A current design trend of a vending machine is pursuing easy manufacturing and large capacity of holding cans. Therefore this study aims to ergonomically redesign vending machine and to analyze the motion of awkward posture to take out cans. Using Vision 3000 system, after investigating which motion can affect users, a new ergonomically designed vending machine, which was based on anthropometric data and guideline for control panel and exit of cans. New design shows a significantly improved usability and less stress. With new ergonomically designed vending machine at figure 3 can give a benefit for both users and manufactures.

최근에 사물인터넷이라고 불리는 IoT 기술은 산업전반에 걸쳐 널리 활용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 주변에서 흔히 볼 수 있는 자판기의 불편함을 해소한 새로운 IoT 기반 스마트 자판기 시스템을 제안한다. 이는 사용자에게는 현금이 없이도 물건 구매가 가능하게 하고 자판기 관리자에게는 재고 및 판매가 편리하게 할 수 있어 관리비용을 절약시켜 준다. 본 스마트 자판기의 제작을 위해 객체지향 분석 방법인 UML을 이용한 분석 예시 및 그것을 활용한 플로우차트 및 화면 설계 예시를 제시한다. 또한 이는 본 제안방법이 IoT 기반 스마트 자판기 상용화 시스템 제작의 가이드라인으로 유용하게 활용될 수 있음을 보여준다.

The operation of vending machine system presents a decision-making problem which consists of determining the product allocation to vending-machine storage compartments, replenishment intervals of vending machines, and vehicle routes, all of which have critical effects on system profit. Especially, it becomes more difficult to determine the operation variables optimally when demand for a product that is out-of-stock spills over to another product or is lost. In this paper, we propose a heuristic for solving the operation problem of the vending machine system and evaluate it by comparing with Yang's algorithm on various test problems with respect to system profit via a computer simulation. The results of computational experiments show a substantial profit increase of the proposed heuristic over Yang's algorithm. Sensitivity analysis indicates that some input variables impact the profit increase significantly.

Regarding the green environment, it is important to boost the spread of environmentally friendly vending machines and to operate the vehicles for their inventory replenishments while minimizing emissions of greenhouse gases. In general, the vending machine management company lacks capability to operate the supply chain effectively in an integrated way under the dynamic, complex, and stochastic environment. This paper presents a decision support system, termed DSSVM, for the operations of the general and smart vending machine supply chains with stock-out-based, one stage item substitution in a green logistics environment. The DSSVM supports the estimation of item demand and substitution probabilities, determination of operation parameters, supply chain analysis, what-if analysis, and $CO_2$ analysis for which various analytical models are employed.

중국의 자판기 시장은 여전히 가능성의 영역이다. 2008년 북경 올림픽 개최를 계기로 자판기 시장의 큰 성장이 예상되고 있는 반면 자국내 산업 인프라는 제대로 갖추어져 있지 못한 상황이다. 이렇다보니 많은 자판기 관련 해외업체들이 이 시장에 관심을 가지고 시장 진출을 추진하거나 눈독을 들이고 있다. 올 7월 20일부터 22일까지 개최되는 Automatic Vending System & Equipment Exhibition 2006 전시회는 중국시장 진출에 관심을 가지고 있는 업체들에 있어 구미가 당기는 전시회이다. 전시회 참가를 통해 해당회사와 제품에 대한 현지의 반응을 살펴볼 수 있을뿐더러 전반적인 현지 시장조사도 알차게 진행을 할 수 있다. 중국시장 진출을 위한 교두보로 국내 업체도 관심을 가질 필요성이 큰 이번 전시회의 면면을 살펴보기로 하자

Vending machines to release single-use RF(Radio Frequency) transport cards at Seoul Metro stations are operated under unmanned facility and have release & charge function. This Paper introduces function, configuration of vending machine to release single-use RF transport cards, the basic concepts & overview about vending machine's operating system. And suggests programming procedure to develop OS image of Windows Embedded operating system which is onboard the main board's electronic circuitry.

본 연구는 출판문화산업 활성화를 위해 도서자판기를 편의점에 설치하여 유통채널을 확장시키는 방안에 관한 연구이다. 먼저 편의점의 의미와 도서자판기의 개념을 정립한 후 편의점 내 도서자판기 설치 및 운영 필요성을 도출하였다. 편의점 시스템을 이용하여 도서판매의 공정성과 투명성을 제고할 것이며, 출판업계와 편의점업계 사이의 아웃소싱, 소비자를 위한 옴니채널 서비스 확대, 고객 만족도를 높이기 위한 고객 경험가치 제공 등을 추진할 것이다. 도서자판기의 구성은 스마트 도서관 형태의 자판기로 운영하며 키오스크 프로그램에 유니버설 디자인을 적용한다. 이러한 과정을 도식화하였고 실질적인 운영방안을 모색하기 위해 성인 310명을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였다. 향후 편의점 도서자판기 설치와 같이 출판물의 판매 및 유통채널을 다변화하는 연구를 통해 출판문화산업 활성화에 따른 국민 1인당 독서량 증가로 국민의 독서환경이 증진될 수 있기를 기대하는 바이다.

세계 각국에서 환경규제를 강화하고 생활 폐기물을 줄이기 위해서 노력하고 있다. 우리나라 역시 자원의 절약과 재활용촉진을 위한 법률을 제정하여 에너지자원순환을 위해 노력하고 있다. 정부에서는 빈병 재활용을 위하여 빈용기 보증금 제도를 시행하고 있지만 인력을 통한 회수는 한계가 존재하며, 빈병무인회수기 또한 국산화가 되어 있지 않은 관계로 시행 효과가 미비한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 에너지자원순환을 촉진하기 위해서 빈병무인회수기에서 필수적으로 요구되는 병 인식 및 보증금 환불을 위한 병 분류 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안 알고리즘은 OpenCV와 CNN을 이용한 복합 식별 알고리즘으로서 제안 알고리즘의 효용성 평가를 위하여 빈병무인회수기에서 동작하는 분류 시스템을 구현하여 다양한 디바이스에서 빈병 정보 및 무인회수기에 대한 정보를 쉽게 획득할 수 있도록 하였다.

The metropolitan area needs to control the Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) and transportation card system in order to implement an efficient railway and subway. This paper introduces a suitable analysis to take advantage of the systematic method of the AFC and transportation card. These systems should consider the fare system, transportation pass and AFC equipment, which are organized with the Automatic Ticket Vending Machine, the Ticket Office Machine and the Card System of Radio Frequency (RF). However, the organization includes the fact the Automatic Ticket Vending Machine has a problem with the proceeding speed of passengers and inconvenience. Second, the majority of passengers have not utilized the Ticket Office Machine. Also, it should consider whether the transportation card is the proper system in the metropolitan area. Based on the analysis of national and international cases, it suggests that the AFC should make more improvements in the metropolitan area railway and subway.

가전 정보화 및 흠 네트워킹의 발달과 더불어 전기밥솥, TV, 에어콘등의 가전기기에도 IP 부여를 통하여 인터넷 제어가 가능한 제품의 개발 연구가 활발히 행해지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 일반 Vending Machine에 Embed설 프로세서를 이용하여 인터넷을 동한 원격 제어를 구현하기 위한 연구로서 전원제어, 온도제어, 습도제어, 잔량제어 등에 관한 LED, LCD, Swich, 릴레이 등의 하드웨어 설계 및 응용 소프트웨어 개발 내용을 수행하였다. 시스템의 구성은 자바 환경하에서 클라이언트로 애플릿상에서 동작되도록 설계하였다.
