As smart tourism is gaining more attention, there are increasing attempts to make use of augmented reality(AR) in tourism industry. However, existing AR-based tourism contents are only limited to the 'designated' cultural heritage, overlooking the value of undesignated cultural heritage lost in the past few decades of development era. This hinders expanding the scope of tourism contents and leads to the production of banal and similar contents. Given that, our study has developed tourism contents based on , an AR-based mobile application that enables participants to virtually visit the historical sites lost in the development era. The Chungmuro area, which the app is named after, is unique in character. The area has been famous for movie making for over 30 years until the '90s. It is abundant with movie-related cultural resources such as theaters and print shops, which makes the place where people wants to feel the glorious past. Through the app, participants are able to walk along the historic trail and take pictures at five virtual historic spots, among many others. We also examined participants' level of satisfaction and overall tourism experience. By taking the result into account, we hope that the AR-based tourism contents will increase in the future.
Recent market environment shows a new relationship between customer and company, which you could not observe in the past. Customers now are used to various benefits through the participation of marketing process. It is no wonder that customers visit company web site, gather a lot of information about the product on the website, and express their satisfaction and opinions about the product. Furthermore, these activities are being made ubiquitously. Despite the fact there are a lot of customer participation in the Internet environment, Customers Participation has been given little attention in the academic literature. This study explores the effect of the properties of Internet infra on customers participation. The implications of this study are as follows. First, by reviewing the literature on the performance and process of customers participation in the marketing activities, this study identifies why customers did not participate in the marketing activities under non-Internet environment. Second, this study identifies the properties of Internet infra influencing customers informative participation. Third, we suggest some managerial strategies for enhancing the performance of a company by customer participation. Consequently, we suggest managerial implications for completely different marketing strategies in response to customers participation in the marketing activities under the digital environment.

Dental caries in children has declined over the past few decades. However, Certain populations of children experience high levels of dental disease. To perform the highest quality dental care for the pediatric patient, the practitioner may need to use pharmacological means to obtain a quiescent, cooperative patient. Furthermore, complex treatment can impose high demands on the very young, making use of general anesthesia the preferred approach for some patients. General anesthesia is widely used to provide comprehensive dental treatment for children in USA and Europe and Scandinavia etc. Parental and patient satisfaction following completion of dental care under general anesthesia is reportedly high. Dental general anesthesia has disadvantage that it is expansive and carries a small but significant risk of mortality. However, It has the advantage of permitting treatment at a single visit, allowing immediate relief of pain and requiring little or no cooperation from the child. Rampant caries was the major indication for use of general anesthesia in the youngest age group or medically compromised patients. This study describe the characteristics of patient receiving comprehensive dental treatment under general anesthesia at the pediatric dentistry of Chonbuk National University Hospital in Jeonju, Korea in the 4year period between December 2001 and April 2005.

Purpose: Patients usually suffer from pain and discomfort after oral surgery and their consumption of food is severely affected. Accordingly, the patients' quality of life reduce significantly. The aim of this study was to analyze patient satisfaction on the nutritional supplement drinks following periodontal surgery. Materials and Methods: Total 90 patients who underwent periodontal surgery were recruited and commercially available nutritional drinks were provided. Group I received two bottles per each meal for 2 days, Group II had one bottle per each meal for 3 days, and Group III had no drinks. The survey for the patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) were given at the next visit for the removal of sutures. Results: The result of PROMs showed the nutrition drink was easy to intake, appeared to help the healing and can be a satisfying supplement for the meals. Conclusion: Nutritional drinks appeared to help the healing after periodontal surgeries and supported the food intake. Also, it was helpful for the patients in nutritional supply and psychological stability.
The study targeted Japanese employees who have visited hospital for spinal disorder. The study analyzed work environment and pain relief methods of work-related back pain patients, and the relationship between back pain and other body parts. The purpose of this study was to provide draw up measures for patients with back pain and to provide basic data for the sustainable prevention program. The study result of back pain, in other words, employees suffering from lumbago, had disparity between occupations; the highest number of patients were made up of 16-years or above long-serving employees, and below 5-years of short-serving employees. There were more patients complaining of chronic lumbago than acute lumbago, and patients recognized poor posture as the primary cause of lumbago. Furthermore, 99.5% of spinal disorder patients complain back pain, 23.2% use only alternative therapy, and 15.2% visit clinic and hospital with alternative therapy. Patients showed pain reduction and high satisfaction after using alternative therapy. The study targeted Japanese employees where complement therapy is more generalized than that of Korea, and thus there should be multilateral management programs provided in Korea as well.
The purpose of this study is to ascertain whether the effect of introduction of OCS(Order Communication System) to the hospital is satisfied or not comparing the anticipated effect with the actual effect. For this purpose, a domestic hospital which has introduced and has been operating OCS for several years was chosen. Based on the internal data of S Hospital prepared before introducing OCS, researcher has analyzed the basic direction, design standard and status of operation after the introduction of OCS, etc. After analyzing the status of operations of several departments using OCS and interviewing with the chiefs of pertinent departments, a survey form was designed. Actual survey and interviews were conducted by the researcher for weeks to know whether doctors, nurses, medical technicians and clerks of the patient management dept. were satisfied with OCS and to find if they have any recommendations to improve OCS. Based on the analysis of survey, the effect of OCS was evaluated whether it has satisfied the anticipated effectiveness. For the question if they feel convenient in using OCS, doctors, nursing staffs in charge of ward and the staffs of billing dept. has answered that they were all satisfied(100%). The answers for the same question were relatively high in the case of nurses in charge of outpatient and staffs of radiography. Of course, there have been some nurses and staffs who complained for the inconvenience. However, overall satisfaction was high on the average. Some common problems occurred after the introduction of OCS were frequent errors due to instability of OCS system, paralysis of function of hardware on data back-up system and redundant investment due to erroneous choice of DB program in setting DB. It was also pointed out that lack of computer education and low participation of medical staffs has resulted in failure of developing effective software. As a result, it has lowered the efficiency of OCS. For example, some works have to be done by hands even after OCS. Based on the result of this research, recommendations to maximize the effect of OCS were presented as follows. First, strong leadership of CEO and active cooperation of doctors are mandatory. Second, all the process of hospital work should be analyzed and be redesigned in more efficient ways. Third, OCS should be designed to be user-based system which can be used efficiently by all staffs of the hospital. Forth, prior to the operation of OCS, proper tests of the program and trainings of the pertinent staff are required. Fifth, prior to the selection of hardware, BMT(Bench Marking Test) should be conducted. Sixth, before introducing OCS, staffs in charge of OCS should visit many hospitals operating the OCS system and take their cases into account.

The purpose of this study is to derive differentiation strategy through strategy competition analysis on public libraries in order to enhance the competitiveness and efficiency of libraries. To that end, this study conducted a status analysis, management resources analysis, external and internal environment analysis on four public libraries located in Jung-gu, Incheon to identify the situation of strategy competition, and conducted a competitor analysis, customer segment analysis, and customer value analysis of four public libraries through various library related statistical data, national library operation evaluation data, library user satisfaction surveys, and interview with chief librarian and senior librarians. As the result, this study suggests three differentiation strategies by library. First of all, the four public libraries need to provide customized services targeting different target users within the region. Secondly, public libraries need to develop active library services that directly visit passive users, who are information have-nots, considering geographical accessibility and the composition of the population in the region. Last, public libraries should form a cultural community that cooperate with the local community and develop various programs that reflect the identity of the region.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of oral health education using Qraycam. The study materials used oral hygiene examination, oral health attitude and oral health behavior scores, and compared their pre and post results. This study was a pre-post test design for a single group. The research period was from September to mid-December, 2018. The subjects of the study were 33 participants who visit for the class and 33 students for the survey of education preference. The data analysis used IBM SPSS 24.0 Ver, a significant level was 0.05. As a result, O' Leary index and halitosis as oral hygiene examination were significantly reduced according to intervention pre and post using Qraycam (p<.001). The oral health attitude and oral health behavior score were statistically significantly high according to intervention pre and post using Qraycam (p<.001). The satisfaction level was significantly high when using Qraycam among students' preference for education methods in the categories "useful in oral health education" and "a good ability to recognize and determine plaque" (p<.001). In conclusion, oral health education using Qraycam in dental clinics will be a way to improve oral health education effects for dental hygienists.

In this study, we investigated and the following conclusions are presented by identifying the current status and problems in order to expand the future's value of the community care project introduced and implemented to improve the quality and care for the elderly's life. First, the needs analysis of the elderly receiving services is composed of patient-centered rather than investigator-centered, and in particular, medical management through medical staff visits should be strengthened, and specialized service items according to gender, age, disability type, and personal preference should be strengthened. This will have to be gradually strengthened. Second, by analyzing the satisfaction, redundancy, and effectiveness of service items, we save money, and consider the consumer-oriented service item composition and application of items necessary for new services. Third, through the introduction of an integrated schedule management system, it is necessary to specialize in pre-booking and visit schedule management between the elderly and the direct service organizations that provide services. Fourth, as an effort to solve the financial problem, it is necessary to prepare a rational resource sharing system with health and medical finance, long-term care insurance system, and social welfare financial project. and it may consider that putting the medical personnel who are from local public medical college input. Through these proposals, the community care business will be able to complete and have future value as a universal aged care system.

A webzine issued by a public institution not only plays a role in communication between members of the institution and its users, but is itself a meaningful record. In addition, as one of the management techniques of the archives, there is a growing awareness that active marketing is needed to promote the service and allow potential users to visit the archives. Therefore, efforts should be made to increase user satisfaction by identifying user needs, composing content reflecting them, and selecting user-centered interfaces appropriately. The purpose of this study is to design 'On-Gi', a newsletter of the Presidential Archives, as a user-participating smart platform in a smart device environment. As a research method, we first looked at the current status of webzine publication by relevant domestic institutions. Next, we compared and analyzed the issue of 'On-Gi' provided by the Presidential Archives and major contents. Based on this, a design model of the webzine for the marketing of the Presidential Archives was proposed. This can be used as a key marketing strategy for the Presidential Archives in the new user environment of technological innovation of smart devices.
