Switched Reluctance Motor의 스위칭각 조정에 의한 가변속 구동특성 (Variable speed drive of a Switched Reluctance Motor by adjusting switching angles)

  • Inherent speed-torque performance of Switched Reluctance Motor is similar to that of series wound DC motor. Thus, the speed of the motor is extremely regulated according to load torque. For the purpose of controlling the speed and torque of SRM it is necessary to change the applied DC link voltage or the switch-ON and switch-OFF angles which control the phase current of the motor. This paper describes speed-torque characteristics of an integral horse power Switched Reluctance Motor by adjusting the switch-ON and switch-OFF angles. Speed at rated load torque can be regulated by adjusting the switching angles and the control scheme is applied to 2kW, 3 phase, 6/4 SRM.

운전 자세에서 인지되는 시야 개방감에 대한 영향 변수 추론 및 모형화 방법 (Design Variable Selection and Screening for the Perceived Quality Analysis of Front Visibility in Motor Vehicle Design)

  • Understanding consumers' latent desires for product form has now become a critical issue in product design. Accordingly, product development processes is rapidly changing from product-oriented development to user-centered development. Driver visibility is considered as an important element of driving posture packaging in automobile interior design. This study presents a systematic process for driver visibility analysis approached from affective engineering method that provides design variable selection and screening with respect to the image/impression element of the human visibility. Also, the analysis of front visibility, often called the feeling of "openness", in motor vehicle interior design, is selected and practiced a case study using the systematic process proposed in this study. Twenty six participants evaluated the feeling of openness for thirty motor vehicles following the perceived scale of affective design factors. The results showed that variables such as the height of head lining, the height of cluster housing, the gradient of windshield and the volume of A-pillar were the critical design variables which affect the feeling of openness in a motor vehicle.

신경망이론을 이용한 유도전동기 파라미터 추정 (Parameter Estimation of Induction Motor using Neural Network Theory)

  • 본 연구는 부하변동이 잦은 유도 전동기 속도제어 시스템에 적합한 신경망 알고리즘을 제안하고 구현을 위한 실제적인 파라미터 추정방법을 제안한다. 전동기 파라미터의 적응추정을 위하여 역전파 신경망 알고리즘을 도입한다. 기준 상태변수와 실제 상태변수와의 오차가 역전파되어 전동기 파라미터를 추정한다. 이의 구현을 위해 고속 연산 신호처리용 프로세서인 TMS320C25를 이용한 제어 시스템을 구성한다. 제어시스템은 알고리즘의 적용이 용이하도록 PC에 기초한 DSP제어 시스템으로 설계 제작한다. 시뮬레이션과 실험을 통하여, 본 연구의 신경망 제어 시스템이 부하변동에 강인한 구조를 갖고 있으며 유도전동기 제어에 실제적 구현이 가능함을 입증한다.

  • As the model of most practical system cannot be obtained, the practice of typical control method is limited. Accordingly, numerous artificial intelligence control methods have been used widely. Fuzzy control and neural network control have been an important point in the developing process of the field. This paper is proposed adaptive fuzzy-neural network based on the vector controlled interior permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system. The fuzzy-neural network is first utilized for the speed control. A model reference adaptive scheme is then proposed in which the adaptation mechanism is executed using fuzzy-neural network. Also, this paper is proposed estimation of speed of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor using artificial neural network controller. The back-propagation neural network technique is used to provide a real time adaptive estimation of the motor speed. The error between the desired state variable and the actual one is back-propagated to adjust the rotor speed, so that the actual state variable will coincide with the desired one. The back-propagation mechanism is easy to derive and the estimated speed tracks precisely the actual motor speed. This paper is proposed the analysis results to verify the effectiveness of the new method.

  • 풍력 발전 시스템의 제어 알고리즘 개발 및 개발 제품의 성능 시험을 위해 회전자 블레이드를 대신하여 발전기축에 토오크를 입력할 수 있는 풍력 발전기 시뮬레이터를 개발하였다. 제안된 알고리즘은 풍속의 변화에 따른 블레이드의 출력 토오크 변화를 실시간으로 계산하여 직류 전동기 구동을 위한 토오크 지령값으로 사용하며, 특히 회전자 블레이드의 관성이 일반적으로 전동기보다 매우 큰 점에 착안하여 가감속시 회전자 관성에 의한 영향을 고려할 수 있도록 설계되었다. 즉, 바람으로부터 획득하는 운동에너지 중에서 미리 회전자 블레이드 관성 모멘트에 저장/변환되는 에너지를 계산하여 나머지 성분만 발전기 축에 전달하도록 하여 실제로 커다란 관성체를 사용하지 않고도 효과적으로 회전자 블레이드와 발전기부의 동특성을 실제 상황에 가깝게 모의할 수 있다. 직류 전동기를 사용하여 풍속의 변화에 따른 풍력 터빈 시뮬레이터를 설계 제작하고, 시뮬레이션 및 실험을 통해 그 성능을 보였다.

  • A position control system of D.C. Servo motor based on discrete variable structure system with sliding mode is presented. The sliding mode has been designed for a continuous system, but it is often realized in digital fashion because the complex switching logic can be easily carried out. In digital control system, the ideal sliding mode does not occur since the structure can't be switched during sampling interval. However, there can be exist a motion which is confined to a regoin including the sliding surface and proceeds to the origin along the surface. This notion is called quasisliding mode. In this paper, we introduce this control scheme to the D.C. Servo motor position control in order to reduce the chattering phenonenon.

시간지연제어에 기초한 스로틀액츄에이터 시스템의 제어 (Control of throttle actuator system based on time delay control)

  • Accurate positioning of the throttle valve of a gasoline engine is required to implement various systems such as traction control system(TCS), cruise control system and drive-by-wire system. In this research, position control system has been developed for the throttle actuator system that uses one throttle actuation for small volume and DC servo motor for fast response. In order to drive the DC motor, PWM signal generator and PWM amplifier were built and interfaced to the motor and controller. Also, time delay control(TDC) law has been used as a basic control algorithm. A method of varying the reference model of the TDC according to the size of change in target throttle angle is proposed here. The simulation and experimental results show that both overshoot prevention and fast response are achieved by the TDC technique with this variable reference model.

  • 브러쉬없는 직류전동기의 위치제어시 새로운 제어방법을 제시하였다. 일반적으로 브러쉬없는 직류전동기의 모델식은 비선형특성을 갖는다. 이 비선형특성을 벡터제어에 근거한 filed orientation방법으로 선형화시켰고, 선형화된 시스템에 새로운 상태변수를 첨가한 상태변수 궤환(augmented state variable feedback)방법이 적용될 수 있음을 보였다. 또한 부하외란을 미지의 입력으로 본 0-관측기(0-observer)로 부터 관측하고 여기서 얻은값을 이용하여 응답이 빠른 feedforward로 보상하였다. 이로써 전체시스템의 응답특성을 변화시키지 않고도 외란에 안정한(robust)특성이 얻어짐을 보였다. 전체 시스템은 마이크로 프로세어 MC68000을 이용한 디지탈 제어기로 구현하였고, 각 제어 알고리즘에 대한 시뮬레이션 및 실험결과로 제안된 제어알고리즘의 효과를 보였다.

  • This paper is proposed adaptive fuzzy neural network(AFNN) and artificial neural network(ANN) based on the vector controlled induction motor drive system. The hybrid combination of fuzzy control and neural network will produce a powerful representation flexibility and numerical processing capability. Also, this paper is proposed control and estimation of speed of induction motor using fuzzy and neural network. The back propagation neural network technique is used to provide a real time adaptive estimation of the motor speed.   • In case of operating at Variable speed the induction motor by a frequency transformer, it will cause ripples in motor torque and considerably bad effects on the machines because the output side of the frequency transformer involves a great number of harmonics. This paper Presents the methods of decreasing torque ripples in induction motor and of improving current waveform, by means of forming the waveforms of output current into multi-step waveforms similiar to sinusoid, and also by means of eliminating the harmonic components maximally, in case of operating a 18-phase multi-inverter combining 3-step current source inverter.
