컨설턴트 역량이 컨설팅 성과, 활용도 및 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effects of the Competence of Consultant on the Consulting performance, Utilization and repurchase intention)

  • 본 연구는 컨설턴트의 역량이 컨설팅 성과에 미치는 영향 그리고 컨설팅 성과가 컨설팅 활용도와 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향 관계 및 컨설팅 참여기업의 컨설팅에 대한 이해도와 참여도가 컨설팅 성과가 컨설팅 활용도와 재구매 의도에 미치는 조절효과를 분석하기 위하여, 기술보증기금으로부터 기술·경영컨설팅 지원을 받은 154개 중소기업으로부터 회수되어진 103개 설문지를 활용하여 분석하였다. 컨설턴트의 능력, 지식, 태도부분으로 구분된 컨설턴트 역량 중에서 지식 부문(β=.377, p<.001)과 태도 부문(β=.461, p<.001)이 컨설팅 성과에 유의한 정(+)의 상관관계(R2=.623)가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 컨설팅 성과는 컨설팅 활용도 및 재구매 의도(β=.817, p<.001)에 정(+)의 상관관계(R2=.668)를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 수진기업의 컨설팅 이해도는 컨설팅 성과가 컨설팅 활용도에 미치는 영향을 조절하지 못하였으나, 컨설팅 참여도는 컨설팅 성과가 컨설팅 활용도에 미치는 영향을 조절하는 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

A SURVEY ON THE UTILIZATION OF AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY

  • This study was carried out in order to find out an effective machinery utilization strategy by conducting a survey on utilization and maintenance of agricultural machinery. The survey showed that the no. of utilization hours for power tiller in a year was 190.2hrs, 208.6hrs for tractor, 59.1hrs for rice transplanter, 74.0 hrs for combine, 44.6 cultivator and 254.4hrs for 4.4hrs for grain dryer. The period covered the time the machine was until it became unserviceable. The results are as follows: 10.0yrs for power tiller, 7.5yrs for tractor, 7.4yrs for rice transplanter and 5.4yrs for combine. This indicate that the actual period of use for power tiller and rice transplanter was longer than the expected period of duration years so there is a need for adjustment. The factors considered by the farmers for purchasing agricultural machine were: farm size(32%), machine operation (26.0%), performance(l4.0%) and post or after sales service(12.6%), according to the survey. It showed that repair cost rate in a year was classified into major agricultural machine; 4.8% for combine; 3.9% for tractor; 3.5% for rice transplanter; 2.0% for power tiller; 1.6% for grain dryer; and 1.2% for cultivator. The reasons for poor maintenance were insufficient after sales service(25%) and difficulty in buying parts(75%) because of the unavailability of parts in local shops(55%), imported models(30%) and outmoded model(15%).

Orientation and thickness dependence of magnetic levitation force and trapped magnetic field of single grain YBa2Cu3O7-y bulk superconductors

  • The effects of the crystallographic orientation and sample thickness on the magnetic levitation forces (F) and trapped magnetic field (B) of single grain YBCO bulk superconductors were examined. Single grain YBCO samples with a (001), (110) or (100) surface were used as the test samples. The samples used for the force-distance (F-d) measurement were cooled at 77 K without a magnetic field (zero field cooling, ZFC), whereas the samples used for the B measurement were cooled under the external magnetic field of a Nd-B-Fe permanent magnet (field cooling, FC). It was found that F and B of the (001) surface were higher than those of the (110) or (100) surface, which is attributed to the higher critical current density ($J_c$) of the (001) surface. For the (001) samples with t=5-18 mm, the maximum magnetic levitation forces ($F_{max}s$) of the ZFC samples were larger than 40 N. About 80% of the applied magnetic field was trapped in the FC samples. However, the F and B decreased rapidly as t decreased below 5 mm. There exists a critical sample thickness (t=5 mm for the experimental condition of this study) for maintaining the large levitation/trapping properties, which is dependent on the material properties and magnitude of the external magnetic fields.

Computer Aided Innovation 역량이 연구개발역량에 미치는 효과: 국내 중소기업을 대상으로 (The Effects of the Computer Aided Innovation Capabilities on the R&D Capabilities: Focusing on the SMEs of Korea)

  • This study analyzes the effect of Computer Aided Innovation (CAI) to improve R&D Capabilities empirically. Survey was distributed by e-mail and Google Docs, targeting CTO of 235 SMEs. 142 surveys were returned back (rate of return 60.4%) from companies. Survey results from 119 companies (83.8%) which are effective samples except no-response, insincere response, estimated value, etc. were used for statistics analysis. Companies with less than 50billion KRW sales of entire researched companies occupy 76.5% in terms of sample traits. Companies with less than 300 employees occupy 83.2%. In terms of the type of company business Partners (called 'partners with big companies' hereunder) who work with big companies for business occupy 68.1%. SMEs based on their own business (called 'independent small companies') appear to occupy 31.9%. The present status of holding IT system according to traits of company business was classified into partners with big companies versus independent SMEs. The present status of ERP is 18.5% to 34.5%. QMS is 11.8% to 9.2%. And PLM (Product Life-cycle Management) is 6.7% to 2.5%. The holding of 3D CAD is 47.1% to 21%. IT system-holding and its application of independent SMEs seemed very vulnerable, compared with partner companies of big companies. This study is comprised of IT infra and IT Utilization as CAI capacity factors which are independent variables. factors of R&D capabilities which are independent variables are organization capability, process capability, HR capability, technology-accumulating capability, and internal/external collaboration capability. The highest average value of variables was 4.24 in organization capability 2. The lowest average value was 3.01 in IT infra which makes users access to data and information in other areas and use them with ease when required during new product development. It seems that the inferior environment of IT infra of general SMEs is reflected in CAI itself. In order to review the validity used to measure variables, Factors have been analyzed. 7 factors which have over 1.0 pure value of their dependent and independent variables were extracted. These factors appear to explain 71.167% in total of total variances. From the result of factor analysis about measurable variables in this study, reliability of each item was checked by Cronbach's Alpha coefficient. All measurable factors at least over 0.611 seemed to acquire reliability. Next, correlation has been done to explain certain phenomenon by correlation analysis between variables. As R&D capabilities factors which are arranged as dependent variables, organization capability, process capability, HR capability, technology-accumulating capability, and internal/external collaboration capability turned out that they acquire significant correlation at 99% reliability level in all variables of IT infra and IT Utilization which are independent variables. In addition, correlation coefficient between each factor is less than 0.8, which proves that the validity of this study judgement has been acquired. The pair with the highest coefficient had 0.628 for IT utilization and technology-accumulating capability. Regression model which can estimate independent variables was used in this study under the hypothesis that there is linear relation between independent variables and dependent variables so as to identify CAI capability's impact factors on R&D. The total explanations of IT infra among CAI capability for independent variables such as organization capability, process capability, human resources capability, technology-accumulating capability, and collaboration capability are 10.3%, 7%, 11.9%, 30.9%, and 10.5% respectively. IT Utilization exposes comprehensively low explanatory capability with 12.4%, 5.9%, 11.1%, 38.9%, and 13.4% for organization capability, process capability, human resources capability, technology-accumulating capability, and collaboration capability respectively. However, both factors of independent variables expose very high explanatory capability relatively for technology-accumulating capability among independent variable. Regression formula which is comprised of independent variables and dependent variables are all significant (P<0.005). The suitability of regression model seems high. When the results of test for dependent variables and independent variables are estimated, the hypothesis of 10 different factors appeared all significant in regression analysis model coefficient (P<0.01) which is estimated to affect in the hypothesis. As a result of liner regression analysis between two independent variables drawn by influence factor analysis for R&D capability and R&D capability. IT infra and IT Utilization which are CAI capability factors has positive correlation to organization capability, process capability, human resources capability, technology-accumulating capability, and collaboration capability with inside and outside which are dependent variables, R&D capability factors. It was identified as a significant factor which affects R&D capability. However, considering adjustable variables, a big gap is found, compared to entire company. First of all, in case of partner companies with big companies, in IT infra as CAI capability, organization capability, process capability, human resources capability, and technology capability out of R&D capacities seems to have positive correlation. However, collaboration capability appeared insignificance. IT utilization which is a CAI capability factor seemed to have positive relation to organization capability, process capability, human resources capability, and internal/external collaboration capability just as those of entire companies. Next, by analyzing independent types of SMEs as an adjustable variable, very different results were found from those of entire companies or partner companies with big companies. First of all, all factors in IT infra except technology-accumulating capability were rejected. IT utilization was rejected except technology-accumulating capability and collaboration capability. Comprehending the above adjustable variables, the following results were drawn in this study. First, in case of big companies or partner companies with big companies, IT infra and IT utilization affect improving R&D Capabilities positively. It was because most of big companies encourage innovation by using IT utilization and IT infra building over certain level to their partner companies. Second, in all companies, IT infra and IT utilization as CAI capability affect improving technology-accumulating capability positively at least as R&D capability factor. The most of factor explanation is low at around 10%. However, technology-accumulating capability is rather high around 25.6% to 38.4%. It was found that CAI capability contributes to technology-accumulating capability highly. Companies shouldn't consider IT infra and IT utilization as a simple product developing tool in R&D section. However, they have to consider to use them as a management innovating strategy tool which proceeds entire-company management innovation centered in new product development. Not only the improvement of technology-accumulating capability in department of R&D. Centered in new product development, it has to be used as original management innovative strategy which proceeds entire company management innovation. It suggests that it can be a method to improve technology-accumulating capability in R&D section and Dynamic capability to acquire sustainable competitive advantage.

외부 자원 활용 전략과 흡수능력이 중소기업 성과에 미치는 영향: 전자부품, 통신 장비 업체를 대상으로 (The Impact of External Resources Utilization Strategies and Absorptive Capability on the Korean Small and Medium-sized Enterprises' Performance: For Electronic Components and Telecommunications Equipment Manufacturers)

  • 본 연구는 2005년과 2007년에 시행한 중소기업기술통계조사에 모두 응한 중소기업 중 전자부품, 영상, 음향, 통신 장비 업체(KSIC 32) 142개사를 대상으로 외부 자원 활용과 흡수능력이 2년 후 경영성과와 혁신성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지, 또한 흡수능력이 이들 관계를 어떻게 조절하는지를 실증 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 공동기술개발 여부와 정부지원액으로 측정한 외부 자원 활용은 성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았고, 매출액에 대해서만 R&D투자비는 정(+)의, R&D인력비는 부(-)의 영향을 끼쳤다. 그리고 흡수능력의 조절효과는 측정방식과 독립변수에 따라 다르게 나타났다. 즉, 공동기술개발을 수행할 때의 성과는 R&D투자비가 증가할수록 향상했지만, R&D인력비는 반대로 작용했다. 그리고 정부의 자금지원이 늘어날수록 성과가 향상하는 기업은 R&D투자비가 낮거나 R&D인력비가 높은 기업이었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 중소기업의 외부 자원 활용이 내부 역량을 대체하지 못하며 오히려 흡수능력을 축적하여 외부 자원 활용의 효과를 극대화 할 필요가 있음을 보여준다. 또한, 공동기술개발을 수행할 때에는 중소기업의 적극적인 R&D투자가 필요하며 정부의 자금지원은 R&D인력을 보유하고 있으나 자금을 확보하지 못해 독자적인 기술개발이 어려운 기업에 더욱 효과적이다. 본 연구는 제한된 산업과 표본에서 이루어진 한계가 있지만, 종단적 자료를 통해 인과관계를 규명함으로써 기존 연구들의 한계를 극복하였다.

공공데이터 활용에 미치는 영향 요인에 관한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on the Influencing Factor on Utilization of Public Data)

  • The purpose of this study is empirically to identify what factors affect the utilization of public data on the perspective of users. This study proposes four crucial factors including understandability, processing-convenience, linkage, and timeliness from the previous studies. As a result, understandability and linkage factors have significant impact on the utilization of public data and no different impact depending on the industry classification. The implication of this study is that it is important to provide sufficient information so that open data users can understand easily what kind of data it is, and to facilitate the linkage of open data with other data in order to activate the utilization of public data.

Development of a National Research Data Platform for Sharing and Utilizing Research Data

  • Research data means data used or created in the course of research or experiments. Research data is very important for validation of research conducted and for use in future research and projects. Recently, convergence research between various fields and international cooperation has been continuously done due to the explosive increase of research data and the increase in the complexity of science and technology. Developed countries are actively promoting open science policies that share research results and processes to create new knowledge and values through convergence research. Communities to promote the sharing and utilization of research data such as RDA (Research Data Alliance) and COAR (Confederation of Open Access Repositories) are active, and various platforms for managing and sharing research data are being developed and used. OpenAIRE (Open Access Infrastructure for Research In Europe), a research data platform in Europe, ARDC (Australian Research Data Commons) in Australia, and IRDB (Institutional Repositories DataBase) in Japan provide research data or research data related services. Korea has been establishing and implementing a research data sharing and utilization strategy to promote the sharing and utilization of research data at the national level, led by the central government. Based on this strategy, KISTI has been building a Korean research data platform (DataON) since 2018, and has been providing research data sharing and utilization services to users since January 2020. This paper reviews the characteristics of DataON and how it is used for research by showing its applications.

기업의 소셜미디어 활용방안에 대한 연구 : 트위터를 중심으로 (A Study on the Effective Utilization of Social Media in Organizations : A Focus on Twitter)

  • As the number of smart phone users increases, many organizations begin to adopt social media rapidly to diversify communication channels with customers. Specifically, twitter, which supports instant and two-way communications between users and between organizations and users, has been adopted by many organizations as an efficient way not only to identify new customers but also to retain existing customers. However, little attention has been given to the issue on how organizations can effectively use twitter to improve customer satisfaction. To explore the issue, this study proposes two major dimensions, customer participation and organization resource utilization, which should be considered in building a utilization strategy for twitter in organizations. We then develop four different combinations along with these dimensions-follow, mention, retweet, and review types. Based on case studies of 27 organizations that use twitter, we evaluate the degrees of customer participation, resource utilization, and customer satisfaction, and examine matching or mismatching of the adoption purpose of twitter and its actual utilization. The study results reveal that organizations in the matching group show higher customer satisfaction that those in the mismatching group. This study sheds new light on twitter research by developing a new conceptual framework and using a case study approach to explore the relationship between the utilization strategy of twitter and customer satisfaction.

치안분야의 정보통신기술 활용방안 연구 - 빅데이터기반 치안수요분석과 대응체계를 중심으로 - (Information and Communications Technology in the Field of Public Security: Crime Prevention and Response System)

  • 급격한 정보통신기술의 발달은 경찰에게 새로운 도전이자 기회가 되고 있다. 이 연구는 국내외 치안분야의 ICT기술 활용사례를 검토하고, 그 시사점을 확인하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 정보통신기술 활용에 관한 경찰활동의 근거이론으로 정보주도 경찰활동(intelligence-led policing), 예측적 경찰활동(predictive policing), 증거기반 경찰활동(evidence-based policing)의 개념에 대해 소개하였다. 또, 빅데이터 기반 범죄분석과 예측기술 활용방안과 경찰의 정보통신체계 및 지휘통제기술의 고도화방안에 대해 논의하였다. 이 연구를 통해 확인한 시사점으로 (1) 기본데이터의 확보, (2) 활용가능한 통합D/B의 구축, (3) 정책결정자의 활용성 증대, (4) 유관기관 사이의 교류협력, (5) 전문가집단의 양성, (6) 통합 D/B구축의 법적 근거와 실무적 가이드라인 마련을 제안한다.

CCU 기술개발 국내외 기술동향 (Current status of CCU technology development)

  • '15년 12월 유엔기후변화협약 당사국총회(COP21)의 "파리 협정"을 통해 신기후체제가 출범되었다. 본 협정의 핵심은 지구 평균기온 상승을 산업화 이전 대비 $2^{\circ}C$ 목표를 넘어, $1.5^{\circ}C$로 제한하기 위한 노력에 합의 되었다는 데 있으며 이에 따라 우리나라에서도 온실가스 감출을 위한 대책 마련이 시급한 상황이다. IEA 에너지기술전망에 따르면 '12년 기준 전세계 $CO_2$ 배출량의 2/3가 에너지 분야에서 발생하여 청정에너지기술 개발이 핵심이며, 단기적으로 에너지원 대체, 에너지효율개선 기술 도입이 최선, 장기적으로는 CCS(Carbon Capture & Storage) 등의 기술도입이 필수적인 상황이다. 이와 함께 최근에는 온실가스 저감을 위한 방안으로 $CO_2$ 활용(CCU, Carbon Capture & Utilization) 기술개발도 부각 되고 있다. CCU 기술은 우리나라와 같이 포집된 $CO_2$의 저장을 위한 EOR 사업이나 대규모 저장소 확보에 어려움이 있는 상황에서 종래 CCS의 기술적 대안이 될 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라 CCU 기술은 $CO_2$ 전환 물질의 산업적 활용을 통해 종래 제기된 고비용의 $CO_2$ 저감 비용을 줄일 수 있다. 이에 국제적으로 다수의 $CO_2$ 활용기술이 상업생산을 위한 실증단계에 진입하고 있으며, 국내에서도 $CO_2$ 자원화/광물화를 포함한 다양한 $CO_2$ 활용기술의 개발 및 사업화 노력이 필요하다.
