인터넷전화 서비스는 저렴한 가격과, 타 서비스와 통합 및 가치부가(Value Added)면에서 기존의 전화에 비해 많은 장점을 가지고 있으나, 상대적으로 낮은 음질로 인하여 사용자의 요구를 만족시키지 못하고 있다. 이것은 현재 인터넷은 best-effort형 패킷 전달 서비스만을 제공하고 있기 때문에 전송지연, 패킷손실, 지터등을 보장할 수 있는 방법이 없기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷전화에서 패킷손실이나 전송지연으로 인한 음질 저하문제를 SOLA 알고리즘을 이용해 보완하였다. 제시된 알고리즘에서는 송신측에서 패킷을 전송하면 수신측에서는 수신 패킷에 SOLA 알고리즘을 적용하여 수신 패킷을 사람이 인지하지 못하는 수준에서 확장하여 전송지연으로 인한 패킷손실을 감소시킨다. 시뮬레이션 결과 전송지연으로 인한 패킷 손실 확률이 상당히 감소되었고 음질 또한 상당히 개선되었다.

This study aims to take a look at the ShinKanMyungYiJapZhe(新刊明醫雜著)'s publication process, influence on later generations, and its historical significance. A publication of the Ming dynasty, MyungYiJapZhe(明醫雜著) was republished by ChoSung(趙晟), a Chosun Confucian doctor, in 1551. In the process of its republication, the clinical value of this text was proven, and further explanations on ambiguous topics were also added. . A Japanese book based on the Chosun ShinKanMyungYiJapZhe(新刊明醫雜著) was discovered in the process of this research, and an analysis of this book also took place. Through the above research it could be shown that the Chosun republication of Chinese medical texts was an important means of medical information exchange and that through such processes new medical knowledge could be created.

Industry for mobile camera module is a complex one based on various technologies, including mechanics, communication technology, material engineering, and electronics which are connected closely. This industry has been already known to a higher value-added business, and as going into an aging society, is expected a market growth. Also, it is a knowledge based component industry and each components assembled into product is almost home made items. This characteristics made many small and medium and venture enterprises participate in this area. Using this study, related companies refer the status and make the decision for commercialize the technology in the internal and world market.

We investigated whether the CT images of hepatic lesions could be analyzed by computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) tool. We retrospectively reanalyzed 14 liver CT images (10 hepatocellular cancers and 4 benign liver lesions; patients who presented with hepatic masses). The hepatic lesions on CT were segmented by rectangular ROI technique and the morphologic features were extracted and quantitated using fractal texture analysis. The contrast enhancement of hepatic lesions was also quantified and added to the differential diagnosis. The best discriminating function combining the textural features and the values of contrast enhancement of the lesions was created using linear discriminant analysis. Textural feature analysis showed moderate accuracy in the differential diagnosis of hepatic lesions, but statistically insignificant. Combining textural analysis and contrast enhancement value resulted in improved diagnostic accuracy, but further studies are needed.

Though weight manufacturing has in national gross production is decreasing, it has still a decisive role in economic growth of Korea, and foreign competitiveness of manufacturing has a great influence on our whole economy. Therefore, as this study speculates export competitiveness of manufacturing item by item, the results can be used for selection of strategic export-oriented products. The results of the analysis are summarized as follows: first, products that are found as competitive through analysis of trade specialization indexes are plastic, rubber, fabric, home electronic appliances, computers, communication equipment, automobiles and their spare parts. Second, electronic-electric industry such as semi-conduits, communication equipment, home electronics, computers was decided as advantageous through analysis of comparative advantages at present, while paper, print and publishing, and leather industries were classified as comparatively disadvantageous. Its political implications are presented as follows: Private corporations should develop more advanced technology and government should give more support to secure export competitiveness of manufacturing toward America. Governmental policies should be prepared to induce consistent and daring investment to technology-intensive products for export products with high-added value.

In this paper, we propose an approach to generate machine readable context annotations for SPARQL Results. According to W3C Recommendations, the retrieved data from RDF or OWL data sources are represented in tabular form, in which each cell's data is described by only type and value. The simple query result form is generally useful, but it is not sufficient to explain the semantics of the data in query results. To explain the meaning of the data, appropriate annotations must be added to the query results. In this paper, we generate the annotations from the basic graph patterns in user's queries. We could also manipulate the original queries to complete the annotations. The generated annotations are represented using the RDFa syntax in our study. The RDFa expressions in HTML are machine-understandable. We believe that our work will improve the trustworthiness of query results and contribute to distribute the data to meet the vision of the Semantic Web.

Internet telephony service is very cheap and very easy to introduce the value-added service than the POTS, but is difficult to the QoS of telephone service. The existing internet typically offers "best effort" services only, which do not make any commitment about delay, packet loss and jitter. This paper compensates the low quality of the speech for packet loss or delay using FEAPT algorithm in Internet phone. In the FEAPT algorithm, the receiver expands the received packet under resonable threshold, and hence compensates the QoS of speech.of speech.

The purpose of this study is to make effective mobile grid considered general environment, which can be summarized as irregular mobility, service exploration, data sharing, variety of machines, limit to the battery duration, etc. The data was extracted from the Dartmouth College. We analysed mobile use pattern of a specific group and applied pattern using hybrid method. As a result, we could adjust infra usage effectively and appropriately and cost cutting and increase satisfaction of user. In this study, by applying weighting method based on access time interval, we analysed use pattern added time variation with association rule during users in mobile grid environment. We proposed more stable way to manage patterns in a mobile grid environment that is being used as a hybrid form to process the data value received from the server in real time. Further studies are needed to get appropriate use pattern by group using use patterns of various groups.

SURF is a compliance engine, checking document content against detail in an established agreement. It provides a single vehicle for handling documentary trade settlement, regardless of the risk profile and financing requirements of the parties involved. That is, SURF, a Value Added Service connected to the Core Messaging Platform, is a documentary trade settlement service. It offers users of the system automated document compliance checking and a tool to manage the workflow in connection with documentary trade settlement. The Service supports varying degrees of risk transfer between buyer, sellers and banks and supports transactions from open account to more complex Letters of Credit.

Some developed countries have already long been adapted to these changes in the international economic environment would improve productivity rather than traditional technology based on more high value-added business and increased investment. IPR protection is not just a national interest in the creation and growth of dimensions beyond the country's national competitiveness and a driving force to decide whether to challenge the core of the matter. Therefore, the importance of IPR in the country to raise awareness of IPR protection, and for systematic and comprehensive policy that will continue to be prepared.
