For increasing the consumption of pear, the pear wines were made by using eight different kinds of yeast. The chemical properties, such as pH, acidity, ethanol and sugar contents, and the consumer acceptance of various pear wines were analyzed. In analysis result of chemical properties, the value of pH was decreased and the acidity was increased until few days, and then retained during fermentation. The ethanol content was increased and the sugar content was decreased during fermentation. The pear wine brewed by B yeast (Lalnin, Saccharomyces cerevisiae) among eight different kinds of yeast had the highest content of ethanol, also this wine was represented the most consumer acceptance by the panels who consist of two age groups such as 20's to 30's and 50's to 60's. Therefore, we chose the yeast B for analyzing the effect of additives during fermentation. As the additives, the $K_2S_2O_5$ and ammonium phosphate as the disinfectant and hemicellulase and pectinase as fermenting conditioner were added into the pear wine brewed by yeast B. When additives are added, the chemical properties were the same as followed. Te values of pH was lower than when additives were not added(control). The acidity was he highest when ammonium phosphate was added, but the acidity was not changed after 4 day fermentation. Sugar contents when added $K_2S_2O_5$ 350ppm was shown the fastest deceasing, and it was orderly decreased as control, ammonium phosphate, hemicellulase, pectinase, and $K_2S_2O_5$ 175ppm. The decreasing rate of sugar content of these 6 test groups during fermentation gradually decreased without a big changes and the after 7 day fermentation, sugar contents were seldom decreased and the final sugar content was $9.5{\sim}9.8^{\circ}Brix$. In terms of change of the content of ethanol, all test groups generated 11~12.4% ethanol after 7 day fermentation. The group where ammonium phosphate was added generated 12.4% alcohol, which is the fastest speed and the group, which hemicellulase additive was added, showed generally slow alcohol generation rate. In terms of ethanol contents, the non-additive group and $K_2S_2O_5$ additive group showed 0.05%, which is very low, and hemicellulase and pectinase additive group is more than 0.5% which is rather high.
Objectives : Ojeok-san, a traditional herbal formula, has been used for the treatment of cold illness and its related symptoms such as headache, nausea and indigestion. This study was performed to compare effects of water (OJSW) and 70% ethanol extracts (OJSE) of Ojeok-san on inflammation and its related diseases atopy, asthma and obesity in vitro. Methods : We performed HPLC to investigate contents of index components of OJSW and OJSE. We investigated the effects of OJSW and OJSE with an in vitro model, using 5 cell lines, specifically RAW 264. 7, HaCaT, MC/9, BEAS-2B and 3T3-L1. Results : HPLC analysis displayed that the contents of index components were higher in OJSE than OJSW. In lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-treated RAW 264.7 macrophages, OJSE significantly inhibited productions of interleukin (IL)-6, nitrite and prostaglandin $E_2$ ($PEG_2$). In TNF-${\alpha}$/IFN-${\gamma}$-treated HaCaT keratinocytes, OJSE significantly lowered levels of macrophage-derived chemokine (MDC) as well as regulated and normal T cell expressed and secreted (RANTES). OJSE also had a protective effect on inflammatory response by decreasing RANTES secretion in TNF-${\alpha}$-stimulated BEAS-2B cells. Conclusions : We conclude that OJSE could be more appropriate to enhance the biological activities against inflammation and its related diseases, and could be applied as a bioactive material for developing the potent anti-inflammatory agents.
The estuaries bank of Nakdong River, Korea, was constructed in 1987 and many arguments have been under discussion on the subject of ecological impact on ecosystem during 20 years. In this context, however, it was not focused on the role of fish-way and the way of improvement to promote fish movement to complete its life history. This paper was the result of investigation on fish fauna of upper and lower part of the bank and the analysis of comparison of the fishes with those using fish-way which were installed in each side of bank as ladder type and fish gate. The authors discussed the importance of fish gate and its management base on the result. The number of fishes collected in this study for upper part of estuaries bank was 31 species, among them 71% was the pure freshwater residents indicating the characteristics of the area as a freshwater ecosystem. It was observed that 9 species of coastal fishes were found in this region including Coilia ectens and Neosalanx sp. which is anadromous to spawn. Excluding 6 freshwater fishes, 30 fish species collected in lower part of estuaries bank were coastal fishes indicating that former brackish ecosystem was changed into marine one. The freshwater fishes found in this region were restricted the appearance only in the season of discharging freshwater into the sea. The number of fishes found in fish-way was 39 species, more than that of river and coast. But only 19 species founded in fish ladder was comparable with the result of investigation on fish gate including 32 species. It was considered that the fish gate has more important role as a fish passage from the fact that only it allowed to movement of numerous number of fry of Neosalanx sp. and Engraulis japonicus. These results indicates that two-way movement system is more efficient than downward only one in estuaries bank for fish migration.

Knowledge for reflectance characteristic of interesting targets will provide us with actual application of remote sensing on agriculture. In this study, we have measured and analyzed reflectivity characteristics based on growing status from transplanting time to harvesting time. Rice paddies transplant into 3 fields at 20, May, 1999. Measurement of reflectivity characteristics were carried out with a portable spectroradiometer for frequencies from 300nm to 1100nm during the time period from 11:00 AM to 01:00 PM of clear sky and calm a day. The measurements for a day repeated 3 times(also, 3 times to each measurement)for reliable values. In result, we found that averaged reflectivity of visible range has about 2.34% - 2.55% in blue region(400nm-498nm), about 5.05% - 6.01% in green region(500nm-598nm) and about 4.21% - 5.24% in red region(600nm-698nm). It must be noted that the more rice canopy grows, the more spectral reflectivity decreases in visible region. Also, we separated infrared region into two cases - One case is increasing region with 700nm-780nm, the other is fixed region with 800nm-1100nm. Averaged reflectivity of these regions has about 22.3% - 23.0% in increasing region, about 29.4% - 33.1% in fixed region. It must be noted that more rice canopy grows, the more spectral reflectivity also increases up to 23, Aug. in infrared region. After 23, Aug, the reflectivity has a tendency toward decrease.
Since 1 June 2012, it is prohibited to sell oilfish as a food material but there are still many illegal cases of selling oilfish as if it is tuna or grilled Patagonian toothfish. So it is absolutely crucial to construct the system to distinguish the real food material from oilfish. There are two sorts of oil fish called Ruvettus pretiosus and Lepidocybirium flavobrunneum involved in Percifomes order and Gempylidae class. 16S DNA gene region in mitochondria was selected to design the specific primers. For design species-specific primer, the theoretical experiment were performed for the sequences of R. pretiosus, L. flavobrunneum, Thunnus thynnus, Thunnus albacores, Makaira mitsukurii and Xiphias gladius, registered at the Gene bank from the National Centre for Biotechnology Information, using BioEdit 7.0.9.0. program. Through the analysis of the result from experiments, it was possible to design the 4 kinds of primers to distinguish R. pretiosus and L. flavobrunneum. As a comparison group, 3 kinds of tuna and 4 kinds of billfishes were selected and experimental verification was performed. As a result, for R. pretiosus and L. flavobrunneum, R.P-16S-006-F/R.P-16S-008-R and L.F-16S-004-F/L.F-16S-006-R primers were selected eventually and PCR condition was established. In addition, 178bp and 238bp of PCR products were confirmed from the established condition and non-specific band was not amplified among similar species. Therefore, the species-specific primers developed in this study would be very useful and used in various ways such as internet shopping mall and illegal distributions with fast and scientific results.
This study examined the factors that influence the smartphone user's decision to accept the personalized mobile advertisement. As a theoretical basis, we applied the privacy calculus model (PCM) that illustrates how consumers are engaged in a dynamic adjustment process in which privacy risks are weighted against benefits of information disclosure. In particular, we investigated how smartphone users make a risk-benefit assessment under which personalized service as benefit-side factor and information privacy risks as a risk-side factor accompanying their acceptance of advertisements. Further, we extend the current PCM by considering advertisement fatigue as a new factor that may influence the user's acceptance. The research model with five (5) hypotheses was tested using data gathered from 215 respondents through a quasi-experimental survey method. During the survey, each participant was asked to navigate the website where the experimental simulation of a mobile advertisement service was provided. The results showed that three (3) out of five (5) hypotheses were supported. First, we found that the intention to accept advertisements is positively and significantly influenced by the perceived value of personalization. Second, perceived advertisement fatigue was also found to be a strong predictor of the intention to accept advertisements. However, we did not find any evidence of direct influence of privacy risks. Finally, we found that the significant moderating effect between the perceived value of personalization and advertisement fatigue. This suggests that the firms should provide effective tailored advertisement that can increase the perceived value of personalization to mitigate the negative impacts of advertisement fatigue.
Purpose: The present study was aimed to investigate the correlation between higher-order aberration and myopic degree by the analysis of fluctuation of high-order aberration according to the change of myopic degree in certain ranges of myopia and astigmatism. Methods: The high-order aberration in a total of 992 eyes was analyzed by using a LADARWave device employing Hartmann-Shack system, and the relation between high-order aberration and myopia by the change of myopic degree through manifest refraction test. Results: In all subjects, spherical aberration and total coma aberration were significantly increased by the increase of myopic degree, however, trefoil aberration and astigmatic aberration and tetrafoil aberration were decreased. With the group of lower myopic degree, the change of coma aberration was greater by myopic degree and its change was significantly different. The change of spherical aberration by myopic degree was greatly large in the a group of -3.00 D or more and the group of -6.00 D or more where as its change was not large in the group of lower than -3.00 D. The significant decrease of coma aberration was observed only in the group of astigmatic degree of -1.00 D or less when analyzing the correlation between the higher-order aberrations and myopia in the certain groups of astigmatic degree. In the case of spherical aberration, the significant change was shown in all astigmatic groups, however, its increase was larger with the increase of myopic degree in lower degree of astigmatism. The consistent relationship in variations of horizontal and vertical coma aberration in certain myopic and astigmatic groups was neither established nor statistically significant. Conclusions: It is concluded that the correlation between the higher-order aberration and low-order aberration obtained from the results of the present study can help the understanding related to vision quality and the improvement of vision quality.
To date, contents' usability of most multimedia devices has been focused on developer not on user, which made difficult in solving the problems or fulfilling the needs while people using real system. Although user-centered UX and UI researches have been studied and have resulted in innovation in some part, it does not show great effect on usability as it is not easy to interpret human emotions and needs and to apply those to system. Usability is the matter on how deeply smart devices can interpret and analyze human mind not on how much functions and technologies are improved. This study aims to help with usability improvement based on user when people use smart devices in multimedia environment. We studied the interaction between human and contents by analyzing the effect of human emotions and personalities on preference and consumption of contents' type. This study was done by assuming that proper analysis on human emotions may increase user satisfaction on multimedia environment. We analyzed contents preference by gender and emotion. The results showed that there is significant relationship between 'Happy' emotion and 'Comedy Program' preference and men are more prefer it than women. However, it does not reveal any significant relationship between 'Sad' emotion and contents preferences but women are slightly more prefer 'Comedy Program' than men. This result supports the Zillmann's 'mood based management', which suggests that the needs for pleasant contents are revealed to relieve sadness when people are in a sad mood. In addition, our finding corresponds with Oliver's insistence on meeting all four factors, insight, meaningfulness, understanding and reflection, rather than just pleasure for more satisfaction. This study focused on temporary emotional factors and contents and additionally on effect of users' emotion, personality and preference on type of contents consumption. This relationship between emotions and contents study would suggest the better direction for developing smart devices with great contents usability and user satisfaction in the future.

This study aims to investigate the characteristics and types of car accidents and establish a prediction model by analyzing 456 car accidents having occurred in the 11 tunnels in Busan, through statistical analysis techniques. The results of this study can be summarized as below. As a result of analyzing the characteristics of car accidents, it was found that 64.9% of all the car accidents took place in the tunnels between 08:00 and 18:00, which was higher than 45.8 to 46.1% of the car accidents in common roads. As a result of analyzing the types of car accidents, the car-to-car accident type was the majority, and the sole-car accident type in the tunnels was relatively high, compared to that in common roads. Besides, people at the age between 21 and 40 were most involved in car accidents, and in the vehicle type of the first party to car accidents, trucks showed a high proportion, and in the cloud cover, rainy days or cloudy days showed a high proportion unlike clear days. As a result of analyzing the principal components of car accident influence factors, it was found that the first principal components were road, tunnel structure and traffic flow-related factors, the second principal components lighting facility and road structure-related factors, the third principal factors stand-by and lighting facility-related factors, the fourth principal components human and time series-related factors, the fifth principal components human-related factors, the sixth principal components vehicle and traffic flow-related factors, and the seventh principal components meteorological factors. As a result of classifying car accident spots, there were 5 optimized groups classified, and as a result of analyzing each group based on Quantification Theory Type I, it was found that the first group showed low explanation power for the prediction model, while the fourth group showed a middle explanation power and the second, third and fifth groups showed high explanation power for the prediction model. Out of all the items(principal components) over 0.2(a weak correlation) in the partial correlation coefficient absolute value of the prediction model, this study analyzed variables including road environment variables. As a result, main examination items were summarized as proper traffic flow processing, cross-section composition(the width of a road), tunnel structure(the length of a tunnel), the lineal of a road, ventilation facilities and lighting facilities.

The national Entrepreneurial policy of Start-up assists the young and college students to be raised as entrepreneur in various ways seeking solution for serious unemployment problem. Many young generation start-up a business without prior knowledge and experience in management that end up as a case of failure rather than success. Many young pre-entrepreneur are afraid of Start-up and hesitate or give up before start. Now many Entrepreneurship education contents and Entrepreneurship mentoring programs are being provided for pre-entrepreneur. Especially, Entrepreneurship mentoring programs's importance to ease off these fear and anxiety is recognized and Mentoring program's part and contents are being enhanced in Entrepreneurship education content. In this study, the influence of Entrepreneurship mentoring program to young and brilliant entrepreneur who wants to start a business will be explained. The function of Entrepreneurship mentoring to improvement of entrepreneurial capability will be anaylzed and by using the function of Entrepreneurship mentoring and entrepreneurial capability, the moderating effect of start-up preliminary period and start-up aim period is examined. The results of as regression analysis, the study found out the function of Entrepreneurship mentoring has a positive significant influence with entrepreneurial capability which means technological competence and creativity competence. For the moderating effect of start-up preliminary period and start-up aim period, it is found out that the effect does not have a significant influence on the function of Entrepreneurship mentoring and also technological competence, but on creativity competence, significant influence was found. However, after looking at the moderating effect that is considered to be related to entrepreneurial capability, for the function of mentoring only the effect on start-up preliminary period.
