In this paper, We have analyzed the application characteristics of the three different consequence programs(SuperChems Pro., PHAST Pro., and SAFER Trace) for the models (pool fire, jet fire ＆ flare, fireball, flash fire) based on the four possible accident scenarios. And we have proposed a development direction of fire consequence analysis models using the related theories and the results analysis of consequence programs.

The human auditory system is appropriate for the "constant Q"system. The STFT (Short Time Fourier Transform) is not suitable for the auditory perception model since it has constant bandwidth. In this paper, the CWT (continuous wavelet transform) is employed for the auditory filter model. In the CWT, the frequency resolution can be adjusted for auditory sensation models. The proposed CWT is applied to the modeling of the JNVF. In addition, other signal processing methods such as STFT, VER-FFT and VFR-STFT are discussed. Among these methods, the model of JNVF (Just Noticeable Variation in Frequency) by using the CWT fits in with the JNVF of auditory model although it requires quite a long time.

CC ver.3 is widening evaluation range extent about Security product. As a result, The security product evaluation research need more definite standard that serves to evaluate composition style product. The paper propose a development guide for composition style TOE. This research is suitable in evaluation basis of CC ver.3, and presents Korean-made composition style product estimation plan. This paper used European ITSEM component guide and TOE analysis to present estimation guide method of composition style product.

Although many useful arfticles appear in the journals published in Korea, they are not always cited by researchers mainly due to absence of efficient searching system. The author made a program with 4 predefined filtering forms to detect published articles rapidly and accurately. The program was coded using database management system CA-Clipper VER 5.2. I used 486DX-II (8 Mbyte Ram, VGA, 560 Mbyte Hard Disk), desk-jet printer(HP-560k), and MS-DOS VER 5.0. I inputed twenty articles in the journal of Korean Society Radiotechnological Technology. And this program test for retrive article and made database.

최근 고품질 방송콘텐츠 보호에 대한 요구가 증가하면서 DVB, MPEG, ATSC 등 국제표준단체에서는 보안 성능이 우수한 디지털방송 보호규격으로써 DVB-CSA ver.3에 대한 논의가 본격화되었다. 본 논문에서는 디지털방송에서 보안성능이 우수한 것으로 알려진 방송콘텐츠 암호화 규격인 DVB-CSA ver. 3 표준규격을 기반으로한 방송콘텐츠 스크램블링 시스템 설계에 대해 소개한다.

We present a simple method to watermark three-dimensional (3D) triangular meshes that have been generated from the depth data of the Kinect sensor. In contrast to previous methods, which maintain the shape of 3D triangular meshes and decide the embedding place, requiring calculations of vertices and their neighbors, our method is based on selecting one of the coordinate axes. To maintain shape, we use discrete wavelet transform and constant regularization. We know that the watermarking system needs the information to be embedded; we used a text to provide that information. We used geometry attacks such as rotation, scales, and translation, to test the performance of this watermarking system. Performance parameters in this paper include the vertices error rate (VER) and bit error rate (BER). The results from the VER and BER indicate that using a correction term before the extraction process makes our system robust to geometry attacks.

본 연구에서는 비보강 조적조에 대한 부재 비선형거동 및 비탄성힌지 속성을 고려할 수 있는 midas GEN Ver.741(해외판) 프로그램에 의한 비보강 조적벽체의 푸쉬오버 해석결과와 실험결과와의 비교를 통하여 비보강 조적조 건축물의 전단강도평가를 비롯하여 내진성능평가를 위한 역량스펙트럼 해석 프로그램을 검증하고자 한다. midas GEN Ver.741(해외판) 프로그램의 사용성 검증을 위하여 조적벽체의 축하중, 형상비, 쌓기방법(두께) 그리고 개구부 유무를 변수로 한 10개의 비보강 조적벽체의 전단강도를 비교 평가한다. 비보강 조적벽체에 대한 실험결과와 해석결과를 비교한 결과 각 시험체별 전단강도 값이 비교적 유사한 것으로 나타나며 국내 기존 비보강 조적조 건축물에 대한 해석방법으로 본 프로그램의 사용이 가능한 것으로 평가되었다.

The intramolecular magnetic coupling constant (J) values of diradical-based magnet models (S1-S5) were studied using unrestricted density functional theory. The model systems were designed with series of oxoverdazyl radicals (o-Ver(N) and o-Ver(C)) linked through a benzene coupler. They were divided according to either connectivity of the radical (C or N) or geometrical topology (meta- and para-) of benzene coupler. Reasonable relationship was found between spin density distribution and sign of J value. With our results we determined ferromagnetic (positive J value) and antiferromagnetic (negative J value) interactions. J values were also calculated along the twisting movement by the scan of dihedral angles between the radical and the coupler. An overall trend was found as absolute value of J decreased over increasing torsion angles.

본 논문의 수중로봇 도미(Domi) ver1.0는 관상어용 물고기 로봇 개발을 목표로 연구 개발되었다. 물고기 로봇은 머리, 1단, 2단 몸체와 꼬리부분과 2개의 구동 관절로 구성되어 있다. 물고기 로봇의 추력에 적합한 구동부 선정을 위하여 물고기 로봇 모델링과 유영 해석을 통하여 관절 구동부가 설계되었다. 또한 물고기 로봇의 유영알고리즘은 Lighthill 운동학 해석을 기초로 생체 모방의 유영 근사화 방법을 적용하였다. 설계된 물고기는 수동유영 및 자율운영모드로 동작된다. 수동유영모드는 RF 송수신에 의하여 구현된다. 본 설계된 물고기로봇 도미 ver1.0은 수중 현장시험 평가을 통하여 추력, 내구성, 방수성 등의 성능이 우수함을 확인하였다.

지난해 11월 11~12일에 하천협회의 지원을 받아 일본 동경에서 개최된 아시아하천복원네트워크(Asia River Restoration Network, ARRN)에 참석하였다. ARRN은 아시아지역에서의 하천복원에 관한 정보와 기술교환 그리고 몬순지역의 유역특성에 적합한 복원가이드라인을 마련하기 위해 2006년 10월 한국, 중국, 일본이 주축이 되어 만든 비정부기구로서 매년 기구의 운영에 관한 회의와 국제포럼을 개최하고 있다(하천과 문화 2011년 Vol.7 No.2 참조). 우리나라에서도 2009년, 2010년도에 동 회의를 개최한 적이 있으며, 지금까지 일본에서 3회, 중국에서 한번을 개최하여 정보교환과 가이드라인 제작을 위한 많은 협의를 거쳐 작년도에 한 중 일 하천복원사례(ver.1)와 복원가이드라인(ver.1)을 제작하였으며 계속 보완 중에 있다. 이러한 ARRN의 활동은 주로 Web Site를 통해 이루어지고 있으며 ARRN은 물론 JRRN(일본), CRRN(중국)도 자체 홈페이지를 운영하고 있다. 그동안 우리나라만 자체 홈페이지조차 없어 다소 궁색하였으나 지난 10월말에 겨우 만들어 그나마 모양새를 갖추게 되었다(www.krrn.net). 본 고에서는 이번 회의참석결과를 여러 회원님들께 보고함과 동시에 앞으로 KRRN의 향후 발전을 위한 많은 협조를 구하고자 한다.
