철근콘크리트 보의 통기성 유리섬유판 보강에 따른 피로거동에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Fatigue Behaviors Strengthened by Ventilation-Glass Fiber Plate of Reinforced Concrete Beams)

  • 최근 건설 산업에서 FRP는 재료적 장점들 때문에 구조물의 보강 재료로서 많이 사용되어지고 있다. FRP 외부부착보강은 중량에 비하여 높은 강도 및 강성, 우수한 내구성과 시공성 등 여러 가지 장점을 가지는 공법이다. 그러나 외부부착보강은 구조물이 투수성이 낮은 보강재로 밀폐되고 수분이 외부로 배출되지 못함으로 인하여, 장기적인 구조물의 손상을 발생시키는 문제점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 인발성형으로 제작되었으며, 기존의 FRP와 재료역학적 성질은 동등하면서 투수성을 지녀 구조물의 내구성, 부착성능에 유리한 유리섬유패널(GP)에 대해서 정적실험을 통해 실험체의 반복하중 하에서의 하중-처짐 선도, 파괴형태, 하중-변형율 관계 등을 조사하였다. 실험결과 2,000,000회 피로실험 후에도 파괴에 도달하지 않았으며, 보의 처짐이나 콘크리트 압축변형률이 기준 콘크리트 시험체보다 현저히 낮은 것으로 측정되어 장기 부착력 및 장기 내구성능이 우수함을 알수 있었다.

T-GDI 엔진의 속도 및 하중이 블로우바이 가스의 오일입자 크기와 오일분리기 성능에 미치는 영향에 대한 실험 및 수치적 연구 (Experimental and Numerical Investigation of the Effect of Load and Speed of T-GDI Engine on the Particle Size of Blow-by Gas and Performance of Oil Mist Separator)

  • The worldwide focus on reducing the emissions, fuel and lubricant consumption in T-GDI engines is leading engineers to consider the crankcase ventilation and oil mist separation system as an important means of control. In today's passenger cars, the oil mist separation systems mainly use the inertia effect (e.g. labyrinth, cyclone etc.). Therefore, this study has investigated high efficiency cylinder head-integrated oil-mist separator by using a compact multi-impactor type oil mist separator system to ensure adequate oil mist separation performance. For this purpose, engine dynamometer testing with oil particle efficiency measurement equipment and 3D two-phase flow simulation have been performed for various engine operating conditions. Tests with an actual engine on a dynamometer showed oil aerosol particle size distributions varied depending on operating conditions. For instance, high rpm and load increases bot only blow-by gases but the amount of small size oil droplets. Submicron-sized particles (less than 0.5 ㎛) were also observed. It is also found that the impactor type separator is able to separate nearly no droplets of diameter lower than 3 ㎛. CFD results showed that the complex aerodynamics processes that lead to strong impingement and break-up can strip out large droplets and generate more small size droplets.

원형수직구 콘크리트라이닝 단면설계도표 개발 (Development of design charts for concrete lining in a circular shaft)

  • 최근에 물류비 절감, 교통 편의성 개선, 지역발전 등 정치, 경제, 사회적 요구에 따라 장대 해저터널 건설의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 또한, 도심지에 건설되는 도로 및 철도터널에서도 터널의 장대화에 따라 공사용 및 환기용 수직구의 설치가 필수적이다. 수직구 굴착 후 설치되는 콘크리트 라이닝의 설계시 결정해야할 요소는 직경, 단면두께, 소요철근량 등이다. 이러한 수직구 직경, 하중조건, 지반조건을 고려하여 최적의 라이닝 단면설계를 위해서는 많은 구조검토가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 다양한 조건에 대하여 구조해석을 수행하여 라이닝 단면설계도표를 제시하였다. 제안된 도표를 이용하여 간편하게 규모 및 하중조건에 따른 라이닝 단면두께 및 소요철근량 산정이 가능하다.

차량 로드 휠의 복합축 평가 프로세스 구축을 통한 내구신뢰성 강건화 및 주행안정성 향상 (Improvement of Durability and Reliability by Developing a Bi-axial Test Process of Road Wheel)

  • The steel road wheel on ventilation holes was cracked in the vehicle durability test. But the component durability test by uni-axial, CFT(Cornering Fatigue Test) and RFT(Radial Fatigue Test) had been satisfied. That is, the uni-axial component test could not forecast the crack of vehicle. Therefore this study developed the bi-axial test mode to reflect a vehicle condition(to reflect both vertical and lateral force simultaneously) based on real load data which was measured in Europe and China and developed CAE simulation too. It reproduced the cracks same as vehicle's and verified by bi-axial test machine in the LBF(Fraunhofer Institute for Structural Durability and System Reliability) durability research center in Germany. Finally this the durability CAE simulation by using HMC(Hyundai Motor Company)'s the bi-axial test mode predicts feasibly the steel wheel's durability performance before vehicle durability test.

  • As outdoor environment become worse due to concentration of population in large cities, the importance of environmental control strategies such as the arrangement of green space or water space and ventilation paths, has been increasingly recognized. However, most of the studies focus on the assessment on outdoor thermal environment, few studies focus on the interrelationship between thermal environment in residential block and human thermal comfort. The aims of this study is to develop the outdoor planning method to reduce the heating/cooling load in an apartment unit or entire block by the sustainable approaches in outdoor environmental design. In this paper, on the basis of the prior studies, the effect of the outdoor thermal environment on human thermal comfort will be analysed.

  • Maintaining an IAQ with fresh in school building is very important because the good IAQ can be possible to improve the academic performance. Since school buildings are very dense and require a lot of fresh air, the need for ERV(Energy Recovery Ventilator) has become obvious. While opening a window does provide ventilation, the building's heat and humidity will then be lost in the winter and gained in the summer, both of which are undesirable for the indoor climate and for energy efficiency. ERV technology offers an optimal solution: fresh air, better climate control and energy efficiency. However, when the outdoor air condition is favorable to control the indoor environment such as spring and autum in Korea, heat exchange in ERV would rather increase the cooling load than diminish. Economizer cycle control which using the outdoor air in controlling the indoor thermal environment has many benefit in terms of energy saving and IAQ control. In this study, the ERV with economizer cycle control will be suggested. And then the system control characteristics and energy saving effect will be analyzed through the TRSNSYS Simulation.

무부하 압축기에 의한 냉장고 기계실 소음의 능동제어 (Active Control of Noise Transmitted through Ventilation Openings of the Machinery Room of Refrigerator)

  • The active control of noise generated by the compressor and transmitted out of the machine room through the windows is implemented based on the FIR filter. The machine room contains most of noise sources of electric home appliances, air-conditioners and refrigerators, for example. To actively reduce the noise from the machinery room. In this paper, the transfer function of the controller for minimization of the acoustic power transmitted through the windows is mathematically formulated. The transfer functions required for implementation of the active controller are the measured. The measurements are conducted in this initial stage under the operation of the compressor with no load. For improvement of the reliability of the transfer function of the compressor to the acoustic power, additional operational measurements are performed. The real time controller is implemented based on the FIR filter using the measured transfer functions and the performance of the active controller is estimated. Control performance is measured about 3 dB ~ 10 dB in reduction of the sound power at the peaks of the compressor noise.

현장성능시험에 의한 외기전용과 냉각식 + 재열 공조기의 운전비 비교 (Operation Cost Comparison of Dedicated Outdoor and Cooling + reheating Air-conditioning Systems by On-site Performance Test)

  • Dedicated outdoor air(DOA) system which conditions the outdoor air separately is superior to conventional Cooling + reheating system with respect to energy consumption and indoor comfort. Since the sensible and latent load characteristics of indoor and outdoor are different, it is more efficient to treat them separately. In this study, cycle analysis and on-site performance test of DOA system have been conducted. The study shows that DOA requires 50% less equivalent energy than the conventional system. The on-site performance test of a prototype shows that the coefficient of performance(COP) of the DOA system is 37% higher than the conventional system.

시뮬레이션 분석을 통한 EPS실 화재위험성 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Fire Risk Assessment of a EPS room using Fire Simulation)

  • 본 연구는 구획된 소공간유형의 EPS실에서 케이블 등의 가연성물질에 대한 화재특성을 시뮬레이션(FDS6)을 활용하여 진행하였다. 구획된 공간인 EPS실에서는 산소의 공급이 원활하지 않아 표준화재곡선에서와 같은 우상향의 연소곡선이 나타나지 않았다. 환기가 제한되는 상황에서 열방출율과 연기 방출량에 대한 시뮬레이션 결과는 상승과 하락을 반복하며 불안정한 형태의 복잡한 화재특성을 보였다. 화재시간은 화재하중에 비하여 길게 나타났다. 열방출율에 비하여 연기 방출량의 변화는 느리게 진행되었으나 전체적인 면에서 변화양상은 유사성을 보이는 것으로 확인되었다.

끼움벽과 단주효과를 고려한 학교건축물의 내진성능평가 (Seismic Performance Evaluation of School Building Short Column Effect)

  • In the case of low-rise buildings in seismic performance evaluation, lateral force resistance of the pillars affects the seismic performance of the building. Evaluation of the seismic performance of the column is determined by the holding performance is evaluated by comparing the shear strength and bending strength it was destroyed bylow intensity. In case of the school building, in order to install the large windows for ventilation and lighting of the partition walls are located between the pillars. The case of the pillars of these, shear failure occurs in the event of an earthquake is often, in the seismic performance evaluation, partition wall and the wall of the shim is evaluated ignoring, pillar of the general pillars If you have to calculate the results of the seismic performance distorted that are destroyed by bending behavior can be evaluated as often. Results of the study, when assessed by distinguishing the effective length of the column, it was found that when a seismic load is applied, it is possible to accurately predict the failure mode, reliable results of seismic performance evaluation of the school building.
