실측 O-D값과 중력모형 재현 O-D값의 일치비율을 이용한 개선 중력모형 개발 (Development of Advanced Gravity Model Using Accordance Rate Of Observed O-D Value and Derived O-D Value from Gravity Model)

  • 본 논문은 중력모형의 예측 정확도 향상을 위해 개선 중력모형을 개발한 것으로 개선 중력모형은 잔차를 이용한 것이다. 기존 잔차를 이용한 연구에서는 잔차를 기준연도 실측 값에서 중력모형의 재현 값을 뺀 값으로 하였고, 이를 장래 중력모형 예측 결과 값에 더하여 장래 통행분포로 하였다. 이번 연구에서는 잔차를 중력모형 계수 추정과정에서 산출 하였는데, 산출결과, 이 잔차가 실측 통행분포량을 중력모형에서의 재현 값으로 나눈 값(재현 일치비율)임을 밝혔다. 재현 일치비율을 중력모형에서 산출된 장래 통행분포량에 적용하였는데, 사례분석 결과, 기본 중력모형, 잔차 부가 개선 중력모형 등에 비하여 상당히 높은 예측 정확도를 가지는 것으로 나타났다.

  • This study analyzes the various roles of social value in the consumption value model in China's mobile e-commerce environment. This is because customers in the Confucian culture area are highly influenced by others in their consumption behavior. However, there has been no consideration of these opinions in the consumption value model. In particular, it was analyzed whether social value has a moderated mediation effects in the path of economic value on customer loyalty. As a result of analyzing 228 pieces of data collected in China, it was found that the economic value is increasing customer loyalty through the entrance of shopping malls, and this indirect effect is affected by social value, and there was a moderated mediation effect. This study is theoretically meaningful in that it is newly elucidating the role of social value in the consumption value model.

  • 본 논문은 신규 비즈니스 모델 설립 시 요구되는 단계적인 접근 방법과 다양한 비즈니스 모델을 분석하기 위한 비즈니스 모델 분석 프레임워크를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 비즈니스 모델을 가치 창출 방식에 따라서 크게 4가지 유형으로 나누었으며 그 유형들의 파생모델을 제시 하였다. 또한 적용 사례로서 무선랜 서비스를 이용한 새로운 비즈니스 모델을 도출 하였으며 비즈니스 모델 분석 프레임워크를 이용하여 신규 서비스에 대한 적용 가능성을 평가하였다.

  • This study explores to identify the characteristics of the business model by comparing and analyzing the value creation between two cases, and to be successful in business model innovation. In order for the pursuit of purposes, domestic and international firm' business model cases are analyzed. Regarding the business model innovation, huge differences are found between two cases. First, a clear customer value proposal is important. Netflix is constantly monitoring the customer's needs and satisfactions to improve value proposition, while Joycube, domestic firm does not adjust to meet the change of the customer's behaviors. Second, the business model innovation should be taking into account the customer's behaviors in the constant changing market environments. For the growth, firms should consider strategic monitoring the market environments, and find a novelty of the markets, and to create the jump through business model innovation.

개발사업지구 내 자연생태계 가치평가모델 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of Natural Ecosystem Value Assessment Model in Land Development)

  • The goals of this study were to development Natural Ecosystem Value Assessment Model, to suggest the practical applicability of the Natural Ecosystem value assessment for development areas, and to assess natural ecosystem quantitatively using GIS. The Model can evaluate Natural Ecosystem Value between before and after land developments. To select indicators for the model, we conducted the literature reviews. and six indicators and the standard of evaluation had been developed through the expert interviews and literature reviews. the relative importance of the evaluation index throught two times expert questionnaires was found out. the Natural Ecosystem Value Assessment Model has been established, The results demonstrate that although the suggested six indicators are arranged by priority, to maintain quantitative and qualitative the natural ecosystem value, all indicators are desirable to be maintained complementarily. The findings of this study suggest that the natural ecosystem value assessment model appears to be effective an assessment for damaged natural environment value and possible to assign a score value. Also, this model can be applied to research areas and has implications to help maintain the natural ecosystem in land development districts.

Research and Development of Korea B(Benefit)-impact Model for Sustainable Development - in Case of Construction Sector -

  • The purpose of this study is to research and development of 'Korea B(Benefit)-impact Model' for Sustainable Development. A concept evaluation model is 'B(Benefit)-impact model' in U.S.A. We use the results of surveys that examined the importance of social value issues to stakeholders in Korea to implement the benefit-impact model in Korea. In particular, in this paper, we use the KSI(Korean Sustainability Index) survey data conducted by the Korea Standards Association to evaluate the social value of the construction industry for representative stakeholders in the construction industry. The social value pool and the activity indicator pool used for the survey are created based on relevant International Standards; ISO 26000, ISO 14001, ISO 37001. As a result, Korea B-impact model for construction industry included the following five core social value issues; Strengthen transparency of corporate management, Ensure fair employment and employment relations, Efforts to prevent corruption, Conduct fair competition, Efforts to prevent environmental pollution. In addition, the US B-impact model has three limitations. First, it is unclear whether the key indicators have been derived while considering all issues of social value. Second, US B-impact model indicators are developed by the social responsibility experts, so it is necessary to review by stakeholders in each industry. Finally, it would be more effective for companies to use the B-impact model index as a more detailed activity indicator. When developing a Korea B-impact model, the following methods are used to supplement it. First, we reviewed all social value issues using international standards. Secondly, we used the KSI(Korean Sustainability index) survey results to derive the importance of the social value issue of construction industry in Korea. Finally, we have clearly matched the activity indicators by social value core issues based on the GRI Standard so that companies can actually use the Korea B-impact model for the construction sector. 스킨스쿠버 해양어촌관광의 경제적 가치 추정: 제주도를 대상으로 (Estimating the Economic Value of Skin Scuba Marine Tourism: Focused on Jeju Island)

  • The purpose of this study is to estimate the economic value of skin scuba marine tourism activity in Jeju Island. The economic value is estimated as consumer surplus using count data models including the truncated Poisson model and the truncated negative binominal distribution model. This study collects the effective 369 questionnaires from skin scuba marine tourists through three times in Jeju Island. The truncated Poisson model was statistically more suitable and valid than other models. The truncated Poisson model was applied to estimate consumer surplus as economic value from skin scuba in Jeju Island. A consumer surplus value per trip was estimated as about 4,081,633 won. The annual economic value from skin scuba marine tourism activity was estimated as 8,428,571 won in Jeju Island. Consequently, skin scuba marine tourism activity has a very large economic value in Jeju Island.

  • 비즈니스 모델 혁신이란 비즈니스 모델을 구성하는 여러 가지 요소를 다각도에서 변형시켜 차별화되는 가치를 창출해내는 것으로 기업의 외부 환경이나 내부 환경 중 어느 한 쪽에 집중하기 보다는 내부의 자원과 역량, 그리고 외부 환경이 만나는 곳에서 최적의 선택을 하는 것이다. 그러나 비즈니스 모델 혁신에 대한 명확한 정의가 없고, 핵심 비즈니스 모델을 잘 활용하지 못하는 관계로 기업이 비즈니스 모델 혁신을 통해 성장한다는 것은 매우 어려운 일이다. 본 논문에서는 비즈니스 모델 혁신에 대한 정의를 체계적으로 정리하고, 비즈니스 모델 혁신이 필요한 시기가 언제인지, 어떠한 유형의 비즈니스 모델 혁신이 있는지를 몇 가지 사례를 통해 살펴보았다. 기업의 가치 제안, 가치사슬과 가치네트워크를 통한 가치 창출과 수익모델의 혁신 사례를 통해 비즈니스 모델 혁신이라는 다소 추상적인 개념을 좀 더 친숙하게 접근하였다. 마지막으로, 이미 성공한 기업 역시 비즈니스모델 혁신과 적응우위 강화로 급변하는 시장 환경에서 새로운 가치를 창출할 수 있음을 사례분석을 통해 입증하였다.

Location Value and Price Leadership in a Product Differentiation Model

  • This paper considers the value of location in a linear city model and examines the product differentiation equilibrium of duopoly providing different benefits to consumers. We show that if the value of location is small, symmetric location equilibrium occurs where two firms follow the maximal differentiation principle. However, as the value of location increases, asymmetric location equilibrium occurs where the low-value-location firm moves to the high-value-location firm and thus adjusted maximal differentiation principle holds. We also investigate two different price leadership model and demonstrate the relationship between the value of location and the role of price leadership. In particular, we show that when the location value is high, the price leadership by high-value-location firm will appear as a unique equilibrium.

A MODEL OF RETIREMENT AND CONSUMPTION-PORTFOLIO CHOICE

  • In this study we propose a model of optimal retirement, consumption and portfolio choice of an individual agent, which encompasses a large class of the models in the literature, and provide a methodology to solve the model. Different from the traditional approach, we consider the problems before and after retirement simultaneously and identify the difference in the dual value functions as the utility value of lifetime labor. The utility value has an option nature, namely, it is the maximized value of choosing the retirement time optimally and we discover it by solving a variational inequality. Then, we discover the dual value functions by using the utility value. We discover the value function and optimal policies by establishing a duality between the value function and the dual value function. The model and approach offer a significant advantage for computation of optimal policies for a large class of problems.
