화장태도, 신체가치, 의복행동 간의 관계 연구 (The study of the relationship among make-up attitude, body-related value, and clothing behavior)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of make-up attitude and body-related value on clothing behavior. The subjects were 315 female college students in Gyeongsang provinces. The obtained data were analyzed by reliability analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis, one-way ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range test, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and t-test. The major results of this study were as follows: First, four factors of make-up attitude were identified: pursuit of confidence, sociality, self-satisfaction, and positive image. Second, the subjects were categorized into three different types of groups according to make-up attitude and body-related value, respectively: high involvement type, low involvement type, and middle involvement type. Third, there was significant difference among three groups which were segmented by each make-up attitude and body-related value on clothing behaviors (sexual attractiveness, showing off, body-enhancement). Fourth, a significant positive correlation was found among four factors of make-up attitude and body operatability with clothing behaviors. Fifth, the important variables that affected the clothing behaviors were pursuit of confidence, self-satisfaction, and positive image of make-up attitude. Sixth, body-inclination significantly influenced sexual attractiveness of clothing behavior, whereas body-related value, unlike make-up attitude, only had marginal influence.

Extreme Value Analysis of Metocean Data for Barents Sea

  • An extreme value analysis of metocean data which include wave, wind, and current data is a prerequisite for the operation and survival of offshore structures. The purpose of this study was to provide information about the return wave, wind, and current values for the Barents Sea using extreme value analysis. Hindcast datasets of the Global Reanalysis of Ocean Waves 2012 (GROW2012) for a waves, winds and currents were obtained from the Oceanweather Inc. The Gumbel distribution, 2 and 3 parameters Weibull distributions and log-normal distribution were used for the extreme value analysis. The least square method was used to estimate the parameters for the extreme value distribution. The return values, including the significant wave height, spectral peak wave period, wind speed and current speed at surface, were calculated and it will be utilized to design offshore structures to be operated in the Barents Sea.

The Impact of Value Inclination of SME Members on Organizational Citizenship Behavior: Focusing on the Role of Job Satisfaction and Perceived Organizational Support

  • Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to find out a range of cues that trigger employees to willingly make efforts for corporate development in small and medium enterprises. This was determined by assessing the effects of employees' value inclination on their job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior as well as how they perceived their organizational support. Research design, data, and methodology - A total of 126 valid questionnaire sheets collected from SME employees were analyzed with SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 involving simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, hierarchical moderated regression analysis and 3-step mediated regression analysis. Results - The analyses highlighted employees' personal value inclination had positive effects on their job satisfaction, which in turn enhanced their organizational citizenship behavior. Meanwhile, individualist and collectivist inclination exerted greater effects on job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior, respectively. The study also revealed that perceived organizational support moderated the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. Conclusion - Hence, CEOs in SMEs should avert any dichotomous analysis of their employees' value inclination, respect their personal value inclinations and also apply factors that could raise their job satisfaction. Likewise, it was shown that SME employees need to make personal efforts for organizational development.

  • This is a case study on "the Project for Production Facility and Technical Support of Processed Seed-Potato (2008-2010)" based on the Value Chain Analysis (VCA) used to create and plan International development cooperation projects. The project is the earliest model of Creating Shared Value (CSV) in the agricultural sector. For the case analysis, a framework was established to assess the effectiveness and impact of the CSV project based on the main factors of the VCA. As a result of the assessment, project participation by OSI was able to increase the overall utility by developing the Vietnamese potato processing industry and meeting consumer demand. Furthermore, it formed a business model to promote win-win cooperation and upgraded the value chain of the potato industry. In addition, it contributed to the improvement of incomes and the quality of life of farmers and communities by providing technical guidance and purchase of contracts, as well as labor division and cooperation with other activity supporters.

공유경제 비즈니스 모델의 가치 요인 분석 (The Sharing Economy Business Model per the Analysis of Value Attributes)

  • On account of multiple causes, including prolonged global economic crisis, addressing environmental pollution and the advent of hyper-connected society, a new paradigm called 'sharing economy' has rapidly emerged. Many startups have attempted to build promising business model based on the sharing economy concept. Nevertheless, successful cases are still very rare in the global level, except for Uber and Airbnb cases. Therefore, this study analyzes necessary causes and sufficient causes for successful settlements in the market through a comparative case analysis on digital matching firms in the sharing economy businesses. For the case study, we compare five successful cases (Uber, Airbnb, Kickstarter, TaskRabbit and DogVacay), three failure cases (Homejoy, Ridejoy and Tuterspree) and a platform cooperativism case (Juno) in accordance with six value attributes of business model including value proposition, market segment, value chain, cost structure and profit potential, value network and competitive strategy. We apply Boolean method to support controlled comparison and eliminate unnecessary attributes. The Boolean analysis result shows that value proposition, cost structure and profit potential, value network and competitive strategy are the essential attributes. Furthermore, the result indicates that each attribute is a necessary condition, where all four conditions should be met simultaneously in order to be successful. With this result, we discuss essential consideration for those who are planning startup based on the sharing economy business model.

역할완화 소비: 선행변수로서의 소비관련 변수와 결과변수로서의 패션의식 (Role-relaxed consumption: Consumption related variables as antecedents and fashion consciousness as a consequence)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the antecedents and consequence of role-relaxed consumption. Consumption-related variables were considered as antecedents, and fashion-related variable was considered as a consequence. Hedonic consumption, impulse buying, value consciousness, and brand sensitivity were included as consumption-related variables and fashion consciousness was included as a fashion-related variable. It was hypothesized that hedonic consumption, impulse buying, value consciousness, and brand sensitivity influence rolerelaxed consumption and then influence fashion consciousness. Data were gathered by surveying university students in Seoul, using convenience sampling. Two hundred twenty seven questionnaires were used in the statistical analysis, exploratory factor analysis using SPSS and confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis using AMOS. While hedonic consumption, impulse buying, value consciousness, and brand sensitivity were uni-dimensions, role-relaxed consumption and fashion consciousness were multi-dimensions. Factor analysis of role-relaxed consumption revealed two dimensions, 'self-centered decision making' factor and 'importance of intrinsic value' factor. In addition, factor analysis of fashion conscious revealed three dimensions, 'individualism' factor, 'dressing style' factor, and 'appearance' factor. Tests of the hypothesized path show that impulse buying and brand sensitivity negatively influence 'self-centered decision making' and that hedonic consumption and value consciousness negatively influence 'importance of intrinsic value'. While 'self-centered decision making'negatively influence 'dressing style' and 'appearance, 'importance of intrinsic value' negatively influences all factors of fashion consciousness. The implications of these findings and suggestions for future study are also discussed.

정성적 위험분석 단계에서 중간위험 집중형 위험도 산정 방법 (Risk Value Calculation Method for Moderate Risk Concentration Type at Qualitative Risk Analysis Phase)

  • 건설위험관리 프로세스의 위험분석단계는 정성적 및 정량적 위험분석단계로 세분화되는데, 정성적 위험분석이 주된 역할을 하고 정량적 위험분석은 보조적인 역할을 담당한다. 그런데 이제까지 정성적 위험분석단계에서 위험도를 계량화하는 방법으로 적용되어온 위험도 산정 공식은 발생확률과 영향을 단순히 곱하는 식으로서 결과 값들은 저위험도에 편중된 분포를 나타낸다. 이에 대한 대안으로 고위험도에 편중되는 산정 공식이 제안되었으나, 위험도 분포가 저위험도 또는 고위험도에 편중하게 될 경우 대부분의 자연현상이 정상분포에 가깝다는 통계학적인 일반논리에 부합되지 않는다. 본 연구에서는 위험도의 분포가 중앙에 집중되는 새로운 위험도 산정방법을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 통해 위험도 분포가 자연현상의 정상분포와 유사한 형식으로 표현됨으로써 위험에 대응하는 수준이 고위험도 또는 저위험도에 치우지지 않고 중간위험도에서 합리적으로 선택될 수 있게 하고자 한다. 나아가 위험도 산정방법에 대한 추가적인 선택사항을 제공함으로써 위험분석 방법의 융통성과 합리성을 향상시키는데도 일조하고자 한다.

국내 아역청탄의 발열량 추이 분석과 탄소배출계수 개발 (Sub-bituminous Coal's Calorific Value Trend Analysis and Carbon Emission Factor Development)

  • Korea's energy consumption has been constantly increasing. Final energy consumption was increased by anannual average of 2.9% compared to 2010. The consumption of all energy sources except for its oil was increased during the same time. While electric demand has increased coal consumption increased rapidly. Therefore, calorfic value and carbon emission factor development can improve the quality of Korea's greenhouse gas inventory. Calorific value is the amount of heat generated while burning coal. Caloric value is one of the most important factors in the development of carbon emission factors. Calorific value is used as the basis for the analysis of the various energy statistics. This study has calculated the sub-bituminous coal's calorfic value by the data received from domestic coal-fired power plants. Calorofic value's trend analysis period is the year of 2011~2015. Through analyzing the carbon content it was calculated the carbon emission factor. The sub-bituminous coal's uncertainty analysis was performed using a Monte Carlo simulation.

기업 규모 및 수출입 수준에 따른 제조업종별 연구개발투자의 고용 및 성장성 분석 (Analysis of R&D, Employment and Growth by Manufacturing Sector, Size and Export Value)

  • The growth and employment effects of R&D investment were analyzed according to business size, export value and manufacturing sectors so as to suggest improvement directions for effective industry policies. The effect of R&D investment was considered simultaneously from the two perspectives of growth and employment effect, and the causality analysis was carried out by using a path analysis. The result of the path analysis confirmed significant differences in the growth effect of R&D investment depending on business size. However, the effect of increasing employment was difficult to obtain statistically significant results for any various combinations of business size and export value. This is a mixture of directions for the effects of R&D investment on employment, which could be due to the failure to consider appropriate time lags between investment and effect. Efficiency analysis by industry sectors confirmed significant differences in efficiency depending on business size, but differences depending on export value were difficult to identify. In order to derive improvement policy by industry sector according to business size and export value, the direction of selective support policy and universal support policy was derived for six industry groups by combining the return to scale in the efficiency analysis and R&D concentration. Hirschman-Herfindahl index is used for calculating R&D concentration.

다변량통계기법을 이용한 부가가치생산성 구조모델의 구상에 관한 연구 (A Study on Constuct of Value-Added Productivity Structure Model using Multivariate Statistical Method)

  • This Study intends to analysis what 3 factors, which are indices of Capital, Labor and Distribution, really affect to Value-Added Productivity through Statistical Analysis. For this, We selected 12 indices of Value-Added from the edition of 'Annual report of Korean companies' published in 'Korea Investors Service., Inc', especially in parts of Chemicals and Chemical products of total 85 companies. Using this data, Multivariate Statistical Analysis such as Principal Component Analysis, Factor Analysis, Covariance Structure Analysis is taken for modeling the effect of 3 factor(Labor Productivity, Capital Productivity and the Index of Distribution) on Value-Added Productivity.
