emotional experience on brand trust, the orders in the degree of influence were following: the sense, salesperson emotions, sale promotion emotion and spatial environmental emotion. In terms of effect of emotional experience on brand attachment, the orders in the degree of influence were following: the sense, spatial environmental emotion, salesperson emotions, visual/verbal identity and sale promotion emotion.

간호대학생이 실습지에서 경험한 폭력에 관한 문헌 분석 (Nursing students' experiences of violence during a clinical practicum: A literature analysis)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the trends related to nursing students' experiences of violence and to propose a method to build a practice environment safe from violence in nursing students' practicums. Methods: Using three databases, data on the experiences of violence in nursing student practice recorded in domestic studies from 2011 to 2022 were collected and analyzed. Results: In this study, 23 studies were analyzed, of which 19 were quantitative, four were qualitative study. In a survey conducted on the experiences of violence among nursing students during practice, verbal and physical violence, sexual harassment, and physical threats were found, and the perpetrators of the violence were patients, guardians, nurses, doctors, and hospital staffs. It was also found that the experiences of violence in nursing students' practice were negatively related to occupational identity, depression, burnout, and stress. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop an intervention program to reduce depression and increase self-esteem in order to better establish a student's career identity and to prepare a plan to build safe practices for nursing students.
