This study examined the impact of chatbot service quality (process quality, outcome quality, and servicescape quality) on user satisfaction and reliability by identifying the relationships between user satisfaction, reliability, immersion, and the paths of three variables influencing reuse intention. The survey was conducted of Korean users in their teens and 70s who had experience using chatbot services. A total of 218 convenience samples were extracted and the data analyzed. By the IS success and SERVQUAL model, the results of structural equation modeling revealed that the chatbot service quality did not affect user satisfaction and reliability. However, user satisfaction and reliability of the chatbot services were shown to lead to reuse intention, and user satisfaction was shown to affect immersion and immersion in reliability. The results showed that satisfaction, reliability, and immersion in the chatbot services were important factors in the chatbot reuse intention. Through the satisfaction and reliability gained through the service, the users wanted to reuse the chatbot services, especially the chatbot services that gained reliability, which will have a greater impact on reuse intention. We can use these results as marketing information to attract loyal customers by identifying the reuse intention of the chatbot service users.

기록정보의 관리와 보존은 활용을 전제로 행해질 때 그 의미와 가치가 살아난다. 따라서 기록관들은 기록정보의 활용을 보다 극대화하기 위하여 기록정보의 검색 및 열람이라는 단순 서비스를 탈피하여 이용자 중심의 보다 적극적 기록정보서비스를 제공하기 위한 많은 노력을 하고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 노력을 활발히 하고 있는 각국의 국립기록관의 기록정보서비스를 유형별로 즉 1) 교육자와 학생을 위한 학습지원서비스, 2) 연구자를 위한 연구지원서비스, 3) 일반 이용자를 위한 특정주제서비스를 중심으로 하여 각각의 서비스 내용을 심층 비교 분석하였다. 마지막으로 각국의 서비스 현황 분석을 기반으로 우리나라 국가기록원을 비롯한 기록관에서 기록정보 활용을 활성화하기 위하여 제공되어야 할 기록정보서비스 방안을 제시하였다. 이러한 연구는 궁극적으로 기록관별 기록정보 이용 활성화 계획을 수립하는데 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 사용자에게 개인화 된 서비스를 제공하기 위해서 사용자 모델은 필수적 요소이다. 기존의 사용자 모델에서는 시스템이 사용자가 원하는 서비스를 자동으로 인지하고 해석하도록 하기 위하여 사용자가 원하는 서비스를 미리 기술한다. 또한, 사용자 모델에 상황 정보가 고려되지 않음으로 인해 상황에 따라 달라지는 사용자의 선호도를 반영할 수 없다. 위와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 사용자의 경험을 학습하여 자가 성장 가능한 사용자 모델을 제시하였으며 상황에 따른 사용자 선호 서비스를 추출하여 자동으로 개인화 커뮤니티 서비스를 제공하는 시스템을 제안한다.

본 논문은 대학도서관의 지역사회 개방 현황을 파악하고자 도서관 홈페이지를 조사하여 24개의 도서관을 선정하고 각 대학도서관의 특별이용자제도와 대출정책을 조사, 분석한 것이다. 또한 외부이용자를 위한 특별이용자제도 도입시 고려할 사항을 다루었다.

Influences of convergent services on the overall industry has become noticeable. Various services are becoming to converge into a single platform because of ever-hanging needs of digital service users. However, few studies have investigated how users' perception of convergent services as well as the quality of experience that service users have while using the convergent services. Therefore, this study aims at identifying perceived patterns of convergent services by IPTV users, which is one of the representative convergent-ervice platforms. It also aims at identifying the impact of perceived convergence pattern on the relationship between goal congruency among individual services and the quality of user experience. Two empirical studies were conducted to accomplish the research goals. We have constructed two prototypes of convergent digital services in the IPTV environment and conducted controlled experiments to verify the research hypotheses. The results indicate that design similarities of two services substantially influence the perceived patterns of convergent services. It was also found that the perceived convergent patterns have significant moderating effects on the impact of perceived goal congruence upon the quality of user experience. This paper ends with limitations as well as implications of the study results.

Ubiquitous computing is enhancing computer use by making many computers available throughout the physical environment without being noticed to the users. To facilitate successful adoption and diffusion of ubiquitous systems, it is important to find out the factors affecting their uses. Although researches related to ubiquitous computing have been vigorously conducted from the aspect of system and service provider, there have been very few studies that focus on the user's perspective. This study attempts to find out major factors which are dedicated to the development of ubiquitous systems and services and the relationships between these factors and user satisfaction factors. This study derived the specific factors that characterize ubiquitous services, such as ubiquity, contextual offer, user affinity, privacy, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. We also considered service quality factors of ubiquitous services. Then these factors were combined with the Expectation Confirmation Theory (ECT) model and the path analysis was applied to find out the factors affecting user satisfaction and the intention to use the systems. The research findings indicate that ubiquity, contextual offer, privacy, reliability, and responsiveness affect the perceived usefulness. The perceived ease of use and confirmation were found to affect the perceived usefulness. The perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and confirmation fumed out to influence the satisfaction. It turned out that the result of this study on the relationship between the perceived usefulness and user satisfaction was identical with the findings in previous related ECT researches. We think this study makes two significant contributions to the development of ubiquitous services. First, this study provides basic implications for better ubiquitous services by considering important characteristics of ubiquitous systems as services. Second, this study also suggests important factors that need to be considered when ubiquitous service providers develop new ubiquitous services to improve user satisfaction and the intention to use the services.

B-ISDN(Broadband Integrated Services Digital Network)which is defined as a service or system requiring transmission channels capable of supporting rates above 1.5 Mbps has emerged as a new future telecommunication infrastructure. B-ISDN can integrate a wide range of services and the success of B-ISDN is crucially dependent on the development of user-needing application services. The purpose of this study is the conceptual development of B-ISDN application services. We survey on the kinds of B-ISDN service, classify application areas by user groups, and develop B-ISDN application services. Finally we categorize B-ISDN application services by their application areas and necessary services.

본 연구는 최근 장애인복지계에서 활발히 논의되는 이용자 참여의 개념구조에 대한 논의를 통하여 한국 장애인복지에 대한 함의를 도출하고자 한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 이용자 참여와 관련된 다양한 용어들을 정리하고, 이용자 참여의 개념 및 이해의 틀을 형성하기 위해 참여의 차원, 참여 정도, 참여모델, 주요 동력 측면에서 설명하였다. 또한 구체적인 이용자 참여의 기제를 파악하기 위해 이용자 참여의 기본전제와 참여 영역, 지원요소에 대해서도 다각도로 논의하였다. 이를 기초로, 이용자 참여 활성화를 위한 한국 장애인복지의 과제를 이용자 참여의 영역과 지원요소의 틀(framework)에 의거하여 구체적으로 제시함으로써 한국 장애인복지에의 적용가능성을 높이고자 하였다.

Roaming authentication protocol is widely used in wireless network which can enable a seamless service for the mobile users. However, the classical approach requires the home server's participation during the authentication between the mobile user and the foreign server. So the more the roaming requests are performed the heavier burden will be on the home server. In this paper, we propose a new roaming authentication framework for wireless communication without the home server's participation. The new roaming authentication protocol in the new framework takes advantage of the ID-based cryptography and provides user anonymity. It has good performance compared with the roaming authentication protocols whose authentication do not need the home server's participation in terms of security and computation costs. Moreover, a new User-to-User authentication protocol in the new framework is also present. All the authentications proposed in this paper can be regarded as a common construction and can be applied to various kinds of wireless networks such as Cellular Networks, Wireless Mesh Networks and Vehicle Networks.

Nowadays mobile users are using a popular service called Location-Based Services (LBS). LBS is very helpful for a mobile user in finding various Point of Interests (POIs) in their vicinity. To get these services, users must provide their personal information, such as user identity or current location, which severely risks the location privacy of the user. Many researchers are developing schemes that enable a user to use these LBS services anonymously, but these approaches have some limitations (i.e., either the privacy prevention mechanism is weak or the cost of the solution is too much). As such, we are presenting a robust scheme for mobile users that allows them to use LBS anonymously. Our scheme involves a client side application that interacts with an untrusted LBS server to find the nearest POI for a service required by a user. The scheme is not only efficient in its approach, but is also very practical with respect to the computations that are done on a client's resource constrained device. With our scheme, not only can a client anonymously use LBS without any use of a trusted third party, but also a server's database is completely secure from the client. We performed experiments by developing and testing an Android-based client side smartphone application to support our argument.
