This study aims at testing word-of-mouth (WOM) by mediating positive and negative perceptions of purchase intention on low-cost carriers (LCC) flights in Indonesia. One of the communications mixes that airlines can carry out is WOM. WOM is a form of communication between passengers after using a flight. The formation of a positive perception of WOM is expected by airlines. If a positive perception of WOM has formed, a purchase intention will arise. The study population included LCC flight passengers in Indonesia, involving 387 respondents. For indicators and variables, validity and reliability tests were conducted using CFA, CR, and AVE tools. Sampling locations were Soekarno-Hatta and Kualanamu airports. Sample collection was obtained through purposive sampling, and the analytical tool used was structural equation modeling (SEM) with Lisrel. The results showed that WOM influenced purchase intention through positive and negative perceptions of WOM. It can be seen that a positive perception of WOM has a direct effect, while a negative perception of WOM has the opposite effect. In conclusion, the mediation of perceptions influences purchase intention, whether it in the same direction or the opposite ones. To conclude, WOM is an antecedent for it influences purchase intention.

The purpose of this study was to examine the moderating effect of attitude toward green brand on green brand positioning and repurchase intention of environmentally friendly products, product knowledge on attitude toward green brand and the effect of green product knowledge on green repurchase intention. This study uses a structural equation approach with a sample size of 175 and uses an eight-point Likert scale. The data collection technique used purposive sampling. The criteria for respondents are to use environmentally friendly cosmetic products and the respondents live in Central Java and have consumed more than two times. Online sampling using google form. Data were analyzed using statistical software AMOS 22. The results showed that green brand positioning has a significant effect on repurchase intention. Attitude toward green brand has a positive effect in mediating the relationship between green brand positioning and repurchase intention. Similarly, green brand knowledge has a positive effect on attitudes, although green knowledge has no positive effect on repurchase intention. Product positioning in the minds of consumers is important in shaping attitudes. It is important for companies to continue to develop environmentally friendly products so that product positioning can be distinguished from competitors' products.
The objectives of this study were: (1) to identify differences in consumer attitudes and intentions to recycle fashion products using three types of recycling (including resale, reform, and donation), and (2) to examine the moderating effects of consumer prosocialness on the relationships between attitude and intention for each type of fashion product recycling. Men and women aged 20 years and over were recruited from a marketing research firm panel. Participants completed an online questionnaire incorporating measures for attitudes and intentions to resale, reform, and donate fashion products, prosocialness, frequency of purchasing fashion products, monthly amount of spending on fashion products, and demographic information. Data from 224 participants were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and PROCESS macro. The results demonstrated that consumers had significantly different attitudes and intentions depending on type of fashion product recycling. Consumers had more positive attitudes toward donation compared to resale and reform types of recycling. Consumer intentions toward resale and donation were significantly higher than their intention to reform. Furthermore, this study confirmed that the attitude-intention gap in fashion product recycling can be explained by individual prosocialness. The moderating effects of prosocialness on the associations between attitude and intention to recycle were significant. The implications of increasing consumers' behavior intention to recycle fashion products was discussed and future research suggestions are provided.
Purpose - The research aims to explore the ability of the combination of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) to predict and explain the online shopping intention of Vietnamese consumers. The findings of this study provide empirical results to assess the factors influencing behavioural intention in the E-commerce field. Research design, data, and methodology - The research approach of this study is quantitative. The data was collected from 214 respondents on e-commerce platforms. The collected data will then be analyzed to test the proposed hypothesis in this study. Multiple Regression Analysis and Simple Linear Regression are employed to test the hypothesis. Result - Perceived benefits, Perceived risk reduction, and trust positively influence Attitude toward using Ecommerce. There is a positive relationship between Subjective norms and Behavioural intention to shop online. There is a positive relationship between Attitude toward using E-commerce and Behavioural intention to shop online. Conclusion - This study is based on the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) model and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to explore the factors influencing the online shopping intention of Vietnamese consumers. Besides, this paper contributes to the managerial implications for E-commerce managers and policymakers to promote E-commerce among Vietnamese consumers.
Purpose: This research investigates ready-to-drink (RTD) coffee. Although the RTD coffee market is growing competitively, few studies have examined behavioral re-intention or repurchase intention in the context of this industry. Therefore, the objective of this study was to explore factors affecting the behavioral re-intention to purchase RTD coffee. Research design, data and methodology: Using the theory of planned behavior (TPB) as the underpinning theoretical framework, this study hypothesized that behavioral re-intention to purchase RTD coffee is influenced by the variables of the TPB and additional variables. A mixed-method research design was applied, starting with qualitative in-depth interviews and followed by a quantitative method. Data were collected using an online survey of coffee lovers. Multiple linear regression (MLR) was used to assess the hypothesized relationships in the proposed conceptual framework. Results: The results reveal that content sensory attribute beliefs are the strongest positive predictor of behavioral re-intention in Thailand, followed by perceived utilitarian value. In contrast, price signaling was negatively related to behavioral re-intention. Conclusions: The findings can help food and beverage companies to develop new coffee product lines to gain more market share, create integrated marketing communications to build brand awareness, and manage distribution channels and the supply chain.

Purpose: Nurses are exposed to stressful circumstances during the COVID-19 outbreak, which increases their turnover intention. This study aimed to identify predictive factors of turnover intention among nurses during the COVID-19 outbreak. Methods: This study was a cross-sectional design using self-report questionnaires. A total of 164 nurses working at three hospitals participated voluntarily in the study. Questionnaires included nursing professionalism, job satisfaction, control belief and COVID-19 stress. Data were collected from February 1, 2021, to March 15, 2021. Data were analyzed with SPSS WIN 23.0 program using descriptive statistics, x2-test, independent t-test and logistic regression. Results: The turnover intention rate of nurses was 33.5%. Two significant predictors of nurses' turnover intention were identified, including risk acceptance in caring for patients with COVID-19 (odds ratio [OR] 4.24, 95% confidence interval [CI]=1.76~10.49) and nursing professionalism (OR=1.06, 95% CI=1.02~1.10). Conclusion: Hospital administrations should provide an improved work environment, such as individual protective equipment, compensation and protective system to nurses to avoid turnover intention in COVID-19 outbreak.
Purpose: This study aims to find empirical evidence and clarity on the phenomenon of the direct and indirect effect of perceived behavioral control on fraud prevention through whistleblowing intention. This study also aims to understand the influence of organizational ethical culture moderating between whistleblowing intention and fraud prevention. Research design, data, methodology: The samples of this research are 236 respondents consisting of the Head of the Finance Subdivision and Head of the Reporting Planning Subdivision and the finance staff who were determined using the purposive sampling method. The data obtained were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling technique. Results: The study results show that perceived behavioral control positively and significantly affects whistleblowing intention. In addition, perceived behavioral control does not affect fraud prevention mediated by whistleblowing intention. Furthermore, organizational ethical culture moderates whistleblowing intention and has a positive and significant effect on fraud prevention. Conclusions: This study concludes that the phenomenon of scandal that often occurs on a television is not a habit that must be followed. It requires an active role from the community as a form of concern for whistleblowing. Futher researchers can add other construct variables, such as good corporate governance to assess the performance improvement of the organizational layers, both internally and externally

Purpose: The study analyzes the impact of attitudes toward food influencers on consumer purchase intention. It also aims to identify factors affecting consumers' attitudes toward food influencers. Research design, data and methodology: Based on the responses collected from 500 randomly selected consumers, the study analyzes the relationship based on the factors of influencer marketing. The authors test the conceptual model using multivariate linear regression analysis after validating the internal consistency of the data using Cronbach's Alpha reliability test and exploratory factor analysis (EFA). Results: The study finds that purchase intention is positively correlated and significantly impacted by the attitude towards influencer. The study further finds that attitude towards influencer is positively correlated and significantly impacted by source attractiveness, product match up, and source familiarity. However, source credibility is found to be an insignificant construct impacting attitude towards influencer. Conclusions: The study gives a guided solution to marketers and brand practitioners about the importance of influencer marketing in the food industry and its effectiveness in generating purchase intention. The present paper bridges a gap pertaining to antecedents and factors that impact attitudes toward food influencers and consumer purchase intention. To the authors' knowledge, this study is the first of its kind to investigate the impact of attitudes toward influencers on purchase intention in the food industry.
Purpose: This research aims to contribute to the search for strategies on innovation in chatbot services in airline distribution industry. Purpose The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the users' stress and using reluctant intention to use social network service(SNS). This study especially focused on stress of SNSs' user. Because SNS has led to negative effects such as invasion of privacy, addiction and social overload recently. In addition, adverse effects of SNS had caused SNSs' user to feel stress and fatigue. Design/methodology/approach This study developed hypotheses to empirically examine the factors that affect SNS users' stress and using reluctant intention. In order to verify research hypotheses, this study collected data from 362 users who currently use the SNS in Korea. Further, we used the smartPLS analysis. Findings The results of this study are as follows; First, reputation perception, unwanted relation burden, privacy concern, information overload and interaction overload had a significant positive effect on SNS users' stress. But international influence had no significant positive effect on SNS users' stress. Second, SNS users' stress had a significant positive effect on using reluctant intention. The results of this study provides theoretical foundations on the research for dark side of SNS and implies that SNS providers are in need of exerting an effort to minimize the negative aspects.
