Almost all business are affected by the weather so that weather derivatives has been traded to hedge weather risk. Since the weather itself is not an asset with a market price, some analysts believe that the Black-Scholes equation could not be used appropriately to price weather derivative options. But some weather derivatives can be considered as an Asian option, we revisit the Black-scholes model. Numerical solution of the Black-Scholes equation has a significant error at the money option or around the money option, it is necessary to adopt adaptive mesh near to the strike value. Here we propose a numerical method with an adaptive grid refinement.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the value of stone fences in Jeju Island. The result that executes attitude survey to local resident and visitor can be summarizing as following. First are the function and the value of Jeju traditional stone fences. Local resident favored the culture heritage succession and evaluated its' usage Value highly. Visitors also have favored rural landscape offer function and evaluated inheritance value (Bequest Value) highly. Secondly, 80.5% of visitors, 78.1% of local resident have formed opinion about preservation of traditional stone fences. But the Willingness to pay for traditional stone fences fund was raised by 38.6% in local resident and 55.7% in visitor. The reason that willingness to pay does not exist is that it is chargeable to connection group and government, or it has no money to pay. Thirdly, local resident wanted to use made up stone fence preservation fund in rural landscape offer function. Visitor wanted that it is used to raise various function of stone fence.

Floats are used by the parties involved in a construction project. The owner may use float by changing order(s) or by executing risk avoidance plan; the contractor may use it for leveling resources or substituting activities' construction methods to reduce costs. Floats are accepted either just as by-product obtained by critical path method(CPM) scheduling or as asset having significant value. Succinctly, existing studies involved in float value does not consider its' changes on project time domain. It is important to identify float ownership and to quantify its' corresponding values. This paper presents a method that quantifies float value of money that changes over project execution. The method which accurately computes the monetary value of float may contributes to resolve conflicts relative to float ownership and/or delay issues among project participants. It compares the difference between the monetary value of total float - on non-critical path in each and every schedule update. It makes use of critical path method (CPM) and commercial software with which practitioners are already familiar.

일반적으로 사람들은 자기고양 동기로 인해 나와 관련된 것을 더 좋게 평가하는 것으로 알려져 있으며, 대표적인 예시로 소유효과가 있다. 하지만 우리는 경험을 통해 동일한 물건이어도 내 것보다 타인의 것이 더 좋아 보일 때가 있다는 것을 알고 있다. 최근 연구들은 이러한 현상을 소유효과의 역전 현상이라 설명한다. 본 연구는 나-타인 소유물에 대한 가치 추정이 개인의 조절초점 성향을 통해 달라지는지 확인함으로써 소유효과와 소유효과의 역전 현상을 조절하는 심리학적 변인을 탐색해 보고자 하였다. 이에 따라 지각된 이득과 손실에 대한 관점이 다르다고 알려진 개인의 조절초점 성향이 나-타인 소유주에 따른 소유효과를 조절할 것으로 예상하였으며, 외국인 참가자를 대상으로 익숙하지 않은 타 국가의 화폐를 보여주고 돈의 가치를 모국의 화폐 가치로 추정하도록 하였다. 그 결과, 예방초점 성향이 높은 사람들보다 향상초점 성향이 높은 사람들이 더 돈의 가치를 높게 추정하는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 내가 아닌 다른 사람의 돈이라고 생각했을 때는 조절초점 성향의 조절효과가 유의하지 않았다. 이는 조절초점이라는 개인차 수준에 따라 소유효과가 더 강하게 나타날 수도 있고, 사라질 수도 있다는 것을 시사한다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 의의, 한계점 및 후속 연구에 대해 논의하였다.

During the last decade many enterprises spent a huge amount of money for investment on Information Technology (IT) & Information System (IS) to attain competitive advantage and to maximize their business performance by satisfying the various requirements of customers. Under such circumstances, methodologies for evaluating IT impact on business performance are very important issues for strategic decision making on investment. In this study, we propose a performance evaluation model that adopts the concept of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and the Value Chain to analyze the financial impact and non-financial impact of IT & IS at each critical work area. This model combines the 4 evaluation areas from BSC and 6 critical work areas from Value Chain and measures the Key Performance Indicator (HPI) and the effect of KPI. Also, we present a case study of which the evaluation model has been conducted on a major manufacturing company. finally. we address some important notes to improve the IT & IS performances in the real-world.

The digital revolution is happening much more quickly and Internet Commerce and Electronic Commerce is having a profound influence on the global trade and internal commerce, revolutionize the way of doing business, especially retail and direct marketing. Owing to Internet, an increasing share of business transactions occurs online. Electronic payment is essential for the smooth progress of the electronic commerce as electronic payment plays the important role in the electronic commerce, that is, the value transfer resulting from the electronic commerce. So far, there have not been a considerable emphasis on the risks residing in the electronic payment and money. So, this paper deals with the risks in the electronic payment and money, in particular technical risks and social risks, and the reliability-increasing schemes to prevent the risks in the electronic payment. The reliability-increasing schemes relate to the security of the electronic payment systems and certification authority and key management, transaction rules between the parties concerned in the electronic payment.

본 연구에서는 경기도 용인시 기흥구 구갈동(구갈역세권)과 보라구역, 중동구역 일대를 중심으로 개발계획, 개발잠재력, 입지여건과 아울러 녹색 및 재해예방 인프라에 대한 4가지 측면을 고려하여 대상지의 투자가치 평가를 통한 전략적 도시관리 방안을 연구하였다. 방법론 측면에서는 평가항목간의 상관관계를 고려할수 있는 네트워크 분석적 의사결정법을 통하여 판단해보고자 하였다. 분석 결과 개발계획에서는 개발용도, 키테넌트, 자금조달, 마케팅순으로, 개발잠재력에서는 시장성, 정체성, 역사성 순으로, 입지여건에서는 토지이용, 주변환경, 교통환경순으로, 마지막으로 녹색 및 재해예방인프라에서는 자연재해예방, 인적재해예방, 사회적 재해예방순으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 도시개발사업 추진하는데 있어 합리적인 사전 평가방안으로 활용할 수 있을 것이라 본다.

This study was to examine whether the hedonic and utilitarian shopping values were expressed in shopping experience among the undergraduates and how the consumers with different shopping values vary in the perception of credit cards' benefit and risk. The 215 undergraduates in Seoul were surveyed. The results indicated that undergraduates were divided into hedonic shoppers and utilitarian shoppers according to their shopping value and that the perception of credit cards' benefit and risk was explained by the four factors including the increased cost, the removing the immediate need for money, the additional service and benefits, and the overspending and credit crime. The overspending and credit crime as one of the risk factors was affected by the types of shopping values.

이 연구의 목적은 도서관이 데이터베이스 구축에 많은 비용을 투자할 가치가 있는지를 결정하기 위하여 원문정보서비스의 경제적 가치를 측정하는 것이다. 경제적 가치 측정을 위하여 조건부가치측정법을 적용하였다. 비시장재인 국내단행본 원문정보서비스의 가치를 측정하기 위해 가상시나리오를 설계하고 설문의 신뢰도를 높이기 위해 사전조사와 전문가의 검토, 질문방법으로 이중양분선택형을 선택하였다. 연구 결과, 국내단행본 원문정보서비스에 대해 이용자 1인당 지불하고자 하는 사용가치는 1책당 836원, 비사용가치는 연간 236원으로 측정되었다. 대학생 전체의 연간 경제적 총 가치는 831.8억원으로 산출되었다.

본 연구는 사용자간 게임 아이템 현금거래의 개념과 현금거래의 거래방식, 가치사슬, 이해관계자 그리고 발생 가능한 이슈에 대해 분석하였다. 게임아이템 현금거래는 게임 자체의 비즈니스 모델뿐만 아니라 디지털 콘텐츠의 유통, 사행성 및 작업장 등 민감한 사회적 특성을 보이고 있다. 게임 시장의 지속적인 성장에 따라서 게임 아이템 현금거래의 거래방식과 가치사슬도 변화하고 있으며 기존의 거래방식 및 가시사슬과 다른 현재의 게임아이템의 새로운 개념에 대해 새롭게 분석하였다. 또한 게임아이템 현금거래와 관련하여 계정거래, 캐릭터 선물하기 서비스, 캐릭터 육성하기 서비스, 자금세탁, 아이템 자동 등록기 등의 대한 다양한 이슈를 분석하였다. 이 같은 분석 결과는 게임아이템 현금거래 관련 정책 및 각 이해관계자들의 전략 수립 등에 중요한 현황자료가 될 것이다.
