  • The purpose of this study is to see possibility of Char2Vec as alternative of Word2Vec that most famous word embedding model in Sentence Similarity Measure Problem by Deep-Learning. In experiment, we used the Siamese Ma-LSTM recurrent neural network architecture for measure similarity two random sentences. Siamese Ma-LSTM model was implemented with tensorflow. We train each model with 200 epoch on gpu environment and it took about 20 hours. Then we compared Word2Vec based model training result with Char2Vec based model training result. as a result, model of based with Char2Vec that initialized random weight record 75.1% validation dataset accuracy and model of based with Word2Vec that pretrained with 3 million words and phrase record 71.6% validation dataset accuracy. so Char2Vec is suitable alternate of Word2Vec to optimize high system memory requirements problem.

  • In this paper, we propose a novel approach to improve the performance of the Convolutional Neural Network(CNN) word embedding model on top of word2vec with the result of performing like doc2vec in conducting a document classification task. The Word Piece Model(WPM) is empirically proven to outperform other tokenization methods such as the phrase unit, a part-of-speech tagger with substantial experimental evidence (classification rate: 79.5%). Further, we conducted an experiment to classify ten categories of news articles written in Korean by feeding words and document vectors generated by an application of WPM to the baseline and the proposed model. From the results of the experiment, we report the model we proposed showed a higher classification rate (89.88%) than its counterpart model (86.89%), achieving a 22.80% improvement. Throughout this research, it is demonstrated that applying doc2vec in the document classification task yields more effective results because doc2vec generates similar document vector representation for documents belonging to the same category.

  • Illegal gambling through online gambling sites has become a significant social problem. The development of Internet technology and the spread of smartphones have led to the proliferation of illegal gambling sites, so now illegal online gambling has become accessible to anyone. In order to mitigate its negative effect, the Korean government is trying to detect illegal gambling sites by using self-monitoring agents or reporting systems such as 'Nuricops.' However, it is difficult to detect all illegal sites due to limitations such as a lack of staffing. Accordingly, several scholars have proposed intelligent illegal gambling site detection techniques. Xu et al. (2019) found that fake or illegal websites generally have unique features in the HTML tag structure. It implies that the HTML tag structure can be important for detecting illegal sites. However, prior studies to improve the model's performance by utilizing the HTML tag structure in the illegal site detection model are rare. Against this background, our study aimed to improve the model's performance by utilizing the HTML tag structure and proposes Tag2Vec, a modified version of Doc2Vec, as a methodology to vectorize the HTML tag structure properly. To validate the proposed model, we perform the empirical analysis using a data set consisting of the list of harmful sites from 'The Cheat' and normal sites through Google search. As a result, it was confirmed that the Tag2Vec-based detection model proposed in this study showed better classification accuracy, recall, and F1_Score than the URL-based detection model-a comparative model. The proposed model of this study is expected to be effectively utilized to improve the health of our society through intelligent technology.

  • The node embedding technique for learning graph representation plays an important role in obtaining good quality results in graph mining. Until now, representative node embedding techniques have been studied for homogeneous graphs, and thus it is difficult to learn knowledge graphs with unique meanings for each edge. To resolve this problem, the conventional Triple2Vec technique builds an embedding model by learning a triple graph having a node pair and an edge of the knowledge graph as one node. However, the Triple2 Vec embedding model has limitations in improving performance because it calculates the relationship between triple nodes as a simple measure. Therefore, this paper proposes a feature extraction technique based on a graph convolutional neural network to improve the Triple2Vec embedding model. The proposed method extracts the neighborliness vector of the triple graph and learns the relationship between neighboring nodes for each node in the triple graph. We proves that the embedding model applying the proposed method is superior to the existing Triple2Vec model through category classification experiments using DBLP, DBpedia, and IMDB datasets.

  • One of the most commonly used methods of web recommendation techniques is collaborative filtering. Many studies on collaborative filtering have suggested ways to improve accuracy. This study proposes a method of movie recommendation using Word2Vec and an ensemble convolutional neural networks. First, in the user, movie, and rating information, construct the user sentences and movie sentences. It inputs user sentences and movie sentences into Word2Vec to obtain user vectors and movie vectors. User vectors are entered into user convolution model and movie vectors are input to movie convolution model. The user and the movie convolution models are linked to a fully connected neural network model. Finally, the output layer of the fully connected neural network outputs forecasts of user movie ratings. Experimentation results showed that the accuracy of the technique proposed in this study accuracy of conventional collaborative filtering techniques was improved compared to those of conventional collaborative filtering technique and the technique using Word2Vec and deep neural networks proposed in a similar study.

  • In this paper, we propose a collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm based on the LDA2Vec topic model. By extracting and analyzing the article's content, calculate their semantic similarity then combine the traditional collaborative filtering algorithm to recommend. This approach may promote the system's recommend accuracy.

  • With the recent development of deep learning technology, the areas of recommendation systems have also diversified. This paper studied algorithms to improve the learning rate and studied the significance results according to words through comparison with the performance characteristics of the Word2Vec model. The problem recommendation algorithm was implemented with the values expressed through the reflection of meaning and similarity test between texts, which are characteristics of the Word2Vec model. Through Word2Vec's learning results, problem recommendations were conducted using text similarity values, and problems with high similarity can be recommended. In the experimental process, it was seen that the accuracy decreased with the quantitative amount of data, and it was confirmed that the larger the amount of data in the data set, the higher the accuracy.

  • Job seekers are making various efforts to find a good company and companies attempt to recruit good people. Job search activities through self-introduction essay are nowadays one of the most active processes. Companies spend time and cost to reviewing all of the numerous self-introduction essays of job seekers. Job seekers are also worried about the possibility of acceptance of their self-introduction essays by companies. This research builds a classification model and conducted an experiments to classify self-introduction essays into pass or fail using deep learning and decision tree techniques. Real world data were classified using stratified sampling to alleviate the data imbalance problem between passed self-introduction essays and failed essays. Documents were embedded using Doc2Vec method developed from existing Word2Vec, and they were classified using logistic regression analysis. The decision tree model was chosen as a benchmark model, and K-fold cross-validation was conducted for the performance evaluation. As a result of several experiments, the area under curve (AUC) value of PV-DM results better than that of other models of Doc2Vec, i.e., PV-DBOW and Concatenate. Furthmore PV-DM classifies passed essays as well as failed essays, while PV_DBOW can not classify passed essays even though it classifies well failed essays. In addition, the classification performance of the logistic regression model embedded using the PV-DM model is better than the decision tree-based classification model. The implication of the experimental results is that company can reduce the cost of recruiting good d job seekers. In addition, our suggested model can help job candidates for pre-evaluating their self-introduction essays.
