  • In this study, using the stamping, analysis program, PAM STAMP, applied to the drawing result of springback analysis and draw analysis with applying on the best design planning as many times simulations from the initial stage of the die developing of automotive panels. Especially, after inspecting the design method with stamping analysis and springback analysis, write about the die development examples, using CADCEUS which is the software revising the amount of springback.

  • MDO(Multidisciplinary Design Optimization) methodology is an emerging new technology to solve a complicate structural analysis and design problem with a number of design variables and constraints. In this paper MDO methodology is adopted through the use of computer aided engineering(CAE) system. And this paper treats the structural design problem of RIROB(Reactor Inspection Robot) through the application of MDO methodology. In a MDO methodology application to the structural design of RIBOS, kinetodynamic analysis is done using a simple fluiddynamic analysis model for the warter flow over the sensor support surface instead of difficult fluid dynamic analysis. Simultaneously the structural static analysis is done to obtain the optimum structural condition. The minimum thickness (0.8cm) of the RIROB housing is obtained for the safe design of RIROB. The kinetodynamic analysis of RIROB. The kinetodynamic analysis of RIROB is done using ADAMS and the static structural analysis of RIROB is done using NISA.

  • Selecting a railroad line requires the comparative evaluation of various elements. As a systematic approach to this selection it will be necessary to apply the VE study and the LCC analysis. This study proposes a methodology for selecting the optimum line of the ralroad using VE-LCC analysis. The VE study is performed by following four steps : Information analysis, Function analysis, Alternative evaluation, and Optimum plan selection. The economics evaluation in VE study is using LCC analysis and Sensitivity analysis. Cost items in LCC analysis are classified into bridge, tunnel, rail, and earthwork. We could select the optimum alte-rnatives considering not only cost elements hut also various evaluation element in VE-LCC analysis.   • This paper deals with Activity Analysis Method that is important procedure in Activity Based Costing System Implementation. There are many existing Activity Analysis Method, for example Interview, Questionnaire, Specialist Discussion and Work Measurement. Activity Analysis Data gained through this method has high reliability but this method bring about high cost. In case that certain company needs a strategic costing system, Activity Analysis Method which has high reliability will be need. But, if companies want the costing system as a internal decision making tool only, they need to design the ABC system fast and cheaply. This paper explains that Activity Analysis using existing finn material is good alternatives. So, this paper show the feasibility of Activity Analysis using existing firm material with comparing between job description, job specification information and Activity Analysis information.

Speed-Power Performance Analysis of an Existing 8,600 TEU Container Ship using SPA(Ship Performance Analysis) Program and Discussion on Wind-Resistance Coefficients

  • This study discusses data collection, calculation of wind and wave-induced resistance, and speed-power analysis of an 8,600 TEU container ship. Data acquisition system of the ship operator was improved to obtain the data necessary for the analysis, which was accomplished using SPA (Ship Performance Analysis, Park et al., 2019) in conformation with ISO15016:2015. From a previous operation profile of the container, the standard operating conditions of mean draft were 12.5 m and 13.6 m, which were defined with the mean stowage configuration of each condition. Model tests, including the load-variation test, were conducted to validate new ship performance and for the speed-power analysis. The major part of the added resistance of container ship is due to the wind. To check the reliability of wind-resistance calculation results, the resistance coefficients, added resistance, and speed-power analysis results using the Fujiwara regression formula (ISO15016:2015) and Computational fluid dynamics (Ryu et al., 2016; Jeon et al., 2017) analysis were compared. Wind speed and direction measured using an anemometer were used for wind-resistance calculation and the wave resistance was calculated using the wave-height and direction-data from weather information. Also, measured water temperature was used to calculate the increase in resistance owing to the deviation in water density. As a result, the SPA analysis using measured data and weather information was proved to be valid and able to identify the ship's resistance propulsion performance. Even with little difference in the air-resistance coefficient value, both methods provide sufficient accuracy for speed-power analysis. The differences were unnoticeable when the speed-power analysis results using each method were compared. Also, speed-power analysis results of the 8,600 TEU container ship in two draft conditions show acceptable trends when compared with the model test results and are also able to show power increase owing to hull fouling and aging. Thus, results of speed-power analysis of the existing 8,600 TEU container ship using the SPA program appropriately exhibit the characteristics of speed-power performance in deal conditions.

  • As the structure is taller and its member is larger, the effect of the deformation of Panel zone on the displacement of structure becomes larger. The analysis using the centerline dimensions in the steel moment frame structure can not consider the accurate effect of panel ton And the finite element analysis using infinitesimal solid and shell element is impractical for the total tall building structure. Therefore, this paper proposes the analytical model using linear element in order to be able to evaluate the reasonable deformation of panel zone. the proposed analytical model makes the analysis of the building structure simple and ease because it uses the only linear elements. In addition it can easily incorporate the various parameters affecting the deformation of panel zone. In order to prove the validith of the prosed analytical model, the analysis result using the proposed analytical model is compared with the result using finite element analysis with shell element

할선강성을 이용한 직접내진설계 (Direct Earthquake Design Using Secant Stiffness)

  • A new earthquake design method performing iterative calculations using secant stiffness was developed. The proposed design method has the advantages of convenience and stability in numerical analysis because it uses elastic analysis. At the same time, the proposed design method can accurately estimate the strength and ductility demands on the members because it performs the analysis on the inelastic behavior of structure using iterative calculation. In the present study, the procedure of the proposed design method was established, and a computer program incorporating the proposed method was developed. Design examples using the proposed method were presented, and its advantages were presented by the comparisons with existing design methods using elastic or inelastic analysis. The proposed design method, as an integrated method of analysis and design, can address the earthquake design strategy devised by the engineer, such as ductility limit on each member, the design concept of strong column - weak beam, and etc. Through iterative calculations on the structure preliminarily designed only with member sizing, the strength and ductility demands of each member can be directly calculated so as to satisfy the given design strategy As the result economical and safe design can be achieved.

  • This paper describes the efficient design, analysis method and experimental verification of capacitor discharge impulse magnetizer system. A capacitor discharge magnetizer system is used to produce a high current impulse of short duration in this magnetizing fixture. The parasitic resistance and parasitic inductance of the capacitor discharge impulse magnetizer system have been estimated using known air-core test coil. Finite element analysis (using MAXWELL 2-D field simulator) and magnetizing circuit analysis (using SPICE) are also used as part of the design and analysis process of the capacitor discharge impulse magnetizer system. Application study for a magnetizing fixture design is shown. 8-pole magnetizing fixture has been designed and analyzed using finite element analysis. The fixture design for 8-pole magnet are presented along with the experimental results. The experimental results have been achieved using a high-voltage, high-energy capacitor discharge impulse magnetizer and 8-pole iron core fixtures (charging voltage : 2000[V], capacitor bank : 4000[$\mu\textrm{F}$]).

  • In this paper, we implemented a static analysis tool for weakness. We implemented on JavaCC using syntax information and control flow information among various information. We also tested the performance of the tool using Juliet-test suite on Eclipse. We were classified using information necessary for diagnosis and diagnostic methods were studied and implemented. By mapping the information obtained at each compiler phase the security weakness, we expected to link the diagnostic method with the program analysis information to the security weakness. In the future, we will extend to implement diagnostic tools using other analysis information.

석탄화력발전소 이산화탄소 배출량 산정을 위한 연료분석법과 연속측정법의 특성 (Characteristics of the Continuous Measurement and the Fuel Analysis for Emission Calculation of Carbon Dioxide in a Coal Fired Power Plant)

  • 500 MW급 석탄화력발전소를 대상으로 연료분석법 및 연속측정법을 사용하여 이산화탄소 배출량을 산정하고 특성을 알아보았다. 연료분석법은 산정방법 중 배출량이 가장 낮게 산정되는 것을 확인하였다. 이는 순발열량이 낮게 분석되기 때문으로 저열량탄을 사용하는 경우 연료분석법을 활용하는 것이 유리하다. 또한 입하탄 보다 소비탄을 시료로 사용하였을 때 배출량이 낮게 산정되는 특성을 보인다. 하지만 차이는 2% 미만으로 미미하여, 분석 인력 및 장비가 한정된 현 여건에서는 입하탄을 연료분석에 사용하여도 적정하다고 판단된다. 연속측정법은 연료분석법 대비 배출량이 다소 높게 산정되지만 국내외 제시된 배출계수를 사용한 산정량보다 낮게 산정된다. 따라서 석탄 탄종 변화로 연료분석법에 의한 산정량이 증가할 경우, 유량 측정방법을 보완하여 사용한다면 배출량 산정 시 유리할 것이다.
