  • Although the goals of HL7 Version 2(V2) and Version 3(V3) are identical, the concepts of the implementation and technological basis are different; this makes their versions inconvertible. This problem interrupts technological innovation advanced from V2 to V3 and has been raised as a new type of barrier in the field of medical information system. This study intends to develop software to convert V2 to V3 which can be utilized in the actual medical environment. Since it is practically difficult to develop the whole tools that automatically change total V2 messages into V3 messages, this article has designed, implemented, and tested the software that allows mapping between V2 and V3 which function as tools. In order to test this program, it has used ADT^A03 of five V2 messages to generate V3 messages. It is expected that the result of this research will be one of the new methods allowing conversion between V2 and V3.

V2V 통신을 이용한 상대 차량 상태 추정 알고리즘 개발 (Development of Target Vehicle State Estimation Algorithm Using V2V Communication)

  • This paper describes the development of a target vehicle state estimation algorithm using vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) communication. Perceiving the state of the target vehicle has great importance for successful autonomous driving and has been studied using various sensors and methods for many years. V2V communication has advantage of not being constrained by surrounding circumstances relative to other sensors. In this paper, we adopt the V2V signal for estimating the target vehicle state. Since applying only the V2V signal is improper by its low frequency and latency, the signal is used as additional measured data to improve the estimation accuracy. We estimate the target vehicle state using Extended Kalman filter (EKF); a point mass model was utilized in process update to predict the state of next step. The process update is followed by measurement update when ego vehicle receives V2V information. The proposed study evaluated state estimation by comparing input V2V information in an experiment where the ego vehicle follows the target vehicle behind it.

소백산 천문대 CCD 측광계의 BVRI 표준화 (BVRI Standardization of the CCD Photometric System of Sobaeksan Optical Astronomy Observatory)

  • 소백산 천문대의 61cm 망원경에 부착된 bvri CCD 측광 시스템으로 근접쌍성 V523 Cas를 2003년 1월에 4일 밤을 관측하여 792점의 CCD 영상을 얻었다. 이 영상 내에 있는 17개의 BVRI 표준성을 이용하여 소백산 천문대의 bvri 측광계와 Johnson-Cousins의 BVRI 측광계 사이의 변환 관계를 V=v-0.0689(B-V)+0.0063, B-V=1.3197(b-v)-0.1733, V-R=0.9210(v-r)-0.1309, R-I=0.8892(r-i)-0.1055와 같이 구하였다. 이 식을 이용하여 근접쌍성 V523 Cas 근처에 있는 57개 별들의 표준 V등급과 색지수(B-V, V-R, R-I)를 결정하였다.

  • V2X 환경은 C-ITS 분야에서도 최신 기술을 토대로 활발한 연구가 진행되고 있는 분야이다. 이런 최신 기술을 평가하기 위해 통신가능범위와 V2X 차량의 시장 점유율이 사용되고 있다. 본 연구는 적절한 파라미터와 V2X 차량 속도 전달 알고리즘을 적용한 미시적 교통시뮬레이션 VISSIM을 사용해 V2X 환경에서의 통신가능 범위와 V2X 차량의 시장점유율이 교통류의 흐름에 어떤 영향을 끼치는지 분석하였다. 연구 결과, V2X 환경은 차량의 교통량에 의한 혼잡을 줄여주는데 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 하지만, 도로 용량에 근접한 혼잡상황일 시에는 V2X 환경 역시 도로 상태를 개선할 수 없었다. 또한 통신가능 범위가 길수록 효율적인 것은 아니라는 것과 낮은 시장점유율을 가지고도 V2X환경의 효과를 볼 수 있음이 밝혀졌다. 본 논문은 V2X 환경을 더 효율적으로 평가할 수 있게 만드는 하나의 기반이 될 것이다.

  • 본 논문에서는 Safety-critical 소프트웨어를 위한 V'||'&'||'V 지침서(guideline) 개발 방법론을 제시한다. 즉, 기존의 산업계 표준인 IEEE Std-1012, IEEE Std-1059에서 논의되고 있는 개념을 근간으로 "독립성(independence)", "소프트웨어 안전성 분석(software safety analysis)", "COTS 평가(evaluation) 기준", "다른 보증(assurance) 조직들간의 관련성(relationship)" 등의 필수 안전 항목들을 추가하여 원전 안전성 시스템(NPP safety system)을 위한 V'||'&'||'V 지침서 개발 방법론을 제시하였다 제시된 방법론에는 V'||'&'||'V 지침서의 범위(scope), 승인기준(acceptance criteria) 부분인 지침서 프레임(guideline framework), V'||'&'||'V activities 및 methods 부분인 타스크(task) entrance 및 exit 기준(criteria), 리뷰 및 감사(review and audit), 테스팅 그리고 V'||'&'||'V material의 QA 레코드(records) 및 형상관리, 소프트웨어 검증 및 확인 계획서(Software Verification and Validation Plan : SVVP) 생성 등의 내용을 기술하고, Safety-critical 소프트웨어 V'||'&'||'V 방법론도 함께 제시하였다.

The Software Verification and Validation Tasks for a Safety Critical System in Nuclear Power Plants

  • This paper introduces the software life-cycle V&V (verification and validation) tasks for the KNICS (Korea nuclear instrumentation and control system) project. The objectives of the V&V tasks are mainly to develop a programmable logic controller (PLC) for safety critical instrumentation and control (I&C) systems, and then to apply the PLC to developing the prototype of an engineered safety features-component control system (ESF-CCS) in nuclear power plants. As preparative works for the software V&V, various kinds of software plans and V&V task procedures have been developed according to the software life-cycle management. A number of software V&V tools have been adopted or developed to efficiently support the V&V tasks. The V&V techniques employed in this work include a checklist-based review and inspection, a requirement traceability analysis, formal verification, and life-cycle based software testing.

저탄소.저합금강의 Ti-Nb-V 복합 탄질화물 형성 및 기계적 특성에 미치는 V 첨가의 효과 (Effects of V on the Formation of Ti-Nb-V Cabonitrides and Mechanical Properties in Low Carbon HSLA Steels)

  • Effects of V on both the formation of Ti-Nb-V carbonitrides and mechanical properties of Ti-Nb bearing low carbon HSLA steels were investigated. Hot rolling process was simulated by using Gleeble 3500 system with the steels containing three different levels of V ($0{\sim}0.1wt.%$). Vanadium precipitated as Ti-Nb-V carbonitrides at austenite region but it did not precipitate as VC during austenite to acicular ferrite or bainitic ferrite phase transformation. As V content increased, the amount of Nb precipitates was decreased but the average size of Ti-Nb-V carbonitrides was increased due to larger diffusivity of V than that of Nb. Coarsened Ti-Nb-V carbonitrides could act as heterogeneous nucleation site during ${\gamma}{\rightarrow}{\alpha}$ phase transformation, thus, acicular ferrite transformation was promoted as V content increased, resulting in increase of upper shelf energy.

V2V 기본 안전 메시지 데이터의 유효성 검증 (Validation of Data Availability in V2V Basic Safety Message)

  • In recent days, crash safety system based on vehicle-to-vehicle communication (V2V) has been legislated. This V2V based safety system collects information from nearby vehicles to predict any crash possibility. Thus, it requires accurate and reliable data. Regularly updated features of Basic Safety Message(BSM) will be used to test validity of various elements included in the BSM. Then, the focus was made on whether values of these elements had notable differences compared to previous values. Through this paper, the validation tool was implemented and the result from V2V OBU experiment was used to identify problems in the current model and additional features that need to be implemented in V2V OBU for more accurate BSM.

  • 안정적인 전력계통 운영을 위한 공급전압별 유지기준의 설정은 대단히 중요하다. 유지기준은 현재 정부고시로 제정 운영되고 있다. 우리나라의 공급전압은 345kV-154kV-22.9kV 및 380V-220V-110V로 구성되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 전기품질 유지관리에 영향을 주는 계통전압 중, 154kV를 중심으로 수요분석을 통해 유지기준이 적정한지를 살펴보고 이를 토대로 현재의 전력계통 수요에 적합한 유지기준을 고찰해 보고자 한다.
