홀로그래픽 부피격자 커플러(VGC : volume grating coupler)는 높은 선택적 결합효율, 건식 제조공정, 콤팩트한 소자 제작이 가능하고 저렴하기 때문에 광연결 기술의 구현 및 응용에 매우 매력적인 소자로 간주되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 도파로형 광연결에 적용키 위한 $45^{\circ}$ 격자 경사각을 갖는 도파로 삽입형 입 출력 VGC를 DuPont사의 HRF600-20 홀로그래픽 포토폴리머를 이용하여 설계, 구현하기 위한 방법을 제안하였다. 그리고 제안한 VGC 소자의 유용성을 입증키 위해 동작파장이 각각 632.8nm 및 1550nm인 VGC를 제작하고 실험결과를 제시하였다. 실험결과 632.8nm 파장에서 동작하는 격자주기가 $0.5{\mu}m$인 단일 VGC의 경우 TE 편광에서 입력 결합효율은 86.6% 이상이고, 1550nm 파장에서 동작하는 격자주기가 $0.73068{\mu}m$인 $1\times2$ VGC의 입력 결합효율은 $\sim90.9%$의 특성을 나타내었다.

본 논문에서는 인터넷 환경에서 멀티미디어의 동기를 맞추어 주기 위하여 가상 클럭(VGC : Virtual Global Clock)을 구성하였고, 가상 클락 기반의 SRTS를 제안하여 미디어 내부 동기(sntra_synchronization)를 이루었다. 8bit/8kHz PCM-sampling 음성 신호에서 320byte를 한 프레임으로 했을 때 각 프레임에 순서 번호를 넣어서 미디어간의 동기(inter_synchronization)를 유지한다. Loop Back 방법을 이용하여 구성한 가상 클럭(VGC)은 통신이 가능한 모든 환경에 적용할 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 AAL-2/ATM 통신망 환경에서 멀티미디어 통신을 구현하기 위한 멀티미디어 동기화 기능으로 VGC 기반의 SRTS/AAL-2를 제안한다. 제안된 멀티미디어 동기화 알고리즘에서는 가변 비트율 멀티미디어 정보의 클럭 주파수 복원을 위하여 VGC(Virtual Global Clock)을 구성하고, 이를 기반으로 한 SRTS방식의 미디어 내부 동기와, MM-SSCFS(Multimedia-SSCS)/AAL-2 프로토콜을 사용한 미디어 간의 동기를 유지하는 방법을 제안하였다. 본 논문의 실험 환경으로는 Fore ATM 교환기(155 Mbps $\times$8 port)를 사용해서 소규모 B-ISDN/ATM 통신망을 구성하였고, SUN Workstatin Solaris 2.5에 접속된 Fore ATM 접속 카드 SBA-200에서 지원하는 XTI(X/Opne Transport Interface)-API를 사용하였다.

본 연구에서는 온라인 정보가 소셜커머스 구매자의 구매결정에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 일반적으로 소셜커머스 소비자들이 구매과정에서 이용하는 정보는 사용자 생성 콘텐츠와 판매자 생성 콘텐츠로 나뉜다. 이들 정보유형별로 소비자 구매 의도에 미치는 영향력에 차이가 있을 것으로 예상되며, 이 문제의 해결안은 소셜커머스 사이트 운영자가 어떤 정보 제공원에 보다 관리 초점을 두어야 하는지에 대한 방향을 알려줄 수 있다. 분석을 위하여 온라인 공간에 대한 불확실성의 대책으로 이용되는 신뢰를 매개 변수로 활용하였다. 신뢰 유형은 판매자 측면과 정보 측면으로 나누어서 개체 신뢰와 콘텐츠 신뢰로 세분하였다. 분석결과에 의하면, 판매자 생성 콘텐츠(일반 거래 정보와 안전 거래 정보)는 모두 개체 신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 하지만 사용자 생성 콘텐츠는 명성만이 개체 신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 소셜커머스 소비자의 구매 의도는 개체 신뢰로부터만 유의한 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 단기적으로는 소셜커머스 사이트 운영자가 통제가능한 정보 유형인 판매자 생성 콘텐츠(일반 거래 정보와 안전 거래 정보)를 중심으로 소비자의 구매 의도를 높일 수 있는 방안을 모색할 필요가 있다. 장기적으로는 소셜커머스 사이트 운영자의 통제가 어렵고, 형성에 시간이 많이 소요되는 사용자 생성 콘텐츠인 명성을 중심으로 소비자의 구매 의도를 높일 수 있는 방안의 모색이 필요하다.

초음파신호를 이용하여 두 물체 사이의 거리를 측정할 수 있도록 초음파신호를 발생시키고 이를 수신하여 증폭하는 프론트-앤드 IC를 설계하였다. 40[kHz]~300[kHz]의 초음파 신호를 발생시켜서 피에조진동자를 통해 간헐적으로 송신하는 회로와 피에조 수신기에서 받은 미세한 반사 신호를 증폭하여 노이즈를 제거한 후 처음 송신된 신호와의 시간 차이를 펄스폭으로 출력하고 이를 이용하여 물체사이의 거리를 계산할 수 있는 기능을 내장하였다. 본 설계에서는 두 가지 기술을 작용하여 기능을 개선하였다. 첫째, 주파수 자동조정(SFC) 회로이다. OTA회로의 gm을 가변시켜 초음파 신호발생기의 출력주파수와 수신단의 밴드패스필터의 중심주파수가 서로 연동되도록 조정해 줌으로써 신호 복원을 용이하게 하였다. 둘째, 가변 이득 조절회로(VGC)이다. 이 회로는 두 물체사이의 거리에 상관없이 수신되는 신호의 진폭이 일정하도록 동작하는 기능을 한다. 또한, 출력레벨변환회로를 적용하여 송신신호의 진폭을 40[V]로 상승시켜 측정거리를 늘리는 시도를 하였다. 시뮬레이션을 위한 공정은 0.6um] 급, 40[V] CMOS 공정을 사용하였다. 전원전압 5[V], 소비전력은 약 12[mW]정도이다. 회로의 규모가 최소화 되어 있고 외부소자 수를 줄였기 때문에 휴대형기기에 편리하게 사용할 수 있게 하였다.

Using the LOCOS process, we have fabricated the lateral type polysilicon field emission triodes with poly-Si/oxide/Si structure and investigated their current-voltage characteristics for three biasing modes of operation. The fabricated devices exhibit excellent electrical performances such as a relatively low turn-on anode voltage of 14 V at VGC = 0V, a stable and high emission current of 92${\mu}$A/triode over 90 hours, a small gate leakage current of 0.23 ${\mu}$A/triode and an outstanding transconductance of 57${\mu}$S/5triodes at VGC = 5V and VAC = 26V. these superior electrical operation is believed to be due to a large field enhancement effect, which is related to the sharp cathode tips produced by the LOCOS process as well as the high aspect ratio (height /radius ) of the cathode tip end.

This paper aims to propose a Comprehensive Decision Support Model to evaluate retail companies' financial performance traded on the Vietnam Stock Exchange Market. The financial performance has been examined in terms of the valuations ratios, profitability ratios, growth rates, liquidity ratios, efficiency ratios, and leverage ratios. The data of twelve companies from the first quarter to the fourth quarter of 2019 and the first quarter of 2020 were employed. The weights of 18 chosen financial ratios are calculated by using the Standard Deviation method (SD). Grey Relational Analysis technique was applied to obtain the final ranking of each company in each quarter. The results showed that leverage ratios have the most significant impact on the retail companies' financial performance and gives some long-term investment recommendations for stakeholders and indicated that the Taseco Air Services Joint Stock Company (AST), Mobile World Investment Corporation (MWG), and Cam Ranh International Airport Services Joint Stock Company (CIA) are three of the top efficient companies. The three of the worst companies are Viglacera Corporation (VGC), Saigon General Service Corporation (SVC), and HocMon Trade Joint Stock Company (HTC). Furthermore, this study suggests that the GRA model could be implemented effectively to ranking companies of other industries in the future research.

We use BV CCD images to investigate the reality of the color gradient within a King type globular cluster NGC 7089. Surface photometry shows that there is a strong radial color gradient in the central region of the cluster in the sense of bluer center with the amplitude of ~0.39 $\pm$ 0.07 mag/$arcsec^2$ in (B - V). In the outer region of the cluster, however, the radial color gradient shows a reverse case, i.e., redder toward the center. (B - V) color profile which was derived from resolved stars in VGC 7089 field also shows a significant color gradient in the central region of the clusters, indicating that lights from the combination of red giant stars and blue horizontal branch stars cause the radial color gradient. Color gradient of the outer region of NGC 7089 may be due to the unresolved background of the cluster. Similar color gradients in the central area of clusters have been previously observed exserved exclusively in highly concentrated systems classified as post core collapse clusters. We caution, however, to confirm the reality of the color gradient from resolved stars, we need more accurate imaging data of the cluster with exceptional seeing condition because the effect of completeness correlates with local density of stars.

Purpose - In this paper, we provide recommendations for Korea's long-term direction and strategic measures to attract inward foreign direct investment (FDI) in response to Japan's export regulations. In doing so, we analyze the current situation and characteristics of trade between Korea and Japan, focusing on the parts and materials industry, which is particularly affected by Japan's trade regulations. Design/methodology - Based on the analysis of five successful inward FDI cases (e.g. Toray, IGK, Delkor, GlobalWafers, DuPont) and statistic trend review in the parts and materials industry, we consider various factors pertaining to successful inward FDI in Korea and propose valuable investment attraction strategies. Findings - For a successful investment attraction strategy, we studied some statistical trends in the internal and external environments of the parts and materials industry and successful investment attraction cases in Korea. We have found that in order to increase the probability of success in attracting investment, we need a mid-to long-term strategy considering multiple factors such as "Production-oriented, Demand-linked, Global Value Chain (VGC) linked, and Policy-linked investment attraction." Originality/value - We suggest several specific measures and important strategic implications for the Korean government and firm's managers to attract inward FDI successfully.
