24V-500W급 소형전동차용 DC모터 속도 콘트롤러 개발 (Development of A DC Motor Controller for 24V-500W Small Electric Vehicle)

  • 본 논문에서는 DC모터의 출력특성을 개선할 수 있는 새로운 구조의 DC모터 구동회로를 설계하였고 이 회로를 이용한 콘트롤러를 개발하였다. 설계된 구동 회로에 의하여 콘트롤러는 자체발진회로의 스위칭 신호를 갖는 트랜스포머를 이용하여 연속적으로 DC모터를 구동할 수 있다. 또한 최대속도시, 제어회로의 기준전압 값을 삼각파보다 높게 유지할 수 있고 모터 구동 FET를 항상 온 값을 가지도록 하여 최대출력을 얻을 수 있도록 한다. 제안된 구동회로를 활용하여 24V-500W급 DC모터속도 컨트롤러를 개발하였고 소형전동차를 제작하고 구동시험을 실시하였다. 구동테스트 및 특성 측정결과, 구동전류 12A로써 DC모터의 전진 및 후진 속도를 연속 가변 할 수 있음을 보였다. 그 밖에 과전류 감시기능, 모터과열 감시기능의 정상동작을 확인하였으며, 배터리 잔량이 20~100%까지 6단계로 표시할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

  • 본 연구는 면적 $0.293\;m^2{\sim}0.360\;m^2$의 소형표지판용 지주의 풍하중에 대한 구조적 안정성을 유지하면서도 작은 충돌에도 분리가 일어나도록 고안된 내경 6 mm의 D12 mm 중공형 인덴티드 볼트를 이용한 소형지주용 브레이크어웨이 단부장치의 구조적 안전성을 정적 전단 및 인장실험으로 입증하고 동적특성을 이해하는데 기본이 되는 인덴티드 볼트의 분리 파괴에너지를 펜듈럼 실험과 비선형 동적해석 프로그램인 LS-DYNA 프로그램을 이용하여 구하고 두 가지 방법을 비교한 것이다. 인덴티드 볼트 3개로 이루어진 단부장치는 풍하중 43.1 kg$\sim$51.2 kg를 충분히 지지할 수 있는 것으로 나타났으며 인덴티드 볼트 1개 당 파괴에너지는 펜듈럼 실험값이 163.3J, 시뮬레이션 값이 153J로 유사하게 계산되어 모델의 유효성이 확인되었다.

고속도로에서 공용중인 노측용 차량방호울타리의 성능분석 및 개선방안에 관한 연구 (Study on Improvement Method and Performance Analysis About Occupied Existing Roadside Barriers in Expressway)

  • 국내 지침에 의하면 성능기준에 적합한 노측용 방호울타리만이 도로 현장에 설치될 수 있다. 그러나 공용중인 고속도로 노측의 상당 구간에는 지침 개정 이전에 설치된 성능이 미흡한 기존 구형 가드레일이 설치되어 있어서 고속도로 운전자의 안전을 위협하고 있다. 구형 가드레일은 전국의 고속도로에 약 2,777km가 설치되어 있으며 일률적으로 동시에 모든 구간의 가드레일을 교체하기란 예산상 어려움이 많아 최소한의 보강을 통해 국내 지침에 만족스럽게 보강개선된 가드레일을 개발하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 본 연구에서는 LS-DYNA 3D를 이용한 충돌시뮬레이션과 실물차량 충돌시험을 통해 철재 노측용 가드레일 보강방안(SB1, 3, 5등급)을 개발하였고 개발된 가드레일 보강개선방안은 차량의 충돌 및 이탈사고의 심각성을 감소시켜 도로의 안전도를 개선, 향상시킬뿐만 아니라 많은 예산절감을 기대할 수 있다.

Development and Evaluation of Smart Secondary Controls Using iPad for People with Hemiplegic Disabilities

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate smart secondary controls using iPad for the drivers with physical disabilities in the driving simulator. Background: The physically disabled drivers face problems in the operation of secondary control devices that accept a control input from a driver for the purpose of operating the subsystems of a motor vehicle. Many of conventional secondary controls consist of small knobs or switches that physically disabled drivers have difficulties in grasping, pulling or twisting. Therefore, their use while driving might increase distraction and workload because of longer operation time. Method: We examined the operation time of conventional and smart secondary controls, such as hazard warning, turn signal, window, windshield wiper, headlights, automatic transmission and horn. The hardware of smart secondary control system was composed of iPad, wireless router, digital input/output module and relay switch. We used the STISim Drive3 software for driving test, customized Labview and Xcode programs for interface control of smart secondary system. Nine subjects were involved in the study for measuring operation time of secondary controls. Results: When the driver was in the stationary condition, the average operation time of smart secondary devices decreased 32.5% in the normal subjects (p <0.01), 47.4% in the subjects with left hemiplegic disabilities (p <0.01) and 38.8% in the subjects with right hemiplegic disabilities (p <0.01) compared with conventional secondary devices. When the driver was driving for the test in the simulator, the average operation time of smart secondary devices decreased 36.1% in the normal subjects (p <0.01), 41.7% in the subjects with left hemiplegic disabilities (p <0.01) and 34.1% in the subjects with right hemiplegic disabilities (p <0.01) compared with conventional secondary devices. Conclusion: The smart secondary devices using iPad for people with hemiplegic disabilities showed significant reduction of operation time compared with conventional secondary controls. Application: This study can be used to design secondary controls for adaptive vehicles and to improve the quality of life of the people with disabilities.

보행자전용도로의 이용목적에 따른 만족요인 연구 (A Study on Satisfaction Factors of Pedestrian Road in Residence District according to Usage Purpose)

  • As serving people's activities, pedestrian road systems are basic and necessary facilities in urban structure. To provide and utilize these pedestrian road systems in residential area would enhance urban environment as well as quality of life. For this reason, pedestrian road should be planned by consideration of people's activity in residential area. Evaluation of existing pedestrian road should be also oriented how people use it and what people do in it. This study amis to investigate functions of pedestrian road system throughout evaluation of user's satisfaction in order to improve better pedestrian road system in residential area. The purposes of this study are to analyze components of factors affecting on user's satisfaction, and to find the relationship among affecting factors. For this study, the on-site questionnaire method was applied to 267 individuals who were collected as the study areas where locate Toyogaoka and Kaidori, Japan. The collected data were clarified exploratory factors, and analyzed relationship between the factors and satisfaction by applying quantitative statistical techniques for the mapping investigation, Mann-Whitney u-test, and correlation. The results of this study are follows. The pedestrian road system is more preferred than surroundings of vehicle roads in residential district area where maintains pedestrian road as open space. In addition, satisfactions of the pedestrian road for each purpose were highly evaluated, because of conformability and convenience for usage. Consequently, the pedestrian road which is secure and greening as an open space is well carried out for the living circulation of residents. It would suggest that pedestrian road have to be managed and planned not a function of circulation but an open space system.

건설 자재 반출입 차량 관리 효율화를 위한 게이트센서 (A GateSensor for Effective and Efficient Entering/Taking Management of Vehicles for Construction Logistics)

  • 건설 물류 차량의 입/출입 관리는 송장(문서)을 중심으로 한 관리 방식에서 바코드와 결합된 송장 또는 차량 관리를 거쳐, RFID 기술을 이용한 관리에 이르기까지 정보 수집을 자동화하기 위한 방향으로 지속적으로 발전을 하고 있다. 하지만 기존의 관리 방식은 송장 또는 차량의 입/출입 정보 관리를 위한 정보 수집에만 초점을 맞추고 있을 뿐, 입/출고 시 관리자에 의해 이루어지는 차량 통제 등에 대한 부분을 간과함으로써 별도의 관리자가 필요한 한계를 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 물류 차량의 진출입 정보 수집 및 물리적 진출입 통제가 가능한 장비 및 시스템을 제안하고, prototype의 장비 개발 및 Lab test를 통해 제안된 장비의 타당성 검증을 실시하였다. 또한 본 연구를 통해 제시된 RFID 안테나와 태그의 선정 및 설치 방법은 입/출입 관리뿐만 아니라, 건설 현장에서 RFID 기술을 적용하는데 다양하게 응용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

다양한 주행모드에 따른 천연가스(CNG) 및 경유 사용 대형자동차의 배출가스 특성에 관한 연구 (An Investigation on the Emission Characteristics of Heavy-duty Vehicles using CNG and Diesel Fuel According to the Various Driving Cycles)

  • The contribution levels of emissions from the heavy-duty vehicles have been continuously increased. Among the exhaust emissions, NOx (nitric oxides) have a ratio of 73.2% and particle matters have a proportion of 61.8% in the heavy-duty vehicles. Also, natural gas vehicles have the 78.9% of total registered local buses in Korea. Therefore, the investigation on emission characteristics of heavy-duty vehicles using CNG and diesel fuel according to the various driving cycles was carried out in this study. In order to analyze the emission characteristics, the five kinds of buses by using CNG and diesel fuels with a after-treatment devices (DPF, p-DPF) was used and five test driving schedules were applied for analysis of emission characteristics in a chassis dynamometer. To analyze the exhaust emission, the exhaust emission and PM analyzers were used. From this study, it is revealed that diesel buses with after-treatment had reduced emission of CO, HC, PM but NOx. Also, NMHC emission of CNG bus have a higher level and NOx level was similar with diesel buses. In addition, emissions in NIER06 with slow average speed shows lowest levels compared to other test modes.

Anxiolytic effect of chronic ginseng treatment using elevated T-maze in mice

  • The roots of the plant Korean ginseng have been extensively used in the traditional Chinese herbal medicine. The effects of chronic administration of Korean ginseng extract (KGE) were investigated on two different anxiety models: the elevated T-maze (for inhibitory avoidance and escape measurements) and the open field test (OFT). Diazepam (1 mg/kg), KGE (10, 30 and 100 mg/kg) were administered orally for 15 days. On the 14th day, mice were previously exposed for 30 min to one of the open arms of the T-maze, 24 h before the test. On 15th day, mice had two exposures to the enclosed and open arm of the elevated T-maze followed by exposure to the open field apparatus. The number of line crossings in the apparatus was used to assess locomotor changes. Cumulative Concentration Response Curve of 5-HT was plotted using rat fundus which were pre-treated in a similar way. Treatment with Diazepam (1 mg/kg) and KGE (10, 30 and 100 mg/kg) significantly (P < 0.05) impaired inhibitory avoidance performance but did not impair escape latency. In OFT, diazepam facilitated locomotion as compared to vehicle and other treatment groups. KGE at any of the selected doses did not impair locomotion. Concentration response curve of 5-HT was shifted towards the right with suppression of maxima in rats treated with KGE. The results suggest that KGE exerts anxiolytic like behaviour in a specific subset of defensive behaviour, particularly those related to generalized anxiety disorder.

플러시 압력공을 사용한 대기자료 측정장치의 교정 및 비행시험 결과 (Calibration and Flight Test Results of Air Data Sensing System using Flush Pressure Ports)

  • 비행속력 및 받음각과 옆미끄럼각을 측정할 수 있는 플러시 대기자료측정장치를 소형의 무인항공기를 대상으로 설계/제작하였다. 동체 노즈콘 표면에 4개 압력 측정점과 5개 압력 측정점의 2가지 타입으로 플러시 압력공들을 만들었다. 플러시 압력공의 교정 압력 데이터는 전기체를 전산유체해석 코드로 계산하여 구축하였다. 교정압력 데이터로부터 받음각, 옆미끄럼각, 전압계수, 정압계수는 4차 다항식으로 표현하고, 최소자승법으로 교정계수 행렬을 구하였다. 비행시험 결과 4개 플러시 압력공 및 5개 플러시 압력공을 이용하여 예측된 비행속력, 받음각과 옆미끄럼각은 비교를 위해 장착한 5-압력공 프로브로 예측된 것과 잘 일치하였으며, 특히 4개의 압력공으로 5개 압력공과 거의 동일한 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

수치적 시뮬레이션과 충격 시험을 통한 수직방향 진동절연 완충기 설계 및 성능 평가 (Design and Performance Evaluation of the Vibration Absorber of Vertical Direction Using Numerical Simulation and Shock Test)

  • Vibration/shock affects biggest taking a train subtraction of vehicle and durability decline. Therefore, absorber is used for vibration/shock isolation and various qualities of the material and design are applied to isolation. This paper proposes vibration/shock absorber that applies 'Disc' spring. Through comparison with 'Disc' spring that has nonlinearity and coil spring that is having linearity, see effect that nonlinearity of isolation gets in vibration/shock Isolation. Coil spring and 'Disc' spring are non-linear numerical analysis and simulation through theory for this, get and investigate comparison result through an experiment finally. Expressed and formulated shock through 'Runge-Kutta' method/impact response to nonlinear-vibration-equation of 1 degree of freedom for numerical analysis. Double half sine pulse of excitation used and analyzed result through spectrum response analysis here. Response of disc spring is compared to response of coil spring by changing $h_o/t$ ratio with computer simulation and the usage of disc spring is increased through analysis of effect of design factors. The purpose of this paper is that the shock response of disc spring is calculated through numerical simulation and to design the optimal absorber under the limited condition. And then, the isolation effect was analyzed through the shock test.
