In this study, the effects of the type and content of silica on the mechanical and tear properties of chloroprene rubber (CR), which is mainly used as a jacket material for mining cables, were studied. The crosslinking density (ΔM) and reinforcing factor (α_f) defined using cure characteristics increased with increasing silica content, whereas the cure rate decreased. The hardness, tensile strength, and modulus of the CR compounds increased depending on the silica content and structural development. The reinforcing behavior of the silica-filled CR compounds according to the silica type and content showed the best fit with the Thomas equation of the predictive model. Tear strength was evaluated using two standard test methods, ASTM D470 and DIN VDE 0472-613, and the results were compared. The tear strength increased as the silica content increased, regardless of the test method, and the different tear strengths obtained by the two standard test methods showed a linear relationship with each other, indicating a high correlation.

We consider some dependability management systems(IEC300, NASA AHB5300.1 and DIN VDE 0801) with reference on IEC300. Part I of IEC300(IEC300-1) covers the essential features of a comprehensive dependability programme for the planning, organization, direction, and control of resources to produce products which will be reliable and maintainable. We consider the contents of IEC300-1； scope, normative references, definitions, management responsibilities, product or project independent programme elements and project specific programme elements.

In this paper, Electrocardiography principles and design philosophy are discussed. 1-channel portable automatic ECG amplifier, GSM 110A has high reliability, performance and safety. It reveals that GSM 110A satisfies the IEC, VDE standards. Clinical tests are performed and proved its performance and ease of use.

대다수의 엔지니어는 전기설비의 설계, 감리 및 유지관리업무에 종사하면서 계통의 고장전류 계산을 소홀히 다루어 왔던 것이 현실이다. 이에 따라 계통구성이 잘못되었거나 MOF 등의 기기강도 부족, 차단기의 차단용량 부족에 따른 폭발사고, 보호계전기 정정 잘못에 따른 소손 및 정전 범위 확대 등의 많은 문제점을 노출시키고 있다. 고장전류 계산 방법은 ANSI/IEEE, IEC, VDE 등 각 국가 및 단체에 따라 다소 차이가 있고 임피던스 계산을 위한 제 정수 선정이 까다로워 고장전류를 정확히 계산하는 것은 어렵지만 이를 간단히 하여 현장 실무에 바로 적용할 수 있도록 하였다.

In electric railway system, potential of rail has been risen, for return-current flows through rail. The magnitude of rising voltage is different to railway feed system, ground admittance of rail and the load current. If rising voltage of rail is large, electric shock can be occurred to passengers and maintenance- worker, In this paper, we estimate the rising voltage of rail in high speed railway system and check the safety to human beings.

디지탈 기기를 포함한 일반적인 전기전자기기로 부터 발생하는 방해전자파는, 낮은 주파수 대역(MF, HF 대역)에서는 전원성 등의 도선을 따라서 전달(전도성 방해파)되고, 높은 주파수 대역(VHF, UHF 대역)에서는 직접 공간에 방사(방사성 방해파)된다. 이러한 전도성 및 방사성 방해파의 측정은 IEC, CISPR, FCC, VDE 등의 규격이 정하고 있는 규정에 따라서 실시된다. 이들 규격은 방해파 측정법을 규정하고 있을 뿐만 아니라, 재현성이 좋은 측정을 실현시키기 위해 측정용 시설에 대해서도 자세하게 규정하고 있다. 방사성 방해파의 측정에 사용하는 측정시설로서는, 기본적으로 야외시험장(Open Area Test Site, OATS)을 사용하도록 규정하고 있는데, 측정치의 상호연관성을 위해서는 규약에 정해진 적합성이 평 가되고 확인되어 있어야만 한다. 여기서는 방사성 방해파 측정용 시설중에서 가장 기본적이고도 중요한 야외시험장의 적합성 평가 파 라미터 - 두 지점간의 전송손실, 이를 시험장감쇠량 이라함 - 에 대하여 기술하기로 한다.

To promote fuzzy logic in industrial applications, the German Association of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers(VDI/VDE) established the work group UA451, focusing on "Fuzzy Logic and Fuzzy Control" in 1991. The group focuses on two activities: providing information platforms for designers to exchange project experiences and fuzzy logic standardization. This article presents some of the intermediate results of the standardization activities and discusses future standards for fuzzy logic systems.

한국항공우주연구원에서는 2010년부터 달착륙선 지상 시험모델 개발을 진행하고 있으며 2012년 하반기에 추력 시험을 비롯한 전반적인 전장계 및 소프트웨어계 통합 시험을 계획하고 있다. 본 통합 시험은 탑재 컴퓨터와 VDE를 비롯한 전자 장비가 올바르게 동작하고 있는지 확인하고 소프트웨어가 이들을 잘 제어하고 있는지에 대한 시험 및 하이드라진 추력 시스템에서 본체로부터 명령을 잘 전송받아 적절한 추력을 발생시키고 있는지에 대한 시험 2가지로 크게 구분된다. 통합시험을 통해서 통신 시험용 도구(LECT, Lunar Explorer Communication Tool)에 대한 성능 검증도 같이 수행될 예정이다. 소프트웨어계에 대해서는 각 소프트웨어 모듈에 대한 단위 시험 및 통신 시험용 도구와 연결될 상태에서 통합 성능 시험이 수행될 예정이다. 통합 시험을 앞두고 전장계 및 소프트웨어계의 최종 성능 점검을 위해서 데이터 획득 시스템을 구성하여 입력 및 출력을 모든 채널에 대해서 관찰함으로 다양한 운용 시나리오 하에서 예측된 결과를 보이는지 확인할 예정이며 본 논문에서는 상기 최종 점검 환경에 대한 개념 및 규격, 그리고 제작, 운용 및 시험에 대한 내용을 기술한다.

자율운항선박, 무인선과 같이 전통적 선박 형태에 자율성이 부여되는 형태로의 발전과 함께 드론, 비행체 같은 비행 형태까지 포함하는 해상 모빌리티는 기존 통신 체계 대비 실시간성 향상 및 대용량 데이터 교환이 요구되는 새로운 해상 안전 운항 체계가 수반되어야 한다. 초고속해상무선통신망(LTE-Maritime) 송수신기를 장착한 국내 선박의 경우, LTE급의 통신 서비스를 연안 최대 100km까지 받을 수 있지만, 국제 항해를 하는 국적선과 외국적 선박을 포함하는 해상 모빌리티 안전 운항 체계 구축을 위해서는 VDES(VHF Data Exchange System)와 같은 국제협약에서 인정하고 해상이동서비스(Maritime Mobile Service)에 속하면서 기존보다 빠른 통신망의 보급이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 향후 해상 모빌리티 구현을 위해 필요한 해상무선통신망의 하나로 VDES의 필요성에 주목하여 그간의 개발 현황으로부터 향후 VDES 서비스 도입 및 활용방안에 관해 논한다.

Drought is a natural phenomena caused by long time lack of precipitation causing varying damages in several regions which increases yearly. Specifically, in 1994$\sim$1995 and 2001 severe drought occurred in almost every region of Korea. Small and medium sized water supply reservoirs exposed their bottoms and also raised considerable economic losses. In spite of this fact, damages and impacts from the drought can still be minimized by well defined drought management plans with optimal management of water supply facilities. Throughout this research, integrated drought information system is proposed to used in monitoring the drought of Korea in real time. And the expert system for the management of water supply facilities has developed using Shared Vision Model (SVM) to enable the Virtual Drought Exercise (VDE). To find a better way to manage water during drought and to develop the enhanced abilities to respond to drought, virtual drought exercise is the most effective approach and process. The proposed process of virtual drought exercise using integrated drought information system can be used as an effective tool to prepare the optimal water supply plans during the drought.
