In recent years, virtual reality (VR) technology has been widely used in many industrial fields, especially in the fields of medical treatment, games, film and television, to improve the interaction between medical teaching and practical treatment. On the gaming side, the production of virtual reality gaming screens and scenes became increasingly popular, greatly expanding the form of the visual experience. But VR is no longer confined to the health care, education and entertainment industries. During this time, the news media industry has also begun to integrate virtual reality into interviews and user interactions. This study aims to analyze the development of VR technology from the perspectives of immersive VR news experience, real reporting, and prospects, and analyze and think about the interactive participation of media users, the transformation of traditional media, and the upgrading of practitioners' roles.
The development of Virtual Reality (VR)-related technologies has resulted in the improved performance of VR devices as well as affordable price arrangements, granting many users easy access to VR technology. VR drawing applications are not complicated for users and are also highly mature, being used for education, performances, and more. For controller-based spatial drawing interfaces, the user's drawing interface becomes constrained by the controller. This study proposes hand interaction based spatial drawing system where the user, who has never used the controller before, can intuitively use the drawing application by mounting LEAP Motion at the front of the Head Mounted Display (HMD). This traces the motion of the user's hand in front of the HMD to draw curved surfaces in virtual environments.
Rather than a directing method of existing animations, VR animation needs a different method of direction. Existing animations were displayed on a screen in movie theaters. But using an existing direction method for the 360° perspective in a VR animation makes it difficult for the user's gaze to move in a way the directors have intended. I analyzed 3 VR animations with a theoretical background of Rudolf Arnheim's visual perception theory and Bruce Block's visual factors that bring high attention. In the process of perception of space, focus on the gaze, movement of the gaze, the 'movement' factor was used most often to attract the gaze. An interactive VR animation attracts user's gaze by allowing users to participate in important points of the story. With an analysis of the animation, it proposed a gaze attraction through the movement of the character with an interaction directing method for reducing motion sickness. Also, it proposed intuitively attracting gaze movement by using GUI and attracting user's participation by using an interactive event with an interaction directing method of storytelling comprehension. With two types of directing proposal, we expect it to be utilized as a basic research method for attracting users to be immersed in storytelling while reducing cyber motion sickness, which is a problem in VR animation.
In recent years, a platform providing a Visual Programming development environment capable of 3D editing and interaction editing in an In-VR environment to quickly prototype VR/AR contents for education of VR and AR for general users and children. In the past, VR contents were mostly viewed by users. However, thanks to the rapid development of recent computing technologies, VR contents interacting with users have emerged as a device capable of tracking user behavior in a small size It was able to appear. In addition, because VR is extended to AR and MR, it can be used in all three virtual environments and requires efficient user interface(UI). In this paper, we propose UI based on eye tracking. Eye-tracking-based UI not only reduces the amount of time the user directly manipulates the controller, but also dramatically lowers the time spent on simple operations, while reducing the need for a dedicated controller by allowing multiple types of controllers to be used in combination. The proposed platform can easily create a prototype of their intended VR/AR App(or content) even for users(beginners) who do not have a certain level of knowledge and experience in 3D graphics and software coding, and share it with others. Therefore, this paper proposes a method to use VAL more effectively in a 5G environment.
This study approaches the subject of satisfaction and persistent use intention based on presence based on virtual reality (VR). VR presence, user characteristic, and VR sickness, content satisfaction and system satisfaction, and continued use intention through this of 569 men and women commissioned by the survey agency were investigated. In the content of the study, the constituent factors of VR presence, an independent variable, were set as realism, immersion, and interaction. The user characteristics were set as the individual 's propensity to innovate, the degree of immersion, and the experience of using VR. VR Presence, User Characteristics, VR Sickness of Intention of Continuous Usage were set as research problems and models. Eight hypotheses were adopted in the analysis of the research problem applying the structural equation modeling (SEM) model. In conclusion, this study suggests that content satisfaction, which has the greatest influence on VR content satisfaction and persistent intention, is suggested.

This study explores the effects of VR (Virtual Reality) store vividness, which is one of VR shopping environmental features used in previous research, on user satisfaction. In addition, the mediating role of immersion between VR store vividness and user satisfaction is investigated. The moderating role of self-efficacy is also explored since the effects of vividness and immersion on user satisfaction may depend on a consumer's perceived shopping self-efficacy. A total of 58 participants experienced a VR store with the Oculus Go VR headset. To test the hypotheses, model 14 of Process Macro 3.4 is used (95% Confidence Interval). According to the results, immersion mediated between VR store vividness and user satisfaction. Additionally, there was a significant interaction effect between immersion and self-efficacy on user satisfaction. When a consumer experiences high immersion at a VR store, consumers may have a strongly positive experience, especially among those who have a perceived low shopping self-efficacy.

With the development of VR technology, the visual immersion of VR games has been greatly enhanced nowadays. There has been an issue that has been troubling players in previous VR games, which is motion sickness. Therefore, VR games have been limited in terms of game mechanics, game duration, and game scale, greatly reducing the immersive experience of visual immersion. However, <Half-Life: Alyx> is different from previous VR games in that players can actually perform spatial displacement in the game scene, rather than being fixed in one place for 360-degree observation and interaction. At the same time, compared to traditional games, VR games no longer need to rely on screens, and the complete visual immersion enhances the fun and playability of the game. This research focuses on the VR game <Half-Life: Alyx> to explore its immersive factors in terms of visual perception. Through in-depth analysis of elements such as color, texture mapping, lighting, etc. in VR games, it was found that the game creates a strong sense of visual immersion in these aspects. Through analysis, it is helpful to gain a deeper understanding of the factors that contribute to visual immersion in VR games, which has certain reference value for game developers and related professionals.

Vanilloid receptor I [transient receptor potential vanilloid subfamily member 1 (TRPV1), also known as VR1] is a non-selective cationic channel activated by noxious heat, vanilloids, and acid, thereby causing pain. VR1 possesses six transmembrane domain and N-and C-terminus cytosolic domains, and appears to be a homotetramer. We studied the structural properties of Cterminus of VR1 (VR1C) using CD and NMR spectroscopy. DPC micelles, with a zwitterionic surface, and SDS micelles, with a negatively charged surface, were used as a membrane mimetic model system. Both SDS and DPC micelles could increase the stability of helical structures and/or reduce the aggregation form of the VR1C. However, the structural changing mode of the VR1C induced by the SDS and DPC micelles was different. The changes according to the various pHs were also different in two micelles conditions. Because the net charges of the SDS and DPC micelles are negative and neutral, respectively, we anticipate that this difference might affect the structure of the VR1C by electrostatic interaction between the surface of the VR1C and phospholipids of the detergent micelles. Based on these similarity and dissimilarity of changing aspects of the VR1C, it is supposed that the VR1C probably has the real pI value near the pH 7. Generally, mild extracellular acidic pH ($6.5{\sim}6.8$) potentiates VRI channel activation by noxious heat and vanilloids, whereas acidic conditions directly activate the channel. The channel activation of the VRI might be related to the structural change of VR1C caused by pH (electrostatic interactions), especially near the pH 7. By measuring the $^1-^{15}N$ TROSY spectra of the VR1C, we could get more resolved and dispersed spectra at the low pH and/or detergent micelles conditions. We will try to do further NMR experiments in low pH with micelles conditions in order to get more information about the structure of VR1C.
Through this study, we intend to study user satisfaction in order to verify whether there is a need for full-scale research, development and commercialization of document viewers in a VR environment. VR content consists of realistic 3D graphics and 360-degree video, and provides a synesthesia experience and immersion. We developed and tested a VR document viewer prototype that can utilize this concept as a document viewing system. It can act as a viewer that provides an interactive viewing environment according to the user's body interaction and the direction of the field of view, and it can be said that the feature of VR document viewer is that it can draw the user's high level of immersion and concentration when using the viewer. The developed prototype was tested in a test group consisting of 100 VR experiences and device owners for about 1 hour and 3 days a day, and then a questionnaire survey in the form of a fixed selection question was conducted. This study is a prototype study of a document viewer suitable for a virtual reality environment, and can lead to a sense of immersion when reading a document, and suggest a new document viewer direction that is effective for visual fatigue and visual perception of the document.
As display devices evolve, computer-based work environments are also becoming better suited to actual application tasks. This paper discusses the development of an architectural design system using the virtual table, which is a table-type projection system. It consists of the interactive VR modeler, the hybrid tracker and the architectural interpreter. The interactive VR modeler offers visual and tactile guide such as grid interaction, a tangible transparent prop and reference objects, so that a user can design architectural 3D models more easily and intuitively on the virtual table. The hybrid tracker includes two types of tracking methods for viewpoint according to the user's view and hand interaction: namely, vision-based tracking and magnetic tracking. The architectural interpreter automatically transforms simple 3D masses into a basic construction form that has architectural knowledge. The proposed system has advantage in the sense that it is suitable for collaboration among several users, allowing them to view graphical objects in stereoscopic view with direct 3D manipulation. Thus, it can be effectively used for architectural simulation and user-participated design.
