This study focused on finding the variation of medical service utilization and medical payments of the patients died by three, cancers, stomach, breast, and colon cancer. For this study, data of the one-year episodes of the health insurance subscribers died in 2004 were selected. The frequency of medical visits, the lengths of slays, the days of outpatient visits, the total period of medical services and the total medical payments were compared by the characteristics of the suppliers and utilizers. The data of the patients died by cerebrovascular diseases and cancer in 2004 were selected. To select the dead by cerebrovascular diseases and cancer in 2004, were matched the 2004 reimbursement data of all medical institutions to the data of funeral fee payment by the National Health Insurance Corporation from January 2004 to May 2005 for the death in 2004. The results of the analysis were as follow. The variation of medical service utilization of the dead by cancers were not small in Korea. The current study found that the variation of medical care utilization was influenced by the factors of suppliers, such as types and locations of medical institutions and the factors of users, such as sex and age. It was suspected that the reimbursement by fee-for-service contributed to the variation quite a lot, but we could not compare the variation between the different reimbursement systems in Korea. The results of the study suggested that tile factors of suppliers and utilizers should he reviewed to reduce the under use and over use expressed by variations of medical service utilization. The processes of care, effective communication and management system should be investigated for the equity of medical service utilization. Additionally, prospective payment could he recommended to reduce the high variation of medical service Use. To find the variation caused by under use and over use, further study need to control the severity of diseases, socio-economic status of the users and the system factors.
S-Mode is a concept involving a standardized navigation display with accompanying standardized functionality and interfaces for navigational equipment. It was proposed by the International Federation of Shipmasters' Associations at IMO NAV $54^{th}$ session in 2008. The IMO e-Navigation Strategy Implementation Plan(SIP) addresses, S-Mode and the IMO MSC at its $95^{th}$ session in 2015 approved an output 1 to develop S-Mode guidance. In this study, it has been carried out survey of user needs for adopting S-Mode guideline on ECDIS which is core navigational equipment. It is conducted with a questionnaire survey, targeting deck officers and masters who will be the primary users of the equipment related to the e-Navigation system. In this research, users' opinion survey regarding the necessity of development, the scope of standardization, and priorities was conducted. This survey result could be contributed to development S-Mode guideline and specify the concept of S-Mode. It would be derived from standardizing component through providing elements to be considered for its development.
Statistics shows that 80% of freeway users travel less than 50km, and only 8% of them do over 100km. It means that the freeway is used for commuting. As a result, the freeway is not used efficiently and social cost is high. The current toll system aims for the efficient usage of the freeway by restraining short-distance trips and inducing long-distance ones. Thus, policies such as minimum toll system and discount for long-distance trips have been carried out. However. these two policies take no account of demand management between the freeway and alternative roads. They merely consider the compensation for charge on users, so the assessment of discount rate and distinction of distance are not reasonable. Consequently, not only the effective demand management but also the evaluation of those policies has been difficult to be achieved. The objective of this paper is to analyze those problematic policies and to establish a reasonable and improved toll system. In addition, this study presents the methodology to minimize social cost, which can be achieved by reducing short trips and encouraging long ones on the freeway. A new methodology of freeway toll system is applied and the results are presented.

Today's mobile phones and tablet PCs offer a considerably wider range of functionalities than before. Mobile applications (apps) are increasingly used for managing various daily health tasks. Currently, more than 165,000 health-related apps are offered on all the stores of different platforms. Pf Jin and the Association for Research on MPS and Rare Diseases (AMARD) have helped Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS) families through medical information and family support since 2015. AMARD developed the first mobile application for Korean patients with PWS, which was released to a limited number of patients under the age of 3 and only provided to Android users. The first version of the PWS application focused on growth hormone therapy and the assessment of growth and development by parents in infant and early-childhood PWS patients. The 2016 version of the PWS application has been improved in many different ways. We have expanded the subjects of the application to late childhood and adolescent groups, changed the user interface accordingly, and made the application available for iOS users. We will show the specialized growth curves of older children with PWS. Therefore, patients with PWS over the age of 3 and their parents can assess the patients' growth. Additionally, we have upgraded the growth hormone therapy menu by improving the input system for the growth hormone therapy injection schedule and the daily growth profile (height and weight). We expect that the new version of the PWS application will help many PWS families cope with growth hormone therapy and evaluate the effects of growth hormones in better ways. Additionally, we are making a constant effort to provide more useful information about patients with PWS in many aspects.

When constructing railway stations, gates shall be located in appropriate locations for convenient use. However, to reduce construction costs, the number of gates was minimized and the location was not appropriately placed to the direction of many users. This study proposed a method to calculate the benefits of additional gate installations using the improvement of pedestrian traffic flow, occupied area and travel time as economic effects. In particular, a method of estimating the percentage of people using certain gates and the number of people by route within the station was proposed. This method was applied to analyze the effect of additional gates to Gwang-myeong Station on the Shinansan Line, which is to be opened in 2025. The effect has only improved in mobility. The first year of its opening was estimated at 5.91 billion won for mobility and 75.8 billion won for cost, and the B/C was 1.21 for 30 years after its opening. It is expected that this method will be applied to systematic effect analysis when additional gates are installed at unopened railway stations as well as existing railway stations.

Our understanding of how barriers to access systematically varies with the compositional and contextual characteristics of users is incomplete. Using a public university library in Ghana, this study assessed the heterogeneous barriers or constraints students encounter in accessing electronic resources based on their demographic and contextual attributes. A descriptive survey design was adopted and structured questionnaires were administered randomly to 558 students in the four constituent colleges of the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. Data were collected and analysed using SPSS and descriptive statistics were generated. The results revealed that students faced six key challenges in accessing electronic information resources in the library namely delays in download of information, poor internet connectivity, and limited accessibility of university portal, inadequate computers in the library, poor lighting and limited ancillary services (on the spot printing facilities), with differences based on gender, academic level, and college affiliation. Only 24% males and 26% females had no challenges or problems with delays in download of electronic information. About three-fourth of all users had poor internet connectivity and complained about inadequate computers associated with accessing electronic resources. 40% percent of undergraduate students in the Colleges of Education Studies, Agriculture and Natural Sciences, and Humanities and Legal Studies each encountered four to six simultaneous challenges. Irrespective of gender, first year undergraduate students in all the four colleges were the least likely to report multiple challenges. This suggests the need for targeted and context-specific interventions to address the identified challenges.

PURPOSE: To evaluate the usability of a kiosk-based healthcare service that provides a fitness evaluation and customized exercise program for elderly or chronic musculoskeletal system patients. METHODS: To evaluate the usability of the customized exercise service program, healthy adults (n=20) from Welfare B, located in Gwangju, were selected and studied. Subjective safety, operability, and satisfaction of individual users were obtained as data by distributing questionnaires to subjects who experienced this program and having them fill out the questionnaire. For descriptive statistics related to the survey, frequency analysis was used to determine the frequency and ratio of the variable values of the measurement items. RESULTS: As a result of the usability evaluation, the average score was 4.166, and the average score of each item was 4.025 for safety, 4.272 for operability, and 4.143 for satisfaction. Most users obtained high satisfaction and positive impressions. CONCLUSION: The HARUFIT service, a user-customized exercise program used in this study, can be developed into a device that can improve self-management ability and increase understanding of health care by providing customized exercise based on the results of physical fitness evaluation. It is possible to diversify health management methods and maximize the effect of exercise by making exercise a habit of chronic musculoskeletal disease patients or the elderly using these smart devices.

Conventional occupational therapy (OT) is conducted under the observation of an occupational therapist, and there are limitations in measuring and analyzing details such as degree of hand tremor and movement tendency, so this important information may be lost. It is therefore difficult to identify quantitative performance indicators, and the presence of observers during performance sometimes makes the subjects feel that they have to achieve good results. In this study, by using the Unity3D and artificial intelligence (AI) speaker, we propose a system that allows the subjects to steadily use it by themselves and helps the occupational therapist objectively evaluate through quantitative data. This system is based on the OT of the sensory integration approach. And the purpose of this system is to improve children's activities of daily living by providing various feedback to induce sensory integration, which allows them to develop the ability to effectively use their bodies. A dynamic OT cognitive assessment tool for children used in clinical practice was implemented in Unity3D to create an OT environment of virtual space. The Leap Motion Controller allows users to track and record hand motion data in real time. Occupational therapists can control the user's performance environment remotely by connecting Unity3D and AI speaker. The experiment with the conventional OT tool and the system we proposed was conducted. As a result, it was found that when the system was performed without an observer, users can perform spontaneously and several times feeling ease and active mind.
